Jordan helped us plan a trip to Disney World, scheduled for April 2022. We booked a little over a year prior to that and she could not have been more helpful and responsive to us throughout the whole process! My husband initially did not want to have a travel agent help us plan this trip; a few months before we left, he told me that he was so wrong about that and that he was so glad that Jordan was there to guide us. We ended up having to cut our trip short due to illness; Jordan was helpful to us with these circumstances, too, even though she was less than 24 hours away from leaving for a trip to Disney World with her own family! We are so grateful to Jordan for all of her help and we will be contacting her when we plan future trips to Disney and other locations that fall under the Fantastical Vacations umbrella. Jordan gave us incredible support before, during, and after our visit, including working with the resort to make sure we got the benefits we were promised, and following up about an issue that happened during the trip. I can’t say enough good things about Jordan. We had never worked with an agent before and my husband was hesitant as he likes to plan on his own. For our trip to Universal Studios we both agreed this was a dream having everything done for us - the research on the hotels, our budget, what would suit our needs best, etc. Jordan had the best recommendations for food and things to see and helped us with all the random questions (strollers, transportation to the parks, shuttles, pack-n-plays, etc). Before we left we had a print out of all the things we would need to know and felt so taken care of. We hope to do Disney in a few years and already plan to work with Jordan. So grateful.

With so many big changes to the parks in the past few years, however, we decided to contact Jordan for a little extra insight and guidance. We are very glad we did! She patiently and thoroughly answered our many questions about the new Genie, Genie+, and Lightning Lane programs as well as updated us on new health and safety guidelines, reviewed changes to park hopping, and helped us find and book transportation to and from the airport now that the Magical Express is no more.
