The staff at creature comforts has been so very kind and professional. We have had a few urgent situations with our dogs and they have always helped. We love the vets so much here that I also had my son bring his dog from Los Angles to see the vet because she was not eating and under weight. The prices are fair and they are very up front about cost prior to the treatment. When we text we get an fast response. I feel that this is the best place for our fur babies. Thank you for outstanding service!

I've been taking my little dog (Kelli) to this animal hospital every day for over a year. She suffered a spinal cord stroke last year and is slowly recovering. Everyone there, has become Kelli and my extended family. She loves going there and gets thru the door before me.

We really enjoyed our experience at Creature Comforts. The staff was friendly, the space was clean, there was plenty of seating available and we didn't wait long to be seen. The vet was very professional and kind, and vet assistant was also really great with our fur babies and very respectful. Really great experience with Dr Gibson who, even though she was busy, took the time to see my daughters guinea pig. She diagnosed her correctly and gave appropriate treatment. Her tech Jason that assisted her was also very nice and quick with giving our guinea pig her meds so she wasn't stressed.

The staff are always amazing there, from the first person you talk to upon entering to the vet last. The Doctors are kind, compassionate and are great at communicating. I have a big lab, and they are always happy to help if I ask, when taking him in. We lost our first lab to cancer in 2019, we were devistated, but they were so kind about everything! So helpful.

We have been part of the Creature Comforts family for 8 years. Our Doberman Pincher, Breezy, has had more than her share of medical challenges. We would not have her today if not for the care and expertise of the doctors, nurses, techs and staff at this amazing hospital. We are forever grateful. Both of our dogs love to go to the vet. the little one starts to bark and spin in the car as we approach the hospital. She knows she is in for a giant helping of free love from everyone inside. I've been bringing my pets to Creature Comfort for over 6 years now and I have a "pack" with as many as 6 at a time. In the beginning, it was a bit bumpy with service but the turnaround these past couple of years has been great. Running any business is tough. I can only imagine what a veterinary clinic involves. I know. I am a small business owner myself. Dr. Gorman and her staff are doing a great job.

Took my Molly in last Thursday to be cremated and she was home on the following Friday, the 25th. They let you pick one of four box designs, you get a folder with their locks of hair and a frame with their pawprint on it. The ashes come in a pretty blue velvet bag inside the box you chose. The staff is so sweet they let you stay for as long as you need in a private room. My two daughters have used this service for their dogs and I wouldn't have gone anywhere else! Bless You Creature Comfort staff for being so kind in our hour of need! ❤️

We took our leopard gecko in for urgent care. His tail had been crushed, but had not fallen off, and he was in bad shape. We had previously been to 3 other vets and they all said "wait it out, hope for the best, he's had a good run." When we went to Creature Comforts, we got completely different care. Dr. Hussey and the other staff asked more questions and treated our pet with more care than anywhere else we had been. Dr. Hussey knew a way to help our gecko drop his dead tail, and through that care and support, our gecko is alive, thriving, and growing a new little tail. We had follow up appointments to give our gecko extra meds to help with healing, and every single member of their staff was lovely. Even though this Animal Hospital is clear on the other side of town, we now bring our dog here as well. I will drive 45 min in traffic on the 95 for the quality of care that Creature Comforts provides. Thank you so much, Dr. Hussey especially, for saving our little dude's life!

From the front desk all the way to the Doctor. We had a terrifying experience with our cat who suffered trauma to his mouth. Dr. Espinoza was just fabulous. We have 3 other fur babies at home. Redd is a very complicated kitty who has had a few medical issues and some are chronic. His latest battle turned out to be gastritis. However, when it began, we feared far worse given his history with FIC. He had chronic vomiting for 12 hours that began this past Sunday night, so we were grateful when we were told we could drop him off for an emergency visit on Monday morning. He got plenty of fluids, anti-nausea medication, lots of tests and clearly lots of attention with some TLC as well. I know he had to have been treated well because my boy is one who can get overstimulated as well as overwhelmed which can trigger his FIC. When all else was ruled out minus gastritis and his vomiting was stable thanks to meds, the main problem was that he wouldn’t eat. He hadn’t been able to eat and keep food down for over 48 hours. He was sent home on Tuesday afternoon after receiving plenty of hydration, and we were told to get him to eat. When I shared the fact he was a social eater, we all knew this might be the answer. It was! He came home Tuesday amid afternoon and he ate right away. His demeanor was wonderful and he was clearly calm and happy. We tried to wean him off of anti-nausea medication after just one day and his gut, tummy AND his bladder all seem quite content, but it looks like it’s going to take a bit longer. Nonetheless, thank you to Dr. Gorman and all the LVTs and VAs who helped him. A special shout out to Amanda who has been our main go to LVT. Finally, a HUGE thank you to his doctor, Dr. Franco, who was able to review his case after returning from her weekend. We appreciate the fact you were able to recommend how to best tweak his medication to best suit his situation. The industry has changed a lot over the past few years, but I know when I see a calm cat (who’s normally anxious) post hospital stay, much was done for my boy. He didn’t even get any form of sedation or calming medication, so TLC has to be the WHY! Thank you, Creature Comforts yet again! He stills need time to fully heal, but he should be purrrrrrrfect again soon. Meow!

I have ALREADY told a couple of friends about your fabulous clinic. Where to start? First off, was the availability to book the next day appointment, not a month out like some other vets. Complimentary 1st visit. This was HUGE because I cannot tell you how much money i have wasted going to a vet 1 time. Paid top dollar. Never going back again. Your location is state of the art. New and most importantly CLEAN and well decorated too. I did not wait long at all. One vet we went to years ago would keep you waiting 1-3 HOURS before you finally got in. Not the case here! The assistant was cheery, professional, just wonderful. Very though. And, THANK YOU for examining my dog in front of my face,because two former vets i used to go to, take the dog to the back room just to hear a heartbeat, look in the mouth, ears or do the overall simple exam. WHY? I dont like that at all. What are they trying to hide? What's up with that and why do they think their customers want that? No one wants that! By the way, one of dogs that was "examined" in the back room was given a clean bill of health. A couple days later, I noticed she had a visible pea sized cyst near her nipple. Obviously he never really did a though exam. So never again. I appreciate Creature Comforts showing us that you do your job and doing it well, I might add, for all the world to see. This gives me piece of mind and now Max is your dedicated patient. We look forward to seeing you in the future. We elected for the Senior Wellness Plan which seems amazing already. Max is coming in for some tests and getting ready for his dental cleaning. Thank you to you and your entire staff.

I saw Dr. Francher back in the fall for my Flemish Giant named Bear. He was experiencing a serious bout of GI stasis and was knocking on death's door. Dr. Francher took the situation very seriously and immediately took x rays, blood work and provided fluid therapy for him the whole day. She had me take him home to help save me money on in hospital costs but also provided me with the information and supplies I needed to continue his care. She had me bring him back the next morning to continue fluid therapy and I picked him up that evening. Kudos to the techs or vet who did his IV catheter- I can tell they have very skillful and dedicated staff! Dr. Francher saved my rabbit and he has been happily living with his brother since. I was also able to use "Scratch Pay" to cover the costs- I highly recommend! I will always bring my rabbits here from now on.

We are traveling nurses from Cleveland, OH. We had the pleasure of spending the majority of our winter 2021 in Las Vegas battling the tail end of CoVid19. Our little family of 2.5 includes our very fluffy PomChi. We had extended our stay an xtra 4 weeks which through our 'home' schedule way off. (Vet appt. Updated vaccine and groomer...) If ya know anything about PomChi's- missing a grooming appointment can be devastating! And the Vegas heat in June makes matters worse. And unfortunetly with out updated vaccine no groomers would take us... But YOUR staff was SO ACCOMMODATING! I got an appointment with in a few a days of calling, we got vaccine updated and the vet detected another issue that had been overlooked by our family vet! After the appointment, the groomers also squeezed us in and we never skipped a beat! What a great staff of very friendly and accommodating folks. Very professional! Thank you for all you do! What can I say, this place is wonderful. I bought my 10 year old rabbit in because she had a head tilt. The doctor did not play around and gave her a round of meds for anything it could be. My rabbit has E. Cuniculi and is getting better and better each day. I am so thankful that she was on it and helped my bunny feel better. If you want a great place to bring your exotic animal I would recommend this place hands down.

I won’t get into my past dealings with other vets here in town, but they were never positive, I even lost a pug puppy due to vet negligence last year so I was very apprehensive to trust another vet. I received numerous recommendations for Creature Comfort (such a cute name too!) and went with our new pug baby, the first visit was amazing. Every staff member is attentive and and thorough and I felt very comfortable with them from the start. I have dealt with a lot of people there and I like them all, I just talked to Jen and she was amazing! I will always recommend them to anyone going forward

Pricey services however professional. Always, I like Dr. Paul, she always is straight to the point and creates a solid care plan. Front desk girls are incredibly helpful, especially Lennon, she was incredibly kind to my mother doing this process and helping her apply for programs…unfortunately we weren’t able to raise enough of donations and might not be able to save our loved pet… but this staff went beyond for him…

Following our arrival, and after we are escorted into an Exam room, and following a short conversation about why I brought Ghost to your facility, the member of your front office staff asks if there is anything else she can do for me, and almost before I can say anything, she offers me a cup of chilled water. That is very nice, and I accept. As I sat in the exam room, I realized that I was concerned that I might spill my cup of water or that Ghost might knock it over. Please consider providing a bottle of chilled water as does my dentist's office.

From the time we (Skooter & I) walked in the front door we were greeted by the front office staff that was VERY friendly and helpful. Skooter was a very sick lil boy with (after further investigation) some bad teeth that he had pulled. Dr. Paul was very understanding and her caring for Skooter was awesome, she gave us options (as many as she could under the circumstances) and spent the time needed to explain what was going on with Skooter and what would be needed to correct the problem. This review allows 5 stars but if I could I would give the entire staff a rating of 10!! ..................OH BTW, we have been back for 2 follow up's since I wrote this review and Master Skooter is 100% better and his appetite has increased since having those rotten teeth pulled. "He likes going over there to visit with the gurls.....lol."

I took my cat there when he hurt his eye and they were great. They took their time to get v to know him but moved quickly because his injury was severe. They're knowledgeable, caring, and really love the pets they see. They also offer different payment options as well as a first exam for free for your first pet to see them. I took my two kitties here for the first time last week. The booking process was super quick and easy and the ladies who checked me in were friendly and helpful. The building is large and spacious and I love that the exam rooms have squishy couches where you can sit with your pets! My cats both snuggled with me on the couch which I think made it more comfortable for them also. Dr.Espinoza and all of the assistants were wonderful and compassionate and felt bad when one of my cats got scared during her exam. They took great care of her and let me sit with her on the couch until she was calm enough to go home. I will definitely be bringing my pets here from now on!

This office has been my choice of animal care for many years. Dr. Gorman saved my sweet Siamese's life. As Miss Kitty Taylor was adopted, I was told she was about 7-10 years younger than she is, so immediate action was taken. She is still alive and bossing everyone around. I'm thankful. Recently, after the sudden death of my daughter, the staff immediately helped me get her cats ready for adoption and getting their records to me to help ensure adoptive parents that they are healthy and available. I can't express enough how wonderful this place is with its staff. I went there to take my cat, Quinn, to get his shots updated and nails clipped. We also had to get a new microchip because the one he had wasn't in his body. Dr. Espinoza and the nursing staff were so sweet and gracious. They explained everything about what to expect with Quinn. They also drew some blood to make sure he was ok. I've been here before with my parents' other cat, their Orange Tabby, Morris. They've always been so warm and inviting. Made sure our experience there was great.

They care about the animals they treat and make sure we understand what is being done and why. Our dogs are quite happy to see them despite one having had multiple blood draws, temperature taken, etc. That is quite a recommendation in itself, considering how they have felt about going to the vet in the past. The staff is very professional, courteous, and helpful. Doctors Hussey and Espinosa have been great to deal with.

The owner Dr Gorman is a very good vet and is especially accurate at diagnosing what is ailing my dogs. Dr Espinosa is beyond compassionate and caring. I can't describe how grateful I am for the endless care he gave to my beloved long haired Chihuahua. She made it to 16 yrs old because of the care provided by Dr Espinosa. Even though she had lymphoma and kidney disease, he made sure she could continue to eat and maintain a quality of life. He made sure she was not suffering, as we both agreed that it was paramount that she maintain quality of life. When it was her time Dr Espinosa was right there with us in her final transition. I can't thank front office staff and the vet tech staff enough for all of their kindness and care.

My wife and I recently had a scare with our dog Morgan. We needed for him to get seen right away. Unfortunately our vet could not see him that day. We drove over to Creature Comforts not only were they able to see our Morgan but came out to the car to check on him. The entire staff were so exceptional with not only taking care of the situation but calming us down as well. They showed heart and compassion and that was very impressive to me. When we came back to pick up Morgan the staff was again so caring and made us feel like family. We will be switching Vets for both of our dogs from now on.

Doctor Paul has been taking care of our many scotties and our skipperky for over 15 years plus. She has been a great comfort to us as our vet with assistance from several of the others vets when she wasn't available. The numerous staff members we have encountered over the years has been nothing short of great. Even during the loss of several fur kids they some how brought a smile and cheer along with comfort during the trying time. We are thankful to have found such a great group of people to take care of our fur family.

We took our little dog star in I believe it was June 30, 2021. She had her shots updated. She had a thorough exam and we’re going to bring her back July 30. She needs dental work and a few other things taken care of. Because we are retired and live on a fixed income we can only do so much at a time. But we will get her taken care of. We love this vet and it’s a ways for us to go but we’re going to keep coming back to her. She gave us medication to get through the July 4 fireworks. It did help. I would recommend this veterinary hospital for all your needs.

I feel extremely blessed to have found Dr Espinosa and his assistant, Kat, at Creature Comfort Animal Hospital. They are truly caring, compassionate and helpful in every way possible. They take the time to really listen to what I have to say and answer all of my questions. They understand all of my concerns. They have shown a tender gentleness with my dog and especially my sisters dog who was timid and stressed on top of not feeling well. The warmth and friendliness of their entire staff is outstanding and provides an atmosphere of trust and comfort during what could be very stressful situations. Enjoyed my experience taking my dog to CCAH. The staff is friendly, I especially loved our time with our veterinaran. I would like it if they would update their website as it does not seem very user friendly, easy to read (it's very busy on the page) and not updated with current vets as the one I saw was not on there. They have a great offer for first time visits which was massively helpful this visit for my pup. All in all, would reccomend.

Dr. Tiffany Paul and her staff have given us the very best service we could ever have expected. We moved here from NM where we had visited the same veterinarian for over 12 years. WONDERFUL!!! Most caring and compassionate Vets in Nevada! Dr. E and Dr. G are the BEST of the BEST and I wouldn't let anyone else in Nevada treat my fur babies. The staff overall is just so loving and caring and sincere and truly not only are experts in their field but CARE about your babies - VERY hard to find. They are not about the $$$ but about the family they are serving and we consider them just as much a part of our family as they consider us! I've been to a lot of different places, and I really like how attentive, patient, and knowledgeable everyone is here. The staff at the front are absolutely amazing and super pleasant to be around. The vet took her time with us and I didnt feel like just another number. Yes, this meant I had to wait a bit longer than what my appointment was scheduled for, but I'd rather take the delay and have proper treatment/communication vs being on time, rushed, missing something. Yes, everyone's time is precious, but a vet isn't like a McDonald's where you zip in and out of. Just because one person is there only getting a nail trim, there are other people that are either making life changing designs or saying goodbyes to their pet. Be kind, patient, and considered of all those that work in this field and fellow customers. You never know what everyone is going though and life is tough enough without giving each other a hard time ❤ But back to the review...They were also open to titer tests, which I really appreciated having an epileptic dog. They constantly checked in on us, offered water, and were just all around great. Im switching my other two dogs to this vet ❤

I panicked last Saturday when I thought my rat was having difficulty breathing. Besides the fact that there aren't too many "rat" doctors around, the ones that are were wanting to charge $300 just to see her. I found this Vet office, they got her in immediately and gave her antibiotics for a respiratory infection and the total charge was $105. I know to some she's "just a rat", but she's very smart, she's attached to me and she trusts me. The vet was comfortable handling a rat and I was satisfied she got good care. She's been on her meds for 5 days and is 100% better! I will take her back if ever she needs care again.

I've had my 2 cats at Creature Comforts twice now and they are very friendly and have taken very good care of them. I have boarded both my cats there. The vet that did the check ups and shots was very informative and asked if I had any questions. There a great place for your pets.

Creature Comforts' staff is warm, kind, friendly, helpful & knowledgeable. I highly recommend them! Our 15 year old dog has been revitalized. When she was 14, she developed pyrometria & had to have an emergency hysterectomy. We didn't have enough credit at the time to do. And the dog was on death's door. So, we had to go to a Low Cost Spay & Neuter Clinic to get the surgery done immediately. The Staff at Creature Comforts assisted in getting All her Medical files over to the Clinic. The next morning, our 14 yr old Baby, was saved. Creature Comforts followed up with her. She is now 15 & alive & well. G-D Bless Creature Comforts.

I would give 100 stars if I could. I took my fur baby to VCA on decatur twice for a UTI. I spent so much money and they claimed no UTI and her bladder is inflamed. They gave me $80 joint meds. 🤷🏽‍♀️🤦🏽‍♀️ I heard about creature comfort from a friend. I took my puppy there. And within days no more blood in her urine. They have a lab on site which is awesome too. Take your babies here. They are awesome

One great thing I love about Creature Comfort is that the staff, doctors really care. You can tell they love what they do. It can get busy in this office. I came in on an emergency and the wait took a while but it was worth it. I came back two more times. I definitely recommend coming here. They offered me things that I was not aware of. I originally went to there sister veterinarian clinic and what I was offered at Creature Comforts was not given to me at the other location which was available as well. I thank the staff for treating and helping me.

This place was great! Everybody was super friendly and informative. The last place I took my sick snake over charged me and there was no improvement. At Creature Comforts I was charged considerably less and my snake has fully recovered. I guess what impressed me most is these people really love animals!!!

I would have never been to this vet if it wasn't for a foster dog I was caring for through a local dog rescue (Animal Help Alliance) because it's about 30 minutes from me. But since it's their go to, I had the opportunity to check it out and I can't say enough about it. Everyone was friendly and professional. Even when I called several times to reschedule the pup's spay, they were very accommodating and understanding. Facility was clean, comfortable, and spacious. They offered coffees, cookies (it was Christmas time), bandanas, and even little treats for the dogs. They also had lots of reading materials, brochures, adoption info, and cute pictures all around. Vet technicians were very patient and sweet. Restrooms were clean. They even sent our pup home with a swag bag in addition to her care instructions. The funniest thing is that they're called "creature comforts" and when I was there (pick up and drop off) there were cute little chipmunks running around parking lot. Lol! If that wasn't enough, they actively support our local dog rescues by hosting donations for care and events. A wonderful clinic in N Las Vegas!

We were treated very nice. We had to have our cat put down because she was very sick and they suspected cancer. They were compassionate and caring but charged $250 and it seemed a little high since we did have a $50 coupon for the exam. It is a beautiful building and we got in and out quickly. I got an appointment in a couple of hours from when I called. Everything was fine except the price. 💕

I can't imagine what else the staff at Creature Comforts Animal Hospital could have possibly done to make what was a horrible situation that I unfortunately found my cat, named Goose, and myself in the middle of. After explaining all the options and costs associated with each one, losing my precious Goose was becoming the reality I was going to have to face. But these truly devoted angels working at Creature Comforts not only found someone who could perform the much needed surgery to save his life, but found the means to help me be able to afford the operation. I’ve taken my dogs here as long as I’ve lived in Las Vegas, actually my whole family has. I feel so comfortable bringing my dogs here and I trust them to take the best possible care of my babies. One of my dogs was in for dental work today and everyone was just amazing throughout the entire process. My dog had to have a few teeth extracted and Mike called me to go over the estimate even though I had told them it was ok to do anything necessary. Their focus on customer service is so refreshing. Denise at the front desk got me signed up for their awesome wellness plan and when Shorty did the intake for my dog she did such an amazing job of putting my mind at ease with her warm, upbeat personality. When I picked my dog back up Shorty was so sweet to spend time with me and go over everything they did and aftercare. I cannot day enough good things about Creature Comforts, I wouldn’t trust my babies to anyone else.

Today was my first visit to Creature Comforts for my dog, Koda. We were referred by our previous vet. In September, my dog was on a walk and was attacked by a dog off leash. He was limping on and off after that happened. We took him to the vet but our vet was very hands off and just gave us prescription medication and told us to come back if we needed more. Of course nothing got better and nothing got worse. My husband and i were so concerned when choosing the next step. We decided to call for x-rays as our previous vet suggested and we were referred to creature comforts. I was blown away by Dr. David Espinoza and his assistant. My dog is very anxious, protective and scared around strangers, and he isnt the best around dogs because of off leash dogs causing problems in the past. Both doctors were patient, understanding, sensitive and kind. They were sensitive to our dogs needs and gave us time to make him feel comfortable so they could preform a physical exam and identify what was causing my dog pain. Dr Espinoza was able to complete a physical exam and identify the issue of his limping. He provided us with so many options and solutions. We also felt that his assistant truly listened to us and added to our list of options at the end of the exam. I truly feel like we got the best service ever. A lot of vets are quick to judge when it comes to a scared/anxious/protective dog. Today i felt that we got the best care and support we have ever had and i am now going to be a life time client of Creature Comfort.

After experiencing a horrible vet visit somewhere else I brought my dog here and was amazed at the quality of the visit. The vet (I think Dr. Perry) did a great and very thorough exam on my dog. I feel like he took his time to really help my dog. Even after the visit when I had some questions the staff was fantastic with helping me in a timely matter, I was shocked again! Overall great vet. I like the vets here and have been coming here for more than five years. The reason for the three star rating is that my dogs have been hospitalized a few times for various things and the communication between the veterinarian, the actual doctor, is severely lacking during the stay and at discharge. I WANT TO SPEAK TO THE DOCTOR after spending thousands of dollars, not be passed off to a vet tech. The doctors here deign to speak to pet parents that pay their high vet costs. Very unhappy with that aspect of their service. Also, you can almost NEVER speak to someone when you call. They ALWAYS place you on an extended hold first. Hire more people for Pete's sake. That immediate and long hold is unacceptable.

I would recommend this vet to anyone. They do everything they can to keep our dog, Koda, comfortable. They accommodate in order to deal with his anxiety. Dr. Espinoza is a fantastic vet! I started using Creature Comforts because of convenience of location, and I’m happy I found them. The staff is wonderful- caring and warm. I love when staff members come over and warmly greet my dogs- my dogs love them. My dogs are very well- cared for and they are happy there. Dr Gorman has taken care of some very serious situations (very clever and mischievous dogs), and I always know they are in good hands. Veterinary care doesn’t come cheap, but the Wellness plan and Trupanion has really saved me.

Best Animal Hospital in Nevada! Had an emergency with my little lap dog and I was just put on disability so my funds were limited. However, the Dr was really nice that explain everything in detail and worked with me on my payments because she knew how much I love my dog. She literally saved my dogs life!!!! She also saved my life because my dog is my baby and I would have been a terrible mess. I give this hospital a 10 star rating - awesome people!

I’ve been going to Creature Comforts for 4 years. I’ve always LOVED the doctors specifically Francher and Gibson. Francher aided my cat through his weight loss In 2016/2017 and a few years later, Gibson saved our cats life in 2020 after he was attacked. Most recently working with Espinosa and so far he seems lovely. I do have some feedback that I’d love to see changed; as great as the quality is, it’s extremely chaotic, loud and feels disorganized. My appointments are not on time and it’s frustrating how long a simple check up can take. I imagine they are so busy because they are so in demand but I am considering looking at other places. Not leaving yet, hoping this improves. Overall, if you don’t mind the chaos, it is a great vet.

I have been coming to Creature Comforts for over 5 years. I have a blind Rat Terrier. He also has lots of skin problems. Dr. Paul has been so wonderful and loves my dog. My dog loves her too. I found a very ill cat and brought it in to the Animal Hospital they nursed her back to a much healthier self. She would sit on the counter with the front desk. They had to give her, her own keyboard to sit on. My parents, my daughter and several of my friends have brought their pets to Creature Comforts for care and boarding. There has never been a complaint from any of them. Thank you for all you care and concern.

The Service has always been consistently professional, friendly, and very caring towards our animals. We have entrusted them to the care of many doctors, in visits ranging from regular check ups, nail clippings, teeth cleanings, regular shots, follow up care to wellness, after our dog had been attacked by another dog that had been off the leash, and lastly: consultations and wonderful care and handling of us and our animals, during several old age-related end of life events. I absolutely recommend bringing your furry loved one to creature comforts animal hospital. We called with a huge concern for our beagle and that very day they were able to fit us in. They gave us a few options for care and treatment which was great. The meds for our girl was ready in little time. I'm not sure if they're expensive for Las Vegas standards. But they were certainly the most comfortable veterinary facility staff we've visited in the last 20 years we've had furry babies. The establishment is clean and it didn't have that kennel smell most often than not veterinary clinics have. Overall great experience and after care, and great location.

The staff here are always friendly, knowledgeable and really nice to my pets. My ferrets went home with little toys given to them by the hospital that they still treasure. The hospital has several experts in ferret care and each time my ferrets visit they are treated so very well and are better for their visit. I love this hospital. My Mitzi was old and very sick and they were so good with her. She was a rescue and had multiple problems. They were patient with me and let me make decisions without pressure. This was my first time visiting and I have to say I was pleasantly surprised by how organized and efficient the facility was operated. The people of Creature Comforts are just amazing. My human bestfriend recommended them for my furry bestfriend after I had just moved to the area a few years ago from Henderson. Whether it was a routine visit for shots or a more stressful event for diagnosis, my furry pal and I always received the same amazing energy and experiences. Everyone I have ever dealt with had an extremely high level of care and seemed to care about animals as much as I do. The Vets and techs seemed to be very competent & knowledgable & straightforward. Importantly to me, they walk the line of avoiding the medically unnecessary but not falling into the realm of excessively diagnostic, quite well. Just all around great experiences, every time, even when I found out that I would soon have to say goodbye to my loyal sidekick. Most surprisingly, all of that awesomeness was never cost prohibitive and was always well within the realm of comfortably affordable. When I find my next nonhuman bestie, I will be trusting their care to Creature Comforts as well.

What a wonderful experience we had - as opposed to dealing with our former animal hospital. Front desk staff is awesome and Dr. Perry couldn't have been more pleasant. 'Miss Ally' assisted Dr. Perry and she bent over backwards to make all three of our little ones feel at home. Ally was especially ardent in her attempts to soothe a very anxious "Sophie" who finds doggie hospitals very scary. In all, our fur-babies felt loved and felt important. In addition, the Creature Comfort lobby is welcoming and the general vibe is overwhelmingly positive. Several months ago my eldest cat, who had been suffering from several chronic, debilitating conditions, had a stroke over the weekend. It was immediately obvious that this was a terminal incident but we didn't want her to suffer so we took her to Creature Comforts since they were just around the corner from our home and we're open over the weekend. The entire staff there was great and they got us in immediately and got our kitty tranquilized and had a room where we could sit with her for a bit before she got her last shot. I can't say enough about how kind and understanding everyone was particularly since CC wasn't our regular vet practice. I would highly recommend their services based on the obvious care they showed my kitty in her final illness and the empathy they showed my wife and I. Kudos to the entire staff from us all.

Creature Comforts has always been available to give our Golden Retriever whatever care she needed be it immunizations or care for more serious issues. She was recently diagnosed with cancer of the liver and Dr. Paul was most helpful in working with us to determine a course of treatment to keep her most comfortable. I am happy to report that she is not acting like a "sick" dog and is her sweet self. She is not in pain nor on any medications.. We cannot recommend Creature Comforts more highly. I just took my 2 baby guinea pigs to the vet for the first time. It was a long drive for me, but the experience was worth it. They offer the first appointment free of charge. We saw Dr. Francher who was personable with me, and sweet to my piggies. She shared a wealth of information regarding guinea pig care, diagnosed them with ringworm (the reason for our visit) and prescribed an oral treatment called Terbinafine. The medication had to be ordered because it was made especially for baby guinea pigs, and it will be mailed in 2-3 days. We have been going to Creature Comforts for many years and Dr. Francher has been our family Doctor, since she joined Creature Comforts. Our older dog, Tommy Boy is 14 years old and is special needs, so we go to Creature Comforts every week for his treatments. It is a pleasure to interact with Dr Fancher and we have complete confidence in her diagnostic abilities and compassion for animals, to give them the best, most appropriate, compassionate treatment for their situation. Seeing the professional employees every week at check-in and check-out is a pleasure and is a main reason we keep coming back as well. We have been interacting with Denise and Julie for many years and they are always so friendly, welcoming and professional. Coral is new and she is equally friendly and professional and kind. Laurence, the Vet Tech, takes care of Tommy Boy almost every week and treats him with love and super-professional care every week as well. All of the vet techs are amazing too. I am caring for my son's two Lab's for over 3 years now. I had taken the momma lab to vet here in Las Vegas but didn't really feel the care there, no hello when you waked through the door. No good bye....No personal staff! I'm not sure why they sent me a request for a review of this location because I went to Critter Care on Cheyenne and Decatur. At any rate, my experience here was OK except for the following: The doctor that saw my kitty is only at this location twice a week. No vet is there everyday so you may not get the same vet every time. This vet, Dr. Leon, was nice enough and seemed fairly knowledgeable, but again, he's only there 2x weekly. Also, they charged me $18 for a nail trim. My old vet, Dr. Glen Park, who has now retired, never charged me for trimming my kitties' nails. I realize each doctor is different in their policies, but it's hard to adapt to new ways.

I absolutely am in love with Dr. Paul! I have 3 dogs: Benson a black lab, Otto a Pomeranian mix, and Tack a Chihuahua. All of them are taken care of by Dr. Tiffany Paul, I can't tell you how amazing and knowledgeable she is. Otto has problems with his balance due to brain development problems. Dr. Paul has been guiding us and following Otto's progression. They call us after our visits to make sure our dogs are okay and if the medicine they have given us is working. Their location needs to be updated but the people there are great.

We moved to the Northwest part of Las Vegas 13 years ago, there was not a lot out this way at that time. Our wire-hair Dachshund had been diagnosed with bladder cancer prior to the move. Needless to say, it was of upmost importance that we find an animal hospital that not only had the best doctors and staff, but also boarding. I drove around the area and saw Creature Comforts off of SR 95 and I stopped in. I was very impressed with the clinic, the staff and all that was offered. Our dog was put on a variety of prescription drugs...something the doctors believed in and that would provide our dog a few more years of quality life. She passed away at 14 1/2, after being treated at Creature Comforts...She was given nearly 4 more years of "quality life". We currently have an 8 year old Ragdoll cat and he gets treated like a "King" at Creature Comforts. Thank you!

One of my baby ball pythons got ill quite suddenly and needed veterinary attention. Initially, I was referred to a different veterinarian for his care, but they were unable to fit me in and I found Creature Comforts. They squeezed me in that day, as I was concerned he would not live until the following day. The staff was all very friendly, I was seen right away by the vet... she gave me several options for his treatment, but we both knew that he probably would not make it because we were looking at sepsis and possible organ failure (probably a genetic defect, he was only a couple months old). We gave him IM antibiotics, and although he did not live to make it home, I know there was nothing we could have done better for him. Regardless of the fact that he did not survive, I respect the vet for doing what she could for him. The staff was kind to me and when they learned of his passing, they all signed a sympathy card and mailed it to me right away, which I thought was very thoughtful of the staff. Its nice to know there's an exotic animal vet nearby and that they understand that the non "cute & cuddly" pets mean just as much to their owners as any other type of animal. In summation: great, friendly staff. Knowledgeable veterinarian (can't remember her name though!). Will definitely use them for any of my exotic pets needs.

I met Dr. Taylor Francher and upon checking my rescue bird she let me know that the bird I had rescued was a Finch, not a Sparrow. Good to know of course and she was kind enough to insure me that even with one lame foot, I could still release 'Birdy' back to the out of doors. Everyone at Creature Comforts is AMAZING! I brought my little Bunbun in to get a checkup and to get neutered. Both visits have been beyond my expectation. The care and knowledge by every single person in this facility is more than you could ask for. When you come in they make you and your fur baby feel like you're long time friends, even if it's your first time there. I watched as they treated everyone that came in the same way, as if we were all good friends. The doctor and all staff take the time to give you information you didn't even know you should have and they all answer every question you have without making you feel rushed. Dr. Francher, herself, called after my Buns' surgery to give me an update. The staff has called to check on how my little guy is doing with his recovery and when I had a concern, Sam called back with answers when she said she would, even though it was at the end of the day I wasn't forgotten. The facility is very clean, open, bright and welcoming. I definitely recommend Creature Comforts to everyone! I travelled to Vegas with my dog and was told she would not be allowed to stay. Through a Google search I found this place. They were able to board her and I felt that they have a staff of compassionate pet loving folks. My dog Robin had never been boarded since I rescued her in 2009 so she didn't make it easy. The vet called me quite a bit every time something minor came up. I didn't appreciate that at the time as I was dealing with my own guilt and separation anxiety. But once I picked Robin up I realized how valuable the extra care to my dog was . Would highly recommend taking your pet here for vet service and boarding if you have a need.

They took good care of our animals. However, they over-prescribed a prescription diet for one of our dogs that we found out she didn’t need and caused more issues. Also, calling them can be a pain because you could be on hold for 20-30 minutes and sometimes they’ll just pick up the phone and hang up.

When I walked out with the new medication in my had to give Buddy, All I could think about is...I wonder how much this will set me back. I'm so happy with my visit! I saw Dr. Francher for my ferret. She had routine shots, but had recently gained weight. I made the mistake of looking up "sudden weight gain" online and was horrified. Dr. Francher reassured me that she is perfectly healthy and is just a big ferret. She was also very comfortable with my little one, and even though my ferret is very socialized, she was completely relaxed while being examed by the vet. Overall, this was a thorough, and really good experience, which is awesome because I've had issues with exotic vets in the past (where I literally had to explain that no...a Basilisk isn't just a mythical creature...). Dr. Francher was poised and straight to the point. I have plenty of furry and scaly little dudes at my house, and if they ever need anything, I'll be confident coming back here :). I forgot to add too, that this was probably the only doctor's appointment for anything, that I was able to be seen a couple minutes early! Superb.

The staff....techs and front desk are phenomenal. ..great people that really care. I say this as we recently had to put our 12 year old shi-tzu down....heart breaking. The techs we dealt with were more than any one could hope for...so caring and personal. The first doc we dealt with was great but was leaving soon. So a senior doc took over after. Well...lets say we are not sure our baby needs to be gone! She had problems but after initial treatment was responding...then a set back and the "doc" had obviously not reviewed her chart when we talked....none the less she is no longer with us. Then another one of our "kids" was poorly. He had a "bladder infection" was treated for several weeks...took him for a second opinion when the "doc" wanted to keep treating. There was NO infection at the other place. ..better tests (a TRUE culture that took two days). We no longer go to C.C...no trust means no business!!!!#

They took us in a room and talked to us and explained step by step how the procedure is of laying our fur baby to rest. They had sedated him (Buddie) and brought him back into the room with us and said to take as long as we want to say our "See ya laters", then they followed thru till he went to the Rainbow Bridge and said we can stay as long as we wanted too. Is was a sad day, but very comforting to have the support that was given to us. After that, we been taking our other fur baby there ever since. We love them and every visit is special. I TRULY RECOMMEND CREATURE COMFORT TO ANYONE WITH FUR BABIES!!!! Thanks Staff for always being there and caring!!!! <3

Dr. Susan Gorman is the best vet ever for our Senegal Parrot, Sammie. I wish it did not take 10 years for Sammie to meet Dr. Gorman. She asked questions about Sammie which showed her cared. Dr. Gorman held Sammie and immediately stoked Sammie’s feathers holding him close. Sammie enjoyed the experience. Sammie had his wings clipped, beak and nails trimmed, in addition blood work to make sure he is healthy. Sammie was not stressed after his visit.
