Inarguably, one of the best experiences you can have in New York City. None of the other heli tours can compare. To start the team really feels like a family. Everyone is so respectful and does their job to the utmost standards. Jessica was super helpful on the phones and Oscar, Josephine, & Mike greeted us as soon as we walked through. While on the helicopter, the pilot pointed out landmarks throughout and made sure everyone was able to get a direct sight line. If you want to truly see New York City, this is a must have and an absolute value. Pro-tip, arrive an hour early like they explain and you'll be fine. Also do the Grand tour, it's worth it.

Was great over all, but waited over an hour to start. 15 min flight was a bit short, we got to midtown before turning back. All the locations needed to turn on/ up the AC. The shuttle, the waiting room, the helicopter, the shuttle back... The helicopter itself was really nice inside. Plus, it's not smart the the movie in the waiting room was about an helicopter crash, when I asked the worker if I can change the channel she invited me to wait outside instead.

It’s an amazing thing we did it in Newyork. Our pilot was very helpful and narrated very well about the places. We are more than 25 min ride.

First time flying on a helicopter and boy was it great! Service was a tad bit SLOW. I mean we arrive early just to sit there 2 hours. There was a couple that was supposed to fly the same time as us. They ending up arriving 15 after the set time. They were charged an extra $200 for not being on time. Found it weird they were charged for not being on time even though the wait time was like 2 hours AFTER the set appointment. Besides the fact of waiting 2 hours even though we had a set appointment everything else was great.

The helicopter ride was amazing, it was a 20 minute ride the pilot and the staff helping you get on the helicopter was great. If you want to do this it's a 2 hour process from start to finish. Make sure you arrive 1 hour prior to your fly time. If you are 15 minutes late you will be charged a late fee of $50 pp. You won't broad the helicopter on time. You meet at the address get in a van to ride over to where the helicopter leaves from. At this location you will weigh in watch a short video and pay any late fees and wait your turn. For a 20min ride plan to spend 2hours here.

The staff is very informative and customer oriented. They are also very clear in their directives. Once you go to the parking lot- go to the Bistro restaurant and make that call. The experience would have been better if there was a guide or someone showing some excitement as you are en route thw flight. The pilot seemed as if he is saying to himself "yeah another trip"🙄. The time went y quickly but the experience, scenery and the bonus was the weather was great!

The ride itself was really beautiful you got to see the whole New York City skyline and the Statue of Liberty up close. The only thing was that the staff were kind of slow at their job and we spent so much time waiting to be able to actually get onto the helicopter.

The view was great and the staff was great. The pilots were funny and charming while providing nice little tidbits of information of some key landmarks as we passed them. The ride was along the Westside of Manhattan. The more important thing is they got us back SAFE.

The ride and views were fantastic. The pilot kept us engaged. But their photographer needs to up his game. For $20 we got one unimpressive picture of us posing in front of the helicopter.

My boyfriend took me for my birthday to see the city I love from up above and it was amazing! The shuttle was prompt and clean and everyone was very friendly! They allowed us to take pictures in front of the helicopter with our own phone cameras and the helicopter ride itself was very comfortable. Absolutely want to do this again!

It was an Amazing experience minus the $50 late fee that was not mentioned in the Groupon for the supposed 4:15pm check in time which i was notified only 10 minutes prior after asking about their location.. Take off is actually 5pm & i arrived at approximately 4:40! It seemed premeditated & pretty unfair due to the circumstances..

A must do experience. I was gifted the grand tour as a surprise and it was AMAZING, definetly worth the price. Staff was very friendly and eager answer questions. Arrive on time to avoid any late fees. Receptionist Jessica is very thorough in giving instructions.10 out of 10 recommend. The skyline is beautiful!
