Boca Park Animal Hospital saved my dog’s life with their timely service and knowledgeable staff. My french bulldog woke up with copious purulent discharge. She was diagnosed with pyometra,a very serious and possibly lethal condition. They were able to see her same day and perform surgery the next day. Dr Lauren Warren,both of her vet techs and Lauren at the front desk helped us so much, for which I am forever grateful.

My husband and I absolutely love this place!!! We originally moved from the Midwest to here so we were worried about where we would go to continue my dogs care. We stayed with one vet office her entire 5 years so we were nervous about finding a new one. Once we took this chance to come here with the reviews and location, we’re never looking back! Dr. Silver and the staff are amazing and so caring it’s unbelievable. My lovely and not so nice German shepherd is not the most friendliest dog, but they treat her like any other dog without any judgement! It’s so refreshing to see the care and love they have towards my pet and it makes me so happy to be here. They’re always attentive and patient when answering all my questions even if they may sound stupid. They’re always doing the best they can to accommodate my pets situation and giving me the best care possible within my budget. Lillian I believe has the best sense of humor, is knowledgeable and just so kind in taking care of my dog! I don’t know any other place who would do the same! I know they’re always busy and short staffed and I appreciate all that they do! We’re going to move across town soon but I plan on staying with them as long as possible with how good they are! ☺️

I have been a patient of Boca Park Animal Hospital since 2014. My baby was just a BABY right about 6-8 weeks when we brought her to Dr Ensign for a second opinion and long story short…here we are today, going strong with EVERY doctor on staff having cared for my girl at least once. Every single person at Boca Park Animal Hospital is wonderful, nice, respectful and amazing. We recently had a little health scare and I was torn to pieces when I picked up the fur ball and I have never had any doctor or staff or any establishment be so nice and understanding. From me and my Gigi, we thank you all so much for everything and love you all to pieces!

My sweet baby Daisy became very sick and Boca Park Animal Hospital got her in to see Dr Silver. The compassion shown was beyond description. Dr. Silver was knowledgeable and explained throughly was Daisy was going through. Faced with the difficult decision to put my sweet baby down, the staff was with us all the way. Dr. Spaulding is amazing and the only vet I have ever had that actually takes the time to sit and explain whatever the current situation might be and doesn’t try to rush you out the door. Keefer and Dr. Warren were the perfect team to help my Doberman pup with a skin issue. Keeper was very helpful and caring, he even carry my dog out and put him in the car so he didn’t burn his paws. Dr. Warren was extremely knowledgeable and identify the problem after some exams. I will drive extra 25 minutes from now on to come back here. Think it’s very well worth it!

Dr. Warren is the best! I feel so at ease having her take care of my dogs. You can tell she truly cares and is so passionate about what she does. It made me so happy how excited she was to call me in the morning the day she got my dogs test results back so she could give me the good news. Everyone else working here is great as well. My dog has an unusual protein allergy, and the team at Boca Park Animal Hospital did a really good job treating and diagnosing him. This is a great vet clinic, especially if your pet has health issues that need ongoing care.

We love the Veterinarians and staff here! Dr Warren is our normal Veterinarian, but we have seen multiple veterinarians at Boca Park. The Veterinarians are absolutely wonderful! Dr. Warren, Dr Spaulding, and Dr. Hill have been amazing with My Miniature Schnauzers, since our move here two years ago. They always know how to take care of all of my girl’s health problems. The same day appointment fee can be expensive… However, I always leave knowing the problem, and how to treat it! It is absolutely worth the assurance that my girls can get same day care, when they need it! They have never turned me away. The Veterinarians also always follow up to make sure my girls are doing well after treatment! Thanks Boca Park Animal Hospital!

I moved to Boca Park from West Charleston Animal Hospital. I left West Charleston for several reasons. Some of the major ones were the long wait times and what I felt was the lack of care towards my senior Pomeranian. I was pleased when I arrived and check-in was a breeze. Our nurse, Paula, was out within just a few minutes. She took her time documenting my concerns and getting to know my pup. Dr. Gorgon was a breath of fresh air. She immediately noticed things that our other vet had never even mentioned! Dr. Gorgon was extremely easy to get ahold of when I needed to speak with her about the results of my pup's bloodwork. I would recommend Boca Park Animal Hospital to anyone looking for a vet.

Dr.Silver has been Gunnar’s vet for a few years now. When she re-located, we hunted her down and made an appointment. We travel over 20 miles to see her, but we wouldn’t have it any other way… neither would Gunnar! THE BEST!! I had previously been to a couple of other vets, and did not have a good experience with either. I am so relieved that I finally went to Boca Park Animal Hospital. Dr. warren and Keifer were super kind, and at no time did I feel rushed. They listened to all my concerns and really took the time to get a full picture of what was going on with my dog. They were able to perform x-rays on the spot and truly put my mind at ease. They were knowledgeable about French Bulldogs and their particular issues, and were able to find solutions without trying to sell me pricey medications etc. I’ve found my forever vet 🤗

They don’t force you to get unnecessary tests or procedures, and always advise true best course of action. Allowing us as owners to make the necessary arrangements for the care of our loved ones. You know when you get the feeling that people are genuinely kind? That's the feeling when I go to Boca Park Animal Hospital. My little one is 13 with a few health issues and desperately needed dental cleaning and extractions. I was concerned given her age. She had to have almost all her teeth removed over the years but this time it was a lot. Dr. Spaulding and team were genuine hero's to me and my girl. Everyone showed great kindness while still being very professional. And if that's not enough reason to go to them the shopping center is loaded with errand stores like Target. Our experience couldn’t have gone any better. We have a crazy anxious Blue Heeler who is skeptical about anyone not her people. They took such good care of her. They weren’t afraid of her at all. I had the most amazing vet experience today at Boca Park Animal hospital with my five-year old daughter. Doctor Drizin (spelling?) and Natali took great care of us when we looked over some cists on my 10-year old golden retriever, Delta. The team gave so much attention to both my dog and daughter. Doctor Drizin was thorough in her evaluation of Delta and inspiring my daughter to a possible career in helping ease the pain of our best friends without a voice. She let my daughter listen to the heartbeat of Delta and included her in the process by having her feed Delta treats for good behavior. When the issue of options, and the corresponding cost of those options, came up, Doctor Drizin was patient and measured, while exerting no pressure on what path to take. I can't say enough about what a phenomenal and professional experience this was. Thank you Boca Park Animal Hospital.

I came in yesterday to get a second opinion from Dr. Drizen for my senior Yorkie after his vet referred us. We ended up having to put him down. It was the hardest decision I've ever had to make, but I am grateful for Dr. Drizen and her assistant Destiny. Dr. Drizen was so kind, compassionate and she walked me through the entire process. The entire staff makes you feel secure and confident that pets are in good hands. I have a cat 17 years young, and just had a dental cleaning. The nurses explain everything well, before and after the procedure. Dr. Warren calls with any updates right away. I feel fortunate to have this high level of care for my pets. I chose Boca park animal hospital for my elderly foster turned foster fail and I am so thankful I did. Right away they made me feel like they care about the pets they care for. Lio came out and you can feel her warmth. She took me in a room that had a sign welcoming my dog (pic below) and when she was done with her preliminary questions and exam the doctor Dr Spaulding came in and we discussed some options for care of my Gwendolyn. She was genuinely concerned for Gwen and for me as considered our financial issues which put me at ease. She never made me feel pressured and yet was so concerned and informative about Gwens needs. It's a delicate balance but Boca Park Animal hospital seems to still have that old fashioned caring nature. You feel it from the second you walk in. The front office staff are friendly and attentive. I saw a dog that was being boarded and he couldn't wait to see the staff. His tail was wagging and he ran to the person who was taking him to be boarded. The whole vibe at Boca Park Animal Hospital is positive and friendly. I highly recommend Boca Park animal hospital

Boca Park Animal Hospital is awesome!! I moved to Fort Mohave Az from San Jose California 2 months ago and did not have a new vet for my dog Jaxson. Unfortunately Jaxson got sick and all the vet in my area did not have availability or not excepting new clients. With advice from a friend I called Boca Park. The receptionist was very friendly and very helpful. Even though Jaxson was a new patient they were more than happy to see him. Jaxsons nurse Desiree was very gentle and caring. Jaxsons Doctor, Dr. Ashman was amazing, she had test results very quickly for me. I love this place. Thank you so much to everyone at Boca for babying my baby.

My Bernese mtn dog Leia has had one ACL surgery here and needs her other leg done as well. I have never had a dog go through this, let alone a large dog, but my experience at this vet has been nothing but high quality and knowledgeable people who just love animals. Dr. Wolinski has been a great rehab doctor and I never feel rushed or uninformed, while Heather is so sweet and gives Leia so much love. Dee, Ela & Julie are so friendly and always make us feel welcomed and taken care of. They just love animals here and know what they are doing, highly recommend this place.

I have been coming to Boca Park animal Hospital since 2016. Since I was given my service dog I wouldn’t take him to any other doctor then one at Boca Park. The staff is outstanding the doctors and the nurses are wonderful they explain things to you you get the service that you need to understand what’s going on with your Fur baby. They are patient very loving I mean I know that when I drop My service dog off for either a bath or for daycare for an appointment that he can’t attend I know that he’s in good hands. They are a wonderful Doctors like Dr. Anderson, and Dr. Wilensky There are many more doctors, but I know that if you choose to bring your fur baby to Boca Park Animal Hospital you and you fit best are being seen by caring and top notch doctors and nurses. The staff are pleasant and make your visit pleasant. I requested an appointment via their website and someone called me the next day to confirm my appointment. They had the date and time I requested available, this was important to me because it was our first time there. I received a confirmation email and a few texts messages as a reminder of the date and time, I appreciated that. We took our chihuahuas Ziva and Kilo for wellness exams and vaccinations. David and Dr. Daigle attended us and were fantastic with our pups! Not only did they answer every question for us but they also discussed a variety of treatment options with us as well. I loved that Dr. Daigle really understood our concerns and helped us come up with a plan. David was thorough, efficient and a pro with our puppers! I'm thrilled that we have found our new vet office and will recommend our friends and family to BPAH!

Dr. Silver is amazing, worked with us every step of the way, with care and integrity. My cat Loki had a urinary blockage emergency and needed to be admitted. They immediately let us back even though we did not have an appointment, after calling around to several vets who advised they would not have room even though it was an emergency. They let us stay in the room while they assessed him, offered treats and catnip. There was even a cat condo to hide/play in. Obviously it was not cheap, but they saved his life. They offered a military discount and did everything they could to keep the price of a 2 day emergency hospital stay within our budget. I spent less than the low end of the estimate.They let us visit him while he was healing. Offered us a treatment plan and sent us home with some food to get him started. Every step if the way Dr. Silver and crew made us feel welcome and safe and taken care of. I can't thank them or their staff enough. I'll be using them as my regular vet for all of my kitties going forward. Incredible 💜place.

I have taken my little girl there twice now, and I absolutely love the doctors! Our first visit was with Dr. Hill and she is just amazing. So kind and thorough. Today she had to have dental cleaning and a couple of teeth pulled. I can't remember the dental docs name but she was also so kind and thorough. All of the staff have also been amazing each time. This is my place now!

Amazing vet dr. Ensign and his assistant David were extremely helpful in explaining about Kaylynn’s allergies and how her coat have a significant impact on her allergies. Also advised on all her needed vaccines. This is the best vet I have ever come across.

SPOT WENT IN FOR HER SHOTS AND GOT A PEDICURE . THE BEST NEWS WAS SHE HAS LOST WEIGHT. THE VET GAVE HER THE SHOTS SPOT DID NOT MIND NO YELPS. Dr. Silver is an amazing vet. I began taking my dobie to her when she was at a different animal hospital. At first, I stayed with that facility because it was very conveniently located but it quickly became clear that my pets were not getting the same level of treatment. It is definitely worth the drive to see Dr. Silver again. She always takes the time to explain treatments and diagnosis thoroughly. You can tell that she truly cares about your pet. Keefer was also amazing. He was so patient with my pup and won her over. She usually takes awhile to warm up to men, but he did it in record time.

Been going here for about 4 years with our cats and dogs. Their staff can be a bit of a headache at times to deal with but it’s kinda hard to find good help rn. Lately they have been much more easy to deal with (like they know what’s going on.) The part that really matters though is the Vets in back… and they have all been great with super amazing energy. I had taken my now 6 1/2 year old dog to Daycare at Boca Park on a couple of occasions over the years, which was always a positive experience! When my original vet retired recently, who was also wonderful but on the other side of town, I brought my dog to Boca Park to establish with a veterinarian, being right around the corner from my house. Now, I don't know why I didn't do that years ago because EVERYONE is fantastic...from the front desk staff to the the boarding to the nurses to the veterinarians themselves! (I am sure the grooming is great as well, I just haven't brought my dog to them yet) Everyone treats my dog like their own. They remember me, my name and my dog's name, which never happens with other animal hospitals, even after years, lol! I find the prices reasonable and I have never felt over-charged or over-recommended for services. In my opinion, they go above and beyond in customer service in the setting of a busy practice. I would highly recommend Boca Park!

Just took my dog Gauge in today for a check up on a cough he’s had, and I can’t stop raving about how sweet and caring everyone there was! Krysta and Dr. Ashman were amazing with him! He’s a naturally anxious boy, and he warmed up to them right away! They were so gentle, and kind! Thank you so much for everything! We took our older pug to this vet office, as it was close, and it had good reviews. Most important was the fact they take walk-in's till abt 3:00 or so. We couldn't make an appt. that would get him in asap, yet he wasn't an emergency either. The walk-in option was a great help. He was able to be seen 2 weeks ahead. I also feel being that they were probably booked that far in advance because of people being happy with them. hey are very busy. They also worked to see how they could adjust anything to lower the cost. We decided to put 1 test off he should have, but not needed that visit. They were very kind & helpful! Glad we found them!

Love every bit of that wonderful experience! From the point of making that appointment, to knowing how much of a need my Bella needed to be seen, to the accommodating front liners, and point of contact (Vet Assistants & more importantly the Dr. herself)...OMG! We both were just agitated, but as soon as we went into a consultation room...it just made me and Bella very much comfortable and at ease. The follow up calls were very much "patient-focused" and consistent (persistent even down to leaving a VM)....Just simply beyond words on this experience! God bless y'all.

Today was my first visit to Boca Park Animal Hospital and I can’t say enough good things about this place. The receptionist had great customer service when I called to make the appointment. She didn’t rush me on the phone and I genuinely felt like she listened to what I had to say. When I checked in every single staff member I encountered was friendly and upbeat and made sure to make it a point to greet my dog or say something sweet about her. Whether they actually thought she was cute or not didn’t matter. The fact that they took the time to make us feel welcome was just awesome. We saw Dr. Gorgon and she was very thorough in her exam and took the time to discuss all my questions and concerns. She explained everything well and made me feel comfortable. The price for an exam and vaccines was extremely reasonable considering this state of the art facility and excellent staff. I thought I’d end up paying top dollar because that was the type of care we had received. This animal hospital will make you feel like VIP. We will definitely continue to seek care at this facility.

We just boarded our 5 month old kitten here for over a week while on a vacation. I was worried about how she’d do since she is still young and only been with us a couple of months. I didn’t want her to feel like she’s back at a rescue. I dropped her off at the end of day on a weekend and the staff was kind and helpful getting the paperwork done. They gave me all the pertinent info and answered my questions as a worried cat mom. I was happy to learn that they have an overnight attendant on site for boarders (many kennels don’t). Overall, quite pleased with the price and quality of care at Boca Park AH!

Had such a great experience with everyone at Boca Park AH from all the nice girls at the front desk, nurse , docor and groomer. I had called in regarding getting my pup groomed and being sedated as he's very nervous and had a horrible experience at the previous place I took him to. I called and was helped out promptly to first book an appt to have my dog seen by a doctor to ensure he could have the meds prescribed and was also set up for a grooming appt. We went on a Sunday and were taken into a room quickly, Michelle our nurse was super sweet with our pup and gentle with him. Dr. Silver was amazing and really listened to our concerns and gave us great recommendations on dealing with our pups anxiety. We got his meds and came back the following week for grooming with Vanessa. We loved that she was patient talking with us and listened to our concerns with our pup being sedated and we let her know we cared more about his comfort than his haircut being complete. She was gentle with Bowie our pup and let us know she'd take her time since he is nervous and would call us when he was done. We got called a few hours later and came to pick him up he was galloping out all happy with her and looked adorable. She did great with his hair and shaved him down since he was matted. The best part of it all that made us feel happy with this place was that she let me know he started getting antsy and nippy with his front paws and beard being shaved so she stopped so he wouldn't stress out. The last groomer we had gone to rushed through the groom and left our dog so stressed and scared and he ended up having a serizure the next day which is why we resorted to looking into a sedated Grooming. We are so thankful to Vanessa for taking her time and being sweet with our pup, now his little paws look like he has boots on and we think it's adorable lol.

Just moved to Las Vegas from Seattle and needed to find a new vet, as we knew our French Bulldog was due to get neutered! The entire staff, from the front desk to nurses/doctors, were all very polite to my husband and I, but most importantly treated our dog with love and care! His first exam was positive, they were transparent about the entire neutering process and aftercare. We thought about getting our dog’s nasal surgery done at the same time (what our previous vet suggested) but BPAH did not try to upsell any unnecessary procedures, which we appreciated! Days after the surgery they called me to check on how he was healing and reminded me to look out for any bruising or redness. And if I had any concerns, i could send photos via email. What a POSITIVE experience for our furry dog baby yesterday at Boca Park Animal Hospital. We brought in Miko emergently yesterday because of a sudden onset of cloudiness to both of his eyes. We were concerned about compromising his vision. The front staff immediately addressed the emergency and treated us as such. Paula was the nurse and immediately took conscientious and detailed care of Miko from start to finish. Dr Ensign took care of Miko and made an immediate referral to the eye specialist, so we could be seen the same day. They called over to the eye specialist vet and we were seen almost immediately once we got there. This was a very scary day for us, but we are so blessed to have been Miko cared for by the Boca Park Animal Hospital staff. Thank you guys!!

This animal hospital always takes such good care of our two little rescue dogs! These dogs have so many health problems. Recently one of them had to have all but four teeth removed! A perfect first visit to this facility. I struggled to find a vet that was taking new patients right now, and I'm so glad I did more research and found this facility. The office staff (Lauren and another administrator whose name I didn't catch) were very friendly. While waiting for our appointment, we saw several animal pickups. Every staff member was friendly, the facility was clean. The dogs being picked up by their humans all seemed very happy. My cats have tremendous anxiety when they have to travel and when they meet strangers. Nurse Vanessa and Dr. Ashman were both so calm with them, it helped put them at ease. They even called on a Sunder to follow up on treatment and any side effects from the vaccinations. Would recommend them to anyone looking for a new veterinarian.

You are able to go into the clinic with your animal patient here. After my doberman and I got a waiting room for treatment it was not long before Dr. Spaulding and nurse Desiree came in and addressed the medical situation. It was a simple test of fluid in a lump to see if there might be more of a problem. All clear. The fees were reasonable and I was not pressured to do any other procedure beyond what I had gone to their clinic for. I really liked their interest in the welfare of my sweet dog. We came in today with our new puppy and our 10 year old dog. Setting up the appointment was super easy. I did all of the paperwork online before we came in. I also brought our vet records, just in case they didn't get them from our vet in CA. Upon arrival, we were immediately greeted by the front desk staff. They verified our info and made copies of the records and updated the dogs files. We went back to the room very quickly. The vet tech was super nice and thorough to make sure we got any questions answered we had for the vet. I really like that they take the dogs to a seperate area to get their vaccines. I hated being the bad guy and holding them when they had them. Once they came back in with the pups, the vet came in and went over everything and answered our questions. We had a few for our older dog and she was great at giving us advice. We were in and out within 45 minutes (remember we had 2 dogs). I was impressed with their efficiency. I definitely would recommend them.

This place is amazing! Clean, professional and on time facility. Nurse Anna and Dr. Gorgon are incredible! We have a rescue dog that has anxiety in new situations. In previous Vet visits they either muzzled or had us sedate him for visits! Not here! I suggested they muzzle him and Anna and Dr. Gorgon said their facility understands that dogs can be nervous in a new environment and they approached our Jimmy with confidence, professionalism and warmth! No sedation and no muzzles, just understanding and compassionate care! Jimmy did growl a little at them initially but they showed no fear, just understanding. Jimmy even let Dr. Gorgon examine his teeth which is unheard of even for us! My wife is a healthcare professional and she was amazed at their evidence based care and up to date healthcare information they provide! My dogs are not well behaved (my fault) but Dr Ensign and Raquel were really good with them. The next day, I took the cats, who really don't like to visit the vet. Justin was really good with the cats, and they did better than they have at most other offices. This is a really great full-service veterinary office with boarding and many other services. Everyone there was professional, helpful & friendly. The prices are reasonable, and they even offer some complimentary services to new patients. You can tell from talking to Dr Ensign that he really knows his stuff, and is also a real animal lover. I would recommend them to anyone looking for excellent veterinary care!

I cam to Boca Park on a friends recommendation and they were so friendly my dog was only slightly hesitant. Upon entering and meeting with the staff he was calm and even started wagging his tail with the vet! I was so relieved that my dog would respond so well after having previous anxiety at his old vet. Not only did they take great care of him, he was happy! They also had better prices than I had received at my old vet! I highly recommend Boca Park and will continue to return their!!

Always a great experience- the pup always has a great time in doggy day care- the customer service is phenomenal. Gienee is always great at keeping me updated on Loki's well being, as well as communicating his needs inside and outside of daycare. Staff always makes sure he feels loved and is sure he gets his exercise in daily. The coolest thing about daycare is that I'm always able to check in and see how he is doing on the cameras. Great prices and hours and I have the peace of mind knowing he is well treated and given the attention he deserves while I am at work.

We have been clients of Dr. Daigle-Spaulding for several years and she has provided amazing love and care for our kids. We live in Southern Highlands and make the drive to Boca Park for the best possible care. Today we brought our new fur baby Mia and she was welcomed immediately with love at reception. Keith took us to a room to prepare Mia for her visit and he was very thorough and professional with us and treated Mia as one of his own babies. Just to note as well, we have also seen Paula as our tech/nurse on several occasions as well and we love the care she provides. 7/21/2021 Took our 3 kids in to see Dr. Spaulding for check ups and to meet our new pup Tucker. Once again our kids were spoiled with love by the staff prior to our visit to make them feel loved and welcomed. Dr. Spaulding and Crystal took us to our room and spent time making them feel comfy with belly rubs and treats. All 3 had full check ups, nail trims and puppy shots for Tucker. The appointment was very thorough and everything was explained in detail with all questions answered beyond our satisfaction. We have been cared for by Dr. Spaulding for about 10 years now and wouldn't trust our kids care to anyone else. It brings us peace knowing we can trust her recommendations as well as the care the entire staff provides. I am new to Las Vegas, and have been trying to find a good vet for a while now. I am REALLY picky about veterinarians, and "shopping" for the right one is anxiety inducing at times. Trusting a new veterinarian is hard to do, when it comes to the well-being of your beloved pet. However, once I find a veterinarian that I like, I'll stay with them for years. I had bounced around from vet to vet, and one recently even gave me the wrong medication to treat a medical issue that my dog was having. Frustrated, and "back to the drawing board", I decided to give Boca Park Animal Hospital a try, and I'm really glad that I did. Dr. Ashman saw my Great Dane "Sephora", and she was WONDERFUL. She was kind to my dog, she really listened to my concerns, she spent time with me and my dog, and she really cared. She gave me medication that worked really quickly and fixed the medical issue that Sephora was experiencing. Dr. Ashman was really nice, and so was the vet tech and the rest of the staff at Boca Park Animal Hospital. I am really happy that I think I finally found "my" veterinarian! I will definitely be using them again in the future.

My dog has arthritis and, according to our previous vet, hip displaysia. I do not want to give him pills for the rest of his life to combat the pain, so I looked into alternate therapies. That's how I ended up at Boca Park Animal Hospital. After taking time to really check my dog, a plan was set that does not include medication. The entire staff was very welcoming and the atmosphere of the hospital is also welcoming. They all had a ball. And, Boca provided dog friendly treats. What a great idea. Lots of fun in a safe environment. Our dog, Murphy will be 1 year old next month. And, we plan to have a party for him there also.

I don't normally write reviews for places, if ever, but i feel inclined to share my recent trip to this specific Animal Hospital. I had noticed my cat was having difficulty urinating and decided that the following day I was going to take her in to make sure everything was alright. My appointment was at 6:00 PM and I assumed that it wouldn't last too long since it was just supposed to be a simple check up. During the examination the Veterinarian who was assisting us, Dr. Ensign, had instructed me that all seems well but we would need to do further testing to conclude anything. Upon performing a ultrasound (literally within minutes), Dr. Ensign discovered that a large tumor inside my cat and that the options moving forward were minimal. I was advised that putting her to sleep would be the best course of action for her as well as ourselves. I had to take all this information in not even 30 minutes before I had to make a decision. However, not once during this process, as I was calling my family members to tell them the news and to come meet me at the hospital, did I feel rushed to make a decision especially with the hospital closing at 7:00 PM. We stayed almost an hour and half after business hours to say our goodbyes to a lifelong friend. Something I am incredibly grateful for. I have nothing but praise and gratitude for the staff and Veterinarians that assisted us. They were nothing but helpful, sympathetic, understanding, patient, and willing to do whatever it takes to help out an animal they just got to meet as peacefully and painlessly as possible. They were patient in describing everything that was going on and what would happen afterward. All in all, I would recommend this hospital to anyone who cares for their pet as much as I did. Understand you as well as your animal are in wonderful hands. To Dr. Ensign, Nurse Marianne and assistant Kim: Thank you from the bottom of my heart for everything you did for my family and I. We are extremely appreciative and will always have nothing but high remarks for this animal hospital.

This is a busy hospital, I was there at 10:30am on a Wednesday. Clean and Covid updated, hope your experience is as pleasant as mine and your pet is alright. This was absolutely the best Vet clinic I have gone to. I was afraid at first because their office is big, beautiful, and looked very up to date so I was afraid the prices would be sky high. This was not the case at all. The prices are very fair if not better then most!! First, the receptionist was very friendly and helpful, especially since I was there on the wrong day, regardless, they were still able to get us in. Our tech nurse Paula was amazing. We brought in a leonberger and a shih tzu both needing extensive exams. Paula listened to every concern we had and answered every question with earnest. Both my dogs really liked her presence and felt as comfortable as a dog could be at a vet. Dr. Warren, who came in after showed the same compassion and care spending the time needed to correctly diagnose my dogs. We went through everything we can and should be doing, and where our money should be spent to keep our pups in top shape. I left the office feeling like I definitely made the right decision choosing this clinic. I’m happy with our visit and I give this place all stars.

This place is amazing. I needed to get my EB to the vet's right away. They had room and we were able to see Dr. Warren. And see was amazing she listened to and old man and his ramblings. They took x-rays and found out he had eaten something that he shouldn't have. She gave him a shot to help him feel better. I have to say the vet techs and the rest of the staff also very helpful and just plan great. I brought my Oscar home and with in a few hours eat some food and my anxiety went down 10 fold. This is the hospital you want to bring your pet to. When you talk about cost there is always cost. They did what then needed to do to help my Oscar feel better And help me feel better as well.

Nice place, prices reasonable and pretty much the same throughout the valley. Clean and friendly staff Update 12/21/2020 I had a great experience here the other day. Was going to go to my regular vet, but after waiting for 2 hours in the parking lot with an elderly cat since they no longer do appointments due to covid and not hearing anything, I called Boca park and they were able to get me in the same day. The receptionists at the front were warm and friendly and were able to get my pets records transferred over prior to the appointment. Anna, was super awesome. She was very thorough with my cat's medical history. he's nearly 17, there was a lot to catch up on. Dr. Hill was fantastic, very knowledgeable when it came to elderly cats, and offered suggestions and dietary recommendations for my old man who has some GI issues. She sent me home with an RX for his food since they didn't carry it, which was no problem. I love shopping on chewy and had no problems getting his RX food. now just waiting for his food to be delivered and labwork, but I understand it going to take a bit due to the holiday. I like that they already texted me his fecal results. Love the email receipts and information attached. overall, from now on these guys will become my primary vet. thank you all so much! 01.26.2021 - Updating my review from the most recent incident. After much consideration, my husband talked me into taking our dog back to this clinic, because the doctors here have treated our dog with such great care since she was a puppy. My husband said that he spoke with Kim, the office manager, and she apologized for what had happened as well was explaining that they've now changed their policy. Kim had explained to my husband that when I had called to see if I was able to accompany my dog into the clinic, I spoke with someone at a different desk and the message was not relayed to the main desk letting them know that I was not past the 10 min grace period. It is unfortunate that a situation had to arise for the clinic to see a flaw in their system. Now they will be contacting you if you're 5 mins past your appt time and not wait 10 mins. 01.16.2021 - Highly upset with how our visit was. I called letting the office know that we were running late for our 10:20 appt. They said it's ok, there is a 10 min grace period. I pull up and call at 10:28, letting them know who we were and what time our appt was at and asking if they're only doing curbside drop off or can I accompany my dog into the clinic. Person who answered said I can walk our dog in. I walk into the clinic, the receptionist was checking someone out and we waited for them to noticed us. When the receptionist sees us, I tell her our dog's name and she says since we were 2 mins past our grace period we'd have to be charged the walk in fee of $81. I'm sorry but I refuse to pay that when there was no clear signage that states we're allowed to accompany our pet into the clinic when I called and showed phone record that I called before the end of our grace period. But because of the 1 min where I had to get our dog out of the car, walk in and a another min to wait for the receptionist to check us in its $81?! I'd be willing to pay it if we were 30 mins or 2 hours late but 2 mins?! I don't think it would've mattered if I was 5 mins late, we would've been charged a walk in fee. We've even moved to Henderson but would still come to this clinic because it used to be different there but seems like all they want now is the money and not actually care for our pet. Definitely no longer going the and not recommending this clinic to anyone.

The facility is state-of-the-art. Open 7 days, the practice is also very convenient.

We just moved to Las Vegas and discovered Boca Park Animal Hospital from their website and great reviews. I described our first visit with my senior Doxie as “winning the lottery” but the care we received was actually priceless. All of the testing she needed (Bloodwork for Cushing Disease and echocardiogram for a newly diagnosed heart issue) were completed in an afternoon. Dr. Wolinski began acupuncture sessions to relieve discomfort from a previous back surgery. Our senior girl is acting like a playful puppy! There just aren’t enough words to describe how terrific the staff is and how thorough and thoughtful Dr. Wolinski’s care is. I highly recommend Boca Park Animal Hospital to anyone who needs special care for their furry kids!

Love taking our "Pups" to Boca Park! They absolutely love playtime! They get so excited when they see us pack up to take them for boarding ~ it makes it so much easier to go on vacation. The video of their kennel could be improved. It's hard to access and the videos are pretty poor ~ but at least you can check on them which is great!

By far this place exceeded my expectations. I passed by Boca Park Animal Hospital many times. I thought to myself let’s try them out. I called to board my dogs and the staff on the phone was friendly and so helpful. When it was time to drop my fur kids off the entire staff there was amazing. Geinee, the boarding manager, was there to greet me and handled any concerns I had. I never felt better when leaving my dogs with a boarding facility. And to top it all off I got to check on my dogs via a webcam in their suites. I have never felt more safe leaving them there. They assured me, when I said they don’t much when boarding, that they will watch them. Anything that happened I had a quick phone call to go over anything. I wanted to shout out someone specific there. My fiancé and I checked on our little one Bailee via webcam one night. We were surprised then delighted to see the overnight AH Rosey bent down giving my baby girl some extra love. We watched for a little, our hearts melting. Thank you Rosey. You were incredibly kind and we appreciate. I recommend Boca Park Animal Hospital to any and everyone. Thank you guys for making our first time boarding experience with you an amazing one. Rest assured we are Boca Parker’s now.

I had been taking my dogs to Banfield for about 20 years. Recently, my dog was diagnosed with diabetes and taking dog every two weeks for glucose curve to Banfield. . After last visit, dog developed diarrhea after leaving Banfield. The diarrhea became severe after two days and I contacted Banfield and I advised them I wanted to bring my dog in as she was dehydrated and had severe diarrrhea. They advised me they were booked and could come after 5:00 P.M. the following day or go to the emergency. I was totally shocked that after being a client for so many years they were unwilling to have me bring my dog in the day I called. I then contacted Boca Park Animal Hospital to find out if I could bring my dog in to that location. I had never been to that Hospital before. I was told they were totally booked, but for me to bring my dog in after 5:00 P.M.that day. Dr. Spaulding saw my dog and in attendance was Nurse Desiree. Dr. Spaulding was very concerned, listened to my dogs history, and her current health problems. She recommended medication to stop the diarrhea and hydrated my dog. The dogs diet was discussed and advised me if any problems to let her know. She did not appear rushed and took her time to explain in detail my dogs condition and the course of action to be taken. Her nurse, Desiree, was also very helpful giving my dog her medication and answering any questions I had. I was extremely impressed with the care and attention given to the clients at this hospital and I will continue taking my dog to only this hospital in the future.

I really love this place! Everyone is very nice, knowledgeable and they really, really love animals. It is not possible to fake the amount of love and care this team gives our pets. To me that is crucial!! I had visited 3 more animal hospitals before but I had not found this warmth and genuine passion. With them I have had the best experience so this is the Vet we will keep. They won´t charge you for things your pet does not need, or scare you about possible conditions they could suffer, so you have to spend money in unnecessary exams. More than once they have help me to safe money without compromising my doggies health. I think they are very honest, caring and they are great professionals. Doctor Anderson is very nice and knowledgeable. And my puppies and I really like Dr. John Ensign who is the one we have seen the most. I love how he informs me about everything that is going on in our visits; he answers all my questions and don´t get impatient if I have too many or if I have concerns about the treatment -dosis, etc.-. He encourages us to get well informed about out pets health. He is a natural with animals. I feel really safe when I put my babies under his care. Justin is a nurse your puppies will love. He treats them as little kids. Always willing to help and so good at calming them down if the get anxious. He is tender, and you can tell he is also very knowledgeable. My little one does not get alone with strangers but she liked Justin from day one. I also want to mention Raquel, another nurse. She is great! First thing she said when she saw my doggies was "awww, I really love my job" and started playing with them. She is also bilingual (English, Spanish) which helped me a lot in one of my first visits. Jasmin, a wonderful care coordinator, along with Kim, Sarah, and Kelin, all beautiful and smart people, who will help you at the front desk as well. Their hours are very convient and they do their best effort to accommodate the appointments to the clients needs. I definitely recommend this animal hospital to everyone!! And it is a beautiful, clean, huge facility, also. So... 5 stars! No doubts!! I took the time to write this review because I am very thankful to this wonderful Team and I wish them unlimited prosperity!! She is an awesome Vet and now all the staff as well. My 13 year old Duke has been very ill. Dr. Daigle diagnosed him with his illness and really showed compassion through out the hard times. Thorough checkup and testing followed; Staff (Doc and Tech) came back and spent more time explaining the latest antibiotic and herbal supplement to slow the weeping. Are you tired of vets claiming to "care" about your pet but in reality, they have both hands in your pocket and care less about your pet? Well, Boca Park Animal Hospital will renew your faith in what a pet hospital should be. THEY ACTUALLY CARE ABOUT YOUR PET AND YOU. My first interaction was with the office manager, Jody who could not have been more helpful getting me and my service animal in there immediately. Then there were Kim and Kat at the front desk (think of the Sweeney sisters on SNL in the 80's!). Again, could not have been nicer. Once in the exam room there was nurse Oneida and a new trainee Paula. Both could not have been more professional and caring. Oneida took care of everything from the moment we were in the exam room until we left. Can't say enough about the new doc, Dr. Daigle. First class all the way. She is the type of doctor you would want for your own doctor! You just get the feeling she knows the difference between an apple and an orange where most don't. Total confidence she knows her stuff! Finally, an honest hospital, honest and caring staff from every single person working there. Who knew such excellence existed? I do now!

We read reviews before electing to bring our rescue adopted little one here. I love that there is a separate entrance for dogs or cats. Everyone at the desk, the nurse, the doctor were all so welcoming and helpful. We couldn't feel more confident with our choice.

Still emotional at this writing but I can only express my appreciation for the assistance I received upon my arrival at the last minute. I am not a client of this hospital, but found them open, near closing, and rushed in with my dog. The 2 assistance were very kind and my dog was rushed in to see the vet there. Dr. Wolinski. They proceeded to work on my dog Cody but the decision from me, after a lengthy discussion, about further treatment that may be needed. In addition he would have to be transported to the 24 hour emergency hospital. After the trauma of having cared for 7 other pets over my lifetime, I decided to let Cody to be put to sleep. I was present in the room until the end. A big thank you and hugs to the staff and Dr. Wolinski that night 12/13 for their compassion and care. Goodbye Cody, the Rainbow Bridge awaits you.

Today I rushed my dog Suzie to Boca Park Animal Hospital to get her stomach pumped. Thought I had left my vitamin D pill on the plate of leftover tidbits from breakfast. I suspected Susie ate the pill along with the tidbits. Several minutes later, Google info says Vitamin D is harmful to dogs, so I'm on the phone, and BPAH says bring her in now and we'll check her. I got there quick, BPAH whisked Suzie to a room to check her, and had me wait in another room. The minutes crept up along with my anxiety . Soon Dr Gorgon arrived to update me on Suzie's condition. The doctor's expression eased me as she gently told me a couple bacon bits but no pill was found in Suzie's stomach contents. Whew! I guess I forgot that I ate the pill before giving the plate of tidbits to Suzie. Better safe than sorry making sure Suzie didn't have the pill in her stomach. I asked BPAH to give Suzie a rabies booster shot. The total cost was reasonable for the quick efficient service and added bonus of getting Suzie current on rabies vaccination. I also got a can of soft food from BPAH as treat for Suzie being put through all the stress of the emergency vet visit. Suzie is home now and happy as usual. Suzie and our other dog first visited BPAH in 2020 to get wellness check and 5 in 1 vaccine. I'm glad I had earlier established BPAH as the vet for our dogs because I'm sure it helped make the emergency go smoother since the vet has medical history of our dogs on file. Dr Gorgon and all staff my wife and I have met at BPAH are kind and professional. Many thanks! May everybody live in the Fruit of the Spirit and have success in 2021.

I just got my puppy Amelia a few months ago and BPAH has been such a great resource for questions on training, boarding and getting her up to date on her shots. Amelia was shy when I first got her but her favorite person in the whole world (besides me) is Justin her Vet Tech. She gets SO excited to see him, and he is great with her. Their puppy visits are an awesome program where your new puppy can get dropped off for an hour to get to know/play with the staff so the dog does not associate going to the vet as a bad experience. Its worked wonders on Amelia's socialization and I can't recommend BPAH enough!

After many poor attempts at other veterinarian offices we were hesitant to seek help when our fur child was not acting right. They were so patient with my cat and worked at her pace and at her comfort, so she wasnt stressed(which made frantic me feel at ease to see my cat at ease). My history with vets is admittedly limited; long perhaps but not vast. When I married in 1972, a poodle/sheepdog mix came with the package. Our first trip to the vet was a clinic nearest our house, owned and operated by John Wallace, DVM, fresh out of Iowa. We discovered we were also neighbors and our friendship has lasted to this day. This is the kind of vet Dr. Wallace is: On Christmas morning our dog had a severe episode. I called the doctor and asked what to do. His answer? “Meet me in 20 minutes at the clinic.” Mind you, this was Christmas morning!!! When we decided to rescue a Ragdoll cat, we considered a few vet clinics, then decided to give Boca Park a try, as it is located literally walking distance from our house. We’ve now been there often enough that I’m comfortable doing the following evaluation. Front desk: Knowledgeable, efficient and concerned. Always with a smile and willing to offer comfort. Grade: A Techs and Nurses: Gentle, caring, compassionate: All we’ve worked with seem happy to be in the veterinary profession. Grade: A. Vets: We’ve only had our Callie seen by Drs. Anderson and Wagner but like their last name initials, they are compassionate from A-W (and XYZ). Dr. Anderson is clearly an A rated doctor based on the limited time we saw and spoke to her. Dr. Wagner is the vet with whom we had the most interaction and based on her caring, going the extra mile, compassion, and training in three of the best schools in the country, I must rate her as A+, or a reincarnation of Dr. Wallace. Her devotion to the profession and concern for the well-being of our Calie is beyond the pale. BCAH is fortunate to have such a vet on staff and we are fortunate to have discovered her. After being being told my dog did not limp and being sent to an animal ER at a high cost with zero reselts and zero timely comminication, I went to Dr.Wagner at Boca Park Animal Hospital. She requested and reviewed all other information, did a number of checks in front of me and explained the possibilities and potential other checks we may want to consider. She gave medication for my dog and PT exercises to try first. I feel far more confident with info provided by Dr. Wagner than inforation from the other veterinary hospital. I took my dog in on an emergency visit as my Vet couldn't fit me in. She had suffered a scratch on her eye and appeared to be getting worse. Bocca Park got me in immediately and even had some special equipment on had to check how much damage may have been done. Dr. Ensign and he assistant Riquel too the time to make sure my baby was comfortable. they didn't rush anything when it came to her car. the Dr gave her kisses and kept telling her she was a good girl. Needless to say I WILL be switching all my animals to this clinic. the service was amazing the staff was compassionate and cared for my baby as if she was theirs. This is the ONLY place I’ll take my fur baby! After 3 different vets, I find BPAH staff to be friendly, on par with other vets, and boarding is fantastic. I take my Minpin here and she is comes home healthy and happy after being boarded. They know who she is when we come through the door and she always gets extra attention. The bonus is that it is close to my home in Summerlin (5 miles) and they always find a place for her in their boarding. I love this business and highly recommend it!

Boca Park is hands down, the best animal hospital in Las Vegas. My toy Maltese Maty, suffered for an entire year with what other vets called a neurological issue. Besides suggesting a $2000-$3000 MRI to simply check to for an abnormality in his brain, none offered any type of treatment. I found Boca Park Animal Hospital online and after discovering that they specialize in holistic treatments like acupuncture, chiropractic, and Chinese medicine, I knew Maty would be in excellent hands. On the day of Maty’s appointment, Dr. Wolinski was already familiar with his condition because she'd called ahead and requested his records from his previous vet. And instead of recommending an MRI, she designed a treatment plan that would first alleviate the inflammation and pain that crippled him for months with the intention of developing a long-term holistic treatment plan in the future. Maty was able to sleep comfortably through the night for the first time that night. Today I took him to the park and saw him run for the first time in months. Dr. Wolinksi is the most qualified and capable vet I've ever met. And her assistant Katherine is both compassionate and kind. Words can’t describe how grateful I am to have Maty in their care.
