Charlene is the best!! She is extremely responsive and quick to get you quotes. She’ll also let you know if there are any great deals or make suggestions based on her clients experiences. For example, we thought about upgrading to the balcony on our Hawaiian cruise, she suggested using the money for the helicopter ride instead since you aren’t on the boat that much. She was right!! The helicopter tour will be a lifelong memory and we barely stayed in our room. If you’re looking for 5 star service, Charlene is your agent!
