Very impressed with the care they give my Balto. Dr. Greiner sees him for exams and did his neutering— I love how well she communicates and I am impressed by her knowledge in all aspects (I am a healthcare provider myself). She gave me a call immediately after the surgery to let us know everything went well, answered my questions, and mentioned she will follow up with us tomorrow to confirm everything is smooth. We also saw Dr. Brown for an emergency on a Saturday morning as Balto caught a cough from daycare— very impressed with her as well, and they made a follow up call to check in on Balto. Staff are all caring and friendly and fun! Pleased as well that they found an appointment for me for emergency that Saturday morning which was very last second. The last thing I should mention that makes me happy are the estimates such as for the neutering. I am happy that they gave a worst-case estimate and took out the charges that ended up not applying. I think this is both honest and avoids surprises in cost. I felt the actual cost was very reasonable. Highly recommend!

I have been going to Manchester Animal Hospital for years. I moved out of the area and now travel almost an hour to bring my pup in. Dr. Brown and Dr. Lemay have always provided my dogs with the best care providing all the options and being very compassionate on those awful days ever pet owner dreads when you have to send them to the Rainbow Bridge. They also have great Vet Techs. Tanya and Kayla are 2 that stand out, but really all of them are great.

I've taken my two senior kitties here for a couple years now and I've always had a wonderful experience. The staff are all wonderful, kind, and very friendly. Dr. Greiner is very kind both to the pets and their owners. She's always taken time to answer any questions I have, and whenever bloodwork or anything like that is done, she always follows up via text within a day or two to let me know the outcome. I get special cat food to prevent crystals for my kitties and I can coordinate with the staff to ensure I have a bag of food available to me whenever I may need to pick it up. As for the general construction of the place- Parking: There's ample parking around the building and I've never had a problem finding a spot. Accessibility: Everything is ground level, no stairs to worry about. The entrance does lead into a small entryway of sorts and there is another door to pass through before you get to the lobby. If you're not comfortable going inside they do still offer curbside service where they will come out to the parking lot, take your pet in, and bring them out when they're done. Layout: The lobby is relatively small, but I've never had to wait there very long. When you do go back with your pets you get a small room to yourselves with doors that block out sound to help reduce stress and anxiety. There's also a separate exit door after you checkout so you don't have to potentially run into other pets as they come in. They have wonderful, bright, colorful paintings of various animals on the walls that I admire every time I go in. They help make it feel cheery and welcoming. Overall, I highly recommend them for their knowledge, expertise, and the care and attention they give to my pets.

Manchester Animal Hospital has been so very good to us, especially during this time that our 1 year old cat has been sick. Dr. Greiner is really one of a kind. She takes time to explain things, she is receptive to questions, she is understanding and compassionate. She legit cares what happens to our cat. I have been so impressed with the care we have been receiving compared to my last vet and it means the world to us that someone like that is doing their best to try and make sure our cat returns to good health. The front desk people are awesome, they are easy to deal with, they are nice, friendly. The vet techs are the same way. Can't say enough good things about this practice. Dr Clifford is the best vet I've had in my life. She truly cares about her patients. Though she may be long winded she thoroughly. Explains every possibility of every situation which is important and mentally calming for the owner of the animal she is treating. You will understand everything that's going on : who -what-where and when. I have a little spoiled touchy dog and Dr Clifford and her team are great with her

We have 5 dogs and four cats as patients here. We recently switched over after being unhappy with our other vet. The girls at the front are always so happy to help and chat and they make you feel as if you are the only patient they have. Dr. Clifford is our vet and she is beyond fabulous. So kind and soft spoken; our animals adore her. I know they are busy but I am always so shocked at how long Dr. Clifford is willing to spend at our appointments and how long she spends on the phone when calling back with test results, answering questions, etc. Again, she makes you feel as if you are the only patient she has. Totally would recommend Manchester Animal Hospital to anyone looking for a vet.

All of our experiences have been positive here. We take our 1 year old nervous kitty to get her nails clipped regularly, as well as other health related business, and the staff is always very professional and caring when handling her. They still have curbside care available due to Covid 19, but I feel better now that people are allowed to come into the facility once again so I can get a feel for how friendly and helpful everyone is.

I do have to say the quality of care that my puppy received from them was great! They made me aware of things that they recommend butt was not required and gave me the choice whether or not to do it and did not make me feel as if I had to. First time seeing this vet and I thought they were all so wonderful and professional! I chose this practice because of their high ratings and great reviews and trust me I read a lot of them. Such informative technicians, and I thought Doctor Brown was so sweet! It was my dog Piper’s first vet appointment since adopting her so there was a lot to go over with me and her. They did forget to trim her nails but like I mentioned, they were doing a variety of different things as it was her first appointment, and they were so quick to apologize and see me the very next day. I already feel so comfortable and confident in my choice with Manchester Animal Hospital. Awesome place!

Would be 4 stars except it always feels like they offer services and recommendations but never talk in terms of prices so it ends up feeling like they know I don’t want to pay, and they know it’s pricey, but they have to try and upsell to stay alive as a vet business.

Amazing staff and veterinarians.. I brought my sweet older dog in twice, with the last time resulting in having to put him down. Both times I called before the office even opened, only to be greeted with kindness and a true willingness to help. The staff was incredible and Dr. Clifford expressed compassion that I've never experience from a vet before. I would recommend MAH to any loved ones with furry friends.

I cannot recommend this place enough. They were so kind, patient, thoughtful, and compassionate. I was there under the very sad circumstances of my 16-year old cat having extreme health issues, and she ended up having to be put down that night. It was 1 in the morning and everyone was so present with me. The doctor and nurses talked to me multiple times to help me decide what was best for my cat. They were very understanding about my pain, and how hard of a decision it was. When I was in the hospital, they let me have time alone with my cat for as long as I needed. The room was very calm, serene, and had nature noises that really soothed my nerves - and I am sure was nice for my cat. The doctor was wonderful and had a loving energy I really appreciated. Even though its always so tragic to lose a feline friend, I felt as if her death was truly beautiful. Thank you so much to the people at this animal hospital. I am eternally grateful <3

My dog has been a patient since he was a puppy, he’s now four a few days ago 12/7, I was leaving for a trip and dropping him off at the pet resort and was informed one of his vaccinations expired. I called, they got him right in and hit him what he needed and we were able to leave on time. It’s a level of service you don’t see these days in any industry.

We absolutely LOVE Dr. Brown she’s amazing with our small horse size dogs that we have. Our boys are always so happy to see her. We also have our cats seen by Dr. Brown and they don’t stop purring when they see her. Needless to say we are very happy with the service she provides and her technicians being so sweet and caring makes us feel good about them handling our boys. We also love guest services. My experience so far with Manchester Animal Hospital (MAH) has been excellent! I recently moved to Hooksett and wanted to get my large breed dog setup with a new vet, and MAH was not only conveniently located, but had great reviews. We have had appointments with both Dr. Corinne Lemay and a variety of techs, and all our interactions have been pleasant, thoughtful, informative, and kind, which is a world away from some vets I have dealt with in the past from other practices. The facilities are always clean, comfortable, and safe - I have never had an issue with unsanitary conditions or dealing with other unruly patients. Boots, one of the two hospital cats, kicks around the front reception desk, but is always calm, sweet, and quiet, so my large dog barely notices him. I fully recommend MAH to anyone looking for quality care from a thoughtful, friendly, and helpful staff. Always a pleasure!

Update my Chilly crossed Rainbow Bridge 8/19/2021 Dr. Brown her care of my Chilly at the end of her life showed her care, compassion and love. She gave us time with her and helped us understand that it was Chilly's time. Female King Charles Cavalier with many health issues Veterinarians and staff give my Chilly great care. My questions are always answered and conference calls when needed are a big help. Also, my Chilly is comfortable walking in the office without me. I highly recommend this practice.

We take our Bassett Hound here and she loves them just as much as they love her. Extremely kind and loving staff. We had Lylah fixed here when she was 7M and chipped, they did a fantastic job. My wife and I moved to Hooksett not too long ago and found Manchester Animal Hospital for our cat and two Dogs. My older dog hates going to the vet. We've had to muzzle her and I had to hold her down to keep her from attacking the vet in the past. We were very nervous to bring her until we met Dr.Brown. Her gentle touch and soothing voice kept our dog the calmest I've ever seen her. The staff over there are warm and welcoming. I don't see us going anywhere else.

The vet came in didn't really make any eye contact with us, She is kind of Rude has no compassion , The vet fax over all the information for them and it seemed like it was a big effort and then she complaints it is hard to read.. They don't read the report and give us a bill for all the test that are 800.00 witch half those test we're already done two weeks ago. Then they say we need to keep her there because she is really bad that would be another 12,00-15,00. No thanks we did three test 265.00 later and the next day she started feeling better , So we saved are selfes alot of money. No happy with that one person, the check in person should be the vet.

I have been bringing my cat Irie to see Dr. Ball for about 2 months now for an ongoing issue with her eye. He has been nothing but professional and kind; Irie is a bit skittish but he treats her with such compassion that she seems completely comfortable even when he is examining her eyes or giving her medication. He takes the time to explain each treatment or test and he has personally called me to check up on her multiple times... you just don't find that caring manner with many vets. The front desk staff and the techs have been so amazing as well - everyone I come across has been kind and willing to answer questions in terms that I can understand, whether in person or on the phone (even when I'm calling with silly questions!) They are all so sweet with Irie and give her lots of love at every visit. I would refer anyone looking for a great vet to try out Manchester Animal Hospital.

I've been taking my beloved Max here since he was a puppy. Max had a couple dental cleanings and both times we were giving a max and min estimate so there were no surprises at the end. We loved Dr. Clifford and all the ladies at the front desk. Max had to be put to sleep at 14. Dr. Clifford explained everything thoroughly to us. I really appreciated that bc it was my first time putting down a pet and I didn't know what to expect.
