We had the most amazing honeymoon!!! Renee made planning our honeymoon so easy! After some flight issues (making us a day late), Renee arranged for our Maui Sheraton hotel to give us and extra day, and she contacted the rental car company for us. We loved everything Maui had to offer! We truly had the most amazing, magical honeymoon all thanks to Renee at Unforgettable Honeymoons!!!

We had such a great experience planning our honeymoon with Maryann! We had to postpone twice due to COVID and she was extremely helpful throughout the whole process. Even without dealing with COVID, I would highly recommend their services. They made everything so easy and we had someone to go to with all of our little questions. We just returned from our Unforgettable Honeymoon to St. Lucia a few weeks ago. Maryann was the mastermind behind our trip in getting every detail buttoned up before we even left. Our first stop to Sandals Halcyon Beach was awesome. The resort is a manageable size and you don't feel like you'll get lost going from point A to B. The food was delicious and we may have even had multiple dinners a few nights (that walk-up sushi bar they offer every night). We also took part in snorkeling, made stops to The Grande resort for dinner one night and Regency Le Toc for breakfast and a round of golf. All in all we were very pleased with the staff, service, drinks, and food that Sandals had to offer. The intimate size of Halcyon Beach made it feel kind of like home, where you get to know some people and see them around at different times during your stay. Leah loved all of the "resort cats" that graced our presence in St. Lucia, as well. That was icing on the cake as she has been a cat lover her whole life. After a great time at Sandals, we took a winding ride through mountains to Sugar Beach Resort. Upon arrival at Sugar Beach, we were in awe of the luxury of that resort. Never in my life have I spent time at a resort quite like this one. The private superior luxury villa with infinity pool and butler service, the general lay of then land(beach, mountain, rain forest), and the feel of being hidden from the world between the Pitons was just breathtaking. In fact, we liked the view of the Pitons so much, that I signed us up to hike up Gros Piton and somehow we both made it up and down the mountain. We also went horseback riding thru an estate and to the volcano, where we tried the mud bath(We felt 10 years younger). On our last night at Sugar Beach, I scheduled a sunset dinner at Dasheene restaurant at Ladera Resort. Best choice I could have made. They put us front and center between the Pitons and we shared a bottle of wine before dinner. We have memories of that view forever. It was the best vacation I've ever been on. Without the help and expertise of Maryann in planning and giving us all of the knowledge we needed to have a great honeymoon, I don't think it would have been possible to book something anywhere near as magnificent as we did. Kudos to you Maryann for a job very well done! Thank you again and it was pleasure working with you and we made the right choice by booking through you.

They are incredibly easy to work with and will do their utmost best to ensure you have an amazing honeymoon. Heather at Unforgettable Honeymoons did a great job helping us book our honeymoon to Costa Rica. We've never used a travel agent before, but we will definitely use Unforgettable Honeymoons again in the future. Heather did a great job providing feedback about various location options, was mindful about staying within our budget and we were very happy with all of our accommodations! She assisted us with booking two different resort locations, gave us information about various activities in the area and helped booked transfers to/from airports/resorts so we didn't have to worry about a thing once we landed. You only get to plan a honeymoon once and I wanted to make sure we had the best experience we possibly could so I did some research and decided to reach out to Unforgettable Honeymoons. I couldn't be happier with that decision. This started about a month and a half ago when I reached out. I was quickly emailed by Jenna Alexander, one of their honeymoon experts. Right away she was helpful in letting me know a trip to Costa Rica in the middle of October would more likely than not be full of rain. Over the next few weeks I would email Jenna with ideas and she would provide valuable input. She's been to many of the places we were talking about which meant a lot to me. I never spoke to a new person that wasn't familiar with me or what I was looking for, it was always Jenna which was great. I never felt like she was trying to sell me on one resort or another. We ended up booking in Jamaica with her help and got a better price than with the resort directly (believe me, we checked!) Anyways, I couldn't be happier with the decision to go with Unforgettable Honeymoons and with the help of Jenna. It's such a relief knowing that it's all planned and I don't have to worry about anything. It's also a relief to know I have 1 person I need to call should anything go wrong last minute, or god forbid once we get there.

My husband and I worked with Renee for our honeymoon to Maui. We stayed at the Ritz Carlton and let me tell you, we have never been so pampered in our LIVES! Renee made sure to take extra care of us for the entire 8 months we worked with her and it showed when we got to the Ritz. If you're looking for a travel agency that's honest and reliable, unforgettable honeymoons is just the right one! I usually like to plan our vacations, but I had absolutely no time to search for the best deals simply because wedding planning took up the most of my time. Istead, we were referred to Kelley with unforgettable honeymoons from a friend of ours. Right from the start, Kelley responded back very promptly and showed us different destination options. Long review but the main point is...book with Unforgettable Honeymoons! My husband and I recently returned from the honeymoon of our dreams! We cannot thank Maryann enough for helping us plan the trip of a lifetime. We got married in March 2018 and my husband first reached out to Unforgettable Honeymoons in November 2017 to begin planning our Italian honeymoon (originally scheduled for June 2018). He was put in contact with Maryann, who was extremely warm and helpful from the start. Unfortunately, the wedding planning took over our schedules and we did not reach back out to Maryann until after we got married in April 2018. She remembered us and wanted to help, but she did let us know that many of the hotels they prefer to work with have already been booked up and that flights were pricier than usual due to high season and the fact that we were booking so close to leaving. After heavy deliberation, we decided to wait a year. Even after researching many options for us and guiding us through our decision making process, Maryann understood and told us to reach back out when we’re ready to go. We finally contacted Maryann in January 2019, ready to book our honeymoon to Italy for June 2019. We told her our budget and she came back with a price even slightly under budget. We told her where we wanted to go and for how many nights in each location, and she handled the rest. Our trip included airfare to Florence from Miami, a private transfer from Florence airport to our hotel, 3 nights at a beautiful hotel in Florence that was a 5 minute walk to the Duomo, 2 nights in a swanky bouquet hotel in Ancient Rome, private transfer from the Naples train station to our GORGEOUS hotel on the Bay of Naples in Sorrento for a 4-night stay to end the trip, private transfer to the Naples airport, and our airfare back to Miami. There were no long layovers and our drivers were always there waiting for us upon arrival. Two of the three hotels also had champagne waiting for us in our room when we checked in. Every hotel was unique in its own way, but the best part of each hotel was its location. We stayed in great, walkable areas in each city. During the planning process, Maryann also gave us 2 hotel options in each city and let us look them up to decide which we would prefer. We felt totally part of the decision making process, but also not overwhelmed by having to plan this trip on our own. I would highly highly recommend booking with Unforgettable Honeymoons. We were sent an anniversary certificate and we can’t wait to book another trip with them knowing that it’ll be stress free and wonderful. Unforgettable Honeymoons is a small company that truly values their clients. The level of personalization and attention received is worth every penny!

Truly UNFORGETTABLE! Planning a wedding is extremely time-consuming so I was looking for help in coordinating our honeymoon- our first trip to Italy and Greece. Our friends recommended Unforgettable Honeymoons so we reached out. It was an amazing decision! Maryann helped us plan a custom 2-week trip and completely knocked it out of the park. She was knowledgeable, responsive and in-tune with what we were looking for in a honeymoon (including budget). UH provided some great guidance and ideas for hotels, excursions and dining options. All of the hotels in Florence, Rome, Sorrento, Athens and Santorini were great and so convenient to the sights. Plus an added bonus: with them being an Oregon-based company and us living on the East Coast, we were able to coordinate the trip easily after work. Wow! All I can say is this organization is first class! I've worked with travel agents in the past who have been unavailable during crucial moments--not this company! I worked with Renee, who was great: she asked about our interests and budget and found great places for us. We went to Hawaii and she suggested which islands we might perfer based on our interests. The best thing was that we were able to call her when things weren't up to our standards and she was able to resolve our problems within 12 hours. Unforgettable Honeymoons was very accommodating! We loved our Thailand package deal and got to experience 3 different parts of Thailand. This wouldn't have been possible without them. Leah from Unforgettable Honeymoons was extremely helpful when it came to booking our honeymoon. We waited until pretty last minute to plan it and had no idea where we wanted to go. Leah was patience, accommodating and very helpful with the planning. We received different price ranges, locations, etc. to choose our final destination. We ended up going with Breathless in Cabo San Lucas. Highly recommend - all inclusive, amazing food, great location. All airport tranfers were also set up for us, which was very stress free. We received a bunch of helpful information beforehand with travelling tips, details of the airport and resort, etc. Would definitely recommend this company when planning your honeymoon - very responsive, patient and will work with you to create your dream honeymoon.

They were able to quickly and easily arrange flights and hotels for us across Florence, Rome and the Amalfi Coast. Emma worked with us to find the best balance between luxury and budget. Unforgettable Honeymoons was absolutely amazing every step of the way. Their packages were excellent and we chose one that was exciting and a great value for the price we paid (Bali, Indonesia). They made traveling incredibly easy, and the places we stayed were so luxurious and authentic. There were no hiccups with traveling, with excursions, or anything else. The honeymoon was a wonderful balance of relaxation (massages, beach days, pool access, etc.) and activity (tours, tastings, hikes, shows, etc.). She was very easy to work with, made valuable suggestions for us, and tailored our trip to what worked best for us as a couple. The attention to detail from the entire team was awesome - simply give them a call, tell them what you are looking for and they provide you with more than enough information to make a decision for a trip you'll never forget. The only area of opportunity I could find would be to extend their call hours during the week. This was never an issue for us, but based on where you're travelling and the time change it could be. However, they responded to all of our emails within 24 hours so no complaints! Highly recommend!

Let's not forget to mention that she got us an amazing (and affordable) rate to the Chedi in Chiang Mai - a Fodor's top 100 hotel!!!!!! Having little ideas, except for the cities we wanted to visit, about Thailand and a tight budget both my Husband and I thought it would be out of the question to take an exotic honeymoon to Thailand. However, with Renee's help she literally made our dream come true! About a month prior to our departure date for Thailand, the train we were planning to take from Bangkok to Chiang Mai was canceled due to derailment issues. We immediately contacted Renee who was more than willing to help us, even though she was out on vacation. She was completely honest with me in regards to the rates she could get for our flight (explaining insurance and foreign currency fees) and recommended to check out flight prices on our own as we may be able to get a better deal - which we did! About a week before we left, we received an email from Renee with tips on sight seeing, eating and shopping for our trip. It was so helpful! I cannot thank Renee enough for being such a great help and removing all the stress from planning the most perfect Honeymoon for my Wife and I. They set up a fantastic vacation in a matter of 3 weeks. We had a great time in Hawaii for our Honeymoon, starting in Honolulu then to Maui. Laurie worked for days with me answering each question quickly and professionally (after a minor back and forth as to why I was asking so many question, which I found weird her questioning me on something like that, but we ended up working that through and ended up booking a good trip). I did make the attempt to reach out during the honeymoon but did not hear back, so I don't believe they are very reachable during your stay. But we were able to get the question answered through the hotel ourselves, just would of been nice if they had "been reachable" as they state. Also pay close attention to your flight plans. The day we left we had a 9pm flight, but an 11am check out of the hotel, she did make it so we had the rental car till 8pm so that was great. our flight out at 9pm was a 4 hour flight, then 4 hour layover in LAX, then a hour flight to San Francisco with an hour layover, THEN an hour flight to Reno, FINALLY. So to say the least we were exhausted. an a good majority of our flights there and back were at the very very back of the plane. We chalked this up to being that we booked so late maybe thats what she could find in our price range, and trying to sit us together, possibly should of told her if she needed to go out of budget (even though she still had about 800 left) and sit us away from one another a few times that would be ok. But all in all the trip was beautiful, she did it on short notice, and we got home safe. I would recommend. Just really go over your itinerary very well.
