Me and my two friends loved our first hot air balloon experience. Brittany is amazing at her “job” and so knowledgeable. I believe Ed was our chauffeur. He was fun to talk to along the way and gave us lots of good information. The champagne and snacks at the end do the ride topped off the whole trip. The story that was told about ballooning was cool to hear after such a fun experience. I will definitely be going on another hot air balloon ride in the future and I loved this experience!

My boyfriend, Jax, and I just wrapped up a private sunrise hot air balloon ride! This was our first hot air balloon ride and it was amazing! Our pilot, Dave, was incredible. Shared his knowledge about ballooning and the surrounding area our ride took place in. We enjoyed the entire experience from watching the crew inflate the balloon, to taking off and to landing. The views were gorgeous. I would highly recommend Fly Albuquerque. We would love to do this again whenever we have a chance to get back to the area. Thank you guys for wonderful first hot air balloon experience!

This was an INCREDIBLE experience! I would recommend Fly Albuquerque to anyone interested in a hot air balloon experience! The team (thank you, Britt for being a PHENOMENAL pilot!) is beyond friendly and super educated and we’re able to answer our 500 million questions and provide some additional knowledge to the group, on top of that. Once we landed, the crew brought us for champagne and a beautiful charcuterie board and gave us some free range chicken eggs from the chickens on their property. It was such an intimate experience and I’m forever thankful this was our first one for hot air ballooning! 🥰🙏🏻💞😍

I absolutely LOVED my ride. We had to wake up pretty early, but it was definitely worth it! The balloon was beautiful, Brittany was fabulous, and the ride was extremely smooth. Even the landing was perfect! Please don’t hesitate even if you are a bit weary with heights (I was and ended up fine!). Definitely a once in a lifetime experience - choose fly Albuquerque if you are in the area!! :)

It was spectacular. We had the most amazing flight. The weather was beautiful and our Pilot Brittany was great. She is a true expert in her field. The entire staff went above and beyond to give us an epic experience! We really enjoyed the van ride to and from the launch and landing sites. This was an absolutely incredible experience. We got the amazing Balloon Operator Ms. Brittney and had such a smooth ride and expert landing! It's our honeymoon and this was a perfect experience amongst our collection of great memories. We got taken around in their company van, while Ms D explained everything (so friendly) and we had great snacks after. The flight was amazing, the pilot is so skilled we got our feet wet in the Rio Grande and touched the peak of the trees without an incident. The whole crew was very friendly and helpful. I took the flight with my 7yo and 10yo who didn't speak English (but nevertheless enjoyed the experience) and they did the crew did their best to communicate with them. It was worth every penny and we definitely would flight with them again.

This was an unforgettable experience!!! The pilot and crew were so nice and informative. Everyone was so friendly and passionate about hot air balloons the energy was smiles and laughs. AMAZING !!!! An experience of a life time. Booking was sooo easy!!! My flight navigator and crew were … well… beyond what I expected. All were professional, knowledgeable, kind and courteous. I’ve been sky diving, shark diving and partaken of many other exciting adventures in my journey. All others fell short of this beautiful experience. Brittany and David definitely make you not nervous at all to go 10,000+ feet in a hot air balloon, it says a lot about pilots that can bring comfort in these types of situations. I booked a private flight and was rain/wind(ed) out on our original reservation. Normally companies like this I imagined to be a nightmare to refund/reschedule, to my surprise, Brittany the pilot is actually the owner of the company. The customer service for a venue like this was unparalleled, we were immediately rescheduled and fit in on a wonderful morning during the balloon fiesta and we had a blast! We were even asked to join the second flight as they had a last minute cancellation due to a connecting flight issue. The entire flight was extremely organized, from pick up to drop off, and the team is extremely skilled at chasing and packing so there is no wasted time in between. I was even lucky enough to witness a proposal on the second flight! I am on team Fly Albuquerque every time I return to New Mexico, they made our experience at the Balloon Fiesta an unforgettable one!

Wonderful personalized experience! From the pickup with Ed, we enjoyed our conversations in the car and we were a few minutes late but Brittany was understanding and had the balloon set up when we got there. It ended up being a private ride for us and we loved it! Brittany is the owner and pilot and she made us feel comfortable when we were nervous at first. They had a.nice charcuterie board with mimosas at the end and we had a good time talking with she and. Ed. Wonderful experience for our first time up in a balloon!

Ive never been on a hot air balloon but Fly Albuquerque made it one of the most memorable expierences Ive ever had! Both the crew and the pilot were amazing at their jobs and very professional! Getting the first flight of the day is the way too go, seeing them setup and catching the sunrise was really cool! I would definetely recommend F.A. to everyone I know. It was so much fun getting to know the crew and the other passengers and really made thr experience worthwhile!

First time ballooning. What a wonderful experience it was with Brittany and her crew. Everyone was friendly and helpful. We saw views from 6000ft. up and even had a small aircraft do a wing dip to say hello. Definitely recommend using Fly Albuquerque if you want to go for a Hot Air Balloon Ride.

Absolutely stunning experience. The ride itself was incredible but what really took everything to the next level was the crew. After the amazing experience we got to have mimosas and snacks in the backyard of the pilots house. Not many things are not corporate anymore but this was, it was a refreshing experience that reminds you of what life is truly about.

My wife booked a tour for my 30th birthday and the experience was amazing! The crew was great and made every step of the experience unforgettable! As a person that is scared of heights, I was a big it nervous. But the Pilot made the entire flight feel super safe. The picnic after was awesome! They definitely went above and beyond. Don’t hesitate on booking. Recommend 10/10!

We had a great experience with Fly Albuquerque and highly recommend it. As an airline pilot, I was a little nervous about going up in a craft that has no engines or directional control, but my first conversation with owner Patrick made me realize that my family and I would be in good hands. Also, the decision to launch from their field south of town made our sunset flight possible, as Patrick rightly predicted the winds for that evening would be too much to launch from the city. Our pilot, Patrick’s wife Brittany, was thoroughly professional, as careful and serious as the best airline captain, while also being funny and personable. The flight was smooth and the views gorgeous.

Check this off of your bucket list with Fly Albuquerque! I had a great experience thanks to Brittany and her team. They truly care about their craft, the safety of their passengers and went out of their way to make this the most memorable trip! I always felt safe in Brittany’s care and would fly with them again in a heartbeat! From inflation to a smooth landing, this was an AMAZING experience all around! After the flight, we stopped for champagne and breakfast snacks. The flight itself was incredible! Brittany expertly navigated us over Los Lunas and the Rio Grande. The views were breathtaking. Also, I was amazed at how peaceful it was from above as we flew over New Mexico. I’ve attached a few pics from our flight. I highly recommend them for your next trip! 10/10 A+ experience! This was the most amazing experience! Brittney and the entire crew made this an adventure that we will never forget. I brought my daughter in law to New Mexico for her birthday ~ she will remember this forever! The communication from Brittney and her team was excellent from the time I booked. She kept us posted as to changes to our reservation due to fire smoke in the area. She made sure that we launched from a location with the best visibility considering the conditions. The amount of attention they paid to our well being and the safety of all was exceptional. Brittney is an amazing Pilot! She is very in tune with what she does and pays the utmost attention to the needs of her passengers. She immediately knew when I began to feel a bit uncomfortable with the height of the balloon and adjusted for my comfort. The route we went on was spectacular! The wildlife and the scenery were amazing! It was just overwhelmingly beautiful!!! And then! The landing!! Brittney is the ultimate pro! She landed the balloon directly on the trailer! After packing up the balloon and heading back to the launch site ~ we were treated to wonderful snacks, a beautiful story of the history of balloons and yummy Mimosas! The perfect ending to an awesome flight! Something I will never forget!!! Hopefully we will remain in touch and she will bring that balloon to Vegas for a flight! I highly recommend this company and this activity! They are the best in the business!!

The owners were concerned about safety and briefed passengers before the ride on safety measures during inflation, flight and landing. Their equipment appeared well maintained and fairly new. With over 20 hot air balloon rides, I have to state that Fly Albuquerque was the best. Britni runs and world-class operation. Albuquerque may have bigger hot air balloon ride companies but FlyAlbuquerque by far is the best. Glenn was a knowledgeable and experienced pilot that made the flight extremely enjoyable. The ground-crew was exceptional and extremely polite and helpful. What started out as reserving a hot air balloon ride became developing a friendship with Brittni, Glenn, the crew and other passengers. To be honest we booked the flight based on their prices, but we will be back based on the camaraderie and professionalism that Fly Albuquerque demonstrates day in and day out.

Had a great time riding with Fly Albuquerque. It was my first hot air balloon flight, and loved it. The crew and staff were very professional and also made it a great time. The balloon was massive, one of the biggest in the state I understand. It was a smoky day from fires in California, but that didn’t stop us from seeing the Rio Grande river valley and all sort of things. We booked a flight for this past Friday and it was hands down one of the best family activities we have done. A balloon ride has been on my oldest (21) child's bucket list since they were little. They were SO happy about the whole experience. My youngest (9) was nervous but the pilot did such a good job of easing his mind. She was super patient and explained everything so clearly. The lift off was so smooth that he had no problems at all. Our pilot was great. She did a crazy good job of getting us back to our launch site. She patiently and thoroughly answered all of our questions. At the champagne toast/picnic afterwards she spent time individually with our family talking the science and skill of hot air ballooning. It was great, something we will always remember! I am glad we did this on our trip to Albuquerque!

October 2022 was my second time flying with Fly Albuquerque and my husband's first balloon ride. We flew the week following Balloon Fiesta and we booked last minute, but they were very accommodating and able to add us to a flight. It was an absolutely perfect ride - the balloonists are very experienced and happy to answer any of your questions during the flight. The views are gorgeous, the air is fresh, the ride is exhilarating, you get mimosas and snacks after, and the price is very reasonable. What more can you ask for?

Excellent experience. We took a private flight and the entire experience was wonderful. We were picked up at the designated location right on time and driven to the launch site (about 30 min). There the inflation took a few minutes and we were off on our flight. It was our first experience and we enjoyed every bit of it, flying over the river valley in Albuquerque and learning some aspects of ballooning. We had heard about the landings being rough at times but not this one. Had a very smooth landing in a field nearby. Brittany is an amazing pilot. The crew at Fly Albuquerque is very courteous and friendly. They were there to answer all questions and in general made our experience even better. The morning finished up with a champaign toast and some snacks at a ranch and then we were driven back to our car. Definitely a morning to remember. I highly recommend Fly Albuquerque if you looking for an amazing experience and hope to be back soon.

A few weeks before we left for our trip to New Mexico my wife expressed interest in taking a balloon ride but was very hesitant to do so. She spoke to co-owner Patrick on the phone and he was able to provide her with enough comfort, confidence and assurance that convinced us to sign up. Glen was our pilot and he was very professional and expressed a lot of confidence and expertise with ballooning. It was an incredible ride above the skies of Albuquerque where we flew over the Rio Grande with greet views of the the Sandia Mountains and the 5 Sisters volcanoes. The ride was so peaceful and enjoyable. We definitely want to do it again! Afterwards we had a celebratory toast with Glen and co-owner Britany who taught us about the history of ballooning. Fly Albuquerque was an incredible way to start our stay in Albuquerque. We have never been to Albuquerque and came here to relocate here for a while. We heard that Albuquerque was the place to go for Hot Air Ballooning, and got quickly overwhelmed with the various options. But Fly Albuquerque stood out to us with their combination of experience and a new company. Our gut said GET IT. One of their packages was a great offer for a private ride (much less than the $$$$$ in Northern California). It was awesome! Our guide was fantastic - Justin with 30 years of experience. How did we get so lucky to have a knowledgeable guide focused on making us feel safe and included. It seems like everyone else's guides were great too! The team members we met were all smiles, kind and professional. They genuinely wanted to make sure we had the time of our lives. We did.

Highly recommend flying with this group if you are thinking about a hot air balloon trip (which you should definitely should do if you haven’t flown yet or just want another unique ride). Due to unforeseen circumstances, they were a little late for the parking lot meet up, which meant no sunrise view from the air that morning, but they made up for it during an incredible flight. The talented pilot, Brittany, took us right over the Rio Grande, even intentionally dipping the basket an inch into the water briefly! I will probably do it again next time I’m in Albuquerque

Literally a dream come true. My sister and I did a short girl's getaway weekend to NM, I should mention the whole trip was great, but something we couldn't pass on was to go on a hot air balloon tour. Quickly found Fly Albuquerque online and was able to plan it all and make the payment online which i loved. The day before our tour I got an email with all the information I wanted to know! So next morning we knew exactly what to do, and basically you just follow directions.. We were there June 15th, weather was perfect, the team was great. Everyone makes you feel cool cuz they're cool. 😎 captured beautiful pics and even got to talk with some of our fellow tourists. The view was gorgeous! And by the end, they take you to a nearby park to drink mimosas and eat cheese and crackers 😋 im attaching the best pics I got, im definitely going back with my husband and I'm recommending that everyone does this. Fly Albuquerque was a great experience! We started up high, where we could see for miles. It was beautiful! Then our pilot went down over the trees by the river and we got to look for animals...we even saw a porcupine in the tree. Over all, it was a great experience and the staff was very friendly. If this hot air balloon ride was NOT during the balloon fiesta, it might get 5/5. However, we paid quite a bit of money to be able to see the other balloons in the fiesta in the sky. Our pilot had us drive 30+ minutes south and blamed it on weather, but the balloons in Albuquerque were able to take off. It didn’t seem coincidental that we went to the location the pilot flies to everyday and that we then had mimosas on her property…… beautiful balloon ride, but way too much money to not be able to actually see the other balloons in the morning ascension. Update: I was not offered a refund. My driver Morris simply said the location changed and then continued driving. Also, when I called to inquire about takeoff location, I was told still ABQ. Day of, we were told multiple times that we would still see balloons. We left when it was on hold yet still took off way later than everything in ABQ since we were still driving far away.

We really did not know what to expect and the balloon trip exceeded any ideas we could possibly have had (our ballooning knowledge having come from watching “Around the World in Eighty Days”) - it was peaceful and relaxing and not even remotely scary. Brittany took us to beautiful places - the view of the Rio Grande was wonderful. The crew was also great - super friendly and obviously dedicated to ballooning. We did a private hot air balloon flight where they were able to accommodate a last minute request (thank you!), and our pilot was extremely experienced, as he had been flying since the 80s and had zero incidents. Many company choices, but glad we decided on this one. The experience of a lifetime at a reasonable fair rate. Prompt and reliable staff. They took 2 balloons up so we could see each other in the air while flying. Got to exchange pictures, so we got some great photos that we could not have taken ourselves. Flight time in the air was satisfying and good duration. Staff exhibited safe practices. Mimosa and snack after party was fabulous, Brittany gave an excellent toast story, and the entire group was all smiles at the end of the trip. The only criticism is too many people in a single basket makes it hard to maneuver around and get a good look at the scenery. Otherwise, great memories were made!

After speaking with Patrick, a co-owner, I felt confident that Fly Albuquerque would be the best choice for us based on his explanation of the ride and the skills of the pilot and crew. I booked a private flight for Friday morning with friends, and we had an outstanding experience. Our pilot, Britney was very professional and was an excellent guide as we flew across the Rio Grande Valley and skirted Albuquerque. She explained how our flight would go based on the day's weather conditions and the science of balloon flight in a way that was understandable and that eased our minds about our first flight. The duration of our flight was about 1.5 hours due to the winds, but it seemed like only a few minutes (time flies when you are having fun)! We landed safely and a few minutes later we were celebrating our flight with champagne, mimosas and hors d'oeuvres. Britney's history of balloon flight was interesting and entertaining. It was an outstanding experience that exceeded our expectations. I enjoyed it so much that I extended my stay a day in ABQ and did another flight on Monday. This trip was even better than the first!

This was fun. We didn't know what to expect on our sunset ride in winter. We wore lots of warm clothes as the area got cold after the sun went down and we figured that being up in a wind would be cold too. While it might have been the burners kept us toasty. We traveled where the wind took us and Brittney pointed out landscape features. G/oing up is easy, travel is easy, landing requires a skill set at which she is a master. After our flight we had a champagne/mimosa toast with sparkling grape juice for us non-drinkers. She shared a bit about the history of ballooning which was fascinating. All in all a great trip.

The day was relaxed and enjoyable. We had a great flight over the Rio Grande and even touched down in the river! I felt safe the entire trip. Afterwards, we were able to watch them put up the balloons, have mimosas, and hear about the history of ballooning (if that’s the correct word!) One of the coolest things was that we landed in someone’s field and the farmer came out and talked to us and showed some of us around farm. It was worth the early morning and money.
