Kyra DarnellWorth every penny!!! My boy had a severe case of IVDD in 2020 which required surgery. About a month ago, it look like the signs were coming back. We got it early and was able to treat him with strict rest and some medicine but he still was having a hard time every now and then. I decided to get the laser as the vet’s red laser treatment was expensive for just a single session. It took a couple sessions with the B-cure laser, but he’s pretty much back to his normal self. I think he knows it helps him feel better. I’m glad this was an option out here for the public, If another surgery was needed, I would have 100% would’ve done it but I’m glad that route wasn’t needed this time.
Emily FrankI was really skeptical about this device but my poor dog was in so much pain that I figured I'd try it anyway. And it actually works! I use it twice a day on the painful areas on her back and neck and she's almost completely stopped shivering from the pain and isn't hunched up all the time. I think the pain is mostly from arthritis so it's not completely cured, but she's so much more comfortable now and has a much better quality of life than just a month ago.
My only quibble is that the device is kind of awkward to use, and getting it into its automatic mode requires 2 hands, which can be tricky to manage if your pet is wiggly. The rubber buttons sometimes get stuck under the lip surrounding them, and the start trigger on the side needs you to press it in just the right spot or it won't turn on.

Matthew WI only received the vice like two days ago, and receiving an option about rating, will only rate it in the middle of the road for now, I don’t know if it works I don’t know if it does not work, however as far as your customer service young girl named Jennifer called me today and you can tell that she was concerned about if I knew all the options of operating the device in any special features that were not covered in the instruction books, that only tells me that she really cares about you and your pets, perhaps I will change the rating of the device in time, but right now it’s too soon, but it gives me great hope about the device that they are caring for you and your pets, and want you to make sure you have full knowledge of working the device to help succeed your goal of your pets health
