Jen is amazing to work with! My husband and I have booked two trips through her and we had a fantastic time on both. She takes all of the stress out of planning trips and has the best recommendations. We most recently went to Mexico for the first time and she did an awesome job of addressing all of our questions. She is very detailed and provides all of the information you need for a smooth trip. We will book more vacations with Jen in the future!

HIGHLY recommend working with Jen at Welcome Back Travel. We have booked 3 vacations with her and she always has the best recommendations. ALL of the resorts have been amazing. Our first trip out of the country in 2019 she made sure all of my questions were answered and she took care of ALL of the details. Our second trip was in 2020 during COVID. She made sure all safety protocols were followed by the resort and the trip went off without any problems. It was over our anniversary and she notified the resort who had a special sign on our door with complimentary wine, dessert, rose petals and candles all waiting for us on our arrival! We are leaving in a couple of weeks for another new destination. Once again, she has made planning our so easy! Would not hesitate to use again and again. You won't be disappointed!

What a great experience working with Welcome Back Travel! We have worked with Jen for two trips so far and will continue to have her plan our travels into the future! We just got back from Sandals Negril in Jamaica, where she made traveling during a pandemic easy. Jen is THE BEST! She helped us plan a wonderful getaway to the Bahamas, but we were unable to go due to a death in the family, and then the birth of a new baby, and then Covid, and then another baby. Because we didn't want to travel so far away with two young kids, she helped us use up the travel credits with smaller, more local trips. She spent so much time booking and re-booking, extending voucher expirations, etc. The next time we're ready for a vacation, we won't hesitate to contact Jen (if she'll put up with us again!). We have worked with Jennifer for the past few years booking our trips. She has always been very good about booking and answering our questions. This year she went above and beyond to ensure our safety and peace of mind traveling. Shortly after booking the new testing guidelines were announced and we were thinking we would cancel she did a great job of checking in with us to let us know that was an option but also get us the facts on how the resort was dealing with the testing. Margaritaville Island Reserve is a fairly small resort, I think 140 rooms total and was only at around 30% capacity but exceeded our expectations. Quality place with great food, drinks and entertainment. Staff went above and beyond to make sure you had everything you needed. Will add this to our list to visit again.

When we booked and our flight changed, she was very quick to get us on another flight so our dates at the resort didn't change. Jen is the best! She was able to meet all of our wants! She was budget conscious, gave several options within our desired location, aware of dietary restrictions and other concerns. She defined the difference between several options and found the perfect fit for us. Jen continued to be the best agent before, during, and after our trip. She goes out of her way to make sure the fine details do not get lost and it’s because of this attention to the details we were able to take a potential horrible situation and make it into one of the fondest memories of our trip. We almost missed our connecting flight due to weather but because Jen is so experienced and aware she gave us specific directions that saved the day. Without her we would have lost out on two days of our trip waiting in an airport. Jen loves her job, has the experience, very knowledgeable, and understands the critical importance of communication. Once it was go time she had us download a travel app that had our entire itinerary ready for all 12 days of our vacation. The travel app also allowed us to chat while my husband and I were overseas. Jen is so knowledgeable and genuinely wants you to have the trip of a lifetime each and every time you travel. She takes pride in what she does and it shows in the little things she does as part of planning your trip. I recently went on a vacation planned by other people using another travel service, and it was very disorganized. We lacked the transportation documents needed in a foreign country, the room wasn't booked correctly, and we had no one to call.
