Pella has a great product quality reputation. They were one of three companies I got quotes from and ultimately decided to move forward with. They were able to visit my home and provided several options and made recommendations without being too pushy. They listened to what I wanted and valued and didn't oversell me on anything. They also happily changed designs several times upon my request before we landed on the final. I recommend you visit the showroom to get a view of all the different windows they provide. Can't wait to see the finished product on my 1960's mid-century modern home!

While the doors (2 exterior doors) are not installed yet, we have ordered them. We had a wonderful experience with Billy Stewart. He was very attentive and charming, very down to earth and relaxed. Easy to be around! He explained everything clearly, and responded amazingly quickly. Yesterday we walked into the Pella store, that night he came and measured, and the next morning we ordered our doors! Amazing. I cannot recommend Billy Stewart enough. Super excited to receive our beautiful Pella doors!

Billy Stewart has been my personal Pella advocate since I started researching companies on the replacement of our front entry door. My husband and I purchased a new to us log cabin in 2022 with existing 20 year old Pella windows and doors. We had one window we wanted to replaced. We called on a Monday, our appointment was scheduled for Thursday of the same week. Eugene Simmons our sales consultant arrived on time, was very professional and answered a multitude of questions about the existing windows, and what changes we could make. He listened to all of my husbands stories, and gave us a quote for the window replacement and we were able to complete our order. Like most trades in the building industry we are looking at installation in about 20 weeks, just ahead of our scheduled roof replacement. I highly recommend Eugene if you are looking to purchase new or replacement windows.

I found a friendly greeting from Billy Stewart, who despite being in sales, not service, helped me! Billy unpicked the twisted cords and got the shade working beautifully. I just ordered replacement windows for an older tired huge picture window in my home. I didn't want to lose the character of the paned window , but it desperately needed an update. I was fortunate to have Billy Stewart assist me with "the look" I wanted as updating an older home can be a challenge to some, but Billy truly listens. His knowledge and demeanor made me comfortable. I tried and tried and tried to get help from the North Carolina service 800 number and online. Spotty response and zero follow-through allowing me to order hardware for my back storm door/ hinges. (I was changing from brass to satin nickel.) Went to the Design Avenue store and got assistance from Eugene Simons. Thank goodness he saved the day after 2 plus weeks of no help from Pella customer service. Kudos to him.

Eugene and his district manager Bryce arrived promptly at 6. They were so friendly, knowledgeable and did not pressure us during our meeting. This review is about Eugene Simmons, my sales person, who requested a review from me as instructed by the management at Pella. Eugene was terrific, one of the best sales experiences that I have had, patient, quickly communicative, not pushy while being informative and just a nice guy. It took me a bit to get a quote from Pella as the first sales person that I was assigned did not show up or have much follow through, however as I understand they are no longer with Pella. As soon as I made a commitment to the windows, Nicole, my installation project coordinator. reached out to let me know she would be handling the process, which made me feel like I was in good hands. I look forward to getting my windows and the next part of my relationship with Pella.

This review refers to the quote & order process only. We are replacing all the windows in our house. We got several quotes, from local contractors, big box stores, and Eugene at Pella. Eugene did the best job showing us the products, had the best warranty and product, and had a very competitive price. He continually answered questions and helped us make decisions as we went back and forth, and was clear and open about the timeline and process. First started working with George years ago to replace 11 of our 1952 windows. He is extremely knowledgeable about his products, and was very patient as we tried to decide on the look we wanted. The windows are top notch, and George ensured that installation was perfect. Fast forward 10 plus years, we needed some minor parts for a window and George came through quickly with what we needed just from a photo. INITIAL CONTACT - We visited Pella Windows and Doors showroom in Fletcher on March 16th 2022 to inquire about replacement of a sliding glass door and side panel assembly. We were greeted by Jackie Havenaar, Trade Support. She provided with the information we requested and showed up various of examples of products. SECOND CONTACT - We met with George Jernigan, Trade and Replacement Sales Manager at our home to discuss various options needed to replace the existing sliding door and side panel assembly. Mr. Jernigan was very knowledgeable. He verified all measurements, and provided us with numerous options for the project. He agreed with what we expected; replacement in kind without major changes to the back of our home. OVERALL COMMENTS - We were very pleased and impressed with both of the contacts we had with this company and their products. We initially contacted a competitor of Pella and had a horrible experience. That individual could not only not answer our questions, but tried to tell us what we we needed to do, including redesigning the back of our home (which included thousand of dollars in additional costs). He also suggested that he "knew" someone would do the extra work that his company would not do. FINAL COMMENT - Prior to retiring I spent ~30 years in Project Engineering for an international corporation, so I am well versed in evaluating when I am conversing with someone who is knowledgeable and someone who is full of BS. That's why Pella is doing this project for me.

We recently bought a house in Hendersonville NC that already has some Pella windows installed. We wanted to complete the house’s existing old windows with Pella’s. We were only in town a week to get thing’s done so I called Pella Asheville and schedule Eugene Simons to come to the house for an estimate. He arrived on time, took measurements, explained the process, helped with financing and also helped prevent a disaster by changing several windows to awning opening instead of side opening. He was very patient and answered all of our questions and assured us that even though we have not moved in yet they will still handle the installation without us there. My experience with Pella was really good. They were really great about communicating with me, and keeping me up to date on the status of my order and the install. Our new door looks amazing; the installers took great care to make sure it was done correctly. About a week after our install we noticed a minor issue with the weatherstripping (some very minor damage), and Pella acted quickly to get the problem resolved. Next time we need doors or windows, we will definitely go to Pella first!

Purchased an exterior door from Pella after researching several manufacturers. The door was installed prior to Thanksgiving as I requested. The installation crew were professional, courteous and tidy. The new door is beautiful and has changed the exterior dramatically. I selected Lively Blue color and it is better than expected. They include a little bottle of touch up paint in case you scratch your door. I had the paint matched so I could have the planters the exact same color as the door. Celeste and George in the offer were very helpful. I'm not the only one who loves this door. I received texts from neighbors complimenting the door and my new exterior. Pella will be my manufacturer of choice in the future.
