Wow! What a great experience! I had three windows replaced. From estimate to install every person I dealt with was professional and knowledgeable. Thanks to the people on the phone, Jesse for the clear and concise estimate, my installers Paul & Kyle, and my stucco guy Jose. The only hard part was waiting for windows to arrive, but they came sooner than expected and the install was fast! Paul and Kyle were a great team, confident and tidy with each step involved. I have several more windows that will eventually need to be replaced and this company has earned my loyalty!

Outstanding experience! Highest recommendation! Jesse was professional and very knowledgeable. We appreciated that he didn't play any games or use any gimmicks to show and sell the product. Our project was comparatively small, a replacement sliding door and two windows, but both windows involved a bit of carpentry. The office notified us when our door/windows arrived and again a couple days before installation. The installers, Paul and Kyle, were prompt, polite, professional and very competent. The tape/texture guy, Alonzo, did a great job as well. Sadly, I can't remember the guys who patched the stucco, but their work was outstanding. They matched the texture perfectly. All the craftsmen made a concerted effort to clean up. Oh, and we're very happy with the product.

My home is so quiet!! The windows are beautiful and I am in love with my new sliding glass door with doggie door. My house was much cooler this summer due to UV coating, and though it's early in the fall, I can already tell that my house is much warmer. I tell everyone about Southwest!!

We bought an entry way door because ours was from 1949, it was hallow, wood and very drafty. Southwest was in and out in 4hrs. Fast forward 2 months later we had and HVAC system installed and the weather stripping was damaged when the crew was bringing the new equipment into our home. I called Accent SW office and they came to fix the stripping within a week. Yes, it’s pricey but younger what you pay for!

We just had new windows replaced under warranty. Accent Southwest stands by their products. Antonio Chavez and Adrian Navarro are the best team they have ever sent to work at our home! The Accent Southwest teams have almost always been very good, but Antonio and Adrian stand out for their knowledge, patience, skill and craftsmanship. They are interesting and accomplished men and exceptionally pleasant to work with. Above all, they care! The attached photo shows Adrian Navarro's beautiful work. Note how he perfectly matched the top of the window frame to the stucco arch. No fudging with caulk! I had some unbreakable commitments on two afternoons. Antonio and Adrian were wonderful in accommodating my needs. The last day, I was able to delay an appointment by an hour, but they didn’t need it! In fact, despite the fact that they always checked and rechecked their work, patiently answered my questions, and never, ever rushed, they finished everything – wheels ready to roll – 15 minutes early!

Just had the most competent installation of a window ever. It took René, Adrian, and Hugo (pictured below) 35 minutes start to finish, including clean up (which was minimal.) We replaced the front entry door in an older home. Accent had an excellent selection of door styles, finishes, and quality for different budgets. We did have to wait 6 mo. for the door to come in and be installed. On install day I was nervous due to a bad experience we had with Anderson windows and doors. The door was exactly what we had ordered and of the quality we expected. The installers (Antonio & Luis) did a fantastic job and the door works perfectly. The wait was worth getting what we paid for. I would not hesitate to use Accent for any future upgrades to our home.

Antonio and Jesus did a great job installing our new door and 2 windows in March! We were informed the day before that they were on the way (as Covid 19 began shutting down businesses) and then we were called the morning of March 20th to let us know they'd be at our house shortly. The job was professional, carefully and efficiently completed. They laid down drop cloths and even ran out to Home Depot to get an extra one so that our whole living room was completely protected from any dust. They took their time, making sure the seals were completely tightened and the necessary caulking was done. After completion, they swept away remaining dust and then took the old door and all the debris to their truck. It is so nice to have a quality door, well-sealed, and windows with screens. By the way, this part of the house was built more than 50 years ago, and they did a great job working with our older property. Torik the sales woman, was also excellent. This product is top-notch. We had the pleasure of meeting Jesse on an estimate for 16 replacement windows. We were very impressed with his knowledge of the product and experience of being a former installer for A SW W&D. He not only explained the product through the brochure but also could answer the questions we had about installation process. Jesse gave the estimate on the spot. Did not have to wait for it via email. Most importantly, the estimate contained an itemized window per window price. It included installation cost and the total including taxes. Which was quite refreshing since we had three other competitors leave estimates in which when you looked at it, you wondered what are you paying for? One person's estimate was on a piece of 8 1/2 x 11 sheet of paper with only numbers. Jesse is very professional. A huge asset for A SW W&D. Re measured all the window and verified all the new windows would fit. Covered surrounding furniture and floors with drop cloths as each window was removed and replace. Attention to detail when final trimming and caulking was preformed. A full clean-up of the areas that work was preformed and tested each windows operation. We went into the showroom this past August looking to replace most of our windows. The people in the showroom were friendly, helpful and professional. The gentleman that came to measure and give an estimate was on time, professional, friendly and very knowledgeable. He showed us options and provided helpful suggestions to make sure we got the most out of the windows we chose. He also was very upfront and clear on the time frame from ordering the windows to when they would arrive. When the windows came in, we had an appointment set and a frame of reference as to how long the job would take. It was spot on, 3 days. The installers arrived on time and helped us with the last minute details to clear the space for installing the windows. Rene and Nicko were amazing. They did the removal and installation without any problems. They made sure that they cleaned up everything when they finished for the day. Efficient, friendly and professional. It was a real pleasure having them work on our house. The last day Rene and Nicko were at the house, the gentleman to do the stucco arrived. They started in on the completed windows and did a wonderful job. You would never know the windows had been changed. They finished the stucco in two days, then after letting it returned to do the last of the stuccoing, matching the color. It was spot on. They were so good and professional it was wonderful. They also made sure that the area was cleaned when they finished. Truly a wonderful company that is professional with excellent craftsmen. It was ok. For the price I thought I’d be really happy with the door and installation. It’s a door. It still had a ding, the paint edge was rough to the touch, they did the caulking with their fingers and it’s messy. I thought buying this nice expensive door would be great. It’s ok. Then they didn’t get the right storm door and we had to wait extra months to get that in. All in all, it was an okay experience. I think you may be able to get something as nice for far less.

We met Jesse Martinez (seller) after meeting with several other companies (Home Depot, Window World, DreamStyle & Renewal by Anderson). He was the most qualified and knowledgeable of all by far and we later found out he was an installer for almost 2 decades before moving into sales. We appreciated him since the first second as he also was able to accommodate all our windows needs . He wasn't giving us the BS speech most of the other companies gave us. Window World would have been our second choice but The product Accent Southwest Windows offered was of better quality . These 2 would be the only companies I would recommend (we were looking only at Vinyl windows). We placed our order in May and Jesse told us 12 weeks wait time. Windows were installed at the end of week 11!!! We have been remodeling our house little by little during covid year and this is the only company which delivered the product/service in the timeframe promised. Installation took one day (for 8 windows total in a house from 1948 with original windows, storm glass as a second window plus bars, all custom sizes including frames removed). Leon & Paul (Installers) arrived before 9am on scheduled day and left the place CLEAN all around. They were also quiet (Husband and I work from home nowadays). Our house is brick on the outside and the installers made sure the finish was also great with the brick. We wanted to make an opening smaller by 5 inches for one of the windows and they did a perfect job as well (other companies didn't even have that option). This specific window outside brick work wasn't included in our contracted price but they found me a third party person who would do it right away as well (who also did an excellent job). On installation day, we noticed Jesse was also helping with the install. They were the best team I've ever hired and I would hire them again anytime. The windows are highly rated energy Efficient, really modern, stylish, light and easy to operate yet of high quality, too soon to test their cold/heat properties but the noise reduction is amazing (We live across a city park). Their windows come standard with the Vent Latch and other companies offer it only as a premium feature. The Glass is so clear you may think the window is open. We love our investment and we are really pleased with Jesse, Leon and Paul for their excellent work and high customer service. Accent Southwest is the best company for your investment. Add-ons: We appreciate all the contactless service possible during this pandemic (We were able to make all payments over the phone).

This review is a little overdue but we wanted to wait a bit and make sure everything worked well and that there were no issues. We had a very large sliding glass door replaced. Shelly was our sales rep and she did a fantastic job. She knows her product inside and out and had answers to every question. Joel and Jose were our installers and they did an awesome job. It took almost an entire day to get the new door fit into the opening. They had a huge job and did it very well. Accent Southwest even sent someone out a few days later to repair some minor damage that happened to the sliding screen during install that we did not notice till later. Several months have gone by and the door works great! Helped to keep out the winter chill and now we can open it up to enjoy the summer breeze. Thanks to the entire team!

We had our install for our windows and storm door last week. The team that did the install were amazing. Rene, Antonio, Adrian, and Dani were very polite. After the install it was as if they were never here, they were very clean and did a great job. The storm door didn’t fit at first but they made a beautiful frame around our door that made the door look even better and fit perfectly as well. From the beginning, our request was difficult. We wanted a new basement door, but one that opened out instead of in. At first the person doing our estimate wasn’t sure they could do it at all, but he worked on it and a few days later was able to give us the good news. When the custom door and frame arrived, they made an appointment for installation. Unfortunately, there was an emergency and they had to postpone our installation. But they let us know as soon as they could and kept in touch with a new appointment. This morning Antonio and Luis came for the install. I originally chose Accent Southwest for window replacement in my home because I thought they had a better product than an of the other companies that I looked at. The price was fair when you compare the quality of their product to others. The sales experience was great, Shelley was so helpful in explaining the features of the windows and guiding me in selecting the products and features that were right for my home. I did not have quite the same experience with the installer. The installation was only satisfactory. The installer did some damage to the inside of my window sill, the glass was poorly cleaned, and their clean up was a little to be desired. There were a couple of windows that still had the sticky glue where labels were removed. I mean really?!?! If I pay that kind of money for new windows I would expect them to be spotless. I contacted them several times and the sales rep came out and looked at everything and agreed with me. That was in October 2018, here we are in February 2019 and no one has even attempted to contact me to get this resolved. Overall, I am happy with the windows but be wary of the installation.

We love this window company. However, they no longer carried windows with the bronze exterior - which we needed. So, we were delighted when they called a couple months ago and let us know they had a new, highly-rated supplier for fantastic windows with a bronze exterior! (Which means they took notes and remembered what we most wanted!) We decided to try one of these new windows as a test run and we love it already. Jose and Antonio were the installation team. Right before they installed the new window, they told us with a smile "Oh, you are going to notice a difference right away." Boy, did we ever! The room was instantly transformed and no longer as impacted by the sun's heat. We could now leave the blinds wide open at all times if desired. -- The window was beautifully installed and they made sure I knew how to work it and care for it before they left. (Our only complaint is a minor one. The edge of the window wall sheetrock got chipped off and no one mentioned it to us. We only noticed after the fact.) This is the second window this company has installed for us and we plan to hire them as we are ready to replace the remaining windows. Highly, highly recommend these folks. They endeavor to do a great job, provide excellent customer service and will make things right.

We recently replaced all of our windows with the most beautiful windows! The first night we couldn't believe how much quieter the house was, no street noise. The process was so easy, Shelly came by and showed us the products and helped us determine which one would best meet our needs. She then measured the windows to give us the estimate and gave us ideas on what to do with our windows such as tinting, opening option and finishes. Next Rene came out and did a formal measurement of all the windows. The windows were then ordered. It took 3 months for the windows to come in. The installation process was much easier than I anticipated. We had to remove all the window treatments (shades, curtains) and clear the area around each window. Our job was a large job (we were told), 31 windows, and they estimated it would take 6 days. We had between 3-5 men working on our windows. They started each day about 8:45 and finished between 4:30-6:00 depending on what they were trying to accomplish. I was surprised that they never took a lunch break. Each day Rene came by to check on the job and make sure that we were happy with the product and the process. We would fill him in on observations (all minor). The team was very professional, they cleaned up after themselves, inside and out. We had some difficult windows to get to and they figured out how access the windows. They also managed the weather. The first part of the week was supposed to be great weather and the last part we were supposed to get rain. They decided to rough in the windows during the first three days and then do the finish work on the last three days. This worked out very well, as we did get rain towards the end of the week. Accent windows also sent a second team to our house to do the finish work on a rainy day because they couldn't work on their job. I want to give a shout out to the team that did the installation, Antonio, Hugo and Adrian, they did a fantastic job. If you are getting windows, I would suggest that you get a small bottle of touchup paint. There is some damage when removing and installing windows. The company does mud the windows if they gouge the drywall and they do some re-staining of wood, we had them replace our window seals.

Chad guided us through the entire sales process, provided great information and was very patient with us as we took 18 months to finally pull the trigger. He dropped in during the install to see how things were going has was in touch afterwards to make sure the job went well. They were always on time, kept me apprised with what they were going to do on a particular day, and they left the place picked up everyday. We replaced our bedroom windows recently with the sound proof lami window(thickest one). Since our bedroom window is by the traffic road, the traffic noise is so annoying! After replaced the window, it's now a lot better. I would say reduced 90% traffic noise(for those big trucks and some motocycle, still can hear a bit, there is no way to get rid of them anyway) . Great customer services and nice person to work with.
