Had an awesome experience with Shiloh on my recent private trip to Israel & Jordan. The itinerary, everything from lodging, tours, and even the flights, were handled by the Shiloh team. They allowed us to get great pricing as well on both the tour and flights. There is plenty of options to work with, and the itinerary is customizable I'd needed! Most are group trips, but they also organize more private or small sized tours. Very much recommended for your travel planning!

Our recent 14-day Europe trip was overall good for the value. The selection of hotels was OK. The air travel including coach transportation, friendly tour guide and excellent safe driver - very good. All lunch and dinner meals served were from local Indian caterers and the service and food was not very appealing. Some of the servers were very rude and disrespectful. Few folks reported becoming ill from food. May we suggest that when visiting foreign countries it is an obvious expectation to enjoy the native food offerings to enhance the overall experience. Remember - food and beverage is a key component of a tour experience. Another challenge we faced was checking in process with hotels was less than desirable experience. This was attributed because two different tour groups - total of 80 people (from Shiloh) arrived at the same time making the check in process a huge inconvenience especially due to constraints of lack of elevator capacity, etc. May we suggest to keep tour groups to stay in separate hotels and that will enhance the experiences. Other than these two aspects, the overall selection of countries, cities and other experiences were satisfactory. Finney and Team, next time please address these two areas of improvement and strive for five stars! Looking forward to future tours from Shiloh! Blessings.

We have used Shiloh Travel & Tours on multiple occasions. Recently for Christmas and new years we incorporated a trip to Singapore and Bangalore. As usual we experienced good customer service, great hotel booking, excellent tour guide service and transportation including the arrangement of airport pick up & drop off. One exceptional thing that we enjoy is clear communication with Shiloh staff and the availability of 24x7 support. We are happy to continue to use Shiloh Travel & Tours and recommend them as well.
