I've been bringing my guinea pigs here for awhile and just brought my cat here. The vets and techs are very knowledgeable and kind. The care my pets have received is very high quality. The staff running the front desk are professional and organized. The clinic is all the way across town from me but it's worth the drive. Truly a great practice.

Unfortunately, our amazing dog, Cassie, passed away recently. She had been in AMCW's care for the entirety of the 5 years she was with us, and I cannot speak higher of the care she received. The entire staff is so caring and attentive, they treat your pets like they are their own. Cassie was 16 when she passed, and it came on extremely quickly. The care she received in her final weeks was nothing short of spectacular, right until the end. We were so incredibly lucky to have her in our lives, and she was lucky to have this office to look after her.

My senior dog, Gus & I had our first visit here today & everyone was so kind & explained everything with so much detail & even gave us a breakdown of how much the follow up visit will be/what it will entail. The office is so beautiful and my dog who’s usually terrified of the vet didn’t even react as anxiously as he normally would at his old vets office. It’s a very calming environment & they even had a cat tower in the exam room for feline patients. I would recommend them to anyone. Thank you AMC of wyoming!

My 3 year old dog had an unexpected emergency on a Saturday morning and we live close to AMCW. I had taken her here one or two other times but we were not current patients by any means. They got her in immediately that morning and essentially saved her life. The staff here are SO friendly and you can tell they truly care. Dr. Levin called on Sunday to check with the Emergency Animal Hopsital that she was transferred to just to how she was doing. Then he called me on Monday, again just to check in. We will be switching both of our dogs to here moving forward. Thanks for saving Zoe's life!!!

I’ve been going to Animal Medical Center Of Wyoming for a few years now. Every time I’ve been there, the staff has been exceptionally friendly. I applaud the effort that it takes in their line of work since they work with animals and it’s not always under happy circumstances. They are always very considerate of my dog and his behavioral needs, and they don’t make him feel like a burden. They’ve handled my other pets well too. Recently, one of my cats was diagnosed to have struvite crystals. In a separate instance I had brought in a stray kitten with intestinal parasites and diarrhea. In both situations they immediately recommended two of the prescription foods they have available. However, I am not a fan of the brands they have available due to a few key ingredients. When I brought my concerns to a couple different veterinarians there and asked a few nutrition questions, I was met with the answer “I don’t know”. If the staff had better knowledge of the nutrition that is going into our pets bodies, then they could more than likely help prevent our pets from getting sick rather than treat them after they’ve become sick. Their answer was very alarming to me because they are supposed to be someone I can seek guidance from on the topic of animal health. What the animals are eating directly correlates to how healthy they are. I will say, however, that the lack of knowledge on animal nutrition is not necessarily the veterinarians fault as a nutrition degree is not a requirement in becoming a veterinarian. This is not an uncommon sight in the veterinary world, but it would just ease my concerns if they did have a degree in animal nutrition. There was a veterinarian at AMCW who was willing to learn about different foods and help me in the decision making process to find a food that would help my cat avoid crystals in the future. Because she was willing to look into different foods I am able to trust that we have looked at all options before settling on one that is best for my pet. I appreciate the efforts they put forward with all of their patients. They take the time needed to provide the best care. They value their clients and are considerate of their needs. I trust them with my pets and highly recommend their services.

This Facility of Knowledgeable Professionals has been Wonderful in taking great care of our Beloved Dog. The Front desk staff are always Pleasant and willing to help. Our Dog groomer, Vicky, is Amazing, she's always Happy and our dog looks awesome after her grooms. The Veterinary Staff are Kind , Answer Questions, Give Advice , and take Great Care of our Dog.

We have been bringing our animals in for at least 10 years and the respect and care from everyone is absolutely incredible. We recently just lost a pet very quickly and the kindness and love that we received from everyone was so comforting. We recently visited the Animal Medical Center with our 14 year old Yorkie. His health had been rapidly declining, and we had to make the difficult decision to euthanize him. The entire staff was compassionate and supportive. We were able to say goodbye with the utmost privacy and respect. I highly recommend this office for all of your pet's needs.

Both doctors my dog has seen at AMC Wyoming have been gentle, caring, and thorough. They are prompt with appointments yet never seem rushed. They listen attentively, ask questions, and explain carefully. My dog once had discomfort following a vaccination & I’ve never needed to remind them. When it’s time for annual shots they always say, “because of his history of a painful reaction to shots, we should consider giving him a pain reliever along with his vaccines.” There is always a visit follow up call or text & often it’s the doctor reaching out. I’m thankful to have such capable & kind medical care for my pet!

I recently joined the Animal Medical Center of Wyoming family after adopting my new kitten named "Carl" and we had a great first experience. Despite COVID-19 restrictions i felt very comfortable with the staff and veterinarian. They did a great job communicating expectations before, during and after the appointment took place and answered any questions that I had. Carl left happy and unfazed by the experience which is what every new kitten mom wants for a first vet appointment. The staff even provided a cute little care package for Carl with a sample of flee/tick preventive, a new mouse toy (which he loves) and a car magnet for me "my kids have four paws." So attentive, kind staff. The vet got right on the floor with my senior cat! They take their time although they are busy. They went out of their way to send a letter to transfer a microchip for me. Some think they are pricey, they are not pushy at all about extra services. I'll stay with them for thr long haul for my pets.

The staff was so helpful and professional! Right from the first phone call, I knew this was going to be the place to take our new kitten. They explained everything so well, and answered all our questions in detail. You can tell they really love their job and care about the animals. We left with a treatment plan for our kitten's fleas and a schedule of when to come back for future vaccines/check-ups. And on top of it all they're reasonably priced. 10/10.

The entire staff at AMC are super responsive and helpful. Our Golden Retriever pup adores them all (special shoutout to Dr.Bardwell) and I am super appreciative of their support in getting RX refills and information. We have visited for check-ups, ear infections as well as an "emergency" that turned out to be a bee-stung tongue. Their willingness to get Tom into their schedule really helped put us at ease and gave us a path forward to get him back to normal.

WOW~very impressed with the hospital. I have 3 cats and although I love my current vet I wanted to get 2 of my cats groomed. Long hair on kitties can be a challenge. Anyway, my vet recommended Animal Medical Center of Wyoming. So glad they did. I took Henry in and then a couple of weeks later Ozzie. Vicki was their groomer and she was fantastic. She took time to call me with each visit to let me know how things were going. I liked that. I also have to say that every person I spoke with at the front desk was super polite, happy, and helpful. I will definitely bring my cats here to get groomed again. If I didn't already love my vet so much I'd bring them here for everything. What a great experience!

I had to make the difficult decision of helping my shih tzu Shan Mei cross the rainbow bridge last week and while it was such a difficult thing to do they made it an easier prices by reassuring me that with elderly dogs that have seizure disorders, it doesn't get "better" with age just like our ailments tend to worsen with age, and that definitely helped solidify what I already knew. She was telling me it was time to go. The staff spoke softly and compassionately to us and gave us extra time after checking on us to sit with Shan mei because I was just beside myself. They handled her with care and respect, and when they got her ashes back from sleepy hollow a week later they called me to find pick her up. I left work immediately to bring her ashes home to her momma dog. I was given her ashes in a gorgeous little blue tin, a clay paw print, a certificate of cremation and a card from sleepy hollow and one from amcw that everyone had assigned wishing me ❤️‍🩹❤️‍🩹❤️‍🩹 they were there for me in the most vulnerable moment since I lost my grandmother in 2017...

Overall it was a great experience. Bro Bro is kinda scared of everything but the Doctor and nurse was very patient with him and did a great job. Very pleased, we will be coming back for sure. I did like being able to submit all his records before hand the staff made that easy and assisted with all my questions.

I've been taking my animals to AMC now since 1999, over 20 years! The vets there treat you like family! Even though we moved about 40 minutes away I do not plan to find a different vet unless it was for an emergency. They've been through many different situations with me and always do their best to figure out what is going on even with a hug when some bad news was delivered for one of my cats who was my best buddy! They handled the pandemic well and was open the entire time doing curbside service! I was so happy they were open to help as I dealt with some sick animals during that time including losing one of my cats to cancer! We've recommended them to others and even other family members also take their pets there! They also do their best to keep up with current medical information via conferences and research along with donations to Universities for cancer research when I lost my cats. I would want to go anywhere else!

Great veterinary clinic! My partner and I rescued a reticulated python who needed antibiotics for a respiratory infection. The vet and her techs all handled the snake very gently, never trying to roughly restrain her. Highly recommend, and we'll be using this vet for all of our reptiles and other pets.

So yesterday this Tiny Dog went in for his first teeth cleaning at 7:50 AM. We knew he would be the last to be operated on. At 4:50 PM we were contacted that Bacon's mouth was in really bad shape because he has a condition that breaks down the teeth in his mouth - because why not? He has just about every other condition lol 11 of his teeth would need to be pulled. We wouldn't be able to pick him up until 6:30. At 5:40 we got the call that his teeth weren't coming out easily. Pick up moved to 7-7:30 At 6:30 we got the call that they wouldn't be done by 7:30. His teeth were broken and not attached to the roots. The vet offered to take him to her home to recover and board him until we could pick him up after work today. I said that we would only do that if the surgery went past 10 PM. We finally got the call at 8:40 PM that the surgery was done. We went to the vet's office to wait for him to wake up from the anesthesia. At 9:30 PM we were able to take him home. He wanted to walk and run, but his legs weren't there yet and he stumbled everywhere. I kind of acted like his walker! He's still pretty out of it this morning, but doing well. I'm so impressed by Dr. Cavanagh and her colleagues. Her day was longer than ours and she was wonderful! Even though Bacon "talked" to her all day during her other surgeries she stayed professional and worked so hard to find all the pieces of teeth stuck in his tiny face. Thank you so much Dr. Cavanagh, Kaylee, and your anesthesiologist doctor who called us during the surgery!

AMCW is the best. They are honest, trusting, and caring. The entire staff has been amazing and truly treats your pet as they would treat their own. Our lab has visited for wellness check-ups, teeth cleaning and removal, blood work, allergies, cyst removal, nail trims, and general injuries. She also attends daycare frequently. Each time we call with a concern we feel the staff does everything in their power to get us the earliest appointment and still provides the best care. They have also provided unprompted phone call follow ups to visits where our pup wasn't feeling the best. If you're going anywhere else, you're missing out on the best care. 5 years of regular visits and not one bad experience.

I began taking my two rescue cats there during Covid and was impressed then by their protocols and efficiencies. They were due for their annual exam and I happened to bring my new rescue puppy with me and they offered to fit him in to save me a trip later in the week. Dr. Cavanaugh blew me away. She truly loves animals and took the time to get to know my babies, as well as me. We sat on the floor together and just visited and loved on all three! Laura was equally amazing. She was very thorough, never made me feel rushed and took the necessary time to review each plan and recommendations. I immediately requested my other dog’s services be transferred there. There is simply no comparison.

They truly care about their patients health and well being, they are always sure to investigate your concerns and are honest about solutions. I've seen multiple doctors and vet techs and they have all been so thorough and professional every visit. . I also really appreciate that they have taken Covid protocol very seriously! We LOVE the team at Animal Medical Center of Wyoming! We first found the office when we lived nearby, and were immediately impressed with their cat friendly practices. Last year, we moved farther away, but the 40 minute drive is worth it to keep working with Dr. Vincent, she’s fantastic! She has had to walk us through some major medical issues with our cats, but always does so with kindness and is very patient in answering all our questions. Our cat is a valuable member of our family, and we wouldn’t trust any other office with her care!

He can be a jumper. The veterinarian stayed in the room with us for a long time oh, she let me ask any questions and all questions that I had. I really feel like we got the value for our money. This place was really amazing! Brought my cat here suddenly (not a patient of this clinic) because he was having trouble breathing. We called them while on the way even though we live down the street and when they answered she asked if she could put us on a hold(understandably, they were very busy) and when we said it was an emergency they took him in right away. It was so clear they cared for my animal and that he was in good hands. Dr. Josh L even sent us a picture of my cat as an update. Really an amazing team!

My husband has been taking our dog Rogue to AMC since 2016, and when we got our puppy Kylo in December we started taking him there too. The staff is amazing — every single vet assistant, doctor and all the front desk staff are knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. I feel like my animals are genuinely cared for by the considerate and smart people working here. Our puppy had a rough start and confusing and difficult medical issues to endure and Dr. Vincent and many other fantastic doctors helped us get answers and find a solution for him. We used to live an hour away and we would still make the drive rather than make a switch to a closer vet. I highly recommend this place for your fur babies!

I found this place after trying a couple other clinics with our Guinea Pigs Bandit & P-Nut. This will be the only place I ever take any of my pets. Very fair pricing and the staff are wonderful. Very caring and compassionate and mindful of their clients budgets. If you have a pet make this your go to place you wont be disappointed. Update I can't say enough good about this place. Ten weeks ago a stray kitty showed up at our back door. As it was about five degrees outside we let him in. Turned out he was a very sick little kitty. We have spent almost two month with repeated trips to the vet. His condition has continued to get worse. I have watched these people work like crazy to save him trying everything they could think of. At this point we have spent about two thousand dollars over the two months. It would have been considerably more if they wouldn't have worked so hard to keep the cost within reason. What impressed me even more was the care compassion and love they have showed this little guy. They know who he is when we call and the staff have gone above and beyond on every level...taking time to.call during his stays to keep us updated and showing so much genuine love for what they do....their staff is top notch on every level. If your going anywhere but here you are missing out...give them a try...you will be happy you did.

I absolutely love how everyone is so very kind and understanding! Our puppy loves coming to the vet and seeing his "ladies" ?? Of all the places we have taken him, you would think the vet would be the last place he would want to go but he gets excited when we get there. I don't live anywhere near the vet hospital but it's so very worth the drive knowing my baby is being very well taken care of and it's so worth the drive!! Everyone who I have talked to is super kind and very polite, understanding and is very helpful! Especially with what we are dealing with at the present time. When our puppy came to us we were only able to go into the vet one time and then everything shut down. From the very beginning you all have been very cautious and very professional! I only trust to take my 2 cats to this vet. One of my cats has extreme anxiety and the other struggles with new people. However, they were made so comfortable that somehow they both ENJOY going to the vet now! They almost seem sad to go home with me! Staff is super friendly and makes my cats super comfortable. They don’t judge me for any questions I ask and I have asked a LOT. I don’t think I can take my cats anywhere else now. They’ve grown to love the staff way too much and so have I.

This has been my family's vet for over 20 years, my father used them and now me, my husband and sister and friend use them for all our animals. 2 cats and 3 dogs between the 4 of us ! They are a bit on the expensive side but that is because they are certified in every field a vet can be ! I wouldn't take my animals anywhere else!

I have moved all over west Michigan and I am always willing to make whatever length of drive it is to get to this specific vet. The Veterinarians are highly educated, up to date, kind, and personable. We had dogs growing up. They did a great job with general puppy care, the time our dog tried to bite our lawn mower they saved his teeth/jaw, the time our other dog had a rare unfortunate heart tumor they were amazing at educating us and giving their best recommendations for quality of life, and when we had to put down our dog they were very empathetic. They actually have a calming room with candles and music for a peaceful passing of your beloved pets. Our pets are family and they treat our pets like their own. More recently this year I decided to get my very first kitten. I told them in the first appointment I had no experience with cats and they took the time to educate me and answer all and any of my questions, no rush, no extra charge. But if any of you find their general costs to be pricey, trust me it's worth it. I have had wonderful experiences with all of the Veterinarians there.

They are so friendly and helpful. We picked up our puppy who was very sick from the breeder. The staff was so loving. They found Hookworms and Giardia and that his ears from the cropping were all infected. The puppy was malnourished. He was a sick little guy. The staff got him meds to cure everything. This puppy went from an 8 week old puppy and only weighed 3 pounds, to 2 weeks later weighing 14 pounds. The vet told us the best food to get and what we needed to do at home to help him get better. They were so informative, gave us brochures to read up on so we would exactly what was going on with our Doberman puppy. We are so grateful to the vets and their wonderful staff. Highly recommended.

She is incredibly knowledgeable, kind, patient, and has a wonderful demeanor. Even in the midst of the pandemic, when they're conducting appointments with pet owners virtually (only allowing pets to come into the office), the staff here has been amazing and are very effective in ensuring kindness and care for pets and pet owners. Great vet! Only giving a 4 star because part of the services was a nail trim, which I paid for. And the office called me after I left and said they forgot to do the nail trim. So I had to schedule another day to come back for the nail trim and none of the times worked for my schedule for the same week so I had to go into the next week and will need to leave work a little early which is a bit frustrating.

My dog has seen multiple doctors there and they have all been extremely friendly, helpful, and caring. My dog has quite a few genetic conditions and the doctors have gone above and beyond the normal to help us discover and deal with them. It is very easy to get an appointment, even at the last minute. The extended evening and weekend hours are great and the facility is extremely clean and welcoming. The monthly newsletters emails are another big plus, they offer suggestions of things to watch out for and recommendations for keeping your pet healthy through out the changing seasons. If given the choice I will always choose Animal Medical of Wyoming over another vet clinic.

I liked the dog and cat sides of the building were separate as this also helped me feel that my animals were "special". The facility is clean and well kept, every staff member went out of their way to greet us and our dogs, our vet tech was so thorough in taking a medical history for our dogs, our doctor showed genuine care and brought up points that had never been mentioned to us by other doctors, they did unplanned procedures and tests for us on the spot without making us schedule another appointment and the doctor personally discussed results with us right away. The prices were very reasonable as well. I would highly recommend AMC of Wyoming!

My experience with AMC of Wyoming could not have been better. Everyone is very friendly and they truly care about the wellbeing of your furry children. It's such a great relief and pleasure to find a veterinary office that doesn't try to upsell you on services that aren't needed or one that doesn't give you a hard time if it's been awhile since your pet has been taken in for a visit. This is the approach we need all veterinary offices to take. Maybe if they did, there wouldn't be so many owners afraid to take their pets in on a regular basis.

I am overjoyed with how great this vet is! My dog sees Dr. Ledergerber and she is seriously the sweetest woman. Lilly got spayed today (6/23). I dropped her off at 7:50am and got right in. We did a check in, talked about the procedure and what to expect. I wanted Lilly’s urine checked (just to be safe) and it came back normal and they waived the $55.00 fee, which went above and beyond my expectations. Dr. Ledergerber also called me after Lilly was sent to recovery to give me an update. Their prices are also very reasonable and will help you with any expenses. Not only is Dr. Ledergerber great, the other girls I have spoken to are also wonderful and professional. They truly treat their clients as if they are their own. I definitely won’t be picking any other vet to go to! Another great this about AMCW is that they have so many doctors & staff that getting ahold of them and booking an appointment isn’t at all difficult. Lilly says, “Thank you for all your kindness!!!”

We brought in the wife's cat of twenty one years. Cat had a prior injury to his leg treated at another facility in Cutlerville. Didn't seem to solve his issue. We brought him here as family has utilized their services and were happy. After extensive testing and a thorough examination it was determined a stroke was suffered causing blindness. After discussing options and their scope of practice we made the decision for euthanasia. The Veterinarian and her team were amazing in helping us to ease the pain of our suffering cat. They gave us time to say goodbye and hold him while he passed.

I have dobermans. I use this vet for ear cropping only. They do a great job with the cuts. Aftercare is poor at best though. I've put three dogs through this office now. First one went perfect, second one had a bad job done adhering the post crop crown. Last procedure was perfect, but the staff tried to ruin everything else. After pickup I had the prescription dosage mislabelled. During suture removal we just had a bade vibe. Staff was acting strange, odd comments, and unprofessional attitudes. They charge a premium price so you would expect premium service. This last dog rounds out about $1200 I've brought through their doors. They won't get another penny from me.

Unfortunately, that vet wasn't available when we had an acute issue and they recommended we seek out another vet in the meantime and Google recommended this one. I called, worried out of my mind, and they got him in almost immediately. The gal at the front desk was polite and gentle, the vet tech was understanding, and the vet was great at explaining everything in an accessible, yet non-condescending way. It was just over $200 for the visit with xrays and medication, which is very reasonable. I hope I'm able to keep bringing my guy back because these folks are fantastic.

We had brought our pets, both cats and dogs, to the Animal Medical Center for about 17 years. They had always been very thoughtful and caring in their dealings both with us and our pets. It's especially helpful when you have to decide to put your pet to sleep. They give you all the time you need to be with your loved one and allow you to be in the room with your dogs. About a week later, they send you a sympathy card and with the dogs, a plaster cast paw print for you to keep.

The care we have received is absolutely the greatest, the docs (we have Dr. Vincent) always give 110% effort in dealing with your family members illness or regular checkup. A great example of their customer service is illustrated by the following: We have always had ferrets as pets (as well as a parrot and cat), some years ago our female ferret Nina was very, very ill. We knew her time was limited but one particular weekend she was doing exceptionally badly, she was very anxious and in pain. We called our Animal Center doc at that time and he drove all the way up from Kalamazoo in order to put her to sleep, another good example of their exceptional service.

I found Animal Medical Center of Wyoming and read the great things that people had to say, so we decided to give it a shot! Our first trip there with Hugo went amazing. The staff was so sweet and kind. They gave us a great packet to help us with our new puppy. They gave us so much helpful information about what Hugo would need in the next year to keep us up with everything. Dr. Carron was amazing with Hugo. She sat and talked with us about Hugo's progress and concerns we may have, you can tell that she really cares for each and every one of her patients. This is a great veterinary clinic. When we moved from the area, we tried a different clinic close to our new home, but we came right back to here. They have several doctors on staff so getting a appointment right away has never has been an issue. We have been coming here for over ten years. People doctors couldn't take lessons from this clinic. They always spend plenty of time with you so you know what is going on. They prioritize tests so they don't waste your money. You always know what services will cost ahead of time. They may not be the cheapest clinic, but they provide good service and they love our pets.

I wish I could explain the tremendous amount of love and care that this office has given my pets and myself over the last 5 months. I unfortunately had to put my cat down because of a tumor that was greatly affecting her quality of life. Dr. Dykhouse and AMC's staff was extremely wonderful during the experience and it didn't stop there...two weeks later, I received a letter from MSU (my alma mater) letting me know that AMC had made a donation to the Vet School on the behalf of my sweet cat for the Companion fund. I never told them while I was at the vet, but I used to fund raise for MSU and this is where I got my precious baby who had passed as well. We started taking our dogs to this clinic because we wanted a second opinion on treatment for one of our dogs with his nasty skin allergies, and we will only take our dogs here from now on. They actually take the time to go over everything with you, they dont just throw medication at you and send you out the door. I had to bring my pomeranian in recently for a cough, and the vet was so great!! He went through every option i had for treating him, both short and long term. They made sure i understood the results of his bloodwork and what it all meant. I would highly recommend them if you are looking for a great clinic where you know your pet will be very well taken care of!

The staff at AMC are the best! My family has been going there for 7 years and our dogs feel at home when they board or visit. We drive in from the lake shore (takes about 40 min.) but we always know they will get the best care, no matter the reason for the visit. Both Dr. Vincent and Dr. Leven are able to handle any quirk our dogs come up with, from broken legs to alopecia and thyroid conditions. We feel very comfortable trusting our dogs to their care. Costs for care are competitive with the charges local vets at home are quoting, and the attention the staff gives our dogs makes it easy to leave them there for vacations.

I just wanted to say thank you to Dr. Josh, Dr. Ledergerber and all the staff for their amazing care of my dog Dakota. Dakota got into a scuffle with another dog and was severely wounded. Without the help of Dr. Josh and his team, I could have lost my fur baby. Dr. Josh performed emergency surgery on him and saved my little guy's life. I couldn't have been happier about my decision. Her doctor did a thorough exam and provided me with a lot of literature about being a new mom. This was two years ago. Use to be the Best Place in Kent County but GREED has taken over for boarding. If pet brought in at 4:30pm and picked up next morning at 7:30am Charged for 2 days. Say price changes at midnight, yet they are NOT open at 11:30pm so one can pick up pet before the clock strikes midnight. So no more and I used to use a week at a time. So said to see Money become so important as to change person for sleep space when we have no choice per their hours. FYI just called to verify the new price before NOT taking my pets there and Julie said yes, if brought at 5pm and picked up at 7:30am charged for both day dropped off and day picked up. Before April 2017 used to be if brought in by 6pm and picked up by llam or noon one day charge, And I bring 2 pets sometimes, so too much GREED. Girls do not make the prices.

We have been going to the Animal Medical Center of Wyoming for 5 years now for both our veterinarian, our groomer and for boarding. Our dog, Jozy, loves it there! She gets so excited as soon as we turn into the parking lot. The pet attendants are great and Jozy is always very excited to see them. Usually she doesn't even look back at us. They do a wonderful job following our wishes for feeding, we bring our own food, and grooming as we like her hair cut a little shorter than normal. It's great that we can have Jozy seen by the doctor for vaccine updates and checks while she is being boarded. A huge plus is the Sunday evening pick-up hours. This works great when we are gone for the weekend but don't have time Monday morning to pick her up before we go to work. And we get to play with Jozy and not just bring her home to leave again. I have a 6 year old Australian Shepherd/Retriever that I started taking to AMC of Wyoming in July of 2012. Before the age of 5 she was owned by another couple and went to AMC since birth. With the history out of the way, here is what I have to say. Bottom line: This one of the excellent facilities we should expect in the city the size of Grand Rapids. The location is clean, the staff is excellent. Yes they care about your pet, but in doing so they care about you as an owner. My dog has had three surgeries. Specifics: Kelly Cavanagh, Doctor of Veterinary Medicine. She is kind and very knowledgeable in her doctorate. She has the ability to convey in layman's terms but also at a higher level to those of us that have a background and understanding of veterinary medicine. She has gone out of her way to make sure my dog is taken care of especially post op. Katherine Carron, Doctor of Veterinary Medicine. Dr. Carron's doctorate specializes on the focus of animal behavior and splash of animal psychology. Being that the field she practices in is one that is inherently different in each case, she has an extensive background to put together a program for an animal that may have separation anxiety or a myriad of other issues. She cares about how you pet is doing. I know this because she will call and ask. In the end I recommend AMC Wyoming.

Doberman Pincher CKC registered female pup born 02/06/2014 We are from Hesperia, MI shopped around to have our Doberman pup ears cropped. Corrie had to be twelve weeks old. We had her ears done on May 08 2014 and picked her up the next day. The price $375.00 out the door, excellent compared to everyone else even added microchipped. The ears perfect it's now July and Corrie is beautiful. I would recommend Animal Medical Center of Wyoming - Doctors, staff, and receptionist very warm it's worth the 1 1/5 hour ride down.

We have been taking our dog Rylee to AMC for over 2 years now, and we couldn't be more satisfied. We have always gotten exceptional care at AMC. As a young puppy, and new to our family, Rylee was diagnosed with the life-threatening parvovirus. He received immediate, professional and compassionate care at AMC. After 3 days, he was able to come back home to us, thankfully to AMC. They saved our puppy. Over the years it has been regular check ups and vaccinations until recently. Rylee had a respiratory issue and needed to be seen. AMC got us in right away and provided us with honest medical advice and professional care. Since our initial step inside the doors when Rylee was sick to wellness visits and prescription pick ups, we are always welcomed with warm smiles and loving hearts from all the staff. Thank you AMC!

Having a yorkie with Diabetes and Pancreatitis also blinded, was an emotional journey for her and I . Angel Toy was given the best care anyone could ask for . There were many times we had to go to M.U.S. to receive emergency care to save her life . When Angel Toys health needed 24.hr. care with out hesitation from her beloved Dr. We were sent to M.S.U. AFTER years of loving care and more time with my baby ( always happy , full of life and love ) at the age of 12 Angel Toy went to Heaven . With out the care and countless hours of heath care ,I would not have had this time with my Angel . Along with her very loved Dr. Who she was always happy to see and her love for life I was Blessed in so many ways .
