Ellen has been extremely thorough and knowledgeable during our first experience booking a cruise. She has helped plan our whole trip every step of the way, with patience and professionalism. I felt as if she was an old friend from our first conversation. She has a vast knowledge of our destinations, and if she didn’t have an answer she got one for us quickly. She got us the best deal on flights, got our room upgraded, and gave us tips and tricks we never would have known about! The app was a lifesaver! Ellen with Dream Vacations booked and coordinated a wonderful Alaskan vacation. We had a stopover in Seattle before reaching Fairbanks. Ellen booked us into a local hotel in Fairbanks (not a chain) which was cute, comfortable and accommodating. We got a shuttle from the hotel to Borealis Basecamp which was a fantastic experience. We were lucky enough to see the Northern Lights, which were spectacular as well as many other great activities. This was an involved trip which I hate to imagine if I’d had to book it all myself. Ellen ensured that everything went smoothly and was arranged in advance for us. I would highly recommend using Ellen Bryant at Dream Vacations for your next trip. I know I’ll be booking with her in the future.

I recently had the privilege of seeing Ellen in action, as well as the benefit of traveling with her for a week. For 8 days, whilst cruising on Carnival's beautiful new ship, Mardi Gras, out of Port Canaveral, Ellen was always available for her clients at any moment. This is the 2nd time we have used Ellen as our travel agent, this time for a cruise to Cabo San Lucas in Mexico, in April '22. She is always there to answer any questions and in a timely matter. I know I can depend on her to be there if there are any problems. If you need a travel agent, Ellen is definitely the best. Ellen was the best. She's been helping us for 2 1/2 years to finally get our dream Alaskan cruise. We were suppose to go in May '20, but bc of Covid, we didn't go until September '21. Our Alaskan cruise booked through a "big box chain" was cancelled in 2020 due to Covid-19. As a member of a facebook group dedicated to those cruising on Princess to Alaska, I met Ellen. Even though she didn't book my original cruise and had nothing to gain, she took the time to answer my (and a lot of others) questions regarding the cancellation process. I told her then, I would use her when we decided to rebook...and I am so glad I did! She was able to find a great quiet cabin for us on the Majestic Princess on July 25th, 2021 which was the first cruise for any Princess ship in 500 days. She answered my multitude of questions about traveling in this crazy covid-era and researched to find answers she didn't know. She booked a quiet hotel for us pre-cruise in Seattle and talked me through our choices post-cruise. She was so patient and quickly responded to all my needs both before and during the cruise.
