I am 45YO and I have had cats since I was a kid. I have been to my share of vets over the years. WLCC is by far the best I have ever been to. I have been a customer for almost 10 years now and I will not go anywhere else. I recently had an emergency and they got me right in no problem. They are always caring, compassionate and understanding and always have time for my many questions. I usually have Dr. Donovan and I think she is an awesome vet, you can tell that she has a lot of experience. The technician Marissa is awesome too.

They really know what they are doing. They noticed medical issues that my first vet didn't pick up on. They are very attentive, kind and patient too. I asked them to send over her records via email and they did in a timely manner. My kitty got cancer and Dr. Jessica McKay was very thoughtful and understanding of my pain. She told me I did everything I could for Miss. Rogue. I also like that all the vets communicate with eachother which is something I don't think all vets do. I would definitely recommend them.

They had to do a number of test with my cat who is losing weight for no reason, and I feel confident that they will help me bring her back to a healthy and comfortable weight again. This place is absolutely wonderful. Everyone is so kind and I know that they actually care about my cats. Prior to finding this place I felt that most vets I saw were more partial to dogs, and maybe weren’t overly fond of cats. I have found my “cat people” and I couldn’t be happier. They are also very accommodating and understanding with multi-cat households. I’m so glad they aren’t sick of me and my group yet! Lol

I was impressed with the level of detail the staff could recall from his last visit in April. My cat has some big behaviors & the staff handled him well & saw that he is still a very sweet boy. We are so lucky to have a dedicated cats-only vet practice on the South Shore! The doctors and vet techs at WLCC are incredibly kind, helpful, educated, and fearless - even when handling "difficult" cats. Unlike (mostly dog-centric) generalized vets, WLCC doesn't just take the cat out of the carrier, throw them on the scale, jab them with a needle, and then send them home ASAP. They take their time to examine, listen, and explain everything slowly, clearly, and confidently. I always feel welcomed and understood when communicating my cat's needs/status to the staff. They are transparent with pricing and you can rest assured your cat is receiving the gold standard of feline medicine. Special shoutout to Dr. Laporte and vet tech Taylor for going above and beyond to make me and my babies feel comfortable and listened to.

Recently moved to Weymouth and have already taken both of my cats (5 years old + 6 months old) to Weymouth Cat Clinic multiple times for routine check ups and extended stays! Would highly recommend for anyone in the area. I was able to leave my kitten there for an extended hotel stay while we were renovating our house and he came home happy as a clam.

Very safe place if you have to board your cats. I tried another boarding but I just couldn't leave my cats in an area with little interaction. They get lots of attention at weymouth landing and feel very safe with them thete. This staff here is awesome. Very happy with medical care.

The Weymouth Landing Cat Clinic is my go-to place for my furry friends' vet care -- it's the best! I haven't boarded my cats here recently, but the renovated accommodations are five-star!

I cannot recommend Weymouth Landing Cat Clinic highly enough. Every staff member I have interacted with is extremely kind and takes the time to fully assist and answer questions. They are very knowledgeable and passionate about cats, and their facility is clean and designed to keep cats calm throughout the appointment (details as small has having a Feliway diffuser in the exam room which I have never seen at previous vets). Having had poor experiences with other vets in the area, I was so pleasantly surprised and relieved to find a veterinary practice like Weymouth Landing and would recommend it to anyone without question.

Tuxedo Cat

Five years ago we were adopted by Danny, a gorgeous tuxedo male stray. We have been bringing Danny to the Weymouth Cat Clinic for exams and vaccines ever since. Lo and behold word apparently got out and a second equally attractive tuxedo male appeared in our yard in Braintree last year (2019). With the help of the Weymouth Cat Clinic we captured Jimmy and brought him in for an exam and vaccines. This clinic treats only cats, which makes the visits less stressful for all concerned. Everyone, from the Front Desk to the Technicians to the Vets obviously loves cats (I believe they all have cats of their own). The care that our cats have received has been tremendous, A trip to the vet can be inherently stressful, but the professionalism and care shown by the staff make it almost a pleasurable experience. We recommend the Weymouth Cat Clinic without reservation.

I brought my kitties to Weymouth landing for years until we moved out of the area. I always appreciated the great care and personal service they offered, but what I didn't know is how incredibly RARE that is. Since we moved I have not been able to find any veterinary service that comes close to matching them. I felt compelled to come and post a review to let others know that if they are fortunate enough to be in range of Weymouth landing, they should seize the opportunity. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, they were always patient with my questions and took extra care to understand my concerns. The veterinarians are unmatched, I have a special needs cat that I am sure would not be alive today without them. But something that I always took for granted is that the fact that the vet would call me directly to explain any updates or concerns after testing and would also make time to call back if there were questions that the staff could not answer. I didn't realize that this was unusual and now I am lost without it. Thank you Weymouth Landing for many years of great service, we will miss you terribly.

I had an incredible experience at WLCC recently. They are so skilled with difficult cats that they were able to see my cat on short notice and get everything they needed (urine, blood) without any kind of sedation, despite the fact that no other vet has been able to do this. My cat usually needs to be fully sedated just for a wellness exam. They were just incredible with her and put me at ease through the whole process. I have officially switched her to WLCC going forward, even though I love my other vet. WLCC's staff are just very experienced with cats who do not handle vet visits well. They are great with the stressed cats' humans, too!

My cat Jelly Belly is 15 years old and she has always been healthy until she's not. I usually take her to Norwell Vet or Angell Memorial in town but she is too old and doesn't enjoy long rides in the cat carrier. I searched the web and found there is a cat clinic in Weymouth 2 minutes from where I live. They were fantastic, caring and aware of my feelings for my Jelly Belly and her potential illness. Taylor, the vet assistant, was very gentle with Jelly. She even clipped her claws which is not a favorite thing for Jelly. They let me know up front the cost for all the procedures. Then we met Dr. Donovan who eased my fears and concerns and went over the possible ailments Jelly might have. They took blood and and other samples and the Dr. Donovan would let me know the results the next day. Dr. Donovan left me an email because my phone's voicemail was full. I truly appreciate the effort on the part of Dr. Donovan in getting back to me. This is a top-notch cat clinic facility with accommodating hours. If you love all things feline than this is the place for you! I highly, highly recommend.

I cannot say enough good things about my experiences here! I have a cat with a lot of special health issues and the staff always go above and beyond to provide the best care for her. I’ve had appointments and procedures with the different doctors and they have all provided incredible care, detailed information, compassion, and options. The staff is friendly and always checks in on how she is doing regarding medications to treatment. When I take my cats here I know they will be treated like family with great care. The practice is very clean and modern, lots of nice details like snacks and cat magazines. It’s lovely that it’s a cat only practice for those kitties that may get stressed in a multi animal waiting room.

Nothing but great comments to say about this place!! This was my first time here, they were able to fit me in for an emergency with my cat. I was extremely stressed and anxious for my cat and they assured me he was in good hands. They gave me an update call every 15-20mins to let me know how he was doing and such, this allowed me to feel much more calm during the wait time period. For the Vet doctor herself, she is AMAZING!! She was so kind and sweet and you can tell she takes pride in her practice, they all do!! Definitely coming back to this wonderful business, highly recommend!

I truly cannot say enough good words about WLCC. They are so knowledgeable and take a truly comprehensive view of your cat's health. I never feel rushed or feel that my concerns, explanations, or worries were dismissed. I've had family pets my whole life, but I just adopted my first cat on my own this year and they have been great about soothing/addressing my anxiety and worries. I really could not have asked for a better group of people to help me with cat care. My cat has seen them for both hoteling services and health/primary care. I would highly recommend them for both.

I’m sure they can’t stand my little guy with how difficult he is but you would never know because they handle him & his anger like a pro. They are great at what they do. The docs and PAs at the Weymouth cat clinic are as professional and friendly as any clinician I have encountered. They provide the comfort and caring whether it’s a regular health exam or euthanizing a loved pet. I have never heard “you must put this cat on a diet,” instead it was suggested that we put our overweight cat on a long term (3 month) declining diet of dry food and concurrently increase his wet food. The bottom line is they are pros.

We brought my kitty to get spayed here and my kitty is not always the most personable. When the dr called with a status she was so sweet and loved my "feisty" girl. Our first visit to this clinic was summer time in 2020 Had to bring my cat that had some sneezing issues one of Saturdays. The stuff is extremely friendly, polite and professional. They truly took time to answer all my questions (even those questions about the issue that was found at urgent care 2 weeks before I visited Weymouth Landing Cat Clinic) and explained everything. Gave me a call back on Monday to ask how my kitty was doing. I know it was only our first visit with this clinic but we were truly pleased how they treated us. Since then we are their regular patients for anual check up, tests, etc. On 08/17/2021 our cat Sheba had an oral surgery at Weymouth Landing Cat Clinic. The stuff was so professional and friendly making sure to give me a call with updates on each step. When I picked up my furry baby they provided all the paperwork with detailed pictures, x-rays, how to take care of my pet after the surgery. Next day after the surgery we got a call and were asked how she was doing. Dr. Keri Laporte is a very sweet, friendly, professional and thorough answering all your questions. In general, although I was extremely anxious and worried about my pet, whole stuff provided a comforting feeling and confidence that my pet gets the best treatment.

Everyone here is so kind, knowledgeable and professional. It is always a great experience taking my cats here. They truly treat the kitties like their own and are always available for more questions and/or information. I feel comfortable that my cats get the best possible care every time I go. One of our cats spent a few days at their Cat Hotel in 2019 and it was such a relief for us to know that he is in good hands. They even called to let us know how he was doing. We've been bringing our cat here for about a year, and recently adopted another kitten. We came into the clinic when we noticed they were having issues with their eyes. They were incredibly kind and gentle to both cats, even when the cats themselves didn't give the same treatment back! I love that they seem to care about and love my cats as much as I do. They took their time with us, answered all our questions and heard all our concerns, and even called to follow up the next day to see how they were doing. They may be a bit more expensive than our previous vet, but the quality is infinitely better and that's what matters. I can't recommend them highly enough!

This summer was the first time we ever left our 6 year old cat at a boarding facility while we moved for two nights. She is like a child to us so we did lots of research to find the best place. We loved that Weymouth also had a vet! This way in case she needed care she would get it. We knew they would understand that she is scared and can be temperamental. She had amazing care. I’ve had wonderful experiences at the Weymouth cat clinic both boarding and medical appointments. When boarding, they’ve emailed me photos of him and daily updates when we were gone for over a week. They also were so loving to our ragdoll and made us feel so much better about leaving. The medical appointments aren’t too long especially during a pandemic and are very helpful in terms of options and questions.

People here genuinely love cats and are very nice to people, too :) It is very clean, having a friendly athmosphere, knowleadgeble staff, waiting time is minimal. If you have a cat--go here. Your cat will not have to hear dog's barking and everyone here LOVES cats. As all vet prices are sometimes a lot, this place will let you know the costs up front. They are reasonable and very knowledgeable.

I have a senior cat with special health needs and all of the doctors and technicians at Weymouth Landing have been awesome. They take the time to explain things in detail and are always interested in my opinion, a truly collaborative approach. I wouldn't take my cat anywhere else!

Accommodating extended service hours daily is a plus. Overall clinic and exam rooms are clean but can use some touch ups. Surgical procedure availability is limited however, would be nice to be able to extend these days. Maybe can think about implementing a foot hygiene system by providing disposable boots for humans to reduce the elements and cross contamination to animals from human foot traffic. MD and technicians are all friendly and knowledgeable.

I've been bringing my feline family members to the Landing Cat Clinic for several years, and I'm so happy that a friend recommended it to me. I love the personalized attention that my cats and I get every time we go there. Over the years, my cats have gone there for their annual checkups, and now that one of them is a senior cat and experiencing the health issues that often come with aging, she is now seen on a more regular basis. Whenever I go there, I'm warmly greeted by name and always asked how my cats are doing. All the vets there are wonderful. I will always remember the care and compassion two of my older cats received as it was time to let them go. That's never an easy time, but the doctors and staff members made it more bearable. Taking a cat to the vets can often be stressful, but the warm, caring atmosphere there makes it so much easier on both my kitties and me.

The women are incredible here so warm and caring. Unfortunately I finally came to the clinic at the last week of my boy Whiteys life. I switched vets. Once the awful diagnosis was made they treated us like we were the only patients they had. I was not hesitant at when time came to bring him there to send him to heaven. They squeezed me in yesterday because I was concerned about my old cat. They were very knowledgeable, did NOT rush me, even printed out information for me about his condition and they carefully explained to me his options. They did not push for the more expensive treatment. They could not have been kinder and they ARE very reasonably priced. I've had cats for 50 yrs. and no vet business has been better. A few have been very overpriced and recently one handled my arthritic, about to be put down 18 yr. old cat so roughly that he Snarled for the First time in his life! That is the terrible last memory I have of him and I feel Guilty. Please don't take great cat care for granted!

I believe Weymouth Cat clinic is the best vet clinic around. They have always done the best for my cats and some of my cats had some challenging problems. I am now not able to transport my 2 overweight cats to the clinic because of health issues. After explaining this to them they set up a house appointment. I can not Thank Dr. Laporte and Marissa enough. They are the greatest, to make the trip to my home and give my cats such great medical care.

We needed an urgent diagnostic appointment as one of our cats became ill with renal failure. This was a shock and completely unexpected due to his young age. We were able to get right in to see Dr. Davis for an urgent new appointment. X-rays and blood were immediately performed. Given the level of care our cat required, we were sent to emergency services at VCA. The prices here are very reasonable and the team was incredibly responsive in getting us seen immediately. The techs are angels. I observed interactions with other cats and their families and the staff was just wonderful with everyone. This is a very home-like atmosphere and very clean.

When tests are performed, the doctor calls with results as soon as they are available. If a procedure is needed that they can not perform, they happily refer to an appropriate tertiary care facility. Dexter bonded with Dr. LaPorte immediately, and her very thorough exam revealed the need for a tooth extractionhis first dental visit ever, due to a strict dental diet. The whole team functioned both efficiently (they came in UNDER their estimate, and the scheduling and preparation instructions were clear and simple!) and empathically (calmed cat daddy, comprehensive review of the procedure and prognosis by Dr. LaPorte, next day followup phone call, scheduled complimentary exam to make sure everything will heal up perfectly), resulting in a kitty who showed immediate signs of a splendid recovery, and a very happy cat family.

I can't recommend WLCC highly enough. The care I received from Keri Laporte was thorough and professional, but the clinic made their best impression before I got past the waiting room. I walked into WLCC for the first time scared to death. I'd brought my brother's cat BC in for a check-up, but he'd sprung his carry-case door and darted into the woods minutes before. Miles from my brother's house, I was convinced that his cat and I were as good as dead. The staff at WLCC immediately gave me a new carry case and wet food to help lure him back, but after 20 minutes I was ready to give up. That's when a vet tech named Marissa came out with blankets and treats and spent another half hour searching with me. We finally found the fugitive BC, and Marissa helped me track him through 4 or 5 backyards. The blanket she brought spared me from the shredding I would have taken upon catching BC, and when we finally got him back to the clinic, she and the veterinary staff calmed him down quickly. WLCC has me as a client going forward, and Marissa deserves a raise. Not a word to Dan about this.
