I would definitely recommend this hospital to other cat families. I took my female cat here to do spay surgery. Everything ran very smoothly and my cat recovers very well in 2 weeks. This hospital is very friendly and easy to make appointments. I made an appointment the same week I consult them, instead of a month later like the other clinics. Thank you so much to Natalie and Dr. Rios! They showed their love and took good care of pets. They even replied to my text in the after hours regarding spay questions. My cat could eat and drink well that night right after the surgery. And she behaved like no surgery happened during her recovering period.

I never write reviews but I wanted to thank Dr Franco for her exceptional care. My kitty was very sick after eating a box of treats and we had a bad experience at the previous animal hospital we went to. They charged us $1600 and here at media we paid $900 for all labs X-ray and treatment. It was well worth the money. Dr Franco also called the following days to check up on Opie. He is back to 100% and I couldn’t be more thankful :)

After being told my recommended vet was not taking new patients, I was in a hurry to find a vet as I just got my kitten a week ago. I wanted to get her checked out as soon as possible. Media City looked promising so I called them.. John at the front desk was truly the warmest, kindest gentleman I've ever spoken with. He was patient with me and helped me through the process of enrollment with ease. I finally went in earlier today and got to thank John in person which I was really happy about. I have had such a positive experience with every single person I've interacted with at Media City. From the vets to the vet techs to the front desk staff, every single one is fantastic. Dr. Trout was my primary vet and she was so incredibly kind and helpful, often going well beyond what other vet clinics I've interacted with have. Truly you cannot go wrong with anyone at Media City Animal Hospital. I've been driving from Playa Vista just to keep using them for my elderly cat - and though yesterday they helped me say goodbye to her, I am so very grateful that Media City was there for me every step of the way.

Always so kind, caring, and attentive to my pup. He had surgery last week and they called the day after to check on him and see how he was feeling. They also are really good about calling back if you leave a message for the veterinarian. Everyone on staff from the folks at the front desk to the vet techs to the vets are just so sweet. I’ve witnessed people at the front being trained and the people training are very patient and answer questions and explain why things are done in a specific way. Love this vet clinic.

Media Center Hospital is extremely convenient. You can book online or message your provider. If your pet has behavioral problems feel free to let the staff know and they will try to expedite getting you into the room. I'm blown away by the service at this clinic. I'm so happy to have found a veterinary center that has caring and competent staff! I used to go to Limehouse veterinary for many years, but it went seriously downhill in quality over the last 3 years. Apparently it was bought out by a corporation and the quality plummeted. After being financially reamed as well as insulted by the vet who saw my 14 year old cat, with no definitive diagnosis or plan, I found Media City Animal Hospital. When my pet and I entered the room, there was a welcome sign up on the counter, with the name of the doctor who was going to see my pet. It was such a sweet and thoughtful touch that I was very impressed. Dr. Ng was wonderful, had a great bedside manner and truly seemed to care about my cat. She gave clear diagnoses and recommendations. At no point did I feel like I was being taken advantage of financially, unlike Limehouse. As far as I'm concerned, this is the new veterinary center for my cats to go to.

Rescheduled our appointment the morning of via text, which we didnt see, we arrived at our originally scheduled time and was told we had missed our appointment, it was only after showing them our original confirmation email they found that they had rescheduled us, they then said we could come back in 3 hours or reschedule for another day. We said we weren't interested and they found an appointment for 30 minutes later. Please call, confirm text or try our backup number before changing peoples appointments or at the very least keep a record of the original time so when people arrive at the scheduled time you dont repeatedly say you missed the appointment and blame us. Update: We just finished our appointment with Dr. Trout, she is delightful and very kind, I wanted to clarify our issue is with reception, not with the vet

I adore this vet office. I live near Santa Monica and make the trek up to Burbank because they are that good. I started coming here based off a recommendation from a coworker and also they were the only office that could fit my cat in for a new patient appointment within a couple days from booking. I originally came here because my cat was ill and needed a PCV to check her out as it was non-emergency. I loved the service and experience so much I decided to make them my primary vet for both my cats. The office is super clean and the staff are incredibly kind and courteous. All expenses will be detailed for your approval before any action is taken (they provide a low and high estimate for the visit, depending on what they anticipate your pet needing). Dr. Bazlova is AMAZING! She's so knowledgable and empathetic. She truly listens, provides you with all your options and her recommendations and is happy to work with you to provide the best care that makes the most sense for both you and your pet. And the follow up!!! I've never had an office be SO attentive both during and after appointments. You truly feel the care they have for their patients. Highly recommend

UPDATE 04/05/22: Lola had a couple teeth extracted and a cleaning. Almost a month post op and she's doing fantastic! The office staff and technicians are always helpful and Dr. Deegan is amazing at what she does. We've been patients for almost a year and will never go to another vet. Cannot thank them enough! 11 MONTHS AGO: Our first time at Media City Animal Hospital and I was blown away by the friendliness of the entire staff, especially Tanya at the front desk, and impressed with the in depth services that the vet provided. Dr. Marino was absolutely amazing. She made my senior girl feel comfortable and really made sure she got every piece of information about her new patient. We will need to return soon and I feel like my girl is in the best hands possible now. Thank you so much!

Media City always comes to my rescue when Frosty has a problem. He's a long-haired Persian and constantly has hairballs. Recently he was vomiting so much and couldn't keep anything down but the crew gave him an anti-nausea shot and prescribed him antibiotics. It's day 5 and he has not had any problems. The staff is so friendly and the vet is extremely caring. Frosty is always so relaxed when he comes over. Glad to have found this place.

Quick Review: No BS, Amazing Wonderful Women! Not going to charge you anything you don't need, or even want for that matter. Passionate, Caring, and Intelligent. Long Review: This is the best Vet I have ever been to in the country. These ladies are all so amazing! I believe I saw Magda for my German Shepard/Lab mix and she was knowledgeable and intelligent. Her recommendations on things such as Fish Oil and Pumpkin were spot on to what I already do and believe in and very heart warming to know there are Vets out there who understand natural life. Ladies at the front desk are extremely proffessional and courteous as well. Everyone knew my dogs name and was so friendly! I immediately came home and recommended Media City to 2 of my neighboors and a couple friends. SWITCH TO THIS VET! <3

I’ve been taking my puppy to Media City since we rescued him and have had nothing but the best experience. The staff is kind, informative, and just all around the best. Dr. Trout is absolutely amazing, and my dog loves her. I’ve never seen a dog so excited to visit his friends at the vet. And trust me, when I say kind, I mean extremely kind. This poor office staff saw me having almost a full breakdown while waiting for my puppy to get X-rays after being told he could have a neurological issue. They were kind, and ready with every bit of information I needed. Seriously, if you’re looking for a vet, this is the place to go.

We've been going here for 6 years, and have always had great experiences with everyone from the talented vets to the support staff. Everyone is super friendly and happy to explain things to us. Media City recently renovated the facilities within the past year, and we love the new look! It's nice to receive health care at a competitive price for our dog at a place that so clearly loves animals. And I never say no to a piece of candy at the front desk either.

I'm a huge fan of Dr. Liz. She was recommended to me by a woman who comes to my house to clean my dogs' teeth. I first went to her for my little chihuahua's tooth extraction. It went great. I went back recently and she told me about a test that we could to do to determine if my dog has a condition that another vet diagnosed two years ago. He may not have this condition, and may have something else, which is treatable. Why didn't my other vet mention this? I don't know, but I'm not going back there. Media City always gives you an estimate on treatment, so no big surprises. I think they do everything right and highly recommend them!!

Media City Vets may cost a little more than a low cost clinic, but I must say, worth every penny. The Vets are so caring, gentle and thorough. The staff are friendly and professional as well. The atmosphere is very relaxing and my kitty was very quiet, which is unusual. The Vet called me with his test results the next day and explained everything to me. I'm am sticking with this office because it's the best all around experience I've had. It's a bit far from home and my cat doesn't travel well, but it's worth it. I highly recommend this office!!!

Recently brought my cat here to get her registered since my husband and I just moved here from out of state. I've moved around a lot in my life, so my baby girl has been to a lot of different clinics and she's 15. I've never seen a clinic treat an elderly animal the way this one has. Not only did they do the basic check up (temp, weight, teeth health, heart beat, lungs, etc.) But they checked every inch of her to make sure there were no lumps or anything else wrong. They even checked her back legs and moved them around to make sure there was no pain when she uses them. It was truly nice to see a place treat an elderly animal differently than a younger one. Elders tend to have the most surprises. But, proud to report, for 15 and having hyperthyroidism my girl is doing pretty good. 😊 I will definitely keep coming here if/when my cat needs to and I do recommend Dr. Levitt. She was great and very thorough with her questions to understand my cat better, but I'm sure the other doctors are great too. Thank you Media City for the nice first day experience!

Media City from the staff to the doctors you get absolute kindness and professionalism - we have been going to this Vet hospital for 4 years now and they have been amazing. Recently we have adopted a kitten Sunny and Dr.Trout answered all my questions and they requested a stool sample ( regular procedure for new kitten) I brought one back later that same day and 24 hours later received email from the doctor herself with the great results - never have we experienced this from any other facility . They did a great job handling Ayasha, our alpha female who can be very feisty when she's away from home even though she's on in years. Our meds for cats are filled there; no driving to a pharmacy.

I switched to Media City vet a few years ago when my previous long time vet's office when thru some changes and it became harder and harder to get appointments and the staff changeovers happened so often noon was recognizable there! Media City was highly recommended to me by others so I tried them out and happy been perfectly happy there!!!! The vets are great, the staff and the way the office is run is wonderful and my 3 pups (now 12!) are all very well cared for. I definitely recommend them. All of the vets I have seen have been wonderful and thorough, Dr. Liz is my main vet there but I sometimes see others when I have to schedule something last minute.

Media City is top of the line when it comes to thorough and knowledgeable care. They'll treat your pet like a human and they're up on te latest techniques. They are also honest about the price and plan for your pet, which may be important for some who are price conscious, as they do run higher than many other vets price-wise. But I'd say the care is worth it in many situations. They don't over prescribed though. So they'll give your pet exactly what they need and charge for the careful care as part of the process.

This place is AMAZING! I've been bringing both my cat (Crumpet) and dog (Spunky) here for years and I'll never go anywhere else. They're so friendly and professional about everything. It doesn't matter whether it's a routine checkup/shots or a big surgery (when my dog broke his leg) they'll take great care of your pet. They also recently renovated and expanded, so their offices are even better than ever. The only way this place would be better is if they had a full bar in their waiting room. FIVE STARS!!

Brought my two cats (2.5 yrs old) here for their annual exams. The office staff, tech, and doctor were nice and efficient. They were friendly to my pets which helped the cats feel relaxed. They also had good Covid protocols throughout the building .... from the intercom at the front of the building to the lobby to the exam room. I also like the ability to make appointments online as well as the PetDesk app which is all linked to the boarding place I use.

This is a top-notch animal hospital that I take my cats to. They are so good at what they do, & are so caring about our pets. It puts my mind at ease when I know that I have to take one of my fur babies in to the vet, as I know that they will get the best of care. The vet that I see there is Dr. Liz Koskenmaki. Everyone calls her Dr. Liz. I have been taking my cats to her, per a friend's recommendation, since I moved to the North Hollywood area in 2003. Her bedside manner is so precious with the animals, & she is so honest, I trust her implicitly. I highly recommend that you take your pets to Media City Animal Hospital for the best of care.

They've recently remodeled and have also extended their office hours which really helps to cover those times when you get home and realize your pet is not doing well and need to take them in for a vet appointment. Dr. Loo was wonderful with our Clooney. We had a bit of an emergency and were able to get in right away. We are new to the area and concerned about finding a new veterinarian. They broke out services and told us what needed to be done. They are conservative in their pricing and treatment. They did not make us feel like we had to do something and charge us outrageous prices. They did follow the next day to ask how Clooney was feeling, nice touch! Media City Animal Hospital is great. They have great hours for those of us who work and need flexible hours to bring in our pets. They are up to date in technology, and the staff is wonderful. I have seen two different Drs for my two cats and both were calm and very kind in handeling them. I am very happy I found them.

I don't think it could have been any better. We had an appt to bring our baby dog for his first exam with Dr Trout who has taken great care of our other 2 dogs. But the puppy began having intestinal problems and we wanted to bring him sooner. When I called to arrange it, we were given an appt with Dr Deegan for the same day. We didn't know her and were a little apprehensive but we need not have been. She was great! We felt totally comfortable and confident in her care of our baby. He is doing much better and I will gladly see her any time. I have yet to meet a vet in the office that I haven't felt confident with and where else can you call and get a same day appointment that isn't called an emergency and get charged an arm and a leg for? We love you guys!!

Excellent Vets! The two founders still work here, Dr. Fogel and Dr.Chan. I have been using these Vets for over 25 years. Recent visit, the assistant Lesley took my 6th cat in for blood work, and x-rays. They handle your animal with care and concern! Everyone cares from the front desk to the back work area! Have no comparison for prices with other Vets, but trust for me is more important than a few dollars saved. The unfortunate reality of pet ownership is "it can be expensive".

I definitely recommend this place to bring your fur babies to. My cat was very comfortable with the staff here. Unfortunately I had to put him to sleep last summer. He was 19 years old and his heart and kidneys were going bad. They were unbelievably kind giving me all the time I needed to say goodbye. I recall being given a hug by another employee after walking out of the room from putting my sweet boy to sleep. They are by no means the cheapest vet but they are not exorbitantly expensive either. And they are willing to work with you on the fees if possible.
