Michelle did a fantastic job making arrangements for us and taking some of the stress out of planning it all so that we could focus on enjoying our time there. At the outset, she found us a great place to stay that had enough room for my wife and I and our 3 teen daughters. We didn't spend much time at the resort, but it was great at the end of the long day to have a place where we had enough room to drop our stuff and rest. Throughout the preparation process, she did an excellent job reminding us when it was time to make park and restaurant reservations or buy tickets for extra experiences and patiently answered questions. She provided pragmatic advice on what was and wasn't worth the cost. Going into the trip, I felt like we were ready to do everything we wanted to do. In the final week before leaving, we had a few issues with Disney's website and Michelle quickly resolved them. For some reason, Disney's website did not properly connect our tickets to accounts. I discovered it 2 nights before we left and Michelle took care of it before the next morning. Thank you for helping with an awesome experience for all of us!

Carol Dougherty was excellent to work with. Very patient and kind. The trip was amazing and we definitely be going on another Disney cruise. The firework show on the cruise was great. The kids club was very secure and the staff were wonderful.

My family (2 adults and a 9 yr old) just returned from a trip to Walt Disney World and it was AWESOME! Lisa Liptak was our agent and she was knowledgeable, personable and responsive (along with FUN to work with!). I actually planned this trip THREE times with her (thanks Covid!), but the 3rd time was the charm. Dining: Lisa provided me with ideas for dining and then secured everything we decided on & at great times, Accommodations: Lisa chatted with me about ideas for which resort to stay at and even gave me suggestions for accommodations not on Disney property just so I'd have the comparison and could make a fully informed decision. (We chose Art of Animation and it was perfect for us!) Transportation: Our transfers from the airport to the resort and then back again were seamless! Again, Lisa gave me options discussed differences between those and our selection worked out great! Communication: Lisa was not only available to me by email with timely replies to all of my questions, she would send me pictures to help me visualize ("how big is the room fridge and can I fit a gallon of milk in it?" Answer "NO, but you can fit a half gallon!") and she was readily available by phone at times when I needed to call......like when our departing flight was delayed by HOURS. She looked into why delayed and advised me on what to do. With her advice we got home the same day and even though later than scheduled, it was much earlier than if we would not have made changes. Information: I was emailed a number of informational emails so I could become with various aspects of Disney. Super helpful! Disney can be overwhelming! We had not been in over ten years and things have changed. I would strongly recommend working with Lisa for your Disney (Or OTHER) travel needs.

Our agent was extremely helpful and was able to book all of the reservations (both dining and extra experiences) that we wanted. We loved Fort Wilderness, we stayed in the cabins there. Michele Soto and team were excellent in helping my wife and I to plan our honeymoon to Italy. Through a recommendation from one of our friends, we reached out to MDV because we were very stressed with wedding planning and just didn't have the mindset to plan a honeymoon. First, we were trying to decide from a few destinations which was very difficult for us to come to a final conclusion. Michele told us that a Rome/Amalfi 8 day trip would work best for us and I must say wow her suggestion did not disappoint. As we went through the process, MDV found us our airfare, but most importantly found us two amazing hotels that we stayed during our trip which we would have never found. It was all about location, for us to enjoy our honeymoon and that expectation was met. Even better was the three transfers that were booked for us in advance (to and from the airport and also going to Rome to Amalfi). The Rome to Amalfi transfer had a nice touch with a 2 hour stop at Naples. We loved our trip and loved that we had everything planned for us. I would recommend Michel and MDV for all my and your trips going forward as they are amazing to work with. Thank you so much for making our wedding planning easier by booking our amazing honeymoon! Our trip to Disney was magical and went beyond my expectations while we were there. We can not wait to go again and make more family memories. My agent Rebekah was helpful with giving tips on how to use Genie+ and mobile ordering. We loved our resort and and not having to worry about transportation to/from the airport. My only complaint is that we had several mix ups with meeting times for planning (I would suggest using an agent in the same time zone) and she seemed a little unorganized, fumbling to find our file with our plans and mixing me up with other customers while on calls, which made me a little nervous. I definitely understand if it happens a time or two but this was a consistent experience through our planning process. Overall though, she is very nice and great to talk to.

The Disney Aulani Resort in Hawaii was amazing! Michelle did a great job. It was our first trip traveling with my husband's guide dog and we ran into some complications on our way home due to changes made by the airline. As we boarded the plan in Honolulu, I left a message for Michelle to see if she could help fix the problem with our connecting flight. By the time we landed she had everything taken care of.

Thank you so much to Michelle McAllister at Mickey's Dream Vacations! We wanted to plan a last minute getaway to somewhere tropical. Michelle was quick and responsive. She presented several options within our budget, with commentary about what each resort is actually like. It took the guesswork out of it, which was such a relief. When our flight got canceled the afternoon before we were set to leave, Michelle jumped on the phone with us and helped us find a new flight so our trip wasn't impacted. And this was on a Saturday afternoon! I was so impressed with her responsiveness, and I was really grateful that we didn't have to navigate that ourselves. The resort was beautiful, the staff were friendly, and we had a wonderful trip. We will be booking with Michelle again!

Fabulous week at all the parks ! I can not say enough about the service Carol gave me and my family ! Was so helpful ! We started planning September, 2021 and left on June 9th for the HAPPIEST PLACE ON EARTH! I have not been to Disney in over 30 years so I was not familiar with registration for parks and all the new hotels. Carol helped me for 9 months . When that trip rolled around, we still weren’t ready to travel…and then when that trip rolled around…still not ready. I’ll save you the long story, she helped us rebook that trip 5 times. Upon arrival to our hotel in Punta Cana, we realized that the hotel was all hype and no quality. I liken it to a 2 star (not 5 star as stated on their website) jersey shore motel. As soon as I contacted Laura regarding this, she immediately got on the phone and spent 5 hours on the phone thru 1am to get this rectified. If it wasn’t for her diligence in switching out our hotel to another one, we would have been stuck at a low grade hotel. We ended up at the Dream Macao which turned into an incredible vacation! Laura was amazing and planned my entire Christmas holiday trip to Playa del Carmen in the midst of COVID - 19. I honestly get so stressed out about booking flights and hotels and she did all the legwork, got us an amazing deal and ensured all details were taken care of from arrival to departure. She had personally stayed at the Iberostar where we ended up booking, and it was exactly as she described it. I took all her recommendations and so glad that I did. I was considering another hotel which I did end up visiting while I was in town, but it was much less child-friendly, more expensive, and did not have a swimmable and easily accessible beach. This made a big difference for us as our hotel had an enormous meandering pool, a well-maintained and super sandy beach and all was included. Our stay was roughly $1000 less than the other option. Also traveling to Mexico requires extra paperwork which she sent me to complete to expedite our arrival. We stayed at the Iberostar Tucan / Quetzal which had sprawling grounds, and impeccible beach, tons of activities and food available all day which the kids could just grab when they got hungry. My 9 and 11 year olds felt too old for the kids's club, but the staff had programming all day that that was perfect for the 5 - 8 year old kids that were there. The hotel room was super clean, sheets were soft and the bathroom sparkled. The rooms were surrounded by tall palm trees where monkeys and other creatures could be seen and heard. I had a few issues with my first room as it was a king and had requested a double, and they found me an alternative right away. When my key card didn't work, they repaired the lock immediately. Many guests had kids and there was lots to do. You could buy inflatable rafts, play ping pong or enjoy all the pools. Adults had all sorts of options including yoga, HIIT and other exercise classes. Other games like bingo were planned daily, and their staff provided fun pool games for all ages. I am a single mom so I have some trepidation traveling with the kids solo, but there was plenty to do and everyone had a lot of fun. As we were there over the Christmas break, the staff put together a holiday experience where Santa arrived on a jet sky and handed out gifts to every child. The other guests were certainly all respectful of the COVID-19 precautions, wore masks when in close proximity, and everyone gave each other plenty of space. Evenings were nice and quiet and we had no issues with noise or disruptions. I really could not have done this myself or would have found such a great deal. Her personal touch cannot be beat and we are already looking into spring break options! I am so grateful for Laura and her expertise!

For the most part the vacation was great. But watch out....We were told that we could buy a park hopper pass for one day and when we went to buy it we were shocked to learn that we had to purchase it for our entire stay including the day that had passed!!! That was an unexpected $600 that was not in our vacation budget. We used a Disney Planner. You would have thought the Disney Planner would have been up to date on this new policy change. Disney finds a way to such you dry of all your money.
