I recently switched to Westown when I moved based on others reviews and those reviews were correct that Westown Vet is amazing!! We have 2 Huskies that are inseparable (literally howl and throw a tantrum if separated) they accommodated that we needed to have their appointments always together. The vet was super knowledgeable about the breed. He was extremely gentle even with them being anxious and rambunctious. 5/5 highly recommend.

I just moved back to the area with my dog, and I was looking for a new home vet. I did a fair amount of research on Google and happened upon Westown Vet Clinic. It's a 5 minute drive away, and I loved their approach to veterinary care. From the person who scheduled my dog's appointment for 3 days later to the vet techs who met us in the lobby, everyone was kind, courteous, & so friendly to us! The techs and the vet worked hard to gain both my dog's trust & my trust through the whole appointment. I felt so welcomed and valued as a customer & obsessive dog mom! I highly recommend this practice 😁

I used to live in the Waukesha city area. Moved to New Berlin....., 60$ for an office visit is very reasonable...they are very helpful and honest up front and I am usually early to my appointment times....but they never make me wait.....in and out very quickly and very reasonable $$ .....very happy with how they treat my Meatballs.....ex gf dumped her 2 cats on me when we broke up after 6 plus years so instead of giving up on them, I learned how to love them, they eat bugs and spiders lol and they are snuggle monsters and they are furry alarm clocks....and Westown keeps my furry little buddies healthy and happy and keeps me happy! 5 stars.......

Dr. Vivek is the best of the best. He completed a double Entropian surgery on my rescue rottie and his eyes look perfect. I took him to Dr. Vivek right after we rescued him and he was so kind and understanding. We had a scare with swollen lymph nodes and was treated with true compassion and Dr. Vivek was able to properly diagnose and prescribe in one visit. I never feel the bill is unfair by any means. I feel very confident in Dr. Vivek and his team!! THANK YOU! 10/10 recommend.

I picked this vet off the internet based on reviews. First we brought my daughter's bunny here for nail trimmings. After a while, I came to trust them, they are honest and to the point. I was inundated with information from every Facebook University scholar out there about all the vaccines etc the bunny will need. These people... level with you and tell you what's what and what's not. When we got our GSD baby, of course we brought her here! I was the nervous mom, they explained things and offered to have me accompany her for simple quick vaccines and nails. After seeing her super happy to go with them and super happy coming back, for the whole 3 minutes it takes, I felt much more comfortable waiting alone so we didn't have to wait for a room to open up. When my baby got sick, they got us right in that day. When she got hurt, she was seen that day. All I have to say is, if she's excited to go there and happy while there, I trust them.

I had the most pleasant experience with Westown Vet! I called late in the evening for my pup who had developed a cough. They were able to get me in the next morning! My pup is scared of everything and they made her feel so comfortable throughout the whole process. We walked away with a no longer sick puppy and had such a pleasant experience start to finish!

Great place to take your pets. We were able to get in same day. The Staff was very honest with necessary medications and the doctor provided a holistic approach to help my pup strengthen his immune system. For me and my fur babies this was a great experience and I am happy to see them again.

First time me or my husband has had an issue which i'm very disappointed because usually we have a great visit. This was the second time taking a new puppy to the vet and the doctors and front desk people were great. But the vet tech was the problem this time my husband said she wanted to update all these vaccines at once when i made the appointment it was just for rabies and then we would carry on with the others. When my other dog was tiny 16 week old puppy they only wanted to day rabies and no other vaccines so it didn't cause discomfort so what is so different this time with an even smaller puppy but you wanna give this puppies all at once doesn't make sense. I'm hoping for a better visit next time

The staff was kind and knowledgeable. Our cat is very afraid of car rides and the vet. I was able to call from the parking lot and they had an exam room ready for him. They even accepted the request that we not bring him back in for a 2nd time that morning. Instead we opted to refresh our memories of administering sub-cutaneous fluids at home with you tube videos and just picked up all of the supplies. All in all, finding out our cat is in renal failure, that both our cats have to be on very different, specific diets (since the other is diabetic) and that we'll be administering fluids every other day could have gone worse I guess. The staff's kindness and understanding made it bearable. The only reason I am not giving 5 stars is for their faulty phone system. We never received the calls for the results of the lab test. This meant a lot of extra waiting and worrying and finally my calling them. They blamed this on their new phone system. Also, communication is challenging with them, in general.

Had to make the difficult decision to euthanize our 3-year-old rescued pit and Westtown was tremendously professional, sympathetic, and comforting. My male outside cat had a emergency on a Sunday and no vet's in our around Elkhorn Wisconsin had emergency vets. They got him in with in 3 hours. Seen him and all there where very nice and helpful. He is feeling much better now. Could not thank you all enough.

Very nice people. Vet is very professional. The lobby is small so if you have a reactive dog just call when you get there. The staff will work to clear the lobby before your bring your dog in. Love the wide range of hours!

An emergency brought me into WVC. My beloved dog, had bladder stones and Dr. Viviek ordered surgery next day. Me and my dog were treated so welcoming and compassionately. I then had to reach out to Dr. Vivek over the holiday weekend and he was there for us. He answered my text message in a timely manner. We had to go back into the clinic the next day. The doctor on that day was professional and compassionately as well. She gave him the meds he needed and he got better. I want to thank the front staff especially for all you guys did for my Jarvis. I don't think the front staff gets recognized enough but I'm here to say that I LOVED them. Definitely recommend this clinic to anyone.

I really am so thankful for them getting me in so quickly. My regular veterinarian was booked out, and when I showed up to a different walk in clinic that I had spoken to the day before about getting my cats seen, told me they didn't have time when I showed up! Front desk personnel always friendly and vets are competent but prices are unbelievably high. Rx for Apoquel went up from $78 to $83 for a 30 day supply. Also on a previous visit paid $85 for a large bottle of medication , which I only needed a small amount of. I have spent almost $1,500 this calendar year on visits and medications - no surgeries or operations! We switched to you a year ago and I am disappointed in your pricing. We are retired and living on a fixed income.

My cat was found on a Saturday morning after being gone for 3 weeks. He lost 30% of his body weight and was severely dehydrated. At 1:30 pm, my vet wasn’t available and WRVC said they weren’t seeing anymore pets for the day. I called Westown. They saw him immediately! Great vet, technician, and staff. I will always try to go here instead of WVRC. They are open Saturdays and Sundays 8 am - 4 pm!!! I’m telling all my friends about them.

Dr. Vivek saved our dogs leg after another veterinary clinic said we needed to amputate. Our fur family member is walking on all 4 legs now! She still needs more time to be 100%, but we are so thankful that she has almost fully recovered! Dr.Vivek and the entire Westown team are amazing!

The only reason I didn’t give a 5 is because I had called in advance to see if they could come get him from the car and they said yes (3 kids 11m-6y… I didn’t want to haul in with a strong pulling dog). I can't even begin to express how pleased I am with my visit. I just adopted two wonderful although unfortunately sickly kitties, and they needed treatment for a URI, vaccinations, stitches removal, etc. Not only were they able to find me an appointment same day, it was in the later evening, after 5pm! With it being my kitties' first visit here, the cost of the appointment was nothing and it made accommodating for the cost of the antibiotics a non-issue. I already have two more appointments set. The doctor was fantastic and clearly loves her job while the warm techs/ladies up front emulated the same animal-loving attitude. Will definitely be recommending all around to my friends and family- I truly couldn't be happier and am happy to have found a vet I'll be considering my babies' primary for the foreseeable future.

Originally got turned onto this clinic due to their dental special they were running. I was very impressed with the pre-op exam for my senior dog. The vet was thorough, and explained everything he was checking and what he was looking for. He even caught that my dog had cataracts (somewhat obvious- my usual vet had noted this but never said much) and offered me options on what I can do to slow down the process. I was able to leave with drops to help prolong Ozzy's vision, whereas my usual vet never said one thing about treatment. I read the previous reviews, and I agree. Very clean, friendly clinic that happens to be local. Glad I found them!!

I can’t say enough kind things about this Vet Practice. My Ragdoll mix was not feeling well and needed attention right away. In the very early hours of a Sunday morning,, I had taken her to a VCA location and had a poor quality encounter. The next morning (Sunday)I called Westown and they got her in at noon. The staff was very friendly from the initial call ( with Zoe) to the check out when I took my recovering Ragdoll home. The Dr.was a kind, compassionate man who understood that I was very concerned about my cat and he answered my many questions regarding the labs and other diagnostics. He intrinsically understood that as an RN, I made sense & took comfort in being able to discuss the medical plan going forward. Bottom line, they were wonderful and I plan on bringing both of my cats to this practice regularly.

I don’t trust anyone with my Pitbulls because I fear discrimination. But they treated my baby with so much love. They were very informative and answered all my questions. As a first time dog mom in an emergency there were a lot of tears, the ladies were so compassionate. When I first called for an estimate the doctor himself called me back told me how and what would be down and how soon we can do it! My boy 4 days after surgery is doing great!!!! And his post-op visit he was happy to see the girls!!!! And I drove from Milwaukee!!! Will definitely be back!!!!

I’ve gone here with 3 of my pets and have had nothing but great care here. The first one was a stray cat that passed while in the carrier on the way to them and they were so kind and we got paw prints and ashes from them. My kitty who is still here is diabetic and they have taken great care of him. My other kitty got a cancer diagnosis from another vet and I went back to Westown to get a 2nd opinion and I got the same answer which I wasn’t hoping for but the other vet only gave me the option of putting him down and I didn’t feel like they were very transparent with me. Everyone at Westown was so caring about my fur baby and we will go to them for cremation when we get to that time. I would also like to mention that their prices are SO REASONABLE and they are open all week and later in the days which is so nice with my crazy work schedule.

Two years ago, I brought my dog to Westown Vet Clinic to do neutering. Dr. Vivek did the surgery for my dog, I think he is very professional and did a very good job, and his team member also took good care of my dog. Two days before, I brought my dog there again to do teeth deep cleaning, also Dr. Vivek did it, I am very satisfied with the cleaning, my dog’s teeth look white and healthy without tartar now, the tech is very friendly to my dog. Even the second day, the tech made a follow up call and asked me how my dog is doing, very thoughtful. Also the price is reasonable. I had some good experiences there. This is THE place to go if you have an exotic animal. I originally went here when I took in a sickly bearded dragon from a friend of a friend. She said this was the vet the beardie had seen before, so I brought her back here for her follow-up. I was blown away by how knowledgeable and caring the staff are about their reptile patients. Thanks to that experience, I brought my hamster, Juno, here as well when we noticed a little lump on her. Dr. Gordon was able to not only diagnose the lump as cancerous, but surgically remove it and Juno did absolutely wonderfully post-surgery! Surgical procedures on small rodents are no small feat, and there is no doubt in my mind that this clinic saved my hamster's life and I am endlessly thankful. Juno and I would give 6 stars if we could. If you have an exotic animal, look no further for an amazing vet team.

The staff are very nice and professional. The place is very clean and well taken care of. I was not impressed that they do not do dental X-rays when performing teeth cleanings. The doctor was nice but quieter than any of my previous vets which was a bit of a turn off for me because I’ve always liked the vets who make comments throughout the exam like “ears look good” and so on. The place seems like your average vet clinic. I’m unsure if I’ll continue to use them in the future as my first impressions were nothing special.

I have had a truly wonderful experience with Westown Vet Clinic. A week ago I found a stray cat in the middle of the road late on a Friday. They were able to get me in the next day and took great care of me and my new cat. They were able to explain what tests/procedures were needed, why, and the cost. A week later when I found a different issue occurring with the cat the clinic was able to accommodate a same day visit and give my cat the surgery and treatment he needed. Before the need for an emergent surgery occurred, I was told that the cat would need a future surgery on his eye and quoted a cost. I called a couple other vets to get a quote for the procedure and can confidently say the pricing at this clinic is beyond fair. Beyond that, staff was available all day to answer my calls, messages, and to provide support. Dr. Vivek was very honest with me about what my cat would need and his chances, and explore all the options with me. I would recommend this clinic to anyone who wants their pet to get the best care!

Although I no longer have the dog, the Vet I worked with was extremely friendly, was extremely responsive in my phone calls to them and was very upfront about the dog's issues. I had to take my cat in after she ingested some lily petals. They were open on Sunday, which is amazing, and were able to see her immediately. I could tell through their care of my cat that they cared about her well-being, and also cared to be kind to her when she was in a stressful and scary time. Even though my cat wasn’t the nicest patient, they cared for her with enough warmth that my cat wanted to rub up on them even during my check-ins and visits! I would definitely recommend them to my friends (no family lives near me).

They got us in for an emergency exam and xray when we were visiting family in waukesha, for a very reasonable price, 1/3 what the emergency pet hospital was extorting, so they are truly neighborhood heroes....Willow survived and is now one of the top ball players in the tri state area, and a fishing guide by trade...

I don’t have the exact words to even express myself of how much I have to say about this vet clinic, doctor Vivek and his crew saved my dogs life twice, I live in Schaumburg Illinois but I don’t mind driving one hour and half to take my dog to him when he needs to get checked, the reason why I don’t see anyone else in my neighborhood is because around here I don’t trust and feel my dog can be safe with anyone, they try to make appointments for different days or they just have a busy schedule even when I have an emergency they only give u another phone number to call and that’s that. Instead with doctor Vivek and his clinic they are available to see you right away and worry about the situation and take the responsibility personal with my dog, my dog charly is a Pomeranian and he is very delicate about the way he eats, 3 years ago he almost died from eating kfc that I was ignorant to give him that which I did regret it and doctor Vivek saved him then his clinic also have the best equipment to work with the dental and I have been doing his dental already 3 times and recently my dog had to be hospitalized with them for a couple days to work on his coughing and they FINALY found out what he had and gave me the exact right medicine prescription that my dog needed it and it’s working very well, I highly HIGHLY recommend this vet for the ones who are having issues with every others specially ….to go here and I don’t think you will regret. I don’t ever make reviews and I did this time because it needs to be out there for the public and it’s very very strange how some others say some bad stuff about this place when it’s totally wrong and I will never picture those issues matching with the real deal I experienced myself, it’s just not making sense since I did read few of the negativity and totally not truth, give it a try and you will not regret for the first visit forsure.

Thanks for the good advice after my cat swallowed that long shoelace. I knew it was a serious and dangerous situation when that shoelace got stuck inside Rocky's intestines. 3 daily doses of Cat lax, 5 bowels of water around the house, and lots of play and exercise kept the food flowing thru Rocky and the stools passing out of Rocky into the litter box. It took nearly 2 weeks before Rocky finally coughed up that darn shoelace. Thank God we didn't have to surgically remove the shoelace. Thanks again for all the help and good advice. Rocky is back to normal and flying around the house at 80 mph.

This is the best place by far for veterinary services. I have always had exemplary experiences with the veterinarians and staff. They have always exhibited knowledge, problem solving, care and reassurance all while being extremely kind and compassionate to all my animals as well as myself in every instance. They are always available around the clock, even on weekends. Their pricing is so very reasonable for all the services they provide. There is no other place I will ever trust with my precious babies. Truly extraordinary!

Absolutely LOVED this vet clinic. Not only is it super close to my house but I love the extended weekend hours so that I'm able to schedule an appointment when it's easy for me. It was very important to me that I wasn't going to get slammed with unexpected fees or charges, and they were very upfront and honest with how much it was going to cost for the care. I appreciated that a lot. I took my 5 month old kitten in for some shots and the vet was so kind to Lucy. He was polite and very professional. The vet tech was also incredibly sweet. Brookfield Animal Hosp. (Brookfield, WI) completely let me down when my dog became suddenly sick major stomach issues (to put it nicely.) Westown Veterinary Clinic came in and saved the day! They got us in on a Sunday morning and even though we were new to the practice, they treated us very well and put together a comprehensive plan to help heal up our sweet Boxer. I have been taking pets to the vet for over 35 years and this was by far my best experience I have ever had!! From my phone call to when we got back in the car to go home was only 1 hour!! During the pandemic other offices don't let the parents in, so I was happy to be able to go into Westown with my sweet beagle, Violet! Everyone was so caring, the front desk, the vet tech & Dr V!! I would HIGHLY recommend this places services. Firstly I called with concern of my dogs ears itching until the point where they were raw. They got me in within 2 hours. After arriving they assisted in getting my pit bull to the room with no hesitation. He was very excited and antsy. They brought treats out while talking to me so he would be calm and relaxed. They brought him to another room where they clipped his toe nails, did a full exam, cleaners, flushed ears, apply medication to ears. They applied a cone to his head and in no time we were leaving and my dog was already feeling better. I was so impressed with how they cared for my dog. I will definitely be going back! You also get a discount if you pay cash!

Went there on a urgent basis with my hospice foster poodle All the ERs were either not seeing anyone or 4 hour wait. One one these ERs recommended Westtown. I called she said come in. I told her I live on the south side of Milwaukee. She said get here when u can. I went there and they took him right away. Not much of a wait. Great service. Vet was super nice. Tech was super. And front desk helped me even though they were super busy. Would def say great customer service. Thank u all!

I tried this vet clinic after receiving an offer in the adoption packet from the shelter. I didn’t even know they existed! They far surpassed my expectations. When I brought in my new cat and we were met with a growling dog in the waiting room, staff very quickly found an open exam room for us to alleviate any stress to my cat. They even carried my cat into the room for me. Although we were just there for a check-up, they still took the time to call and follow-up the next day. I’ve not had a vet do that before! I brought my 11 year old cat in because she was sick and vomiting like 5 to 6 times a day. The exam was free because she was a new patient but they had to do blood work that costed $100 -- not too bad but idk what to compare it to as she has never had blood work anywhere else. On the exam she was found to have a heart murmur and her blood work revealed hyperthyroidism so they wrote a prescription and I have to bring her in quarterly for blood work to make sure the medication is working and her levels aren't too high or too low. The care there is exceptional. They are very knowledgeable about feline diseases and I am happy that my cat is in good hands there. I'm glad they were able to catch my cat's disease before it led to other problems like kidney damage and heart failure. Hopefully the murmur will resolve too now that she is being treated. Excellent, caring vets and staff, BUT DO NOT use the GROOMER that comes in!! I’m giving the vet clinic 5 stars but I wouldn’t even give the groomer 1 star. I rescued my dog a year ago, and 6 months ago I took her to a groomer and was told that they couldn’t give her a haircut because she was way too scared and that she needed sedation. Westown is the vet I use and thought it was perfect that they have a groomer come in twice a week. That way, my dog could be sedated and be in a safe environment that I trusted. BIG MISTAKE. Tina, the groomer, doesn’t like using sedation and almost scoffed at me for suggesting it. She didn’t even acknowledge my dog when we came in (no petting or talking to her), told me that I shouldn’t be bathing my dog if she has any tangles or mats (she had 2 very small tangles on the inside of her hind legs because she’s too scared of I try trimming her), didn’t believe me when I said she had never been groomed since I rescued her (she came from a hoarder’s house). She then told me that if they have to sedate her that the haircut would have no style, will be so short you can see her skin, and that it won’t look good. She was so unfriendly that I didn’t even want to leave my dog there with her. My dog is EXTREMELY friendly and social and didn’t want anything to do with Tina. She said that she would try a non-sedated haircut on my dog and then do sedation if needed, which I agreed to. BUT she worked on the haircut for 15-20 minutes until my dog was so worked up she had a SEIZURE!!!!!!!! I figured that any person with common sense would see how scared she is (like the last groomer) and not push the limits. I know my dog and the fact that she didn’t consider ANYTHING I told her makes me so angry. Westown was apologetic and I didn’t have to pay for the services. She will NEVER lay hands on my dog again. I didn’t feel good about her from my first interaction with her and should’ve listened to my gut instinct and taken my dog the hell away from her.

We have two dogs that we take to this clinic, and we have been over-the-top satisfied with their care. One of our dogs got a tooth extraction which we estimated would be a couple thousand dollars, but to our surprise during their dental special it was under $1000!! One of our dogs is extremely terrified of men, the male veterinarian did an excellent job making her feel comfortable and walking us through the process of her physical exam in a way that made her as calm as possible. The follow up care we received after one of our dogs procedures and our other dog getting an allergic reaction to his annual shots, was The best Vet care we have ever experienced. I wouldn’t recommend any other vet clinic!!!

Did not know about this clinic until we were in a loop to find a provider for one of our dogs. Not only were we able to get an appointment for one of our dogs but two in order to update vaccines. We were surprise at the ease of check in. One of our dogs is usually nervous but was able to stay at ease during the visit with Dr K. The Vet Tech's/assistants were extremely helpful and anticipated that having two dogs in tow was a bit much in the waiting area so we were ushered in right away to the exam. That was very kind. They were able to get me and my guinea pig in right away on a Saturday, same day. He had an infected paw and I was very worried. My (then) usual vet wasn't available. They were very kind and caring to both of us. They were also very knowledgeable, which I was very impressed by. It's hard to find places that specialize in exotic and small animals. They were reasonably priced and more concerned about taking care of my pet than burning a big hole in my pocket, like some places. I love this place and plan on going there in the future with my pets. I went here only because it was the only place that was available such short notice on a Saturday, but they won me over. I adopted a puppy on a Friday. She was having a few issues with coughing on itching. I called Westown Vet Clinic Saturday morning and they were able to get her in that afternoon. The staff was very nice and caring. Sadie received a complete and thorough check up and meds were prescribed. They called me on Sunday with test results and I was able to go in and pick up more meds that same day. I called Westown because they were open on Saturday and the reviews were good. I was really impressed with the service and staff. I will continue to take Sadie there. I was also impressed that her first new puppy visit was at no charge!

We've been taking our animals to Westown Vet Clinic for over 12 years. They are truly like family. Very recently we had to put our 12 year old dog to sleep and the entire staff was beyond wonderful. They were so kind and thoughtful, helping us so much, during that last week when our Molly just wasn't improving and finally giving us ample time to say our goodbye's. We brought our beloved dog to Westown Veterinary Clinic on a Sunday for an uncontrolled bleeding mouth, which required immediate surgery. At the time we didn't know that the clinic is open on weekends, without the exorbitant "Urgent Care" charges. Unfortunately we had to return to the clinic two more times in less than a week (no fault of Dr. K at all), and made the very difficult decision to put our dog to sleep on the third visit, after being told she had advanced leukemia. I've always wanted to put my dog to sleep in our home in her own bed, and when I asked if they knew anyone who does that, I was so happy to hear that they did; on the same day after normal business hours. From the very first moment we walked in with our bleeding dog, to the final injection to have her go over the Rainbow Bridge, Dr. K and his staff were very knowledgeable, caring, compassionate, and understanding of our grief. We still have two dogs living with us, and we're transferring their care to this wonderful vet clinic.

Westown Vet Clinic does it all: they provide all the quality services you could possibly want (vet, grooming, boarding, etc) while keeping it affordable. Plus, they're really good with my Toy Poodle Kino! He's usually impossible to deal; but the Vet, and staff, do a great job with him. I mean no one could handle my dog. He's just to bossy and he won't let anyone, besides family, touch him: even the groomer, Tina, is the only one who has been able to handle my dog in order to groom him. This is a great veterinary clinic . I certainly recommend them.

Today we took one of our newborn kittens in as she had an eye infection when born. With us just having to pay rent we were nervous as to how much money her visit was going to be (we aren't allowing our newborn to be blind so we were paying either way) But we found westown vet clinic on Google and the reviews sounded amazing. We just left their and honestly their amazing reviews don't even do it justice with how kind, amazing, and welcoming they all were. All of them We didn't have a set vet until today. We will be going back. The first exam was complimentary for new pets and thought they didn't "examine" our other kittens, they checked in on their wellbeing, along with asking about their momma's well being as well, who we didn't bring in. This place is clean, professional, kind,welcoming. Just an all around amazing place. I went in with a ferret that had a growth on his leg. Being my first time there they waived the clinic fee, and had such nice hours it was easy for me to get there without having to take off work to do it. They ended up doing surgery and removed the growth and explained what they did and were in contact with me letting me know how he was doing. The staff and doc were all very friendly and took good care of my ferret. A week later he ended up picking at his stitches because well, you try and cone a ferret. Good luck with that. They took him in back out a powder antibiotic on it and sent me home with some meds and only charged the cost of medication, not a clinic visit or examination. So all these reviews of scamming for money seem a bit outlandish. I had no problems with westown from the staff to costs. I understand things are different with others and when it comes to pets i get it can be stressful, but they are professional there and take care of your pet

I have been taking my cats and dogs here for almost 14 years. Each time i have gone in for shots or check ups or anything else, the staff is always nice and professional. They treat each animal as if it was their own. The concern is that if she did not pass it all there was a chance that it could seriously hurt her. I had the most pleasurable experience every in my life at Westown Veterinary Clinic in Waukesha. I recently adopted a dog from an owner who could no longer take care of her. Her breath and teeth were terrible and decayed from many years of neglect. Unfortunately 18 of her 21 teeth had to be removed and I am sure for an 11 year old dog traumatic for her to go through. I had brought her in 1 day and the following day, Sunday the procedure took place. I was shocked that they were able to do this on a Sunday and was not expecting this. Shortly after her surgry, you could just see a 180 degree difference in her demeanor, spunk and lust for life again! She was chewing on her toys and eating and running and tail wagging rapidly all the time now! She was forever greatful and so happy to be around. I even had a call from the doctor's to follow up with her recovery 1 week later to see how she was doing! Again, something I was not expecting but very much appreciated! Kudos to all the Doctors and staff at Westown Veterinary Clinic for speedy & professional service and showing that you do truly care about your patients and their owners! Over the past month and a half or so we have been in and out of Westown Veterinary Clinic with Riley due to a diagnosis with cancer / leukemia. Sadly, Riley eventually had to be put down due to the severity of his illness. There staff has been extremely caring and professional throughout the whole ordeal. Dr. Vivek and his staff helped us get through a very difficult situation and i would recommend them to anyone.

We were devastated when our little angel Patches broke her leg. Dr Kalirawana gave us our options gently and explained the expectations for recovery. It was not favorable. No one tried to talk us into something we didn't want. Although we ended up deciding to put our dog down, throughout the process, the entire vet clinic was very sensitive and Dr Kalirawana continued to take very special care of her until the very end.
