Excellent service. Agents do all they can to help you go on an exciting, memorable vacation. No pressure tactics. The trips they offer are great as they often arrange transport to/from the airport so you're not struggling to coordinate everything.

Original agent was going to be out of the office so she passed along our info to another agent whom we did not know. The new agent, Mary, called me immediately with all the information that we gave to the original agent and proceeded with exceptional service until the time we booked the trip, about 3-4 days later. Excellent customer service.

Making reservations over the weekend was no problem at all. We were smoothly transferred to available personnel at 3 different offices without any issues. Everyone was very courteous, helpful, and able to handle all of our questions.
