Had an awesome experience with Shiloh on my recent private trip to Israel & Jordan. The itinerary, everything from lodging, tours, and even the flights, were handled by the Shiloh team. They allowed us to get great pricing as well on both the tour and flights. There is plenty of options to work with, and the itinerary is customizable I'd needed! Most are group trips, but they also organize more private or small sized tours. Very much recommended for your travel planning!

Our recent 14-day Europe trip was overall good for the value. The selection of hotels was OK. The air travel including coach transportation, friendly tour guide and excellent safe driver - very good. All lunch and dinner meals served were from local Indian caterers and the service and food was not very appealing. Some of the servers were very rude and disrespectful. Few folks reported becoming ill from food. May we suggest that when visiting foreign countries it is an obvious expectation to enjoy the native food offerings to enhance the overall experience. Remember - food and beverage is a key component of a tour experience. Another challenge we faced was checking in process with hotels was less than desirable experience. This was attributed because two different tour groups - total of 80 people (from Shiloh) arrived at the same time making the check in process a huge inconvenience especially due to constraints of lack of elevator capacity, etc. May we suggest to keep tour groups to stay in separate hotels and that will enhance the experiences. Other than these two aspects, the overall selection of countries, cities and other experiences were satisfactory. Finney and Team, next time please address these two areas of improvement and strive for five stars! Looking forward to future tours from Shiloh! Blessings.

We have used Shiloh Travel & Tours on multiple occasions. Recently for Christmas and new years we incorporated a trip to Singapore and Bangalore. As usual we experienced good customer service, great hotel booking, excellent tour guide service and transportation including the arrangement of airport pick up & drop off. Recently 45 of us went to Europe and it was one of the best tours we have had. Shiloh travels made best arrangements in all the places we visited with best transportation and a hotel accommodation. My husband and I toured Israel with Shiloh Travel and Tours and it was an unforgettable experience. From the beginning, the owner Finny and his agents worked with us and were very accommodating making sure everything went smoothly. The travel agency put our entire trip itinerary together and booked everything for us. We didn’t have to worry about our transportation or accommodations and the food at every location was excellent. We had an incredible time visiting places we wouldn’t have gotten to see on our own. Our trip route was from NY —> Dubai —> Jordan —> Israel —> Egypt —> Dubai —> NY. The sightseeing was beautiful and it was special to experience the Holy Land and see the most significant Biblical places. All of our guides were very friendly, informative and knowledgeable. What made our experience even more personal was that when we arrived back to the States and unpacked, my husband discovered that he had left his jacket in Egypt. We reached out to owner Finny (who happened to be on the trip with us) to tell him. We were unaware, but Finny contacted the hotel staff where we stayed in Egypt to enquire about the jacket. He found out it was there and personally went back and got my husband’s jacket for him. Then he took the jacket to Houston which is where Finny lives and the travel agency is based. My sister lives in Houston and Finny made sure to get the jacket to my sister, who was then able to get the jacket to us. What other agency or owner would do that? We highly recommend booking your travel with Shiloh Travels. They are wonderful people. God bless them for the work they do.

Finny Ommen’s customer service is really appreciable. Last year me and my wife booked for Israel trip and paid the full fare, but due to some unavoidable reasons we have cancelled the trip. My wife bought a flight ticket last year from him to go for a mission trip to North India and told him to keep the balance of the Israel trip money with him as she wants to go to Israel next year. Due to Covid19 pandemic there is uncertainty to plan another vacation In the near future. So, today my wife called Finny to return the balance money. We are so glad that within 1 hour he personally came to our home and returned the full balance amount without deducting any cancellation fees. That is his customer service. We just returned from a 10 day trip to the holy land (jordan, Palestine, israel & egypt) with Finny’s company-Shiloh Tours & Travel. What a great experience! Shiloh partners with local guides/companies to ensure the best experience for its travelers & it worked really well. From having every detail thought through (all transportation including to/from airport & all meals), they even did nice things like give out t-shirts, notepads & provide snacks to a hungry bus. The hotels chosen were truly great (millennium in Palestine, Sheraton in Cairo, movenpick in taba, holiday inn in Jordan) & the food at both the hotels (breakfast & dinner) & the lunch locations chosen were top notch, had great variety & local flare. Finny also ensured we had wakeup calls (due to very early mornings) & ensured we remained hydrated by distributing water (although a simple thing, I know this isn’t done by all). While the trip doesn’t allow you to go in depth, it’s a first class experience as an overview of significant events & locations that shape our faith. The buses are comfortable & Finny truly goes out of his way to make things right if things don’t go as planned (which they sometimes won’t because we are only human). I highly recommend this company!

I booked tickets through Shiloh Travels and then covid happened. I also booked another set of tickets through vayama. As you know vayama is a big agency, for 6 months there was no response from vayama, but shiloh travels had customer service all through the covid season and they went above and beyond to get my refund processed. You can trust them.When i rebook my tickets it will be through Shiloh Travels.

Thank you all for viewing my posts and pictures of our Israel and Jordan visit on Facebook and Instagram, we really enjoyed our Israel trip! As a Christian, this trip was very blessed, we could see the reality of The Holy Bible, the places where our Lord JESUS CHRIST walked and the other characters of the Bible. Bible is indeed The Word of God and every Word in it is true and real. The Arabic guide who was born and raised in Israel, spoke about the history, landmarks, prominent names (Abraham, Elijah, Ruth and Boaz, David, Solomon and the rest of them), it was amazing to see the real places they lived and being told all this by a non Christian who has lived here for generations (his grandfather was an archeologist), his perspective was that of being a local living there but to us as Christians these reports just confirmed what we have read since Sunday school. I considered this trip because of my brother Finny (Shiloh travels), his reports about the place. I’m glad I got to visit Israel, now reading Bible is more realistic as I can mentally imagine and connect the story to the actual locations. I would encourage every Christian or anyone who wants to know about the Bible to visit these places. The whole trip was well organized (I went to also check out how organized he is 😉 I was not disappointed 😊😀, he outdid my expectations 😍 Anyone interested can contact Finny (Shiloh travels) May God bless you all! Just completed a 14 days 10 country Europe trip with Shiloh Travels. We were a group of 52 people met in London on May 2nd and started the journey from there. It was an amazing experience for us. Shiloh Travels first time included a Eurostar train journey in the package and it was a remarkable experience. Finny Oommen the Proprietor of Shiloh Travels was accompanied with us all along. He made an enjoyable atmosphere all along. Food was amazing with multiple varitey including local foods. Accomodations were all 4 stars hotels and they were all in city center locations. Met with a whole new group of folks and truly made friendship with all of them. Just want to mention Geethu Raj from Shiloh Travels for such a wonderful co-ordination. In addition one thing I must say, we a family of Six booked this tour prior to Covid and paid $18,000 over 3 years ago. Finny promissed that whenever we are ready to travel, he will credit the money back. After three years he kept his promise. Truly a trustworthy person. Overall the trip was more exciting than I imagined and looking forward for future trips with Shiloh Travels and recommending them for anyone who really want to enjoy trips with their various vacation packages!!!.
