Best Travel Planner EVER! Stayed at UNICO 20* 87* Riviera Maya Mexico Great resort . We will be back and we will call Scott Jones to set it up. Crazy to deal with online booking apps when you can deal with a human. Call Scott. You won't be disappointed.

Scott Jones with EZTravelPad did an excellent job of booking our trip to Riviera Maya, Mexico in January. We had a fabulous time. Every single detail of the trip was taken care of by Scott. Our resort was beautiful, the food and service were excellent, and the traveling to and from Mexico couldn't have gone any more smoothly. We will definitely use EZTravelPad for any future traveling we do!

Scott was great to work with. He was very responsive and helped plan our vacation every step of the way. We like to have everything planned well in advance and he went above and beyond to accommodate us and make things easier. He even got us an upgrade at our resort that made our stay way better. We will work with him again anytime we plan a similar vacation in the future and would definitely recommend him to anyone. UPDATE : Scott helped us plan 2 vacations this year, and we can't imagine planning a vacation without him! In both instances, plans needed to be readjusted due to COVID (resorts not opening, rooms at hotels getting cancelled). Scott was on the ball and took care of us. All of his recommendations were on point and we had an amazing summer!

Scott Jones with EZTravelPad servicing the Michiana area is the greatest! I had absolutely no issues planning a trip to Mexico- actually, I didn't even have to plan it because he did all the work. The trip was such a breeze and carefree knowing I was in good hands. He was readily available to answer any and all questions that I had, even when on the weekend when he was out of town. While I'm unable compare his services to other agents seeing as I have never utilized a travel agent before, I know that I won't need to compare because I will only be going to Scott for my future travel arrangements.

Scott was so fantastic to work with! When trying to choose a honeymoon location, my husband and I sat down with Scott for more than an hour and he let us pick his brain on the perfect place. When on the vacation we had a wonderful time. Scott certainly pointed us in the right direction. What we were most impressed by was his this prompt response when we had to make a last-minute honeymoon change due to a hurricane. In just a few hours Scott had set us up with a new honeymoon plan (new room, date and flight without spending any more money!) I have and will continue to refer EZTravelPad to anyone looking to book a vacation.

My husband and I wanted to go to Hawaii for our honeymoon and we wanted to visit a few different islands while we were there. We started to plan our honeymoon and quickly realized that there was A LOT to consider when booking a trip like that, a lot that we did not know. I have traveled quite a bit in my life and I have always booked my own travel arrangements, I have never booked through a travel agent. I decided we needed some input and assistance with booking the trip so I contacted Scott Jones at EZ TravelPad, and I am so glad I did. I told him exactly what we had in mind and explained I quickly became overwhelmed when I started to plan it on my own. Scott was extremely responsive, he took the time to really listen to me and asked me a lot of questions so he knew what would work for us. We spent 12 nights in Hawaii and split the time between Maui, Kauai and Oahu. Everything about our trip was absolutely amazing, Scott and his team did not miss a beat. Our flights, rental cars, hotel accommodations, shuttle services, etc. were all taken care of, we seriously did not have to worry about one thing as far as travel planning goes. Scott made suggestions based on our likes and needs, but was never pushy whatsoever. He suggested several excursions we could do on the islands and he made sure they were all within our budget. We did the Road to Hana tour in Maui, went snorkeling, went to an awesome luau and a few other things - Scott booked it all for us well in advance and made sure we had all information that we needed as far as where to go, who to call to be picked up for tours, etc. I also would like to add that Scott was extremely patient with me when I asked him to reprice our trip with different options about 10 different times before actually booking it. :) If you are looking for someone to help you book your travel, do yourself a favor and contact Scott Jones. I promise you will thank yourself later. Thank you to Scott and his team for everything!

I was looking for cost efficient spring get a way to Mexico and Scott gave me several options and positives/negatives on each resort After selecting the desired resort he provided all the info in a simple packet. and elaborated on what sights to see, what excursions to take and where to eat for a local meal. Scott is very knowledgeable about Mexico and the Caribbean, has personally been to many of the resorts and I would highly recommend utilizing him for any vacation from a cost efficient trip to a sandals resort.

I've used Scott twice now and would highly recommend EZTravelPad for vacation planning! They are able to create a seamless experience no matter how large (first time there were 20 of us) or small (just my husband and I) your group. I was impressed by the little extras they add as well!

Scott, personifies great customer service. He listens, researches, suggests and executes. I know that sounds simple, but it truly seems to be a lost art. When we first talked to Scott, we only had a geographic region in mind; the Caribbean. Scott work with us country by country listing out the pro's and cons of each. Once we had a country picked out, he determined what were the most important qualities of a resort/vacation to us. Using that information he picked several properties and quoted us prices. For each property he gave us feedback on reviews from other travelers, person experiences, industry insider info etc. to help us make our decision. After we booked Scott checked in with us all the way up to our vacation. Scott even checked with us to make sure we received the anniversary gifts that were part of our package. Upon our return, Scott followed up to make sure we had a great time. He even sent us an anniversary postcard that was waiting on us in the mail when we returned home. This guy is incredible! He is always available by phone, email or video chat. I highly recommend Scott and EXTravelPad.

Once again Scott came through for us! He scheduled us to go to Riviera Maya, Mexico! We stayed at the Excellence Resort. We paid extra for the "funjet to the front" treatment and out of Ohare it was perfect, but from Mexico to home we did not experience the same treatment. But Scott's packet of info made the transit easy! The resort was beautiful and the service was good. The wait staff was quick, the food was good, and the drinks were inconsistent but still good.We used Lomas Tours for some excursions, Tony at Lomas was great!! One tour was a bit unorganized though.

Jill was absolutely amazing to work with. From the moment I first contacted her to plan me and my husbands honeymoon she was on point. She planned the most fabulous honeymoon for us in Cancun Rivera Maya. We didn't have to do anything but arrive and present documents, Jill had handled everything, even down to our candlelight dinner on the beach. The resort was amazing!!!! Kate is magic. I have worked with Kate twice now to book two unforgettable vacations to the Riviera Maya area. She truly has taken the stress out of arranging travel for multiple groups. Kate is so nice, helpful, and responsive. She prepares you as much as possible before departure with paperwork, and everything you could need (which is exactly what you need when traveling with a 9 month old!) -- First trip, My sister-in-law and I were trying to plan a trip for the whole family. It got a little crazy trying to coordinate with family leaving from two different cities, and wanting to ensure everyone had a similar price (i.e. no one had to pay a premium just because of where they lived). After striking out multiple times on self-book sites such as Expedia, etc. We ended up with Kate, and she worked her magic. Got all of us comparable packages, as well as coordinated our flights to arrive at the same time. Kate was such a godsend after days of struggling. We ended up at a super kid-friendly resort in Playa del Carmen. The only downside was that it rained the whole week! Didn't stop us from having a great time! -- Second trip... It was a no-brainer, I reached out to Kate from day one. A group of friends were trying to plan an adults-only getaway with very limited date options AND a budget. Kate, once again, did her magic. We ended up back in the Riviera Maya area (no complaints there!) at another amazing resort. My husband and I have traveled to a few resorts, and this one has now become our favorite! -- We know who we're calling next time we need to plan a vacation!

This was the first time I've ever used a travel agent to book a trip and Scott and his team did a phenomenal job selecting recommendations, giving tips, and arranging everything from flights, shuttle to resort, and booking the resort all at a VERY fair price. I didn't do a single thing other than select dates and tell them the area we wanted to go. They were all very knowledgeable about the resort and expectations. Scott was also able to get us a few upgrades without the extra cost. We stayed in Riviera Maya, Mexico at the El Dorado Seaside Suites adult only all inclusive resort for 7 days and 6 nights. I don't have a single complaint and we had no issues with traveling. Beautiful resort with exceptional genuine staff that are eager to please!
