I was looking for a vet that could do a quality of life exam and help decide if it was time to put my sick 18yo cat to sleep. Town and Country was able to get us in same day. Dr Johnson was so kind and gentle to my cat and considerate to me and family. Asking us questions, assessing my cat’s condition, and explaining the diagnosis and prognosis. Reassuring us that the decision was reasonable. They gave us time to process and time with the cat before, during, and after. I appreciated the service and would recommend them.

I needed a vet who could work alongside the oncologist for my pup. They were compassionate and understanding every step of the way. Sadly the cancer was too aggressive and unresponsive to treatment so I had to say goodbye to my best friend. I was terrified that with the COVID-19 protocols I would have to drop him off and never see him again. Fortunately this wasn't the case. The day I had to euthanize Phoenix two staff members came out to my car with a stretcher (because his back legs had stopped working days before) and carried him inside while gently reassuring him. They allowed me to be inside with him to comfort him (and me) in his passing. He was calm enough that he actually ate treats for the first time at a vets office. The Veterinarian and Technician were both very kind and professional. It's impossible to say goodbye to a beloved pet, but at least here they care enough to help.

First time pet owner here who recenty came into possession of a 4 month old German Shepherd with no real history or knowing anything about the beautiful and goofy animal. I could see though that she had some issues, so I started looking up vets and I am so thankful for stumbling across Town and Country!!! They were able to get us in within only a few days and they were upfront and honest about their costs and what might be needed. They were very professional towards me and very sweet and caring towards my lil Babi girl!!! The vet answered all of my questions and addressed all of my daughters (14 year old) fears about what the puppy might have been through previous to becoming a member of our family, and what effects it might have on her physical and mental/emotional health in the future. They provided all the necessary care the lil lady required, gave me detailed instructions on how to continue her treatments at home, and explained what all is to be expected now, and over the next year with her. I left feeling a whole lot better about our decision to keep this precious little girl, and if I had any reservations before, I certainly do not at this point, thanks in-part to the wonderful staff at Town and Country. I would definitely reccomend!!!

After a very scary day I took Zoe in to my vet to find out she has a temporary condition that causes her to be very off balance with odd movement to her eyes. After a very thorough exam and an extremely caring staff 2 videos and an additional conversation with a relatively new vet we had an answer. Never did I feel rushed and as usual the care given is top notch. To top off the process this was all affordable. I have used this vet clinic for many years and this last visit will keep me coming back. I trust all the care of my pets to Town and country, Dr Michael Andrews and his staff including Dr Lisa Mahlum..

My family has been My family has been bringing our family pets and feral cats that show up to Town and Country Animal Hospital for over 30 years. They have always been kind and reliable. I appreciate not being given a guilt trip or huge up sale on unnecessary or extreme treatments that most likely won't work or I simply can’t afford. Though I have moved out of the neighborhood I continue to go to them. Bringing our pets to see Dr. Andrew feels like it did as a kid going to see the pediatrician that knew you from birth.

Dr Mark was amazing and his vet tech Rick is one of the kindest most wonderful people I've ever met and I appreciate him so well and he was so kind and thoughtful about Teva. And doctor was very thorough and real open about Teva haven't cancer and referring us to a good oncologist and we called them and they were very very nice and was going to call over there and get the information they needed and give us a call right back five stars and I wish I could give you a million stars cuz you deserve it thank you bye Judy Ann and Michael Seeley

Loving caring receptionist, nurses and doctors. We have taken our 3 Large babies (dogs) to Town and Country for the last 3 years. They get so excited to visit the Vet and staff. Tails wagging at full speed. When our Baby got hurt they saw her asap. The cost was fitting for what they did for her. I would personally never go to a vet based upon cost alone. I wouldn't do that for my child. I like having a vet that has ALL of our babies records in one place.

I have been taking our American Shelter Dog (mix) since we brought her home form the shelter over 3 years ago. We have appreciated the care and advice given to us by the doctors and staff. "Reecie" gets kind of grumpy at some points in the exams. The folks at Town & Country Animal Hospital always handle her with gentle patience. I want to thank Dr. Andrew for helping me make the hardest decision to let my baby girl angel cross over the rainbow bridge. I had her for almost 12 years. Dr. Andrew operated on her when she was three months old to remove a kidney. She lived for 11 years with one kidney and then she came down with bladder stones and I had to have them removed, a day or so after the surgery she was having problems and her kidney started shutting down so he help me make the decision to let her go Dr. Andrew is a great veterinarian. RIPMy fur baby.

I'm picky about choosing veterinarians for my animals. When I moved to SE Portland in 1998, I interviewed my new neighbors to find a vet with a good reputation. My neighbors almost unanimously said, "Go to Dr. Andrew at Town & Country." I've been taking my dogs and cats to see Dr. Michael Andrew for almost 20 years now. When my formally feral cat suddenly began losing her balance, he talked me into a medication that would cross the blood-brain barrier. I was leery, but my cat made a full recovery and lived many more years. Last fall (2016) my 14-year-old cat suffered trauma one night after hours and we made a trip to Dove Lewis in NE Portland to get her patched up. The baby vet at Dove Lewis commented on how frightened my cat was: "Her heart is just racing." The next day while examining my cat, Dr. Andrew, listening to my cat's still-fast heartbeat, said, "I think your kitty may have hyperthyroidism. A fast heart rate is one of the symptoms." Sure enough, a lab test confirmed Dr. Andrew's tentative diagnosis. Baby vet at expensive Dove Lewis totally misread the symptom. In addition to being an excellent and experienced diagnostician, Dr. Andrew has superb people skills. He has never seemed offended when I have asked questions or mentioned the word "Internet." Not so one of the other vets who works there, who was patronizing and brushed me off when I asked questions. I make a point now of insisting on appointments with Dr. Michael Andrew.

Our vet didn't have any availability but they suggested this place. My poor 14 yr old dog has aspiration pneumonia and they got him in same day. They were incredibly friendly and supportive. Dr. Johnson was incredibly thoughtful and thorough. I went in completely panicked and left relieved and hopeful. I will definitely come here again! Thank you guys so much!

The vet was simply amazing and extremely caring. I thought that my 7 month old puppy had ingested something that could possibly kill her and after injecting something to make her throw up and going through the vomit looking for anything suspect they didn't find anything but the vet wanted to keep her for 4 or 5 hours for observation, but I didn't have any money. The vet said that they would not charge me for it. After all of that my total bill came to a little over $13 for the injection.

She's the first vet to correctly diagnose our cat's chronic eye condition (after nearly 6 years of going to different vets!), which has helped us manage his health much more effectively. This Animal Hospital is great. I had to get two cats "fixed" and neither appointment took weeks to schedule out for. The Staff is professional and very attentive to you and your pets needs. I have to choose a new Vet for my pets and I wanted a place that I could trust and could building a lasting relationship with. The Vet is clear in his advice and having only spoken to him (due to Covid restrictions) by phone he gave me confidence that I chose the right place to take my Fur Babies to. I cannot say a bad thing about this place. The prices are good and reasonable. I recommend this Animal Hospital to anyone who loves his or her pets. This place cares about them too.

These folks are fantastic! My older Chihuahua needed dental work done, my long time veterinarian changed to an emergency only business model, so I called these kind folks! What a compassionate, caring and knowledgeable team. We were welcomed like we had been with this clinic for years, which was immensely appreciated. Town and Country Animal Hospital is new to me. They came highly recommended from people I know that take their pets there. I was very satisfied with the first visit for my senior dog. They asked me if I had any concerns about me dog, I asked them if they could look at a couple of things and they did. They did a nose to tail examine including blood work to see if he was able to have dental work done. They were very thorough and confirmed he would be able to have the dental procedure he needs I was so comfortable with them I made the appointment for the dental work. They were very patient with me asking so many questions, they answered them truthfully. I am glad I made the right decision to change clinics, for my dogs health care. We've had Dr. Casey Choate as our dog's vet for about two years, and we've been SO happy with the care that we've gotten. She is very patient with him and always tries to create a positive experience, even when he decides to act like 110lbs of spicy feistiness). I've NEVER felt like we were being pressured into doing unnecessary tests or treatments. On the contrary, on more than one occasion she's told us that a pricy test/treatment that we thought might be needed (i.e. an XR for a sore leg that improved with NSAIDs, teeth cleaning for mild plaque) wasn't really necessary. They have also been very transparent about the costs at the start of the visit. Front desk staff have always been super friendly and seem to genuinely love getting to see my dog. I have the utmost trust in Dr. Choate and the rest of the clinic, and I would never think of going with a different vet as long as we're here.

Supportive, responsive, and intuitive to client needs and emotions. We moved to SE Portland from NoPo a little over a year ago and switched vets to something closer to our new neighborhood. I am SO glad we chose this place. They supported us through our 19 year old cats last year, and were super kind and compassionate with his care through his many visits receiving fluids, regular care, etc. They were honest with us as he neared the end of his life, but also kind and caring with the way they presented information and options to us. This staff is always helpful. I called multiple times to ask different questions before my pets surgery and they were always so helpful with providing information. They conveniently let me email them pics post op to check her recovery. Dr. Choate is friendly and informative. Dr. Johnson has magic hands bc her incision was barely visible and recovery was fast. They can be a little pricey but worth it. Thank you to the staff for all you do :)

I've been going to Dr. Andrew for many, many years. He is a terrific Vet and I've always trusted him with all my pets. Although Town and Country Animal Hospital isn't the closest, it has always been my choice. They have treated five of my dogs and five of my cats through out their lives and continue with the dog and cat I currently have. Their staff have always been friendly and responsive. The clinic are diligent in checking on my pets after various procedures and seem to really love animals as much as I do. I've used their boarding facility on occasions and my pets come back clean, happy, and well exercised. I highly recommend Town and Country Animal Hospital. through

We waited in our car with each pet for the scheduled appointment. We called them on their landline to indicate we were there, and a technician came out to receive our paperwork, if necessary, and our pet. Via phone call my husband discussed what was necessary to administer vaccinations to one of our dogs, and then to evaluate our new rescue kitty. Each time the vet review seemed very thorough and complete, as was discussed via phone. We are changing over from SE Animal Hospital, since they have become so isolated. This is also a much better financial value!!! We will be bringing our other two pets for their vaccinations and checkups soon!!

We started coming to this animal hospital after my original vet didn’t have an open appointment. From the moment we arrived, everyone we encountered were extremely nice, caring, helpful, and honest. I’ve been to many vets in the past who recommended a bunch of unnecessary tests just to just run up the bill. Well, this clinic is definitely not like that at all. Instead, they give recommendations that help your pet get well and charge a reasonable amount. Last time I was there, my car battery died and one of their staff members tried helping me jump my car, and kept checking on me while I had to wait for AAA. This is a top notch clinic and am so grateful I found them and that it’s only 15 minutes away.

I absolutely love Town and Country Animal Hospital. They have available appointments regularly, they are so good with my pups, and every person who works there clearly loves animals. The techs and doctors both have tons of knowledge and always work with me to make sure we get a good plan in place no matter what the issue might be. I especially love that they also offer boarding - I *know* I can trust them to take good care of my babies while I'm somewhere that doesn't have fences. When my never-sick dog became ill, this was one of the few vets with new patient appointments who was willing to work with us. Every appointment with Dr.Choate, she was communicative, clear and flexible. Her staff were so caring and loving. She made every effort to help save my dog but was also honest when there wasn’t anything else we could do. Through the process of putting my pup down, she was consoling, explanatory and kind. Since then I’ve received kind cards from her office and I got a card over a month later that a contribution was made to a charity in My pup’s name. For the last few months of my dogs life and after, I felt so supported and can’t recommend this clinic enough. While my story didn’t have a happy ending, I was still cared for every step of the way. When I’m ready for another pet, we’ll be coming back here.

I started going to them during COVID, which means I can't go inside with my animals, but everyone here has taken as much time as I need to discuss my concerns, and everyone has been incredibly kind and compassionate. My dog got sick a little while back, and I was incredibly concerned and stressed out, and not only was the staff incredibly understanding toward me, but they really went out of their ways to make my dog comfortable and happy. They even gave her a squeaky toy, and had me bring it home after her appointment. They are also not unreasonably priced!

The staff is very willing to help and take the time to make sure you understand what is happening to your pet. They will follow-up with a phone call the following day after your pet has had a procedure to ensure that everything is going well in the healing process. Since we have been with them for so long, we feel that they are a part of our family when it comes to our pets. They truly care.

Everyone who works here has been great with our dogs and great with us. They take the time to explain what is going on, and to make sure you understand the home care needed. They have all been extremely compassionate with both my dogs, one of which has high anxiety and they always take the time to make sure she's comfortable. Their approach, in my opinion, had been consistent and the right kind of conservative. We ultimately had to have our little dog put down, and they were so supportive and caring through the whole process. The people who work here are amazing! I have a mini aussie rat terrier tea cup chihuahua in mix that had horrible eat infections in both ears, they had been infected for months because I had been incarcerated and my dogs had to stay with a family member who already had to many pets! The vet was amazing and very understanding!! I was grateful he took the time to explain what was going on with her. They even gave me a discount and trimmed her nails for free!! My puppy need her tail cropped because of an injury. I had called other vet's and they told me that it was a cosmetic procedure. When I called Town and Country, they were on the spot. Gave me a time to be there that same day. They did the surgery and now my puppy is 100% better. They were quick and they earned my business! Even though it was a same day surgery, it was very affordable! Great doctors, the nursing staff was great!

They scheduled a last minute appointment for us when our dog was very sick due to the incompetence of our former vet. They were able to get us the medicine we need as well as additional information on our dog’s illnesses and advice on reasonably priced medication. We have been going to Hannah Pet Society for a while now. I did not feel that we were getting good care so I brought my anxiety ridden, partly bilnd dog with skin and allergy issues to Town and Country. They all are very professional and were very helpful. I got more information from the phone after visit than I have gotten in over a year at Hannah. They were able to cut her nails too!!! Something I have been told that "she is to hyper" to get done. We are so happy we found Town and Country Animal Hospital when we moved to Portland. After going to another vet in Portland and having a so-so experience, we were really missing the friendly, honest and experienced veterinary practice we had gone to before moving here. Town and Country was recommended to us and we have been so happy to take our two dogs here! The front desk staff is warm and welcoming and never to busy to help. All the vets/ techs we have seen have exceeded our expectations- they are experienced and warm and I have never felt like I am being pressured into a unnecessary or more expensive procedure/ exam. Plus, our dogs love going (probably because of the small bag of treats they get each time!)

I’ve been taking my dog here for a few years and I’ve always had a great experience. I recently adopted a puppy, she’s had all her shots done here and they clipped her nails when I asked them to as well. They’re very helpful and eager to answer questions, and have been very covid safe and conscious. Their lobby is closed but you park in their parking lot and they come out and get your pet for you, and the vet or vet tech calls you from inside to talk/ask and answer questions etc. Then they bring your dog out and take payment over the phone. Very progressional and smooth process! I’ll be bringing both my dogs here for the foreseeable future!

I brought my cat here for a blood test to check his thyroid level after discovering from another vet clinic he had a thyroid disorder. The difference between this clinic and the previous one we had been to was night and day. The staff here were all so friendly and caring it was so wonderful. They explained everything and answered all my questions so patiently. Dr Johnson was so kind, and very straight forward with his recommendations for Pumpkin. And the cost was so much more reasonable than the other clinic. I’m so glad I found this place and would highly recommend them to everyone.

They have taken good care of our pups whether its been boarding, checkups, or procedures. Highly recommended. Price has been competitive with other vets in LO, San Diego, and Idaho. Will continue to be happy customers. Added 3/6/2018 - One of our dogs had to have 8 teeth removed recently. Staff was very nice once again very thorough about checking up with us and making sure our dog was doing well days after the surgery. Very Pleased with entire experience.

I went to Town and Country during COVID19 because my normal vet office was charging higher rates and Town and Country was much more affordable. It turned out my cat had a cancerous tumor growing in her mouth and it was time to end her suffering. I was not expecting to put her down (this was a fast growing cancer), and so I was quite thrown and emotional. Town and Country Animal Hospital was so responsive, kind, considerate, and they took care of everything! Im so appreciative for their help, information, and service as well as their compassion for myself and my baby in her final moments. I'd recommend them highly to anyone.

Such a great experience! The cheapest vet I’ve ever had, the quickest and most communicative and thorough experience as well! My lhasa was having mystery pain and I needed her checked out. We had never been here before. I called and set up an appointment for the next day, everywhere else I called was booked weeks out and cost much more. Then a few hours later they called and said they had a cancellation and could see me today. I'm a worry wart pet parent and when something is wrong with my fur baby they are quick to reassure me he'll be taken care of and always check all of my concerns never disregarding it. My daughter recommended Town and Country to us for our animals. At the time we had been taking them to a larger chain type vet clinic where the care was okay but quite expensive and impersonal. I was pleasantly surprised at our first visit by the friendliness of the staff, the professionalism and courtesy of the vet, and the quite reasonable prices (which were about half what the other vet had been charging us). Since that visit one of our dogs had a major surgery to remove a tumor and the staff did a wonderful job with being responsive to my needs in the days following the surgery and the aftercare needed when complications arose with my dog stopping eating. We also had both of our dogs teeth cleaned and extractions done and the cost was half what the other vet had quoted us for the work. Every time we have had to go in the front desk staff, the vet techs, and the vets are all friendly, courteous, seem to remember our animals. So if you like a personal touch, professionalism, quality care, all at a great price this is the place for you.

I spent the previous weekend at an Emergency vet because of it and had a horrible experience there and it was the difference between light and day. The staff here was very nice. I've taken my pitbull mix here a few times. I've been able to get an appointment within a couple days of calling. They accept care credit which is helpful. My dog had terrible skin for such a long time and we have gone to a handful of veterinarians with no results of getting better. The older guy who works there gave us stuff that has significantly change my dogs skin. He is so much less itchy and his skin looks way better.

Everything was explained to me through out the process and they kept me updated on his condition through out the day. I had to put off this procedure for years due to how expensive it was with other clinics. Town and Country gave me an estimate that was over $200 less than the other clinic I used to go to in Vancouver. They've never told me to follow a trend for food choices, never told me to buy Chinese herbs, and have never tried to sell me an expensive x-ray when it's unnecessary. I never walk out of their office feeling like I got sold snake oil or got duped into unnecessary testing. The general feel I get from this office reminds me of the family vet we trusted when I was a child. The pricing is reasonable, the quality is above and beyond anything I have experienced in Portland, and the staff is compassionate and considerate. I feel infinitely fortunate to have found them, and while I love keeping my favorite spots secret I hope that this team can continue to see success and grow and that more Portland vets will learn from this example.

At first, I was a bit taken back by sitting in the parking lot and having our new puppy escorted in without us. Then, we did not get to be part of the exam just a brief description of the visit by the vet over the phone. They didn't tell us the weight or several details. Then, we brought a stool sample back the next day and boom, its lost with the receptionist telling us that there was no payment for it so we must not have dropped it off. Loss of trust feels really bad.

Unfortunately, after my experience this weekend, I'll be looking for a new veterinary office. And yes--I've got the right Town & Country, in Portland, Oregon. We've seen several of the vets at this office in the last three years. Care has been decent, and I've been satisfied. But now we've found ourselves in a situation where we must rehome our puppy. We've worked extensively with her (no thanks to Town & Country for the blank stares, handouts on aggression, and puppy class recommendation--nothing more, despite repeat requests for help), and our situation is only intensifying. I called this weekend after the dog bit my daughter's FACE. I explained our situation and asked for suggestions on how to proceed. We know very few people in the area and re-homing a dog appears to be incredibly difficult. I've hit dead end after dead end. Surely a veterinary office would have a resource, right? Instead I was scolded for not having seen an "actual behavioralist" (I had literally begun to schedule through the humane society the day before, this is a work in progress) and finally the woman on the phone told me that, if I "wasn't willing" to put in the effort, I'd probably just need to call the humane society to surrender. I hung up in tears. This is not a decision we're making lightly, and our hearts are broken. Our guilt is strong. I'd like to think someone we should trust to care for our pets could also be trusted to help us through something so difficult, rather than scold us for our choice to keep our children safe. UPDATE: After working with Dr. Andrew to find a resolution appropriate to our particular circumstances, I am editing my review. Yes--that phone call was a really bad one. But I'm so thrilled to be able to come back here and say that Dr. Andrew reached out to help us, and that each interaction I had with him (and his staff) was reassuring, helpful, and kind. I believe our situation was a powerful learning experience for all involved, and I won't hesitate to refer friends to Town & Country.

Last year, our 9-year-old Boston terrier became very lethargic, and had difficulty walking and eating. We took her to Town and Country Animal Hospital, and they ran tests and told us she had Cushing's disease. They started her on medications, but we didn't see the improvement we expected. Meanwhile, the vet ran more tests, and told us she was also diabetic. We started her on insulin shots, and were very thankful that OUR vet didn't stop with the first thing they found. Although Roxy eventually had to be put down, we knew that she had received the best care possible. That's why, when we bought two 7-week-old Boston terrier puppies, we didn't hesitate to take them to Town and Country for their shots and continued care. The folks there really LIKE animals, and it shows in everything they do, from the moment you walk in. And they definitely know what they're doing!

I have never been to an animal hospital were everyone from the receptionist to the Vet showed so much compassion to their patients and owners. I had a little kitty who was deathly ill and Dr. Andrew did everything he could without charging a arm and leg. Any time I called the Doctor would call back. It just wasn't to be. They sent us a sympathy card and donated to an animal charity in my kitty's name. Plus someone found a stray kitty and they contacted us to see if we would be interested in adding to our family. The whole experience and dedication to their profession has been amazing.

My dog began to show signs of tooth pain, he wasn't able to eat his food and didn't want to drink water, his face swelled up on one side. They were able to get me in for an appt the next afternoon. Everyone there absolutely loves animals. They could tell my doggo was super anxious and they catered to him by taking every movement real gentle to keep him calm. Long story short, he had to undergo anesthesia and have 9 teeth removed. I was terrified to have him go under, but all the staff were more than happy to answer all my questions. The procedure went great, he was up eating and drinking the same day. I feel the price was on par for such an intensive procedure, and they accept care credit which helps immensely.

Went in at 11pm at night and they saved the life of my dog. He had bloat and a twisted stomach. After a 4 hour surgery and a 30% chance for survival they closed off an exam room for me and let me stay in it all day with my dog. We literally camped on the floor on blankets until he was ready to go home. I cannot say enough good things about them. Skilled, available and compassionate.

We took our dog in to get neutered and as first time parents to our puppy, we were apprehensive, worried, and everything in between. They really took care of our little guy and not only that but they also took the time to educate us on what we were missing (such as how to clean his ears properly) which they also did at no charge for us during the procedure (and clipped his nails as well). They went above and beyond to say the least. We asked if it was possible for them to buzz his little behind because he's a poodle mix and it's impossible for us to do that specific region while he's awake which they did also at no additional charge. I took a 6 month old healthy male cat to the vet on Babcock for a neuter operation. She had been seeing him since we found him. They returned a sick cat that almost died. I took my cat back to the same vet and she would not see him. Another vet saw him the two times we went back. She would not even check on him. After an additional 400 dollars and not getting better we took him to Town and Country. That vet did several tests and prescribed the necessary medicines. I had gone to VCA and they told me that my Bella's esophagus looked a little big but she definitely had pneumonia and that they would give me antibiotics for the pneumonia. We did 6 weeks of antibiotics and wiped out the pneumonia but Bella was still throwing up. I didn't feel VCA was my best bet so I called town & country. The staff was sympathetic to my situation and got me in the next morning before they started their normal day. They where kind and careful with me and my Bell. After we had the x-rays the doctor sat down with me and let me know that she had an enlarged esophagus and that this was not curable and was very hard to deal with, with small dogs let alone 80lb Bella. I was very thankful to the doctor for being straight forward and honest. He told me that we could do more tests but that the x-rays said all there was to say. He gently gave me the information I needed to have Bella put down (which they came to my house at 11pm so I could spend the entire last day with her) and gave us some meds to make her last day pain free. They followed up with a condolences card and to make sure things had gone ok. My other boy MOE died 6 months later so he only had one visit but they where just a kind and caring. If you have a pet they deserve Town & Country Animal Hospital. I will never go anywhere else again for my pet care!

Our dog Buddy (Chihuahua/Schnauzer mix) had come down with something pretty bad as he was not eating and also couldn't keep anything down, including water. We took him in to Dr. Bunning with the understanding that we were unable to spend a lot of money to treat him. Dr. Bunning complied and did the best diagnosis he could with the limitation that we placed on him. When after a day, we saw that Buddy was not improving with the antibiotics that we were giving him (he ran away from us to a solitary place as animals instinctively do when they are sensing that they won't live much longer), we agreed that it was our responsibility to have Buddy looked at again without any financial restrictions. We took him back into Town and Country Animal Hospital and when Dr. Bunning and his assistant saw him, they immediately suspected Parvo based on the symptoms that he was showing. When they tested him for it, they discovered that was exactly what he had. Understanding our financial limitations, the staff provided two different options to treat Buddy. One of these options required us to leave him at the animal hospital until improved, which was out of the question due to cost. However, the other option involved a "Care Package" that the hospital put together including A VERY DETAILED SET OF INSTRUCTIONS on how to nurse Buddy back to health on our own with an assurance that we could call them at any time if we ran into trouble. I am happy to state that Buddy is Parvo-free and back to him normal trouble-making self. Thank you Dr. Bunning and Town and Country Animal Hospital staff for not just caring about the animals, but also the pet-owners as well.
