We had a great experience with Jess! The hardest part of any vacation for us is getting all the reservations and paperwork organized in order to fully relax and enjoy our trip upon arrival. Having Jess really made that so much easier! She was easy to get a hold of and responsive. Anytime we thought we may want to try something new or add another excursion she was quick to help. We took our first trip to Hawaii January 2022. She helped us decide on an island and made great suggestions for what we could all do while there. We ended up with Maui and so glad we did.

I absolutely recommend working with Jess at Vida Travel Co. She gave us lots of options to choose from for an all-inclusive vacation for our family of 5. She kept us informed of all travel restrictions and requirements that are now in place due to Covid. The app she uses puts all the important information in one place. Jess is responsive and listened well to what we were looking for in our vacation. She arranged our ground transportation which took all the stress out of arrival. My spouse and I just got back from an amazing 7-day trip to Wales! Jessica was great to work with throughly the process, and we fully plan to work with her again, especially for international travel! Jessica helped us identify what was important to us on the trip. What we wanted to do and what we didn’t care for. She booked bed and breakfast sites for lodging, flights to and from, rental car, and a few activities while we were there. She then provided us with a jam-packed itinerary of suggested sightseeing for each day. It was the perfect mix of scheduled activities and flexible fun that we could determine what we wanted to do any given day. We will definitely be working with Jessica again!

My son and I were going to take our first trip to Europe. Jessica helped us plan the trip from beginning to end. We traveled from Rome to Paris and everywhere in between. She took care of both private and group tours, transfers with cars and even water taxis. The tours were amazing and informative. Jessica even helped us when we missed a tour and was able to reschedule another for us. Our trip did not miss a beat. We traveled on foot, bus, car, taxi, Metro, boat, gondola and train. The hotels we stayed in were fantastic. I cannot highly enough recommend her services when you are planning your getaway. This was a once in a lifetime and we will never forget it. Overwhelmed with the number of choices, we reached out to Jessica at Vida Travel Co to help. We had an initial phone conversation where we talked about what we wanted out of the trip and she set to work finding us some options. The resort we settled on was perfect and was everything that we were looking for. Jessica was great throughout the process. She was quick to answer calls and emails and sent us a bunch of detailed information a few weeks before our trip. It even included helpful tips for traveling with a toddler. We did have an issue with our room once we got to the resort and Jessica was quick to get it taken care of, even though she was traveling herself. Jessica has done an amazing job helping with our trips to Mexico for the past two years. She goes above and beyond during off hours to make sure everything goes as smoothly as possible. She even helped most of Mother’s Day this year when my husband lost his passport two days before we left for our honeymoon. It’s been 3 months since we got home from our trip to Hawaii and we are still singing Jess’s praises! Her work was the difference in our trip being a total cluster, and it allowing us to actually vacation. With Covid precautions and the island getting flooded and evacuated while we were there it could’ve been so stressful, yet she was ready for everything we encountered at all times! We will pay for this service for every single trip in the future, hands down the best money we spent when it comes to vacation expenses. Not only did she take care of all of the little things for us, but she also took care of the big things too to make sure we had the trip we were hoping for. She was diligent in researching what we wanted, how to make that happen, and then scheduling everything for us. It was like having a personal assistant for our trip…we told her what we wanted, she got right to work on making it all come together, and then packaged all of the details up for us in an organized itinerary that we could keep on our phones and also share with our family members back home if we wanted them to know where we were. We would pay for this service 10 times over and it’d still be worth the money! If you want to truly vacation and not stress about what’s going on where and when you need to be there and make sure you have all of the confirmation numbers/proof of purchase info…call Jess! She makes it so so simple and streamlined! She is prepared, so responsive, and truly wants you to have the best time that she can create for you!

We got engaged during the planning phase (surprise!!) and without skipping a beat, Jessica was able to help us pull off an unforgettable destination wedding in St. Lucia within 30 days. I appreciate that she called ahead to assure every detail was carried out exactly as planned from the hotel stay at Chicago O'Hare, to the Helicopter ride between airports, to coordinating directly with the wedding planner in St. Lucia.
