I blew out a tire on my way to my son's house around 6:15 PM. AAA sent Cecil right away. Within 1/2 hour he had changed the tire and I was on my way. Thank you, Cecil and AAA for the excellent and quick service!!!

Chris from AAA Milwaukee area came to my garage within minutes. He went above and beyond trying to help me with my Jeep. I lost my keys in the park earlier in the morning and had to call AAA to get it towed to the dealer for keys. My parking garage is too low for a truck to come in. And my doors were locked so I couldn’t put it in neutral. Chris helped get my doors unlocked which was very tedious. Then he made several attempts to try to put my car in gear. He spent a good amount of time trying to help me. And the point is that he didn’t have to try. He could have just looked at the underground parking garage and drove off and cancelled. Or he could have not bothered at all once he realized my car doors were locked. But he didn’t. He stayed and tried to help. Luckily my property manager called in the middle of it and someone turned in my keys. But I definitely appreciated Chris’ willingness to try and problem solve rather than move on to the next job or think it wasn’t worth his time. Great employee.

I enjoy getting my car washed before or after a long day. Unfortunately, it seems they always have one or more spinning brushes out of order. I can tell just by seeing the parts of my car that weren't finished.

My insurance agent, Tom L, totally made my insurance purchasing experience so comfortable. I had insurance through AAA in Texas, and I only got to talk to someone on the phone. That person kept increasing the price with this fee and this fee (after telling me a set price). This was my first time purchasing insurance on my own, and it still wasn't TOO pricey. When I moved to Wisconsin, I chose to stop into this AAA branch just to see what steps I needed to take to switch my insurance over. Tom L stayed WAY after hours on a Friday just to set me up with a new plan. He was so through and not salesman-y at all. He went so far as to send a hand written card to thank me for my business. It was WAY discounted (due to my driving record and my agent doing everything he could to make it as affordable as possible) , especially compared to my insurance in Texas, and the service was above and beyond. Not many people know AAA offers insurance, but I definitely recommend checking it out, especially at this location.

While I am not a AAA member I will always return to AAA to help with my passport photo and international driver's license needs. They will take your passport photo and charge less than Walgreens! The office is set up to support social distancing and all employees and guests are expected to wear masks. Friendly service.

This AAA has a friendly staff and a welcoming atmosphere. They were unusually busy when I went in and they were still calm and efficient. I went in to get my international drivers license and everything went quickly and smoothly. Unfortunately they did not double check my application and they only marked the box for driving a car not for motorcycle which is what I need it for. Now I need to go back to get it fixed early in the morning before my flight. An unfortunate hassle that I did not want to have to do.

Got what I needed: an international license. But, the lady I worked with was rude and abrasive. The application for the license says it "must be effective WITHIN 6 months of application date." So i assumed that meant I could create an effective date of any day in the next 6 months. Then it is good for 1 year. Well, she snapped at my interpretation and insisted the license couldn't be effective for at least 6 months. I didn't bother arguing. However, my wife went in the next day and worked with someone who was actually kind and helpful. Turns out my interpretation was correct. Moral of story: avoid the mean lady with glasses. Location otherwise clean and service was timely.
