So glad I stopped in. Was greeted by helpful staff and the cutest dog. Staff was very knowledgeable and helpful. They took the time to educate me on different devices and juices. Their plethora of knowledge led me to make educated choices on a device, juice and refillable cartridges. I would highly recommend this shop. Definitely worth the drive. I will be going back for all my vape needs because of the level of knowledge and professionalism.

This is a nice shop! I went there last weekend for the first time and the entire staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. I could tell that the staff didn’t just want to make a sale, they wanted to help me find the flavor I wanted as my favorite juice is being discontinued. I will definitely be back to this shop VERY soon! If you want great service and amazing juice selection, check these guys out!

I absolutely love this vape shop. We're from PA but we were in the area and stopped over. I've never seen a create your own vape juice bar, or such variety in brands and flavors. Mark was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and kind. Even though it's a 45 minute drive, we will definitely be coming back here again. Forget 5 stars, I rate 10 stars

Staff and customer service was absolutely ideal for any establishment. Pricing and overall quality of selections and prodict integrity seems to be unmatched. And the stores layout, absolutely wonderful and is equupped with a lounge area and tasting bar. In my opinion the best game around in Delaware. Go check them out. Ask for Danielle or Weston.

They also have a slew of bargain juices for $5. all premium brands. They also warranty everything they sell. No other Vape Shops offers any warranty of any kind. They were the first Vape Shop 8 years ago and are the best in Customer Service and education.

Has everything you need and more. I got a disposable vape and it stopped working in less than 2 days, said 150 puffs. So I brought it back a couple days later and Mark understood the issue and that it shouldn’t have done that and got me new one free of charge. Great service and atmosphere. So I stopped in earlier today(3/28) and I was looking to get my vapes (mag 225w) back up and working. I honestly don't know too much about them and needed help! Wes was very friendly and knowledgeable on the device I had and helped me get the one up and running. I would have stayed and got the other one fixed but I had to run out for a call(I work for a towing company). I was going to leave a second review but you cant. So I will write it on here! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ When I returned after my call to see if I can get my other Mag 225w up and running Danielle came right over and went to town on it. She was going to figure this thing out one way or another. After messing around with it and explaining everything step by step as she did it. I learned a lot from her and we were able to work off each other and make it come back to life. She was determined to get this thing working and she succeeded. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I was very happy with my service there. But I would recommend going in and seeing Danielle and Wes if you have any questions about your device! I will be back again. Thank you both for being awesome!

I went into this store not knowing what to expect, especially because I'm coming from one world to another. I ended up calling ahead to see if the item I was interested was in store and I decided to come in anyway. I was greeted by Kelly who made sure that ALL OF my questions were answered, and she made everything that seemed intimidating and confusing pretty straightforward to me. I felt INCREDIBLY welcome and I don't think I'll ever buy online because the service these awesome professionals provided for me was top class. Not to mention the facilities are immaculate, the place is spotless everytime in walk in! To make a long story short, if you've never vape before or are looking to ditch the cigs or tobacco.... this is the best place in DE Thanks Kelly and the team at vape escape!

I don't normally post reviews, but I had such a great experience in VE today. I went in to buy some salt juice and when I asked about what the different flavors tasted like, the woman behind the counter (didn't catch her name) patiently explained them to me and let me sample a few of them. I asked about more of the products in the store and she was happy to tell me about them. I ended up grabbing 2 different salts and a pack of mango juul pods (this store has all the flavors, even the limited ones). I'll definitely be going back. Thanks!!

Mark was EXTREMELY knowledgeable of every product I asked for and was able to help me understand exactly what I could expect for the different products at hand. I went in for CBD tincture and body cream and got exactly what I needed. Have to note, before I came here I compared different shops around the Wilmington area and although there were multiple unwarranted 1 star reviews for this shop I had a huge feeling that the ones who enjoyed their visit are much more reasonable in what their expectations were, seemed like the bad reviews were mostly because the customer is very ignorant when it comes to retail and decided to take out their frustrations on a business who did not beg for their business but rather tried to help accommodate the customer regardless of their attitude and patience. Maybe I was lucky to be there when no one else was but I cannot imagine how you could hate on such a wonderful business just because your product didn't work up to your standards (incase you didn't know they do NOT produce these products just resell them in a single place for YOUR convenience. Prices are higher for more premium products for things like CBD but there are tons of options for any price range so if you think something is overpriced and didn't look at every option they had, maybe just maybe you don't understand wholesale to retail pricing and do not know that the stronger more credible products will ALWAYS be sold at a more premium price. The quality of CBD products is incomparable to other shops and their selection of vape juices is unfathomable. If you left that place feeling scammed, neglected, or disrespected it may have been you who was the problem and do not know anything about retail pricing. I can't imagine anyone has gone in there with an itinerary of every product available and compared their prices and quality against all of the shops and products in the north Delaware area. Anyways I digress, but this shop is my forever home for CBD and vape products and if you haven't tried it or are on the fence, let me help. The 5 star reviews are completely on point with the reality of their service, the 1 star reviews have decided to take their anger in life out on a flawlessly ran business because they didn't get their way.... guarantee they have a long history of blaming others and not self-reflecting so please if you don't trust me or any of the several 5 star reviews or are skeptical because of the range of stars and reviews given like I was just go see for yourself and you will LOVE it. -Vince (forever supporter of a REAL shop)

Ive been a customer at vape escape since they opened. They have always had a great flavor selection but until recently the customer service people were very rude and made for an unpleasant experience. Roughly 2 years ago they hired a new staff member named amanda. She is the most stellar customer service representative I have ever had the pleasure of working with. She was patient with me and took the time to educate me on the products prior to making $600 worth of purchases in the last two weeks. I live in Pennsylvania and drive past 30 other vape shops just so I can do business with someone who is actually friendly and not disrespectful. I strongly reccomend anyone looking for vape juice nic salt or cbd products to seek the guidance of Amanda You will never find anyone more polite or professional in the industry than her!

Got in to vaping to quit smoking cigarettes. Stopped in and got educated and bought a vape thingy. Stopped working in a week. Replaced with no hassle.New one stopped working in 2 days. Replaced with a high quality model at no additional cost or agg. Stuff happens and I get that and the store didn't build them so I didn't put the blame on them. Maybe I was doing it wrong who knows. I work in retail and when shopping I don't look for the best price I look for the best service. As long as I vape and live in the area I won't go anywhere else. Service, knowledge, and prices are better than great.

Never been in before, but will def return!! Bought CBD infused gummies and a CBD vape machine. The guy that waited on me and my bestie was very nice and answered all of my questions since I didn't really know what it was at first. Great atmosphere as well, you can sit down in there and use your machines and sit back and relax with your friends

The shop has a very large selection of product. However, the prices are the highest that I have ever experienced from a vape shop. The 100ml are all $39.99 and 60 ml are all $29.99. I checked online and found the same flavor for $13.95 I paid $42.00 including $2.00 for the nic. I walked out with a pack of ceito coils and a 100 ml bottle of juice for $75.00! I understand things on the internet are cheaper but I was able to price my purchase online between the two for only $30.00.

Greeted by a tiny adorable puppy and a woman (a rare treat for chicks that vape). A little bit pricey ($22 for a 30ml bottle) but if you need a brick and mortar shop it's not bad.

Great customer service but not super knowledgeable. I've gone in a couple times looking for different things and have been helped by different people. I keep going back cuz idk of any others in the area but I always end up paying too much for something that didn't even help me / I didn't need. The only time I walked in happy was when I already knew what I wanted. It was $10 more but w.e and the girl I was dealing with was trying to talk me out of it telling me it wasn't going to work for what I wanted it to . . . If that was the case, why would I be buying another??? But if it's ur last resort / only hope idk give it a try.
