Was planning a long and arduous trip ( total travel time was over 40 hrs, 52 hours in transit ). Was having great difficultly getting all the flights to sync. Didn't take more then one call to Yanky and the most difficult part of was arranged immediately, and brought the cost down substantially. Was truly a great experience dealing with him.
