We were just in town a week while traveling and our dog, Annie was due for her annual shots. I called ahead and made the appt. No problem accommodating their proposed appt. We came in without having to wait for Annie's examination room to be ready any more than 5 min. It was all quite fast. The vet came in and examined our little girl, tested her for heartworm. Thankfully her test came back negative and then she was able to get all her shots, including rabies and we were on our way. Everything was nicely efficient and the staff was very courteous and professional. They even wrote Annie's name on the blackboard wall in her room which was a pleasant personal, added touch. We were in and out within 30 minutes or so.

I have taken my pets here for over 15 years and always have a positive experience. Most recently, my cat became very ill and I was able to get him to see the vet the same day. After treatment and meds, the vet told me to call back in 2 days if he was not better as he may need some tests done.. She filled me in on what to look for and do in the interim. I did call the following day and was able to get him in again very quickly. Tests were done, explained fully and additional meds given. This entire adventure began 4 days ago and today he is at 100%. During this experience, the vet was very responsive and patient with my pet (and me). In addition, the staff is always helpful and empathetic,. I trust them absolutely with my little furry companions.

We have been taking our 18 month old German shepherd there for seizures and the dr and staff has been wonderful and caring. We also had to put our 11 yr old German shepherd to sleep a few weeks ago and every single staff member was grieving with us and just so nice and loving to us and my boy. They are amazing.

Pets were brought in and out of the building in a carrier by a staff member due to covid precautions. The prices were great and the doctors recommendations definitely helped with the cats. Highly recommend this place. I have 2 dogs, one is 7 and the other just a few months old, and they have taken excellent care of both. They always take their time and answer all my crazy questions. Never have to wait long to be seen. My older dog has been suffering from allergies for years. They recommended a shot that no other vet had previously suggested and he's so much more comfortable now. So grateful they were able to give him some relief! Prices seem fair. We're on the PAW plan, so that helps a lot.

We were very pleased with the entire staff. Our dog Jett had an obstruction and needed help. They did not just jump to surgery but used x-ray and endoscopy to start. The doctor called a couple times to keep us informed; and together we could choose the best plan of action. The take home instructions were clear and easy to follow. They were very respectful when it came to my concerns and worries. They took their time and even more some addressing each of my concerns for my pet and added advice to help advance their care. They even did additive tests that I requested even though they assured me that they thought they would come back normal they still did the tests to help calm me. They took their time with my pet to ensure their health. I will be switching to this vet and both of my pets will be coming here due to their passion to not only care for the animals, but care for the caregivers when issues arise. The clinical part was FANTASTIC!!!!! Love this staff ! that they wouldn't allow me to split my $119 bill in half until my next pension check was a bit .... inflexible. So make sure that you get an estimate in advance and make payment arrangements at that time if necessary. Save yourself humiliation at front desk in front of other pet owners.

I have a reactive dog so that makes taking him to the vet not only harder but obviously more stressful! I let them know ahead of time and not only were they very informative they were also so nice and understanding about it! The whole time they told him how cute he was, saying how he was such a sweet and handsome boy, giving him treats. I was so nervous about taking him in, with him having behavioral issues and they eased all my worries! I seriously sat in my car and cried for a few minutes before leaving! It means so, so much to me that they went out of their way MULTIPLE times to make sure he was comfortable and had an enjoyable visit! We've taken both of our chihuahuas here for several years. Our babies are stereotypical chihuahuas that don't like anyone but our family. On Sunday night, our bossiest dog came down with an ear infection. Thankfully, they got us in right away Monday and were so good to our pup!! They also noticed that his nails were a bit long so they automatically cut them at no charge! Anyone that knows our dogs, knows that there's a chance a person could lose their fingers at the first sight of the clippers. Here we are, 24 hours later, and my bossy chihuahua is back to his old self, with short nails. Thank you, All City Pet Care West, for your patience, your heart and your quality care!!!

I admit we did the exact WRONG thing to do when we started looking for a Vet. We shopped around by price—NOT the thing to do when taking care of a precious addition to your family. After trying a couple other places and being so dissatisfied, we came to All City West. Hand down the best pet decision ever made. Our very first visit (pre covid) Dr. O got down on the floor and really got to know our puppy. She took all the time we needed to answer every question we might have. Made us feel very much at home. She was very thorough and did an exceptional job. When we brought our second puppy into the house we had no hesitations getting started with her from the get go. Each time we have had a question or concern they get us right in and ensure everything is going well for our dogs. We also decided to invest in the Paw plan which was an amazing decision. After doing the math this is definitely the way to go. Five stars all around and highly recommend.

I have been coming here for a couple years mostly for nail trims and I love love love All City Petcare! They cut my dogs nails in seriously 60 seconds - we are in and out before he can when freak out about being at the vet. A nail trim is around $15 and is so worth it. If I try to trim his nails we struggle until I give up or I cut his quick and make it bleed.

Our entire family comes to All City Pet Care West to see Dr. Stork. We've had multiple TPLO's, surgeries to remove cancers, and other major health issues that he has tackled with grace, professionalism, and always provides ethical and the highest quality of care. He is extremely compassionate too for the most difficult of times when one must say goodbye to our loved ones, which is why I only trust him. I recently lost my boy and Dr. Stork was so kind and caring. He's extremely knowledgeable and cares with all of his heart about the wellbeing of our fur babies. I can't recommend him enough or say thank you enough for the outstanding care he's provided over the last decade! I won't trust my babies to anyone but All City Pet Care West! The other docs I've seen there are also amazing, but my heart is with Dr. Stork. Also, Mary at the front desk is the kindest receptionist I've ever met! Thanks!

Dr Stork is empathetic with the pain of our dog, he explained her condition and we consented to TPLO knee surgery. All we were given was a medication sheet with no other guidelines as we saw our dog shaking and told to use a thin strap to take pressure off using her leg. We're thankful that our dog survived surgery. We found ourselves calling the Emergency Pet Hospital when she wouldn't take her medication or have food or water. She is normally excited by food so this was very unusual for her. Had I not looked up what is normal and abnormal in recovery from TPLO surgery, we would have felt more ill prepared to properly care for our pup. Her leg and foot were inflamed and swollen. The Pet Hopital suggested icing for 15 minutes at a time. In the course of 1.5 days, the swelling was reduced to normality.

I have nothing but good things to say. Our puppy broke his leg, Dr. Matt Stork, We thought we were going to have to do surgery to repair the fracture but Dr. Stork decided due to the location of the brake we would set the brake then put a cast on it, instead of putting screws into the leg. It took 2 months of bandage changes, X-rays, and Kennel rest (We paid nothing extra out of pocket after our initial visit) but our puppy's leg is now fully healed. The fact that Dr. Stork considered what was in our dogs best interest and not what was in the best interest of his pocket book was impressive. I Would recommend this Vet Hospital to anyone that has a small animal.

We don't normally take my dogs to you guys. Was a huge relief, when so close you guys we're open, on a Saturday. I dont think my dog would of made it this weekend, if you weren't. He had a fall from our couch and was non responsive. I truly believe you guys brought him back. He's running around and normal like nothing happened. I got my Persian Cat neutered and declawed. I brought him in the day before for an exam and they told me they could keep him overnight so I wouldn't have to come in so early the next morning, so nice. They do laser claw removal. They are the only Vet in town that does it. It is less painful with less recovery time. The only thing I don't like about the West side location is the small lobby and in the clinic rooms they have a hard bench to sit on instead of chairs.

Even though we were there for just a toe nail, the Doctor took the time to inquire about Ginger’s weight and alerted me that she may have an underlying thyroid issue. I would never have caught that! All this xtra care on a morning they were swamped! Great Job all city pet care west! I highly recommend them!!!
