Very friendly. Went in last week to get samples of menthol. Liked one so i went back today and purchased a rolling machine and the tobacco and filters. I was paying between 5.00 and 7.00 dollars per pack. I am on disability so the expense of cigarettes really isn't in the budget. Buying my tobacco here will allow me to continue enjoying the only vice i have. I recommend this highly to save a ton of money. Mark is awesome too. This trip was 63.00 since i bought the machine but from now on i will be paying less than 20.00 for a whole carton. CAN'T BEAT THAT ANYWHERE!! Stop in and get free samples. I promise you won't regret it.

Good deals on cheap tobacco. They roll you a carton on their machine & charge you $27.13. Almost as good quality as store bought cartons. Sometimes you have to pinch a bit out of one end so you can draw on the cigaret. Quiting is your best option though.

So happy with the cigarettes my husband received today. Not only are they pretty dang close to the ones he normally smokes but they are a fraction of the cost. Almost 70 dollars for a carton of his Marlboro smooth 100's and only 25 dollars for the carton that we picked up today. My husband smokes 2 to 3 packs a day so this is going to help us significantly. Beyond thrilled that I by chance called and spoke with mark at RYO Tobacco. Also my husband will be referring his coworkers here for their tobacco needs.

Nice place, polite staff. the only drawback is unfortunately the place smells like tobacco which is not my favorite smell but I only come here for my mother-in-law anyway. The prices are very cheap for a carton and if you're looking for decent cigarettes on a budget I do recommend coming here.

Yoyo is so sweet & has really added her own touch to the store. She's knowledgeable on all of the products she sells and has expanded the merchandise line. Something always catches my eye. This is my favorite Smoke Shop in Tampa, I've been to others & will only go to RYO now. Yoyo listens to her customers and adds product lines her consumers want. Don't waste your time going anywhere else!!!

well where do i start .... mark is the best place in town ... i live about 15 min's away ! so far i have went there 4 times and i have tried all the other tobaccos ,and mark has the best in the bay just have to say , the first time i was there ,mark offered me a sample for free ,tho i would of went back and got more ,i did not hesitate, i got my first buy a bout a month ago and was very excited , and have returned back about 2 times a week to buy more ,and not just that i get my tubes there as well and i will let you all know even if you buy it on-line , you might get is cheaper ,but with saying that if will not be the same , and i say this because, Ive done it and regret it but now that i had found RYO... i will not go anywhere else .so thank you mark !

The most AMAZING customer service and products anywhere, hands down! These are EXACTLY like Marlboro cigarettes, without the tar and carcinogens, for $25 (plus tax). If you buy cigarettes anywhere else, you're crazy. This is the best place for RYO!!

Mark is awesome, some times he is closed when I go there, so I suggested he send a mad text to his customers to let them know when he is not there!! But other wise it's a great place to buy non- chemical tobacco!!

Been going there for years!!! Saved tons of money too!!! Excellent quality and the store clerk is very helpful. I've moved 2 hrs away but still travel the distance for great customer service and quality. I highly recommend this store to anyone.

I GO NO WHERE ELSE FOR MY NATURAL CIGS. NAME BRAND NATURAL CIGS LIKE AMERICAN SPIRITS ETC...COST ME UP TP $7.50 perpack!!! Here only 2.50 a pack. And Mark is fantastic customer service. O moved an 11/2 hour away now but still come here for all my CIGS. BEST PART IS I CALL IN ADVANCE TO ORDER CARTONS AND THEY R READY WITHIN AN HOUR!!! They roll them and everything. All I do is pick em up. THANK YOU RYO FOR YOUR SERVICE NOW GOING ON 2 YEARS.

Just stopped in. Finally drove over instead of the depot. Comparable prices, can special order if stuff is available (depot can't), and also carry leaf (complimentary grinding available). Will be coming back.

Saves me tons of money! $25 a carton is such a huge savings. My fiance goes through a carton every week or two and if we were paying full price it would cost hundreds.
