Absolutely love this place. Been here multiple times now and enjoy my experience a little more each time. They have an amazing selection with a variety of different things. On top of all of that, they have the greatest staff I have ever met. The owner, Nick, is a great dude that will help you with anything you need. Seriously could not recommend this place more and will continue to bring as many people here as I can.

Out of all of the smoke shops out here this is my go to and they know how to get sh*t done right! Also mystery Boxes at smoke shops are always a fun thing to get and they have them!

Stopped in to 42 to grab a new flower piece to use for the fights this weekend and left with more than I planned on purchasing! The new owner Ilyssa was extremely kind and helpful through the whole process. She even threw in some free Suga Sean King Palms because she heard me say I was a huge fan of his. Enjoyed the new vibe and will definitely be returning!!

I've been coming into 42° Below since Jeremiah owed it. The new owners are AMAZING! They ask what you're looking for when you come through those doors and have AMAZING recommendations. I have met the owner and her dad several times in the last month due to my stupid self and dropping glass or over heating something. A week or so ago I bought a nectar collector. After using it a couple of times I realized the tip had shrunk to nothing. I called and spoke with the owner and she told me they don't normally exchange something but if I brought in pictures then they'd be more that happy to give me something that worked. I spent like $15-20 on the straw and she ended up giving me something that was well over value. Even if I just got the same piece again i would have been happy. They go above and beyond to take care of their customers. They always make you feel like family when you walk through the door. Which is why i wouldnt shop anywhere else. They are AMAZING and I'm very thankful that someone else who is fantastic has taken over. Thank you 42° Below! You're the best! 👌🤟

I love this place! Me being new to smoking (only for 3 years now) I know NOTHING!!! The first time I went in there i presented to the guy my questions and he had all of the answers. Now when I go in there I tell Corey what is going on and he automatically knows what I need. And all of the other reviews talk about how they won't serve people unless you fit the part, maybe you should sit outside the shop and watch all of the different types of people that walk in there. I myself usually go in there dressed in business attire because of work. All in all this is a great place to shop, customer service is amazing and the place is CLEAN!!!

And BECCA sure you can get on amazon and get it cheaper than local just like you can get food on amazon cheaper than walmart carries it. It's the convenience your paying for to be able to walk into the store and walk out with a product in hand. The fact that people cant understand that kills me. If you wanna buy it online you either have to wait a week or two for it to arrive or pay 5x what the product is worth for overnight shipping. And why the hell would you have an item like this delivered to your house (regardless what your using it for) everybody knows what that looks like.

I had the best service in Wichita in a month at 42 below. This vape and tobacco store has service oriented staff that act as consultants for any method or any thing you wish to suck into your lungs. I'm telling 'ya, Nordstroms has nothing on these guys in the service department. Don't stereotype your version of this kind of shop. These guys know what they are doing, they do it well and they are cerebral to boot. Wichita residents: They are conveniently located right in the middle of the city. 42 below has my highest recommendation.
