We enjoyed our fun in the sun day cruise! We were excited because got to see a whale! We also saw some sea turtles and got to sit and relax as we sailed. If you are wanting laid back and relaxing, this is for you! The drinks were great and pricing was good! The staff are all so friendly!

Just had a tour with Makani and absolutely loved it! Lots of space and great views on the two-hour tour to relax and look at the scenery and wildlife. We saw multiple turtles, flying fish, and a crazy long dragon-looking fish I have no idea what it was and more. The staff were so colorful and fun and I had a blast getting a few drinks and chatting a bit. What an awesome experience, I hear you can charter the boat with a group and that sounds awesome! I definitely want to take another ride in the future, wow!

Large catamaran with plenty of spapce 2 bathrooms on board. This crew was fun and informative. We took a two hour ride @ 2pm. Boat was clean and crew was friendly with everyone. We motored out to the sea for quite a bit. We saw spinning dolphins, sea turtles and got a great view of Diamond Head. They did have alcohol for sale on board the Catamaran and they do take credit cards and cash. This is a must do activity just make sure to reapply your sunscreen before boarding.

Boat is spectacular. The crew is friendly. Hawaii itself provides all the rest. The view of Diamond head from the water is a must see. We didn't see any ocean life but hard to put that in as a demand.

Captain Brad and his crew Pancho and Brad took real good care of us! We got spectacular views of Waikiki and Diamond Head (though we spotted no whales on this voyage). If you purchase a Go Oahu 3-day pass, a sunset catamaran excursion with Makani is included, with open bar. I highly recommend passion-orange-guava juice with a dash of coconut rum. Make sure to drink plenty of water too. Tip these lovely souls well!

We did the 2pm catamaran ride mainly because it was an option for the Go Oahu Pass. It was SOOO amazing! All of the employees on the boat were hardworking and friendly, like they wanted to be there. The ride was so fun--parts were powering through waves, and parts were under sail power. They didn't pack it to full, so there was room for everyone. Pretty much everyone that wanted to sit on the nets had space to do so, and there were other options both above board and inside for people that didn't want to. We sat right at the very front of the net and had the best of views and great breezes. I would highly recommend this!

Wonderful experience and crew. Loved that they gave tips for people that are prone to seasickness like myself (sit in the back of the boat, avoid going inside the cabin, etc.). The drinks and music were decent and they kept the group size small enough that I was able to keep enough personal space and enjoy the views. PS - I used my GoCity pass to book this the day of and was very impressed that they were able to get me in. Also, stop by the food truck for the pineapple smoothies in a fresh pineapple on your way there or out - they were delicious and can be brought onboard!

Very friendly and helpful staff, my daughter and I both felt sea sick on the ride and they helped us with ice, aromatherapy and buckets. The rest of the family really enjoyed the excursion, so I would just recommend taking motion sickness meds so that you can enjoy the full experience! Nice length of trip and fun atmosphere 😊 …

Great sail along the ocean! Views were breathtaking and the breeze was wonderful on such a hot day. The staff were very friendly and helpful and were also fantastic bartenders! Would definitely recommend this!

I had a great time. 2 hour sunset sail with unlimited drinks but only 2 hours so I could only drink so much. Lol I would recommend either staying close to this area, get an Uber, taxi or have someone as a designated driver. The Captain Christian was great and her crew. They had fun and were fun to be around. Happy 21st bday to Malia.

Wonderful sunset sailing. The crew was very friendly and fun. Coming from a land locked state and I have never been on a catamaran, this experience was awesome. Beautiful views of the sunset and the cityscape. The crew really knows what they need to do in a service oriented business. They earned every star.

I would rate 6 stars if humanly possible. The crew was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. The cocktails are great, get the souvenir cup and get blasted. Tip your bartenders heavy early on and they'll look out for you. If we had time we'd do it again!

Great way to see another view of Honolulu! We got lucky and was able to see a mom and baby humpback whale. Great for families (although I would recommend children older than 6 as it might be a little more relaxing without the worry)

An absolutely gorgeous ride! The crew takes you out from the harbor near downtown Honolulu past Waikiki several hundred feet from the shore. You go out towards diamond head and then out to sea a bit where they open up the sail. There are drinks you can buy onboard both alcoholic and non, the crew is great at what they do and very kind, and the views are stunning as well! The best part is you have the chance to see turtles, seals, and other wildlife on the trip which makes it worthwhile although not guaranteed. Parking is available right across from the check-in booth in the harbor area with a pay station in the middle of where the spots are. If you struggle with motion sickness then the front of the boat is better than the rear to me since I struggle with that as well.

Breathtaking views! The staff was awesome and ensured that everyone was having a good time. We didn't see any wildlife (thought I saw some turtles from a distance), but it was still a lot of fun! We ordered mai tais and enjoyed them on the catamaran. We got to see most of the southwest side of the coast, including Diamondhead. It wa s a beautiful day!

This is the second time my wife and I did the Makani Catamaran, but the first time with our son, his partner, and my wife's Mom. It's such a beautiful, fun, and relaxing excursion, and I highly recommend doing it as a family event, or especially the sunset cruise where alcohol and other refreshments are served. Catamaran cruises around Honolulu-Waikiki area, just past Diamond Head. Expect to see sea turtles, dolphins, amazing scenery, and enjoy the ocean spray on your face! So much fun! 😊

My first full day in Hawaii and we were welcomed aboard the Makani catamaran for a 2 hour sail along Waikiki beach. It was my nephew's birthday and my sister got the crew to lead everyone in the birthday song for him and another young man aboard the vessel. We got to see some spinner dolphins and a turtle. The views of diamond head and Waikiki were stunning and so were the 2 first mates. (Sorry I can't remember their names after the long island and mai tai's they made me) lol. Very hospitable and knowledgeable. Definitely will book them my next visit to Oahu. You should too.

Great experience!! We took the Friday fireworks cruise and it was just awesome. We got there 30 minutes before boarding, weren't sure about parking, but the previous cruise had just finished unloading so a bunch of spots started opening up. We grabbed some dole whip as that was right next to their ticketing kiosk (special treat!) We could see the crew working hard to clean the cabin, restock ice and drinks, and make sure we could all board on time. At loading time, the crew made sure my mother, who walks with a cane, was given plenty of support getting on the boat and to a comfortable spot on a large beanbag right in the front above the mesh. They even offered to bring her a drink after their 5 minute safety spiel. So thoughtful! The cocktails were tasty, not sure if they were so strong or the ride was bumpy (or maybe I'm just a cheap date these days) but definitely enjoyed the feeling. The crew tending to drinks were super fast in serving and funny to boot. After watching the fireworks we continued on down the Waikiki coastline and took some great pics. The Captain and crew were chatting and interacting with us, felt really special on this boat. There were a couple returners, it was great hearing their positive comments, and a bunch of first-timers too. On our way back, the ride was very smooth (or maybe my buzz faded?) and there was an impromptu dance party inside the cabin and on the deck, fun times!! Can't imagine a Hawaii vacation without this catamaran ride!

Went out on the evening sunset cruise with the 3 R crew. Had a great time even though the wife was a little queasy. Just glad it was pretty flat. Plenty of room for all. Had some nice views of the shoreline, didn’t see any marine life on this night and the sunset was not happening because of the cloud cover, but that wasn’t a big deal. Had some great drinks and met some really nice people aboard. The crew was very friendly and they were really entertaining. Would definitely recommend it to anyone and I would like to revisit them on next trip to see how they are doing.

Great sunset cruise. The guys who wrk the bar are awesome, the captain is cool too. I only wish they served finger foods or something light to munch on while you are enjoying those unlimited drinks. I will advise you to pack your own snacks if you plan on getting the most out of your unlimited drink wristband. Also I think all of the speakers were below deck. Would've been great to hear the music up top as well. Overall I enjoyed it.

We went there for sunset sail and it’s very beautiful. The sail is gentle and everyone can enjoy it. The boat is neat and the crew are nice. But could have included some activities for the price they are charging. And I also thinks the drink offerings are very limited. A little longer sail time + Couple of activities like dolphin watching our turtles + More drink choices would make this sail a very good option

We did the Fun in the Sun Sail. It was OK. Crew were not has interactive as other water tours we took. It was very laid back that some would very much enjoy. There wasn't much for sea life except for snorkelling humans. Sitting on the mesh was enjoyable as was going south towards Diamond Head whereas other tours we took went north.

Gonna be honest, I didn’t think this was going to be as fun as it was. The crew made it an absolute blast! Amazing drinks, amazing views and the perfect amount of boat time. Next time we’re in Hawaii we will be taking the sunset cruise with Makani and hopefully we get Josiah and Roberto again!

Just finished an amazing sunset cruise on the Makani catamaran with my daughter, son in-law and 11 month granddaughter. We enjoyed the entire experience. Would highly recommend this company. Boat was clean, staff was helpful and friendly, and views were spectacular. Found a deal on Groupon. Purchase and booking were seamless.

Such a great time! Captain and team were all super great and fun! I looked through groupon first and found a deal and then used the codes to purchase a sailing on their website. They offer 3 to 4 sailings a day and one of those is a sunset one. Booking was easy and simple. Day before they ask our group to fill out a checkin form online and to come 30 min before tour starts. If you come 15 min before that is okay too. Its hot there waiting as there is limited shade around the area. We booked a 2pm weekday and there was a bento food area next to it so if you wanted to bring food i think that was okay. They do serve alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks on board for a fee. Parking was easy too. On their website it tells you options of where to park either at the pier area, near ala moana beach park, or near ward village. All easy quick walks to the catamaran. When you first board they tell you the rules and then you can explore the boat for the rest of the 2 hours urself. Fun experience. We only saw flying fish and turtles this time.

I highly recommend booking a boat trip with this cruise line. The boat is very clean. The restroom is clean they keep the quarters downstairs and up top clean. They have amazing drinks the bartenders are amazing. They will even let you sail the ship if it is your birthday.

My family of 4 took the Sunset Catamaran sail in Waikiki in Feb 2023 and it was an amazing experience. Captain and entire staff we very welcoming, friendly and knowledgeable. Staff kept on the lookout for whales, pointed them out to us and stopped the boat so we could view and video. One of our favourite excursions and not to be missed. Highly recommend! We would do it again.

We got this as an event through city go pass. It was 100% worth it. 2 hours of sailing in the ocean. We got to see dolphins and sea turtles multiple times. The crew was great and funny. The drinks on the boat were fantastic have to try the high tide. There is no food so bring ur own food. They don’t stop to swim so it’s just a chill activity. There are bathrooms on board

Great excursion along the shoreline! Beautiful views of Moloka'i and Diamond Head. The crew is very experienced in sailing and very knowledgeable of the marine life. We saw sea turtles, spinner dolphins, and a humpback whale on our tour! Very worth it, and if you're lucky you'll get the full experience like we did! I recommend this company for anyone interested in seeing Hawaii from the sea :)

Every time I come to Oahu I make it a point to make a reservation at Makani Catamaran. I took my family on the Sunset Sail this time and we had the best time. Definitely recommend, was worth the money for sure! Josiah was amazing and helped us out tremendously and got us in contact with Ana to make sure our reservation was correct. Also, Julies Mai Tai are the best on earth hands down! Please go and check them out.

This experience was so lovely. Service from the get-go was great! Super friendly and kind. They make you feel like family right off the bat and set the tone for the rest of the journey. The bartender is a sweet heart, Drink prices are awesome, get the refillable cup!! The ride doesn't feel as long as it truly is, it's just pleasant and relaxing. Got to experience a Hawaiian sunset with my loved ones and great company. This company is great, if you can make some time during your trip to unwind and take a little romantic boat ride, do it! You won't regret it, especially not with Makani!

We took the sunset cruise on Makani and really enjoyed our experience. Crew was super friendly and knowledgeable. Drinks were included with the tour. Parking is available in the nearby lot, about $3 per hour. I would highly recommend doing Makani.

Booked the Friday night fireworks cruise on Groupon for two people and requested hotel pickup. The staff was very kind and friendly. The boat was clean and had a bathroom. The cruise included open bar which was nice and allowed Venmo for tip. The boat was farther away from the fireworks than I expected but overall cool experience. The only downside was the mishap with our shuttle pickup. Our email informed us that our shuttle will pick us up at our hotel to head to the dock, however, the shuttle never came and instead it was a taxi driver that called and said that they were supposed to pick me up at some other location even though the email clearly stated that I will get picked up at the hotel. The taxi driver said he had to call back his boss (?) and then eventually came to pick us up. The boat company then called to confirm our reservation as she said that all the shuttle people have been picked up already which was very confusing. In the end we were able to make it to our reservation thankfully and the staff was super cool about it. The miscommunication with the transportation was a little frustrating but overall fun experience! Will definitely try the sunset cruise next time.

Hands down the best experience we had in Hawaii. We chose to do the sunset sail with open bar and it was fabulous. The staff are the nicest people and when we missed out first day they were happy to reschedule for us no charge. We will literally go back for the same sail every time and probably try some of the other excursions as well. It’s a must!

We took the dinner sunset cruise for our anniversary. It was breathtaking and you could actually see that the staff enjoyed their jobs. Buffet dinner and you can buy a plastic cup with a lid and straw for unlimited refills. I also liked the feeling that it wasn't overcrowded. They can only take about 25 people (I think) so it felt very intimate. It was a great way to end our day.

Excellent crew that really treated us special for our sunset Cruise. They made sure to speed out for a chance to see whales(mid January) and we did. The food was delicious and although buffet style still warm and fresh. The weather was a bit calm for sailing but with the motor and stiff drinks no one really cared. One of my best experiences on my vacation. It was just so beautiful and relaxing. The crew was very nice. And I have to appreciate how nice they were because we had an Excursion that ended at 12 p.m. and this catamaran ride we had scheduled at 1 p.m. and I didn't realize how much traffic was going to hold us up. We literally pulled up to the catamaran at 12:58. When check-in was at 12:30. So I was very grateful that they were still so nice to us considering how late we were. The bartender was amazing. And the drinks were great. We got to see turtles and dolphins. And it was just a really great ride. Definitely spend the money and go. It's worth it

So much fun to go sailing with these guys and gals. The bar on board makes the best amaretto sour, drink half then top it off with pineapple juice. The wind at your face as you glance back at Diamond Head and Waikiki make this such a memorable moment. Thanks to the crew for a great time.

My wife and I took the Honolulu City Lights Sunset Dinner Sail on our Anniversary and we had a fantastic time. The crew was outstanding, very friendly and accommodating. The food was much better than I expected from a buffet on a sailboat with a staff of 3 people, very nice. The drinks were well made and not watered down. Of course the highlight was the scenery! It was very cloudy, so the sunset was not the most spectacular, but regardless of that the trip was amazing. Even with the clouds the sunset was beautiful, and the views of the ocean and city line were incredible. I don't know what could have made this a better experience, very well done!

Great night cruise, tasty food, and awesome drinks. I had the Blue Hawaiian with coconut rum. The food was buffet style and was excellent. The best meal I had on this type of excursion and I’ve been on several. Had me smacking my lips it was so good!! Side note...the seas in Hawaii can be rough. The only bad time on this cruise was dodging the people who got sick. And no, it wasn’t the food and it was a really calm night. So please, if you have a sensitive stomach just stay home....don’t ruin it for everyone🤬🤢

The staff was amazing. Very thorough in their safety briefing and very friendly. I really enjoyed the snorkeling tour. Although I was hoping to see more turtles in an area called turtle cove. The catamaran was spacious and comfortable. The day we went on the tour, it was a bit windy and so the waves were very rocky so a few people got sea sick but the staff was very helpful and understanding of the fact. I would definitely recommend Makani Catamaran and their snorkeling tour.

This excursion was truly amazing. The staff was friendly, funny and helpful. The open bar was awesome, and the boat itself wasn’t too crowded which I appreciated. They also played music the whole time for a nice vibe. Here’s where they went above and beyond. I get really bad motion sickness, but I’ve been trying out a new medication which had seemed promising thus far so I went on the 2 hour sail. The first 30 minutes were amazing, but I spent the last hour and a half hunched over a bucket. I’m used to this, it happens to me often. But I have NEVER had anyone take care of me as well as Poncho did on this boat. He got ice for my neck, a bucket, essential oil to soothe me, and sprite to calm my stomach. After I’d thrown up, he even cleaned out the bucket for me. A true champ. I wouldn’t go again for obvious reasons but I can’t recommend this excursion highly enough. Highly highly recommend for those who don’t suffer from motion sickness.

Mai Tai in a souvenir cup for $8 and I use the cup every day now as a memory of this amazing experience. Very fun to go out 'sailing' on the ocean around Waikiki bay. I put sailing in quotes because we were only able to use engine power since they said the winds were too strong to put up the sails. We got to see a couple of whale spouts and 2 green sea turtles. I wish they had some selections of snacks to purchase, but they only had drinks. I think they need more options for seating forward facing out in the open front of the boat. The only space was on a net over the water with some cushions along the back. I didn't get to try if they were comfortable because they were all occupied by others before we could choose our seats. I ended up standing most of the time in the front little nook (I don't know what to call the space there) so that I could feel the sea breeze and see the sights. There was inside covered seating but it was hard to see anything and was a little stuffy.

The sail was 2 hours, we had plenty of places to sit on the catamaran, and they even had a bar! It was so fun to sip tropical drinks while searching for dolphins and turtles, both of which we saw! I highly recommend adding this to your itinerary!

They did not have a blender so me and another pregnant woman sat there talking about how good a frozen pina cold-a would have been. Went for their dinner/sunset sail using go oahu package. They provide a complimentary small cup of drink/cocktail. You may top up USD8 for a souvenir cup with unlimited refills. Dinner is buffet type with around 5 types of food provided. The weather wasn't good on that day so there were no sunset witnessed. The whole sail took around 1.5hours. With go oahu card, it is worth to go if weather is good. If not, expect to pay about USD93 for an adult.

It was okay. I felt like this cruise didnt quite know what it wanted to be, and tried to be everything. Was it a booze cruise? No, it didnt quite have that party vibe, but it did sell alcohol and how to purchase the alcohol was part of the safety briefing. Was it a tour with historical or nature facts? Not really, but there was someone on the bow of the boat explaining about sea turtles and diamond head. He needed a speaker though. Was it an sea-life watching cruise (whales, flying fish, turtles, dolphins, like it said on the website)? Well, we saw a turtle!!! But that's all we saw. I felt like we didn't really go out far enough to find anything, or that we were even really looking for anything. It was relaxing and enjoyable, but could have been better if it were more focused. I went using the "go city oahu pass" and I get the idea that the majority of their patrons come from that pass.

Nice and clear sailing boat. All the crew was friendly and helpful. As our sail was post noon, many people did throw up during the sail, but the crew was carefully watching for anyone who was even showing symptoms or seemed like they probably weren't feeling great. They served chilled alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks for few dollars which was great on the hot day. They showed us few turtles, but we didn't see any other dishes during our sail.

Our tour became a rescue boat. Capt. Brad and crew were amazing and saved a man's life that had fallen out of his kayak after they were carried too far out. Also, helped his family. This was not the planned tour but it was even better being able to see how they jumped into action and saved someone from potentially drowning. I would recommend this tour to anyone.

At one point, they stopped the motor and we were going on just wind power with the sail and it was amazing! Super bumpy and wavy and you get splashed so careful if you get seasick. First impressions were not good. The lady who checked us in was extremely rude (she was upset about some policy change. She was yelling about it with another employee.) They demand you get there at 430pm and don't let you board till 5p. Honestly, you can get there at 445p and have plenty of time to spare. The rest of the crew made the experience amazing! Food was decent and the drink prices were super reasonable. I/we would do it again. I did not do this cruise but i would not recommend paying the extra money (if you have the go Oahu card) for the fireworks cruise. The Waikiki fireworks are about 5 minutes long and do not justify the extra $50.

A great catamaran trip! We were scheduled for a sunset tour the last night of our trip. However rain and rough seas forced them to postpone. We were offered an early morning sail instead at it was fantastic. Robert was incredibly helpful getting us rebooked and working with us and our GoOahu cards. He apologized multiple times and obviously felt bad even while being bombarded by everyone calling to reschedule. He was awesome! The crew on the ship was great too! A particular mahalo to Gary for pointing out nearby islands, turtles and a dolphin pod. Had so much fun and would highly recommend!

It was a nice sail, first we motored by a group that was snorkeling with sea turtles and did manage to spot a couple, then out under sail some dolphins frolicked out in front of the boat before speeding under us and away. Great views of Honolulu and a relaxing way to spend an afternoon. Bring your sunblock though! And maybe something for shade while you’re waiting to check in, the marina is very sunny and hot.

Nice two hour tour. We bought the go card Oahu and used that. Had we not had the go card we probably would not have spent the money on the tour. Unfortunately the only sea life we saw were a couple sea turtles bobbing in the water. They have a bar on board so you can buy drinks. Pretty views of the shoreline.

A catamaran by nature is a more steady platform so you won’t have the rolling of a mono hull. I highly recommend this boat and crew for the most excellent Sunset Cruise.

This trip was just OK. Nothing special. They call it a sailing excursion but there really is no sailing at all. It is a catamaran and people can sit pretty much wherever they want on the boat but the sails never go up and all you hear is the diesel engines pushing you through the water. There’s a small bar which serves alcoholic and nonalcoholic drinks but no other food. We were able to spot a couple of turtles which was nice but the last 30 minutes or so it seems like we were all itching just to be done with the tour.

First time on a catamaran and it was so fun and relaxing! Great views of Honolulu and Diamond Head crater. They serve all kinds of drinks, too (although we didn't partake, they looked good! ) We saw several turtles and flying fish! It was a very memorable experience!

Went on the sunset dinner sail as part of the Go Oahu premium. While still good, food tasted like Chinese take out. You can sit anywhere you want on the boat, including while eating since there was only one table. Drinks were pretty cheap and fairly strong. It was nice overall, but it seemed too cheap to be a premium. I would recommend doing another premium and paying for the sunset dinner sail separately.

Waves were too high to be able to snorkel and see the turtles. No problem there, they told us we could have a rain check for a later date or we would get a 50% refund. We ended up just sailing around off the coast of Honolulu for three hours, which of course was cool. Only complaint is that they only gave us a 30% refund instead of 50% like we were told.

I would give five stars. The crew and boat was so fun and professional. The cruise around the beach from the pier to diamond head and back was awesome. Plus we saw some sea turtles. And we got some great water splashing in the front. Two drinks were included. The only part that was bad was the ticket and reservation counter lady. She was in a grouchy mood and obviously did not like her job.

First of all, I had no idea what a Catamaran was and I went on it because it wa already organized for my group. I knew it was a boat of sorts but I could not have imagined what it looked like, so obviously I was surprised when I saw what it looked like. It was a great experience on the boat and the crew was extremely helpful and kind to us all. On our boat trip we were lucky enough to see a few whales in the ocean, and the crew was happy to point out when they were about to surface so we could all get a good look at them. At the end of the boat trip when we began to make our way to land, the crew did something unorthodox and allowed us to jump off the back of the boat and swim around. One of the crew members found a sea urchin and let us hold it in our hands which is a feeling I will never forget. Overall the catamaran was a great experience.

Fantastic weather, yummy Mai Tais, saw dolphins, sea turtles and even some flying fish! Highly recommend getting the refillable cup if you have more than the 1 drink that's included.

Did the early morning scuba and lunch. 5 stars. We got the groupon and tried to time weather best we could. Day was perfect cruise was so fun and even my wife enjoyed it and she gets scared easily. Food was ok. But in a city of 40 dollar parking and 350+ rooms 60 bucks for this is the best deal you will find for such a great time spent.

We took the afternoon cruise. The boat itself is very nice and does a little tour of the ocean. You get a drink ticket with the cruise which is nice. They are not particularly organised, they say you should be there at 12:00 for a 1:00 sailing, but they do not show up until 12:30.

We went because we wanted to see whales. And we did see 2 from afar! The food was mediocre and ran out (there were probably 40 people on our boat!) The drinks were ok (free drink was maybe 8oz, $8 refill cup got you maybe 16 oz for the same price once you bought the cup). I enjoyed the sail, but don't go into it expecting any kind of exclusive experience. We were crammed in tourists.

Prices are very high for what you get. the view of the sunset is amazing but other than that, you don't get much else. dinner provided looked like cheap Chinese take out and the fireworks were good about 4 minutes long. I wouldn't do this cruise again because the prices are very high for what you get.

The great thing is you get 1 complimentary alcoholic beverage with your pass too. Both the High Tide & Mai Tai were perfect. While it doesn't include food, they do allow you to bring your own. This sail is a perfect photo op of Waikiki and Diamond Head.

Take motion sickness pills the night before if you tend to get sea sick. Don't wait until you're on the boat. It is rocky. Try staying grounded on the deck. Upper deck is better. Good fun though, as long as you don't get sick. Staff is friendly.

Fiance and i came here after i proposed to her and it was the best way to cap of the evening. The boat arrived and left on time. The captain was funny and chill. The bartended made STRONG drinks and food was surprisingly pretty damn good! We had an Amazing time! We did use our Go passes for this and upgraded from the day tour to the evening dinner tour. This way, we could use our "premium" attraction for the dolphin encounter instead of using it for the dinner sail and still get both!. Tip: Bring a sweater as it does get cold and windy out in the ocean!

Excelent choice!! We met a lot of people from different parts of the world, did Whale watching (we were lucky to see lots of whales jumping around). There is a bar full of great beer, cocktails, juice and pop for the little ones. The catamaran experience is a must, and you'll get a great shot of the Ohau's skyline and Diamond Head Crater. Bring lots of sunscreen, and be ready with your camera to take that snapshot of a whale.

It was a boat ride in nice weather with terrific staff, but it's Hawaii and there are better ways to invest your vacation time and $. A local had recommended a catamaran ride (use Groupon to cut the cost in half) as a great way to see whales and dolphins... not on this trip. I had much better luck driving to the east coast of Oahu for that, saw dozens of spouts around Lenai lookout and Sandy Beach area.

The waters off Waikiki are beautiful, the food was great however we left 25 minutes late and came back 20 minutes early, and no sails up when other cats out were under sail so it was more a two hour cruise than a three hour sunset sail. Maybe check other catamaran charters.

Beautiful, relaxing voyage and I didn't even get seasick .I saw a sea turtle, and a jellyfish. The crew were kind and helpful to all who sailed the boat with me.

For the cost I wasn't impressed. Went on a far cheaper catamaran a few days before and had a better experience. Food is OK. $7 for a can beer? I'd suggest elsewhere.

Really boring "sail" out of downtown Honolulu. Motored the whole way, no education, non-interactive staff. If you've never been on a boat, this might be exciting or fun for you.
