Lots and lots of stuff neatly crammed into a compact little place. Customer service; awesome, helpful and knowledgeable of the products and items they sell. I wandered in here spur of the moment and was delighted with the friendly atmosphere. I will come back.

We had gone previously a few months ago and purchased a hookah and charcoals and tobacco. We went back a couple of weeks ago for more tobacco and charcoals. We specifically went here and passed 10-15 other shops because the quality of the product and the customer service here is superb. We would give this store more than 5 stars if we could. HIGHLY recommend!

Been driving by for a while, finally had the time to stop in. They have the same basic over priced China glass and vapes all the other shops have. Nothing special when it comes to product selection. Mural was cool, staff was nice, maybe it's good if your in a pinch..

This shop is the cutest shop ever I felt like I was in Alice in the Wonderland! They were fully stocked with all the latest products and at a great price. I cannot thank Janna & West Tampa Smoke Shop enough! The knowledge is only outweighed by the empathy for their clients. My 7 year old Husky/Pit bull mutt has forever been petrified of thunder storms. The vet prescribed Xanax when she was a puppy, but I refuse to give my dog a drug I wouldn’t take myself. Benadryl seldom worked with limited affects. Janna helped me find the right CBD product for my pup, and we noticed results immediately. Within a few days she was a new dog! No longer shaking & panting & pacing at the slightest thunder rumble, but finding a quiet spot to relax. A million THANK YOUS for giving both my baby & myself piece of mind. I’m excited to try other products for myself & my family.
