We took the Phoenix murders and mysteries tour today and I cannot wait to book another tour. Jarrod is so knowledgeable about the history of this town I’ve lived in for over 30 years, was a great storyteller, and put up with my family and our billion questions. If you love true crime like I do, book this tour and do it ASAP. Thank you Jarrod for your expertise! Definitely five stars!!

Last night we joined our tour guide Jerrod for the Murders & Mysteries True Crime Ghost Tour in Phoenix. Our tour started right on time and was very relaxed with a small group and next to no traffic in downtown Phoenix which was awesome! Jerrod was very entertaining, like having a fun friend show you around town, but incredibly knowledgable. We learned a ton about the darker side of the city we've called home for so many years! It was a good mix of drive by viewings and places where we got out to explore a bit. We really appreciated being able to go into the house where the "Trunk Murderess" crime took place back in the 1930's. Whether you're visiting or call the Valley of the Sun home, the tour is definitely worth putting on your list!

Our group did the Christmas lights tour and it was AWESOME! Jared took us to some of the best spots to see holiday lights, and we were able to get out a couple of times to walk around in the neighborhoods. He even had a cooler for us for our adult beverages. Such a fun and festive thing to do during the holidays. Jared was super funny too! We had a great time and are planning our next group tour outing.

Excellent guide- spoiler alert… you have to wait until the end for the outcome, no matter how many times you ask 🤣 seriously though, we do a lot of tours all over the country and can say this was one of the top. Your guide truly does make the difference in your experience and Jarred makes the experience worth the price. Thank you from your favorite TN ladies. Despite their facial expresses because they are over pics- it kept these 12 yr old girls entertained. They have already asked to tour with Jarred again.

Our guide (Jared) was charismatic, fun and engaging during our haunted locations tour. Each of our stops were interactive and interesting, including exclusive access to one locally famous double homicide. He also didn’t embellish his tellings with extrapolations or exaggerations. I would easily do any tour Jared led again!!

My bachelorette group did a wine tour during the day, and we were having such a great time that we ended up booking the haunted pub crawl in the evening. Would recommend to all friends and family. We took a Christmas Lights tour last night. We were stuck on 60 in Mesa Az for 40 minutes. I called Jarrod and he was most understanding saying they would wait. He showed us some amazing homes with outstanding decorations. I would highly recommend Spirit of Arizona Tours.

The Phoenix Murders and Mysteries tour was very informative because our tour guide, Jarrod, was very knowledgeable and helped us understand the sequence of events that happened a long time ago in Phoenix. This was all new information to me but seeing the homes and other places made it seem real. He also identified various locations known for their ghosts. I recommend this tour. Once the reservation was confirmed the emailed instructions were easy to understand.

If you’re thinking about booking this tour, ABSOLUTELY DO IT! Jarrod was an amazing tour guide. He brought so much knowledge, history, and humor to the tour. I was expecting an interesting tour, but was truly blown away by how amazing this tour was. We had an amazing time. We are visiting Phoenix on vacation and happened to catch a story on a news channel about Christmas tours. I did a search right away and began booking the 7:45 tour. We don't have many neighborhoods that go all out on their decorations back in my own town, so I thought it sounded something like a unique experience. And I have to say IT DID NOT DISAPPOINT! It was quite the apposite. Jared, the tour guide and bus driver, was phenomenal at both. I will definitely recommend this to my other friends who come visit Phoenix during Christmas. Best #GhostTour in Phoenix! Jarrod showed our group of 6 some of the most fascinating bits of grisly history in downtown #Phoenix and had the historical knowledge to back it all up! He seamlessly adjusted his tour to provide us with the content we were most interested (we were more fascinated by the murderous history than looking for ghosts, but it was definitely very spooky for those who want that kind of experience!) And while it's not available on every tour, Jarrod knows the owner of one of the houses on the tour, so we were able to take a peek inside at one of the notorious murder sites! Our group went on several tours in the past few weeks, and the tour guide makes all the difference. And Jarrod's knowledge, passion for history, and love for Phoenix made him the best guide! Do yourself a favor and book a tour ASAP!

A group of us went on the Murders and Mysteries Ghost Tour with Jared and it did not disappoint! He is very knowledgeable about the history of these Phoenix murders and a very good storyteller! I attended the tour as a young woman by myself and everyone on the tour as well as the tour guide Jared made sure I was 100% safe wherever we went. He dropped me off a block away at a restaurant for extra safety which was above and beyond so I would absolutely recommend this for anyone. If you're nervous to go, don't be and if you're nervous to go alone, definitely don't be. Aside from that, the tour itself was so much fun. Jared was a wonderful story teller and the stories he picked to tell were very interesting as well. I did the Ghost Pub Crawl and had so much fun. I have absolutely no complaints and would recommend the company to anyone and everyone!

From ease of booking to friendly service and fun, Jarrod and Spirit of Arizona Tours was hands down, amazing. We booked the holiday light tour for my family and everything exceeded our expectations. The coach was comfortable and roomy enough for our crew. The route was awesome with light displays and giant inflatables I have never seen or heard about in AZ. Jarrod was a great host and kept the fun going with engaging conversation and a great holiday playlist. The kids brought hot chocolate and the whole family had a blast! My family and I were in the Phoenix area for a few weeks and our cousin recommended a haunted pub tour. I am typically very scared of spooky haunted things, but I am so happy that we ended up going! It was the perfect mix of spooky, educational, and fun. Add some alcohol to it and its a party! Jared was our tour guide and her took us to three locations. Jared's personality is infectious! Not only was he knowledgable, but his storytelling skills really impressed me. He was able to immerse us at each place and provided eerie facts and information that added to the over atmosphere. He also had employees that work at each place give first hand testimonies which made things even spookier! A few things to remember! 1) Make sure to take lots of pictures and videos! You never know if you will catch something supernatural. 2) You have to get at least 1 drink at each place. 3) Have fun!

We did the Spirit of Arizona Tour with Jarrod as our tour guide. Overall it was a great experience as our first time ever doing anything like this as me and my wife are very superstitious! I liked how he would show us pictures of what others had captured on their cameras, which made the tour much more creepy! Jarrod not only provided us with a load of information of the case he was walking us through, but also made sure to check on us if we needed anything and was well aware of his/our surroundings.

A friend and I did the pub ghost tour with Jarrod. It was just us. We had an absolute blast. Jarrod is a local and was authentic in every way. He is a historian and did historical research for each of these places. The tour consisted of 3 places. I recommend this adventure if you want a fact based ghost tour with a true local.

Do not go anywhere else for a tour in Arizona! Jarrod is a legit historian who has an obvious passion for what he does. We did the Phoenix Murders and Mysteries Tour, and this was absolutely worth the money. There was air conditioning, you do not have walk anywhere, Jarrod has lived here for decades and he knows the city incredibly well. This is not a regurgitated cheesy script from Google like other tour companies out there that make you walk with a lantern and who have no connection to the city’s history. Jarrod has connections with each of the locations which was so cool, & he was extremely considerate and kind and we were very entertained the entire time. We had friends visit from out of state and this was the perfect thing to do while they were here! He has multiple other tours that we cannot wait to book! We did this tour last night and we have not stopped talking about how awesome this was, it was just the best 😊

Jarrod is amazing!! We booked this tour because it's a bus tour so there's a chance to tour different neighbourhoods and places and have a break from the Arizona heat. The tour is amazing. Jarrod is personable, kind, funny and he drives well. His stories are interesting and the locations are fascinating and in some cases beautiful. We got to walk around and take pics at 5 stops and he has a good relationship with the owners/ managers and he maintains those so he can keep his tours going. Part historical part murder mystery part touristy visit its a blend of perfection all in one. You can tell Jarrod really enjoys what he does because he makes each story he tells come Alive. Highly highly recommend this tour and this company.. in fact were taking a tour with him tomorrow as we tour phoenix and Area. Support local small businesses that work hard and know how to do it right!!

My wife and I took this tour as part of our anniversary celebration; from the get-go Jarrod was awesome. As an Arizona local, I appreciate his passion for Phoenix and it’s rich history. As part of our celebrations we actually did a different tour a few nights before, that tour was run by a Nation-wide company, not people local to the area. And, come to find out they not only heavily embellished the stories they told, but a lot of information was made up completely to add filler to the tour. What I liked most about the Murders & Mysteries tour is the depth of knowledge that accompanied each story. Our guide, Jarrod, didn’t talk AT us, he talked WITH us.. which lead to an all around better experience. I definitely recommend this tour to anyone, visitors or locals! I plan on joining Jarrod of several other tours because I know it will be an amazing time.

We had a small group of 4 people and were picked up promptly at our designated area for our evening tour. Comfortable air conditioned vehicle that transported us to all of the locations. Jerry is an enthusiastic local with years of experience who could not have made the tour better or more interesting. He was very informative and respectful and the locations had great stories with some spooky elements. Overall it was one of the best tours I've ever been on and I would love to go back for his haunted pub tour in the future. You will not be disappointed!

We had an amazing time on the Haunted Pub Tour with Jarrod. My daughter and her boyfriend were visiting us from New York and ghosts have always been my daughter and my wife's thing. Jarad gave us accurate, authentic, interesting, and engaging information during the ghost and murder tour! This tour was the perfect mix of history, murders, and ghosts and was a great opportunity to learn some history of Phoenix. My boyfriend and I booked the Haunted Pub Tour for his last night in town so we figured we do something on the edge and try something new. I can tell you, it was worth the time and price! Jared was not only making the experience that much amazing, but he also was passionate of what he talked about and you can tell by the information he gave and his enthusiasm. Such a great tour! We did the murders and mysteries tour. We got to see some hidden architectural gems in Phoenix and learned so much about the history here. After living in Phoenix for so many we had no idea it had such interesting, historical places. We learned all about Phoenix’s dark, gruesome side too. Our tour guide was hilarious and so nice, and he did a great job on telling the details of each story. I loved how he stressed that each story was true and gave all the facts, showed crime scene photos, and had us standing right where all the murders happened. Did the “haunted murder tour” went to so many places, and even an extra place! Online the date I wanted wasn’t listed so I called and tried to see what I could do, and he let me book a tour with him same day! He was so accommodating and said I could anytime I wanted.. I booked it for an 8-10 and he was nice enough to pick us up! Arrived right on time, which was so nice. He cared so much about us being comfortable and how important that was to him. Had wipes, wore a mask for Covid-19, and still did all his talking about everywhere we drove. So knowledgeable, had a passion for it and I loved that. I just loved talking to the guy! The tour was a plus though too lol ! Gave us creepy facts, about all the places. I highly highly recommend the haunted murder tour I have pictures with ghosts, orbs, and even a video at a empty bar with just me him, and my partner. And in the video there is someone yelling and noises for a brief second, and eerie wind and noises and music blasting at the end. He knows his stuff, and wants you to have an amazing time, and he genuinely cares about that. I WILL do another one guaranteed top of my list of first things to do when I come back, and hopefully with more people for him to show us. You will not be disappointed, you get your money’s worth, you find out more about the state, atmosphere, everything when your with him. Great tour. Our guide was knowledgeable, funny and charismatic. He mentioned having just been awarded a title of historian and you can see it showed in his expertise. The guide was timely and the spots they chose were convenient and fun for the city. The only two nitpicks I had that kept it from being a 5 star was price and flow. It was a little on the expensive side for a tour of that length. What I mean by flow is the tour guide himself. I know it would be more difficult, but I would suggest implementing a script rather than talking points of historical occurrences. Something with more spook and showmanship would have been very nice.
