Wow! Where to start? For one, great atmosphere. I was at the factory lounge, if you will, just up the street from the main lounge. Great selection of locally HAND MADE cigars! Had a natural, medium strength robusto. A $5 stick that could easily stand up against a $20 stick any day! Beautifully crafted, flavorful, and the best value I've had to date. Amazing staff! Very friendly, accommodating, and made a delicious Cuban coffee! Can't wait to make it back next time I'm in town! Would love to meet Odelma someday!

A terrific little place. They have guys rolling their brand of cigars as you walk in! The guy behind the bar walked me into the humidor and helped me pick some great stories. always a great experience there. it's in the less traveled area of Ybor. parking is always a challenge. the humidor includes a small diverse selection. she does have her hand rolls. there is a small outside patio. the bar serves beer wine and some specialty cocktails pina coladas etc. comfortable seating leather recliners. Domino player table. sidewalk seating in the front for that infamous Ybor people watching.

Great smokes but I was a bit confused by the service. It was the end of the day and I bought 8 cigars that totaled about $60. After taking my money the girl at the register told me that if I had bought 10 cigars I could have gotten a discount and only spent $55. She then gave me one more coast for free but wouldn't let me redo the purchase to take advantage of the"deal". I love these cigars but an still a bit agitated by the strange customer service. I would likely have bought even more cigars of she had given me the discount to begin with...

First and foremost, the cigars are spectacular!!! I have NEVER had a badly rolled cigar, and they are flavorful, and good to the nub (Don't burn your fingers - they're that good!). Secondly, Odelma and staff are extremely hospitable, and the place is immaculately clean. I live in the NYC area, and the place was highly recommended by a family member who lives in Tampa. I have been to many spots in Ybor but this is the only company that I order cigars from. A "MUST" if you love premium fresh rolled cigars, and a "MUST" if you want to feel good when you buy them.

Happened into the shop while sightseeing in Tampa before a recent cruise and picked up a couple of Maduros to try. While on the cruise purchased Cuban Cohibas. Preferred Faraona to the Cohibas and sent a bundle home. Almost gone and will be ordering more. Cohibas are good, Faraona's are better! And at half the price.
