To a surprise upgrade to return to the airport. Definitely made saying goodbye less tearful. Arranging an all day tour with the perfect quiet and accomplished items on my bucket list in one trip. Attention to detail and got to know exactly what would fit my needs and my personality. Simply impressed and 100% happy!

We were not quite sure what we wanted when we contacted her, but she was able to put together several options for us to choose from and personalized them as we went. She was attentive to our requests and happy to answer questions. Liv was on the spot and able to meet with us on short notice to finalize some details before our trip. During our vacation, she was available and quick to reply to questions and line up some additional transportation.
Q SThis was my first vacation outside of the U.S. We traveled to the Secrets resort Akumal, Mexico. Olivia took care of everything from the airline flights to the 9 days we stayed at the resort. She was more than just the travel agent. She went out of her way to think of all the small things that a vacationer might not think of. She presented options for excursions while we were there. Her contact to see the Mayan ruins was the best guide, he was like seeing an old friend. Had the best time!! She organized the ride from the airport to the resort as well as the transport back to the airport at the end of the vacation. She took care of it all. Her thoughtfulness made my first real vacation a great one! Great job and thanks to her, most definitely will book through her again and again.
