The staff is nice and the services are great! My reason for rating 3 stars is due to the handwritten receipts. My insurance company will not take these as they lack in details and it's a copy of a copy and does look a little suspicious. You can obtain a printed receipt, but only one staff member is able to email that to you and you'll have to wait a week for that if she's not out of the office. If she is out of the office, you'll have to wait until her return. This did not favor with me well considering we were trying to submit our claim for his surgery. It was very inconvenient.

We researched vets to have our 9 week old Pitt's ears cropped. They did a great job. Answered all our questions and were clear on the aftercare instructions. We traveled an hour and 30 min to this hospital. They did not disappoint.

To be totally honest, when it comes to compassion for animals I would give the staff a 5 when it’s not too busy, otherwise it’s a 3. Long story short, I drove up from MD to get my dobie’s ears cropped because nobody else in the dmv does it. Surgeon did a great job with cut and stitches but failed to tell me not to come on a Saturday or Tuesday. If you are getting your dog’s ears cropped, Donna is the expert tech for posting. She does not work Tuesdays or Saturdays. Needless to say an amateur tech did it on Saturday, by Monday I was back in Philly to get the tape taken off for what I believed to be an infection. My pup fell on Sunday and she screamed and howled all night because of her ears. When I brought her in Monday morning, they were super busy and Donna said all she could do was take off the tape. The smell and drainage was horrendous. I asked if the smell was normal, she said yes and sent us on our way stating to come back Wednesday. I drove back Wednesday morning, which was less busy. Donna noticed the same drainage and smell I mentioned on Monday and I reiterated my pup was screaming from 230am-7am Monday. I presume she was more attentive due to less traffic and sent back a swab for testing. What do you know…Reese had a bacterial infection in her ears. Got some medication for 7 day treatment and makeshift posting and plan to come back in 10 days. Just a few tips, if you’re getting your dog’s ears posted, Mon, Wed, Thurs, and Fridays (preferably Wednesday) are your best bet. Get there an hour before they open. Yes a whole hour because it gets busy quick. Ask for Donna. And most importantly, ask questions and let them know what you think the issue may be, otherwise it might get overlooked.

The veterinarians and the assistants are wonderful. They take good care of my dog. I do suggest that since they are walk in that you go early in the morning. They get very busy.

The best place to take ur dog for an acl (knee) surgery. They saved her leg 4yrs ago 4/2017. Now it's 7/2021 and she runs around like nothing ever happened to her. They are the best! Thanks to Dr Conrad, and staff!

I went in to see i believe Dr Marc and he was nothing but kind and courteous to me and my Giant Schnauzer Klaus❤️ I spoke with him about correcting my dogs flopped ear and he was very understanding about the procedure. He explained the risk and the potential issues that could happen and we gave it a try. On June 7th i dropped my dog off and all the vet technicians were amazing with Klaus, they know that he is hyper when he goes to the animal hospital and they greeted him with lots of love and affection🐾🐾💕That helped me trust them that they would take care of my boy. I dropped him off at 7am and anxiously awaited a phone call i could go get him😊 around 11 o’clock one of the techs had called to let me know he was out of surgery and into recovery🙂 i was so happy👏 she reassured me that everything went well and that i could pick him up around 2pm. I arrived and Dr Marc spoke with me and said everything went well and to come back in a week to check up. I went home with antibiotics and pain meds for Klaus (before i left they gave me a paper with an emergency contact number and the main telephone number) About 3 days later i was cleaning the ear when i noticed it was leaking from the out side ( not where the incision was but on the backside) i called them immediately and they said to bring him in. They tried to drain the fluid out but Klaus kept shaking his head making it worse so they kept him there for a few days ( at no charge to me i was full of anxiety and i was upset this was the first time he stayed away from home)June 12th i picked Klaus up he was so happy to see me he smelled really good ( they bathed him because of a little accident he had) Dr Marc came in and told me they did another procedure to slightly move the implant to stop it from rubbing the ear🐾 it has been 8 days since the second procedure and there is a lot of progress, we had our check up yesterday ( i have posted the ears on Sunday night because the incision looked great and posting the ear is super important!) and dr Marc was very happy that i had the ears posted. Plus i did them my self ( i haven’t posted his ears since he was 10 months when the left ear flopped) i can’t wait to see the full results!!! I forgot to add the called me multiple times to check in on Mr. Klaus ❤️ that is what i call love 💗 Thank you Bree’s Animal Hospital, 💕Angelina&Klaus🐾

Took my Doberman to brees for an ear cropping. All of the staff were excellent. Very kind. Although I am very disappointed in the way they posted my puppy’s ears and their lack of explanation on how to remove the eyelash glue from my pups ears. The tape was plastered to his ear and during the removal process he lost a lot of hair. I just wish they would have taken the time to explain thoroughly how to remove the glue and tape !! I used strong adhesive removers even goo gone and nothing would make it budge.

Dr Conrad, Dr Marc and their staff are amazing! I have been going there with my dogs since 1991!! They also have the same staff now as they did then.That's got to say something about how much they care for our animals, how dedicated they are, and how much they love working together to help our pets. They've saved 2 of my dogs from various long term illness issues that were discovered after we rescued them. Great staff, love the dr’s and very affordable for someone who has a minimum wage budget. They were very accommodating and sincere when we had to put my dog to sleep.. as well as patient when she went a little crazy (dr phobia) for a procedure a few years ago, they didn’t try to force her into anything instead called me to come get her out the kennel so they could begin to treat her. Only thing keeping me from giving 5 stars is that they are a walk in clinic and if you aren’t there when they open you’ll wait forever.

I would recommend Bree's Animal Hospital, took my cat to Bree's Urgent care because my vet was not available and my cat was having new onset seizures. the Vets and staff were compassionate, efficient, answers all my questions and reasonably priced for an Urgent care .I would go back again

From the very first time I called Bree's Animal Hospital to discuss having my puppies ears cropped, I knew I had chosen the right hospital to perform the surgery. The staff was very polite, friendly, helpful, and mentioned that they had years of experience in ear cropping. On surgery day, I was greeted by the friendly staff upon arrival. They were very accommodating to the point that the Doctor was able to schedule my pups surgery first thing, while I waited. They realized I had come from hours away and it did not make much sense to head home only to come right back. They recommended a nice diner across the street for breakfast and by the time I came back, the surgery was half over. After surgery, they brought my pup out for me to see and wow were her ears perfect! Great job Doctor!!! The staff wrapped her up in a blanket and sent us on our way. Great job Staff!! I must say that this was not my first experience with ear cropping but my first with Bree's Animal Hospital. My pups ears were standing (w/o posting) immediately out of surgery (see picture below-2 hours after surgery). Furthermore, I have never ever seen ears heal so well. They never bled, was told not to use ointment and definitely did not need ointment. I have never seen a pup act so well coming out of this surgery, it didn't phase her a bit. Great stiches!! We were in and out on the recheck and the doctor nor myself could have been any happier. I would strongly recommend using Bree's Animal Hospital for ear cropping and look forward to having my future pups ears done here!

I have been coming to this vets office for the past 5+ years and could not recommend them enough! Dr. Roblejo is one of the kindest and most caring doctors I have ever met. He has amazing bed side manner when it comes to an emotional vet visit and the nurses are so kind and caring. It can sometimes be frustrating to not be able to make an appointment but on the other hand, being able to go in as an emergency without having to make an appointment has been incredibly helpful. I will continue to take all of my pets here and recommend them to anyone with a pet they love who will listen.

So here goes another review… So my vet did not have any appointments until May 10. I looked online and I saw Bree’s Animal Hospital. I thought it was just a hospital I did not know that they saw animals for regular treatment. To my surprise, they did! I brought my dog in at 5 o’clock on a Tuesday because their hours are 5 PM to 7 PM on Tuesdays and I was seen within the hour. Everyone there was so nice to my dog as well as myself. Everyone there appears to love all animals. It was such an amazing thing to see such caring hearts. This veterinarian will be my go to now. Thank you

I got there at 8:30 am, thinking I was going to be in line to get into the clinic. I quickly realized that the place opens earlier, which seems to be around 8:00 a.m. but they don't start seeing patients until 9:00ish. Things went well and the doctor was nice. You don't get too much time with the doctor but that's no different than any human visit. Feel free to ask questions at the front desk. Mine in particular were about prices, which they were straightforward with me about. I would recommend going here 👍

The staff there are really nice and really care about the animals. Dr. Mark has a good bedside manner and is taking good care of my new kitten. The staff there helped me with my cat that had cancer and took care of her. My cat died and they allowed me to bring her there until Paws From Heaven came to pick her up. Good team there!

Everyone here was great, My dog had to have emergency surgery to remove a sewing needle from his bum (God knows how it got there) and they seen him that day and booked him for surgery the next day. Everything went well and I appreciate everything Bree's done for us.

I’ve been taking my 2 fur baby’s to Bree’s for a while now and I wouldn’t trade them for anything. The father & son who are the owners are professional and know what they are doing. They both are very knowledgeable and know exactly the right treatment for your fur baby 🐾The staff always makes you feel welcomed too. I highly recommend Bree’s for anyone looking for a good trustworthy Dr. I also recommend everyone to get there extra early because the wait time can be very long. I extremely appreciate that they take walk INS until 3pm. My baby Chihuahua really needed to be seen but everywhere else there were no openings until next week. Every person on staff was nice except one receptionist. She was very rude but thankfully there was another lovely lady at the front desk. The Dr. was amazing, the nurse was amazing and they had a lot of patience. Quite the wait to be seen but definitely worth it. They were very kind to my baby boy.

Five stars for Ashley, the tech/assistant. A kind, considerate, thoughtful person. My 16 year cat was euthanized . One of the hardest decisions to make. I came in alone. Our dog always gets a thorough exam here. Caring, compassionate staff. Apparently a lot of other local vets offices are closed to walk in appointments, so they are very busy. We waited 2 hours to be seen but that's ok because our guy gets the best care!

This hospital was referred to me by another pet clinic who didn't have room for a new patient. It was a good surprise finding out that it is a nice clinic with nice people working there who was willing to help. I was very satisfying with the result at first but they didn't do a follow up nor even called with the test results. It's not a good thing to do.

The staff here is very helpful and friendly. I occasionally run into small issues here like a file of one of my dogs went missing, and since they don’t do appointments the wait times can be crazy but it’s worth it to be actually treated kindly. I find a lot of vet offices & medical staff in general forget to treat visitors with kindness bc it’s a stressful event for everyone and they really do a good job at being respectful. They also have extremely fair pricing compared to other vets in philadelphia.

Had our dog taken care of several different situations. He was treated a few times. My brother always said good things about this place, I witnessed today their caring and helpful attitude! We had our dog put down, after going down hill in a week with kidney failure. It was too late and he was suffering. They treated my dog so good today. Bree's animal hospital is filled with a genuine loving staff. I've used this place for both of my dogs and always felt confident with their diagnosis each and every time. The only down side is it is first come first serve. No appointments. So unless an emergency you have to wait until your turn.

Three words I’d use to describe Bree’s Animal Hospital is honest, professional, and friendly. I took the drive from North Jersey per the recommendation of Summit Animal Clinic for an emergency surgery on my pup. We got there really early to avoid any and all traffic. Eileen was the first one to greet us & she was just so friendly and attentive to my family and my pups needs. Once the vet came in, he immediately took us in, examined my pup, let us know what type of surgery he was going to perform, and took her right in! He provided us with great post-op information & we were out of there within 2 hours. The service was great and staff were exceptional! The drive was worth it and I’m very grateful for this animal hospital.

Four months ago my lab had urethral obstruction from kidney stones. It was during the beginning of the Covid mess and we could not get him anywhere because no one was open to do surgical procedures for the locations were ridiculously high in price. Brees animal hospital called us back quickly and got him in that day for the procedure. It was less than half the price we were getting from other vets. Our lab was home with us the very next day. We were so happy and overwhelmed with joy that it was affordable, they got us in fast, and they saved our dog! This past weekend we had another incident with the same lab. We saw that he couldn’t walk and he was straining to poop. We’re talking to our regular vet since we live in Langhorne and she could not figure out what the problem was. She advised us that we needed to get an ultrasound. The only place I could find was the psych hospital that was going to charge us over $600 to get the ultrasound alone +200 to walk through the door.. I called Brees animal hospital to find out that they can get him in during walk in hours between five and 7 o’clock that night. They could examine him and do the ultrasound if needed for less than $400. We got him examined and Dr. Mark knew right away it was not an obstructing problem or a bowel problem. It’s his hips or his spine. Turns out we did not need an ultrasound he gave us the proper medication to help cut down the inflammation and I’m already seeing a positive change in my dogs symptoms. Once again we were saved from this place! I highly highly recommend coming here for your pets even if you have to travel far!

I just want to say thank you for helping my cat Leo. I had to bring him there in the beginning quarenteen. This hospital and their workers were great! Was able to do a so called walk in but really Leo went inside and not me. I had to stay outside and wait for my cat to be checked which is fine. I understand why. Dr Marc and Dr Conrad have taken such great care of my two dogs. The staff is very kind, knowledgable and patient. I had one of my dogs in to get his teeth cleaned, and he came out looking so much better. They even called the week later to make sure he was doing well. I love that you don't have to make an appointment, you can go in whenever they are open and you are seen that day. I would rather go wait an hour to be seen by amazing vets, than have to wait a week for an appointment. Great place. Love them.

First of all, Dr. Marc Roblejo is a brilliant vet. He saved my dog's life on 2 separate occasions that I'm not sure many other vets could have done. Dr. Conrad and staff are fantastic also. So well priced and everything is done on premise. They are all about the animals. It looks like someone is trying to ruin the rating of this place. All the one star reviews don't even make sense and seem to be from the same person. I have been going here for 10 years and will never switch my vet. I love Bree's.

The only vet I would trust with my animals. We've been clients of Dr. Conrad Roblejo and Dr. Marc Roblejo for years. The vets and their staff are friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend them. Please note, they are a walk-in clinic whom also handle emergencies. This means that sometimes there can be a wait. To me, though, their level of care is well worth the wait.

Called at 4pm after my chihuahua was in labor for 12 hours. I was told to come right in. I was there for 10 minutes. My dog was being prepped for a C-Section and 3 hours later I picked up 3 healthy baby boy Chihuahua's. The mom had to spend the night. But the staff stayed late to show me exactly how to feed the pups and even left me a cell number in case of a problem!! They were so helpful every step of the way!! Bonus!!! Everyone deserves some positive reinforcement so now is the time to praise Dr. Bree's Animal Hospital and its dedicated veterinarians and staff. I have been bringing my cat family there for about 17 years. It is a well run establishment! You walk in, sign in and await your turn. You can watch "Animal Planet" or read and have a free lollipop while you wait. The waiting time is usually reasonable unless there is an emergency. The place is always clean and if a patient has an accident, it is cleaned up immediately. They primarily treat cats and dogs but all are welcome. Once when I was there, they even tried to treat a turtle! Upon entering the examination room, the patient's weight and temperature are taken.and the vet appears. He will listen to your concerns and work "with" you regarding diagnosis and budget. Decisions are not always easy and the "client" always has the final say. If you are willing to learn how to give insulin, tube feed or give fluids, they are willing to teach you and guidance is only a phone call away. When specialists are needed, they make the necessary referrals. They contract with an ultrasound specialist who comes to their office by appointment. Routine operations are done here and if the patient has surgery, once he goes home, you will receive a phone call the next day to see how the patient is recuperating. If your furry family member has to stay in the hospital you are welcome to call to see how he is doing. The early scheduled vet tech arrives at 6:30 AM to do rounds, feed the patients and give the necessary meds. The kennels are very clean for the patients as well as the boarders. Yes, you can board your pets as needed with a reservation and you can even pick them up on a Sunday morning. For further convenience veterinarians are in the office Monday through Saturday and there are early evening hours Monday through Friday. You can pay by a credit card but cash is always welcome. A personal highlight: I use to have a cat named Nougat who was in the hospital. I had called for an update and I heard him meowing in the background. I asked if they would put Nougat on the phone. Sure enough they did and I talked to him. The vet techs were laughing because Nougat stopped meowing and was looking at the phone. "This is what you call dedication!" On that note, if you are looking for a veterinary hospital which demonstrates competence and compassion, I recommend Bree's Animal Hospital!

I have nothing but good things to say about Brees. As I sit here an read some of the review it blows my mind. Some people have so much hurt of the animal passing that they look for someone to blame. That is one scary road to go down. I will say we always felt like family walking into Bree's. From the moment we enter the girls be hide the desk always greeted us an Rocky. 90% of the time they would even ask HOW IS MY BOY ROCKY DOING!.. It came to the point when we was there so offended I don't even think they filed his chart anymore! It was always at arms reach when we walked in! Dr Marc was always there with a big smile to welcome us in. My Rocky loved going to the vet an loved Dr Marc, The compassion this team has in my option is out of this world. Even in my Rocky's last days there team was very concerned an would call to check up on him. I consider Bree's very close to my heart. Even thought Dr Marc tried everything in his power to make Rocky better we lost that battle to cancer. #F**KCANCER. But I know that Rocky is better an happy knowing that Dr Marc took such good care of him. They're really nice i took my dog thereabout two years ago for surgery not long after that my dog started having hearing problem and becoming more blinded but i really don't know if it had something to do with the surgery or her age she was 18 years old unfortunately i recently about two weeks ago we had to put our pet to sleep something we were trying to avoid by this time she was about 90% blind and about 90% death her name was Lilo like lilo and stitch, she woke us up about 4am screaming and walking tours the wall or in circles my wife stayed with her for about two hours trying to calm her down my wife caged her with cushings so that she doesn't harm herself when Lilo calmed down my wife went back to bed but minutes later Lilo went at it again she must have been in alot of pain i stood with her for a couple of hours until she was calmed morning came she went at it again so we took her back to the vet and they told us that because of her age she would not survive another surgery or possibly the anesthesia we believe them we knew the day was getting closer as she kept getting worse oh tough we never seen her this bad we thought that it was time that to ease her pain it had to be done there's not a day that goes by without us coming in the house and look down at her sleeping spot and missing her screaming with joy everytime we came in the house, as i said this was recently we still to pick her ashes sense we had her cremated, my kids wife and i will miss her dearly. Their phone lines were swamped and you could have been there before others but luck of the call got some in before me when they obviously came after me. Then waiting outside for 2 to 3 hrs wait time in heat. Another disappointment was having to let go of my 16yr companion. They were wonderful about that but when I received his remains after $450 for the process, my baby was in a wood look PLASTIC box. After inquiring I still have not received any response in 2 weeks. As for their care its exceptional but circumstances and my personal situation left me disappointed.
