Had such a great experience on this Baltimore helicopter tour! The Pilot was very knowledgeable on the area and provided some great facts as well as pointed out highlights of the city. It was my first time on a helicopter and I felt very safe. My husband and I were so relaxed the whole time! Stunning views of the city. 100% recommend doing this, asap!

Lovely way to experience Baltimore. Lots of historic structures to view from above for the history buff. Smooth take off and landing. The helicopter was a two passenger. Very romantic- but be on time as the company stacks their bookings tight. I had a shoe malfunction and we couldn’t slow to repair it. There are few grills in the check in trailer but the helicopter is well maintained and hopefully the pilot is paid well. The cooter is loud but from what I could hear, our pilot was knowledgeable and he certainly felt genial. I good time was had by all. This is a great option as a romantic outing for partners who enjoy flying.

This was an awesome experience and should be on everyone's Baltimore to do list. The views were fantastic and the pilot had so much knowledge of the area, we learned so during our flight. Everyone involved in the operation is super nice and helpful and just want you to have a great experience.

This may just be the best thing I’ve ever done… We booked a helicopter tour in order to shoot a promo video for a podcast and let me tell you, these people are THE BEST! Rachel worked with us over the course of a week to make sure any issues we may have were covered. She handled our crazy and last minute schedule changes with ease and communicated often to make sure we were taken care of. The flight itself was BEAUTIFUL. I have lived in Baltimore my whole life and have never seen it like this. The views of the aquarium, m&t bank, and camden yards were insane! Kionna was super helpful as well as we had to do audio tests and set up camera equipment. Our pilot was knowledgeable and despite my camera guy and I never having been in a helicopter, we were confident in his abilities and felt much less nervous after speaking to him. I have crazy bad motion sickness but felt nothing on our flight. It was smooth and easy going even with the doors off so we could film. You will not regret booking Charm City Helicopters, but you will remember your flight with them forever. #worthit

Charm City Helicopters is an incredible operation! Extremely safety conscious, and professional. My wife, our service dog, and I chartered a quick hop from their base at Pier 7, to Baltimore International Airport (BWI) A ten minute flight, skipping over a 40 minute drive in traffic. Very smooth and easy trip! Much safer as well. Convenience at its finest. Thank you Charm City, we look forward to flying with you next time we are in town!!

I enjoyed the helicopter ride! The process was pretty seamless and the employees are friendly. Although my pilot had some interesting facts, I would have liked to hear some more culturally appealing facts and that does not include mentioning the wire! The view is amazing and brings being on the ground full circle. 7 out of 10 recommend!

This was the experience of a lifetime. Alex and Jacki took such good care of our group and we’re so personable and made us feel like VIPs. We did the 20 min tour that went by the Statue of Liberty and up the Hudson River to see the entire NYC skyline. Our pilot was amazing and pointed out all the highlights. It’s a must do while in NYC and Charm is the way to go! I’ll definitely be back!

Pros: Location easy to find Person who helped us check in was nice, The helipad is good for pictures and pretty cool, easy street parking. Cons: Everything felt rush Our headsets were going in and out, towards the middle of our ride they went completely out so we could not hear the pilot and he could not hear us. I express this to the person who initially helped us check in and she just say 'oh I'll have to see' and that was it. The pilot in the beginning stated he didn't know about Baltimore so he was only going to share what he knew - he only stated the obvious of what we could see. The ride did not last 12-15 mins - not sure when the clock starts but they should give you the entire time especially for the price point.

Had such an amazing time!! I did this as an anniversary surprise for my boyfriend, and we did a combo they had!! We did a tour of the sagamore spirit distillery, the the helicopter tour of Baltimore, was so much fun, it was his first time doing it and the pilot was fantastic, was so pretty to see the sites!! And then finished the day with a wonderful lunch at the rye street tavern! All the arrangements were taken care of for me by charm city, once I picked the theme, and they did amazingly!! Very helpful and professional and honestly so nice!!!

My husband took me here & surprised me for our Anniversary. It's was my first Helo ride so I was a bit nervous but upon meeting Freddie & his wonderful crew, I grew comfortable. The City of Maryland is a sight from above. We flew over the Orioles Stadium where the team was stretching and preparing to slaughter SL. Freddie is very informative with the history of landmarks and such. We learned a lot. The ride was super smooth! We had a marvelous time. Absolutely recommend without reservations🤙

I scheduled a tour but due to icy rain we couldn't do it so we have to reschedule. I do want to highlight the staff and their kindness! They were so kind and accommodating. I had purchased a package deal with dinner, champagne and roses and we received all items. The tour was the only part we missed out on but they apologized profusely and promised to reschedule. I look forward to going back. UPDATE: We took our tour and it was AMAZINGGGG!!! The staff are so friendly and inviting. They made us feel at home. The flight was breathtaking! We went up right before sunset and I am sooooo happy they allowed us to reschedule. Will DEFINITELY go back! Thank you Charm City Tours!!!

This trip exceeded my expectations! From the minute we arrived the staff and pilot made it a great experience. The flight was flawless and the views were incredible. I am a bit nervous with flying but with this crew I felt completely at ease and could enjoy the views with my girlfriend. I am from Baltimore and like to think I know the city. But being that high up you see and notice things that you never notice about Baltimore. A+ all around! Cant wait to go up again!!!!!!

I had been looking into a tour with Charm City Helicopters for a while but didn't actually book until the morning of the day I wanted the tour. The company couldn't have been more accommodating and friendly. We ended up on a private flight and we were able to upgrade to a longer flight right there on the spot. It was amazing! The pilot was friendly and we chit chatted during the flight. The women working at the actual office were knowledgeable and so helpful. Don't mistake either of them for "office help". They either have their pilot's license or are working on getting them. Any questions you have, they know the answers and then some. I wouldn't hesitate to book again with Charm City and happily recommend them to anyone looking for a way to make a visit to Baltimore unforgettable.

I had some scheduling issues, Brandon was quick to get the owner on the phone and they more than rectified the situation, they made it better! Pilot was an awesome guide and made us fell like we've know him for years. The ride was smooth, and we appreciated the golf cart ride back to the entrance.

Absolutely incredible! The staff [Caitlyn & Mitch] know their stuff and make it super comfortable if you have never been on a helicopter before which I haven't! Great views of all parts of the city, Freddie who is the pilot did an amazing job of pointing out where everything was while flawlessly flying around the city! I had a 30 minute tour scheduled, but it got cancelled due to inclement weather as they were adding a new aircraft to their fleet. Because of this, they upgraded my tour to 45 minutes for free. We got a full tour of Baltimore and Annapolis. It was awesome! Schedule your tour today! You won't regret it!!

This Experience was Absolutely Amazing!! I highly recommend this to anyone that has a special occasion or just wants to experience Baltimore in an Unforgettable fashion. There is different tours you can do but I wanted the full experience with the helicoptor tour and the VIP dinner. The reason I decided to do this was to propose to my girlfriend, which is now my Fiance ( Because Thankfully she said Yes LOL). The helicopter pilot was very friendly and makes you feel very comfortable. He did a Great job at telling the history of Baltimore as we flew over the different landmarks of Baltimore. The other workers there were Soo Nice too!! I paid alittle extra to have roses and a bottle of champagne that they offered which made it a little more special. My Fiance was blown away by this experience!! The staff was more than willing to take plenty of pictures of us before and after the helicopter ride. We did the tour and the VIP dinner at Fogo De Chao's, which was Absolutely Delicious!! If you have never eaten there you are in for a Serious Treat! I really can't say enough Good things about this whole experience. It was one of the Greatest Most Unforgettable Adventures I've ever had the pleasure of experiencing, and I can't wait to do it again one day. Thank You So Much For Everything Charm City Tours!!

I'm going to start off with the bad. The headset would cut in and out periodically, and this was a surprise for my girlfriend and they took 8 minutes to get us and it ruined the surprise. Now for the rest, from the moment I contacted them they were very accommodating Caitlyn was the best, she walked me through everything and helped me out. The guys that picked us up and got us ready were amazing. Cpt. Mike and the ride were out of this world, he joked around with us (which is fine I made fun of him too) and showed us sooo much. Definitely come here and take a ride it's worth every cent. We'll be back.

Out of this world service and experience. My boyfriend recently surprised me with an extravagant date night through Charm City Helicopters. The owner/office manager, Caitlyn, exceeded all of our expectations on friendliness, professionalism and the service provided. As I mentioned, this trip was a surprise so my boyfriend and Caitlyn led me onto the hangar blindfolded. Once I opened my eyes, I turned around to see a beautiful, sleek, and modern helicopter FILLED with five gorgeous blue orchids (my absolute favorite), my favorite white wine (chilled), and a beautiful bracelet. I was speechless. Not only did my boyfriend do a decent job knowing me, but Caitlyn and her team NAILED every detail. After a few pictures, we went over the safety brief and boarded our privately reserved aircraft. John, our pilot was so incredibly knowledgeable on the history and geography of Annapolis and Baltimore (I HIGHLY a suggest booking that route). Most importantly, the sky was on fire that night; although we booked this specific slot, the sunset was directly out of a fairy-tale. After a half hour in the air, plenty of time for both of us to see out of either side of the helicopter and indulged in the wine, we gracefully landed back on the hangar. I assumed that the evening was coming to an end, but Caitlyn then explained the second half of the package; dinner at Fogo de Chao. Champagne, wine, and dessert were all included with our dinner and the food was to die for. It's days later and I am still absolutely blown away by the detail that Charm City Helicopters pays to their product and customers' specifications. If you are in trouble with a partner, or want to make someone's heart melt, or simply see the beautiful history and landscape of Maryland, you MUST book a tour with this company. I travel quite a bit and have done helicopter tours all over the world. Charm City Helicopters exceeded all of my expectations and has my highest recommendation by far! PS- Hi, Boyfriend here! THANK YOU Caitlyn! You created a night that will never ever be forgotten by either of us. Caitlyn was so very easy to work with. I gave her my vision and she got everything accomplished and set in a timely manner. All transactions and transitions were so smooth and her communication is unmatched. She was even willing to text me up until we arrived just to ensure that the evening’s plans stayed a surprise. I, too, will recommend this company to anyone living in or visiting the Baltimore/DC area.
