Jaya Travels provides an Awesome Customer Service! Bhavani assisted my travel booking in Air India. After confirming the ticket on specific dates requested by me, I had to change the dates within couple of hours. Recently when the flight got cancelled and ground crew left it to ourselves to figure out alternate options, we contacted Bhavani, and she was able to help us with finding tickets in the next plane. Jaya Travels Team did it again.... this time it was exceptional. We had family emergency in India at Midnight of Dec 31 and needed to travel on New Years Day. Jaya Travels team lead by Keyur Shah once again came to our rescue. We got help and response at 2:30 AM (EST) on New Years Day. They came up with a great solution to enable travel and enable us to be next to our family when they needed it the most. The more surprising part was that even after ticketing they made arrangements so that our family member would not get stuck at port of entry and also got tickets upgraded to business class for just $300. Great job Jaya Travels management for having and preserving an OUTSTANDING team, that is available to anytime of the day. This type of experience can make anyone forget the ONLINE Services and start believing in local travel agency with true customer service.

My wife had to travel to India for a family emergency. We called up Jaya Travel to get us a booking in 8 hours. They not only took care of the booking, but provided us with a lot of information on the travel aspects. Additionally they also monitored the situation with the airlines and called us with alternate bookings. This is very very much appreciated. They basically took care of all our travel needs without us having to worry about it, and we are very thankful for it. Keyur was excellent. He had also helped us earlier this year when we had to travel but couldn't due to the pandemic.

Very Satisfied with the booking process. Got the best deal, after shopping around for a bit. Bhavani is very helpful and courteous. Best thing is she picked up on my travel requirements very quickly, and did not have to do much back and forth. My Korean Air flight was cancelled from the Philippines to Incheon on March 29, 2020 when a chartered plane caught fire on the runway. Before the cancellation was officially announced, I had already contacted and informed my travel agent Elsa Sagun on what was happening. She was already on standby, and when the cancellation was officially announced, she was ready and started working to rebook my ticket. She was very patient bec the airline took quite a long time to open my status, so she could rebook my ticket and she was on the phone with them for a long time. She really did an EXCELLENT job in getting my ticket rebooked. And I couldn't thank her enough for everything she did for me. I think I was the only one among the passengers on that flight who was not stressed at all because I knew I had my awesome travel agent working on my behalf.
