When I first started planning my vacations this was the only way I was able to afford and budget for it. I always recommend this to anyone who want to plan and budget out their vacations, especially to Disneyland or any theme park related trips. You can add your hotel , tickets, rental if needed and extra excursions then they add it all up and break it into payments depending on how far out your trip is. Would recommend 100%

The fact that they monitor for any promotions Disney may offer leading up to your reservation and automatically applies it is awesome! We've booked a couple of family Disneyland and Disneyworld vacations with Getaway Today and we've always been able to work with Lisa, who always gives us so many options and gives us recommendations on how to do our trip. The concierge service is outstanding and we've always had an amazing trip because of not having to worry about the little details. I am LESS STRESSED not having to worry about shuttles, and dates, and tickets especially since we're doing Disneyworld and Universal on our Florida trip. I highly recommend working with them!

Grace at Get Away Today has been so incredibly helpful with planning our trip to Disney World. We have been back and forth on a few details of our trip because we have adult children and children still at home. Our adult children first said no about going on this trip but of course they changed their minds once they heard the fun things we have planned! After reading a few blogs regarding dinning in Disney World I was so scared about missing something and thought I would have to stay up till midnight to make reservations, they just saved me some sanity!!! Easy to navigate which I love!! Seems like they have good deals with hotels. I've only used them to buy disneyland tickets so far but look forward to using them more in the future. 1 star taken off simply due to having to purchase peace of mind plan to be able to cancel without extra fees. If you book directly through the hotel itself, most of them you can cancel within 72 hours of yours stay with no fees.

Get Away Today helped make our Walt Disney World honeymoon magical! They did the hard work of doing the 60 day out reservations and got us a spot for Cinderella's Royal Table, plus Savi's lightsaber building, and we didn't have to lift a finger! It was wonderful to have one less thing to stress about during our wedding planning time. I cannot say enough positive things about Get Away Today. I had never used a vacation planning company before because it seemed so easy to do yourself with all of the various websites and services available. But I heard a lot of positive things and we had never stayed at a hotel in the Anaheim area before so I decided to give them a shot. Now, we will never book another Disney trip without Get Away Today! They got us an incredible deal on our hotel and discounted park tickets, which was amazing. But the real value went beyond the deals. I have never had such incredible customer service in my life. Seems like good tour and travel company, I only recommend them for US citizen cause when they need you to verify credit card by phone, you could wait an hour, altho the person who receive the call is polite and helpfull. If your order can't get verified they will refund your fund, no problem. I suggest people from outside US buy Disney and hotel package, and also other tickets directly by their respective official website. I love their YouTube Provost videos by Mr.Christ

Pretty much the standard place to book a trip to Disneyland from Utah. They do have other options for booking like Hawaii and Disney World as well. Best part is their customer service. You can call and ask questions and I have always found them to be very helpful. Prices seems competitive and they often run all the same specials that you can find direct from Disney.

I have a vacation booked through them for next year and i sent them a list of the dining reservations i wanted (because my 60days was coming up) and asked if they could help because this was a big trip for us to WDW and i wanted to make it perfect. To be honest we all search the internet and we all search prices so we all kinda know what's what. What makes Get Away Today a great place to book is the customer service and the insurance plan. I've used them for 5 of my last Disneyland trips since 2014 and have definitely made things sooooo easy. Things have definitely changed in the last 8 years for the theme parks and pricing and reservations and blah blah blah but they got you. Had to use the insurance once and it was totally worth the money. Easy peasy. And you can actually call them if you want 🤙

We've used this company for 5 Disneyland trips and they have always had the best prices. Had an issue on one trip where the parking fee at the hotel wasn't waived as described when we booked 3 months earlier. One call to Get Away Today and they said they were working with the new management for the hotel and they honored our original deal by refunding the cost to cover the 4 nights worth of parking fees.

We booked our Disney trip through getaway today and upon arriving at our hotel we were told that getaway today booked us in the wrong room type and they didn’t have a kids suite available. I tried calling getaway today and the wait was over 30 minutes. I selected the call back feature while on hold so I could talk with the hotel, and didn’t get a call back from getaway today for over an hour. In the meantime the hotel felt bad because we had a screaming baby that needed a nap and was able to accommodate and find us the right room. We had requested a pack and play and because of the room mix up it wasn’t delivered for another hour. Then when getaway today called back, they literally didn’t offer any help. We will never book a trip to Disneyland without Getaway Today. They go through great lengths to be sure your vacation goes smoothly and they have the best deals. Our first trip back in 2011 our hotel room flooded before we arrived. We were told by the hotel when we went to check in that our room wasn't available and they had suggestions for places we could try. Then they realized we booked through an agency and handed us an envelope. It was a letter from Getaway Today explaining they arranged a new hotel room at a better/closer hotel at no extra charge. Update ~ following the initial review, staff contacted me and we worked through phone calls to get everything figured out and set up. They did a great job of making it right and working with me to get everything settled. If there are glitches at all, I would recommend asking for a phone call to get it all done at once. Original: The initial booking was easy and fine. We booked a week for Christmas, which then got canceled due to Covid. We then rebooked for May, but somehow needed to pay more for May than for Christmas prime time. Now I have been trying to rebook again since its not yet possible to go. I've been trying since April 20 and it is now May 7 and it's still not done! Apparently a new person picks up the text messaging every few days, so it sort of all gets lost and has to be restarted. Oddly, rooms that I can find both on GAT's website and on the hotel website become unavailable while I am attempting to communicate via messaging. I am so frustrated I just want to cancel the whole thing. This was supposed to be a 3 generation 10 family member trip, first trip to Disneyland for most of us, and it has been so stressful for so long that I don't have any good feelings about it and wish I'd never done it. Perhaps that is the problem, we have too large of a group to be handled.

COVID-19 then hit and I'm glad there was someone I could just email and get my questions answered immediately, as things with Disney were rapidly changing. They have had great customer service each time I call or email. I usually work with Lex and she has been great about getting me price quotes and helping me book my packages. I did find a cheaper rate for Disney tickets one time through another site but they beat that price by $10. Now they seem to be cheaper than any site I have found and I researched a lot of sites. I do not recommend using the shuttle company advertised with getaway today for Disney though, its wayyy cheaper if you go through super shuttle (like half price). Several years ago I used Get Away Today to plan a Disneyland vacation for my family of four. The website was easy to use and clear. Overall I was very pleased. About nine months ago I called Get Away Today to help me plan my next family vacation for my family of seven. I wanted to do a cruise and the agent, Kody, helped me pick out a cruise that would be good for my family. I knew nothing about cruising so I had to trust him. What he didn’t tell me was that babies and toddlers can’t use pools on ships. That was a big bummer. He knew we would have a baby and a toddler because we discussed that. I understand the rule so I am not terribly upset, but it would have been nice to know before booking. It’s something I think a travel agent should do, inform the client of potential setbacks to choosing a specific vacation. To make it worse, I have since found out that there are cruise ships that have baby splash zones, but not the ship Kody recommended for my family. Why recommend the ship that doesn’t offer a baby splash zone? Did he not know? The money is spent and the cruise is in a few weeks, so it’s too late to change now. I won’t let it spoil my vacation, but I also won’t be relying on advice from a travel agent from Get Away Today again. I will do better to do my own research. Kody isn’t my agent anymore (I don’t know if he quit or was let go) and I was assigned a new agent. I have had no real problems with her. I dislike that I am sent junk emails telling me to book excursions (I already did that months ago, and if the agent actually paid attention to my plans, she would know) that are clearly automated and not actually from the agent. The overly automated communication is not why I chose to work with a human agent. My first vacation with GetAway Today was very good, 5 stars! They know Disneyland. This vacation will also be great, but I feel that Kody could have done better. I will plan my own trips or find a new travel agency next time.
