I called because I needed a coil for a vape. The attendant wasn’t sure if they had it. But was more than willing to try to help me fire it out. And see if they had something for me. I called another place and they just didn’t even bother. Kudos to this shops customer service. They didn’t have the part I needed. But I’ll def recommend this place to others. As well as stop by again for their other merch. Love the vibe as well. Fits right in Seminole heights.

Depending what you're looking for this is a one stop shop for your smoking needs. Limited selection on vape supplies but a large selection on glass and hemp products. And a few really neat skate items and some unique artwork as well as disk golf items. For sure a great place to stop. Super friendly staff that has a knowledge of all of their items and a very clean and local oriented store.

Smoke signals is so convenient. They recently opened up a second area in the back thats called “Four Twen Tea” that basically serves you tea/kratom/and other accessories for the local smoker! It’s a very, very cute set up. I was complaining to the owner that I had to make two trips in between getting my vape and some kratom and he let me know before leaving which was super convenient! AND IT WAS ON THE HOUSE! FIRST DRINK IS FREE! Thankful for this place being in the neighborhood!

I went here for the first time Saturday. The shop smelled great and had a wonderful vibe inside. Everything displayed was easy to see and they had a great selection. Great selection of pipes. I went I looking for a vape, and of course all of the best ones I had been hoping for were sold out. However the gentleman at the counter took his time and found a suitable model that fit my needs as a perfect stopgap until I find the upgrade I've been looking for. I should mention, I walked I at 9:59 pm, an he at no time made me feel rushed or like I was an inconvenience to him. Will shop here again, will recommend to friends. Great service!

First time I went the guy behind counter was rude. They have good prices so I went back a second/third time and a different guy was nice. They have some good CBD products that I will go back in for again. They have some nice arty glass pieces. Expensive but unique. There is a mix of fancy but also a good selection of reasonable items. I visited this business when it was dark outside. Driving south on Florida Avenue, I knew the store would be on my right, but I didn't notice any signage, so, I almost passed it. Bummer. Even though the lighting seemed a bit muted, the effect was comfortable & charming. I entered the spacious room & declared, amiably, I hoped, "From outside it looks closed," as I gained focus on the welcoming-looking salesperson, who was way on the opposite side of the store. "Everyone says that!" he kindly remarked, with a kindly smile, for the millionth time, probably. But, he treated me kindly & expertly. I handed him my item, which wasn't working, & asked for his diagnosis. He clearly explained the problem & offered a couple of solutions, both in my price range, (which he possibly cannily deduced from the cheap object I brought in). No push for me to up-grade, either. I left as a happy, will-return customer. Every area in Smoke Signals displays works of art merchandise & merchandise crafted & displayed like works of art. It offers a visual & varietal feast of wares - from basic necessity to creative utility - to enhance your smoking pleasure. So, when you visit, schedule extra time just for browsing & appreciating.

The place is very nice but the manager of the store seem to be a little tight maybe races. I simply went to ask about it small smoking tool. He proceeded to be nasty when you responded we do not sell those type of things nor do we associate with those types of things. Yes I was offended and yes I was there on the stage that I posted so if you're reading this I will be bringing my friends with me next time and hopefully you don't feel some type of way and yes I'm black for those who don't know. Smoking bongs and bubblers were amazing overly expensive for no reason

Walking in you wouldn't know you're in a strictly vape tobacco shop. Offered several varieties of CDB products. I asked for the top vape pen, It worked out fine until I needed replacement coils a week later. They we're out of the coils and didn't know when they would be getting in any due to this shipping problems in the United States. I would think that they would know their orders and inventory before selling me the vaping pen. Can't use it if you don't have coils. Hopefully they get some in soon.

Brand name glass, local blowers selection and HUGE variety of incense. Reasonable prices for heady glass and dab rigs too. Bring your ID, they WILL check. Backing up out of the parking is a bit of a pain but other than that this place is golden!

Nice place, it was my first visit, however it won't be my last. Large selection of merchandise. Nicely displayed. I'm sorry to say I forgot the man's name who assisted me, but he was very knowledgeable, pleasant, and helpful. They also have local artists work on display and for sale. I gave it 4 stars as I did think the prices were a bit higher than I expected. But it is in Seminole Heights. So that's to be expected.

This is now my favorite head shop. First time going we just needed a replacement for my Puffco Plus. Not only did they have that, but they also got the new Puffco Peak Pro. The guy who was working there was super cool and nice. Didn’t try to upsell us and was more interested in our actual needs over what’s more expensive. He helped us pick a new Dab Straw that had a silicone storage thing so it wouldn’t fall and break. There was a section that was like those dinner exhibits they do at Publix, but for edibles and Magic Butter. Great glass selection. They had the best selection of anywhere I’ve ever been. They also have drinks in case you get cottonmouth while you’re there. Very considerate. 2 thumbs up. Edit: my only request would be to put the sticker for the Puffco stuff on the back of the box. It’s one of those orange little stickers that don’t come off easy. I like to take pictures of my stuff for unboxing, so I like it to look good. Even if it is just the box.

This place is awesome! I'm so glad there's a smoke shop in Seminole heights now. The shop is unique and clean but the staff is really the star. They didn't have the products I wanted in stock, so they ordered them for me and had it by the next day. They also charged me the exact same price as what is listed online from the product manufacturer. Many other smoke shops price gouge but they didn't. This will be the only place I shop from now on.

I really like this place and so glad they are doing well... However, there is one employee who CONSTANTLY seems to be annoyed every time I step into the store for product for my vape. I've been in there before when other customers are shopping and he treated them the same... I might bring him a beer or something next time in attempt to cheer him up. There is another gentleman that works there (mostly during the day I think) that is the complete opposite. He's offered to order what I need or even offered a discount for something comparable. He also always offers me a discount for living in the Heights. They've got some cool art and a selection of Seminole Heights clothing.

So I’m 18, I go to college in Florida, i know that in Florida it’s legal to sell nicotine products to 18+ it just depends on the store and there policies. I am used to using a smok that refillable with juice but all my friends are telling me puff bars are where it’s at, so I just have a question, if I were to come and stop by would you be able to sell to me or does you policy state I need to be 21+? No doubt the best smoke shop in Tampa... Jason and Jesse are very knowledgeable, they have a wide variety of cdb products, unique glass pieces, large variety of vape juices... Any supply you could possibly need to get ya smoke/vape on... And they are magical butter authorised dealers, they carry a full line of Magucal butter machines, molds, supplies as well as organic oils... I spent 4/20 there and had a blast, walked away with my own mb machine, won in raffle... That's the other thing... These guys hold events every few months and give away tons of cool stuff from mb machines and supplies to signature water pipes... This place is a must shop, 1 stop for all your smoke needs... Must go!!!!
