Really loved this vet. I had what i thought was a urinary emergency with my cat. I called 7 different vets. None of then could get me in. They also had some outrageous prices and made things complicated. Best care got me in immediately. . They did what they needed to do and saved me alot of money by not ordering uneeded xrays. The prices are fair The vet tech was amazing with my cat Spooky.. She took her time to make him and I both comfortable. This place is very far away from me but well worth the travel .

I recently became a new client here. My dog got a nasty ear infection and my normal vet couldn't get us in for more than a week. She needed to be seen. So my mom told me how my aunt loves this vet and they got us in the same day. I absolutely love Dr Howard and the staff is super friendly. Clinic is clean as well. Now this is my vet for my babies.

I am always able to get appointments in a timely manner and there is never more than a minute or two wait when we arrive. Pricing is reasonable and the service is awesome! My pets have needed a few surgeries and after each one I received one or more phone calls to see how they're doing after I've brought them home - once even from Dr. Howard, from his home, on a holiday weekend - which meant the world to me! My big dogs and I are grateful for the great staff at this clinic!

100/10!! My guinea pig was extremely ill and after calling varies places, Best Care was the only one able to get him in on such short notice. The staff and doctor were all extremely sweet and welcoming. After seeing what bad shape he was in, they immediately let us know that he needed to get some x-rays done and did everything accordingly and as quickly as they could. They did their best with keeping us updated and helping my baby out. Unfortunately he was unable to make it through and they gave us the heartbreaking news, explaining the options that came after. They were all extremely understanding and caring of the situation. A few days later we received a card expressing their condolences. It is very clear that the staff cares about their patients and not just the money. I would definitely recommend Best Care Pet Hospital. They understand that our pets are a big part of our family. They helped make these hard times a little easier.

I take my dog here I love the place everyone is always friendly and they all seem to love my boxer. But today I had to drop him off for surgery and I was not happy with this tech she did not tell me her name she was not friendly with my dog at all kept pushing him away from her. She was a tall girl big bone I hope I never see her again. This was the first time my dog did not want to stay he wanted to leave with me. Not happy about this visit

Compassionate veterinarians and staff 💕 We had our kitten, Ms. Frizzle, in a few times for an upper respitory infection and an eye infection. The vets didn't keep charging us for follow up visits only for medication. We are so happy our baby is feeling better and we will be back! We were also able to get in last minute when our Ms. F wasn't mobile - thankful we got medicine in her asap! 💕

I would highly recommend this establishment, they really took time to understand my pets needs and have me options of what could and what needed to happen, yet not wasting my time. I was happy that I was able to be in the private wating room with my pet to make sure she was not scared or nevevous more then she already was. I felt the Price's were the best for what I was provided with and the feedback that I was given and the time they really took to make sure they had all the information correctly before telling me the facts that needed to be stated.

I was very impressed with this animal hospital!! I called at 8am to see if I could get my dog into to see a vet. They told me to bring him right in. I arrived and they took us back to a room and attended to my dog right away. He got an xray and was given some medicine. The vet was very pleasant and gave me all the information I needed to get my dog back to feeling better. The medication helped right away after the first dose. A lady called me several days later and asked how my dog was doing. I had let her know that he was back to his normal self. I was happy to know that they called to check up on him! I would recommend this animal hospital to anyone that needs good animal care!! ❤

I can only vouch for the Omaha Best Care Animal Hospital at 30th and L st. Since around 2015 I've had them care for 3 pit bull/ pit bull mixes and received the best possible care and treatment. The vets are top notch and the staff are friendly and very caring. My dogs actually loved going to the doctor. 5 of 5 stars in my book.

Staff is always friendly. Dr. Howard is amazing. Love taking my pets here. Great service with very little wait time. They squeezed my dog in for an urgent visit while I was out of town last year. They kept me informed of what was wrong, treatment plans and when she could get picked up. I felt so bad being 1/2 the country away, but they were very reassuring the whole time. I would highly recommend this office and Dr. Howard's service.

I've been bringing my pets here for 25 years. Dr. Bosilivac and staff are always helpful and make you feel like one of the family. Friendly staff, very clean, roomy office. They have been with my daughter and I through all of our pets (dogs, cats, birds, a green iguana, a guinea pig, and a rat). The doctors here are wonderful and the staff so polite and help. Surgical team is quite excellent. I took my rabbit here to get spayed, and she's already up and happy 24 hours later. She doesn't have any issues at all it appears. I also take my dogs here for their care and they never seemed scared again after the first visit! Highly recommended!

My Chihuahua got very very sick earlier this year. He developed diabetes and pancreatitis. The doctors (Dr. Howard and Dr. B.) Worked tirelessly to help him. I still don't know what they did, but miraculously my fella got better. It took a couple of weeks, and figuring his insulin amount, but now my little guy is like a new dog. I highly recommend Best Pet Care to ANYONE!!!!!

Thank you, Dr. Applebee, you are so compassionate, knowable and caring. My one and only visit to this clinic was with Thea my very sick rescue cat. After x-rays were taken Dr. Applebee, took the time to explain, in detail the serious health problem; by showing me what a healthy cat's lungs look like versus Thea's. The outcome was very sad, Doc and the staff made Thea comfortable, and very sympathetic for me. If, I ever have another rescue cat, Best Care will be the only clinic we will go to.

This isn't my regular vet but I had to use them for an emergency visit, which sadly led to me having to put my dog to sleep. The vet and the assistants were understanding of my choice and very helpful in a tragic moment. I was able to pick up my dog's ashes within 2 days and she was in a nice box with her name engraved. They also cut a lock of her hair, and sent a card with her paw prints. I would definitely recommend this pet hospital.

I had been buying special food for my mom's old cat here for the past year because it was lower priced than the other veterinarians in the area. He passed away 2 weeks ago, tho, so when she got her new cat from the Humane Society she decided to have me take him here to get declawed instead of to her old veterinarian. They perform laser surgery instead of the old fashioned way with the scalpel. It was amazing how fast the cat recovered. I picked him up 2 days after his surgery was completed and he was walking and playing just fine. He wasn't in any pain and he was healing up wonderfully. I recommend this veterinarian to anyone looking for a good place to take their animals. *EDIT* I got a kitten of my own after living without a pet in the house for a few years. I've had the same great experience so I double recommend this place, now.

I have to say that dr B is the best vet I have ever had the pleasure of having as a vet for our fur babies . He always takes the time to explain condition of your animal and his plan of care. He is a very sweet man and cares deeply a bout the animals he cares for. You wouldn't be sorry using this vet clinic.

I inherited a dog that had not been taken care of very well. I don't know how long he'd been outside while his owner was in jail before I got the call to go get him. He was covered in fleas, ticks and had a size of a golf ball or a little bigger wound on his lower back that had maggots living in holes inside the wound. When you brushed through his hair on his back it was also covered with maggots. They ended having to shave him clean n dig out the maggots. While grooming him they also found them in between his toes. We all felt so sorry for him but he is almost fully recovered and living a much happier new life than what he was living and he couldn't of done it without this vets office

I brought my German Giant Bearded Dragon in for an emergency and had a solution as well as all the information I needed in under an hour, as a first time visitor. They gave me a follow up phone call to check on my pet in a few days, and also sent me a postcard later with all their information in case of further complications.
