Huge, huge shoutout to the Swade dispensary on Cherokee for recommending this place. You don’t need to go more than literally a block from them to get all the smoking supplies you need. It was my first time going to this shop and let me just say.. I will never go elsewhere for any of my smoking needs! Neil was the main guy helping me out and he was absolutely awesome. Knowledgeable, kind, and honest. He gave me his honest opinion on products and I felt 100% informed on the what I was purchasing. Can’t say enough about him and his integrity. They have an exceptional variety of CBD products to fit your needs as well as great customer service. Gwen is very knowledgeable of the products and has helped me on multiple occasions, they recommend the Raw Black products (which I wasn't familiar with). I've been hooked ever since! I always get the Classic... the burn is super slow (like 20+ minutes) and I never experience "runs". Highly recommended.

I went to the location on Cherokee St. looking for a list of items. Rudie and Lucas were both incredibly helpful as I looked for the things I needed. I really appreciated Rudie especially, as they gave me great advice about the products I was comparing. Idk if Mr. Nice Guy pays their employees a proper $15/hr, but these folks deserve more than even that for all the products they sell so efficiently, knowledgeably, and pleasantly. Hopefully Mr. Nice Guy recognizes that it's these great workers who keep the store functioning and who are the real reason I would choose this place over, perhaps, any other head shop. Mr. Nice Guy is a Fine Enough Head Shop, Nothing Really Extra Special about it -- it gets the job done. The real appeal is the customer service & the dependability that the basic products you need will probably be there.

I ran into Rudie in the store who was as helpful as she was lovely and gave me a thorough walkthrough of their products, the various uses, and what might work best for what I was going for. Not to mention, it's a really large shop and is extremely clean and well-maintained, so it was just a nice experience overall. I would pretty highly recommend this place to anyone in the area. I can't really speak to the prices because I don't know all of the comparisons for the area, but from my own experiences, things seemed pretty normal to me.

Went in to M.NG on Cherokee last night for a late holiday gift for my partner. As I'm not a smoker of any sorts and know very little about any of the pieces and what they do, naturally I had a lot of questions. The person who was working this night was Rudie. They were so incredibly helpful and didn't mind my million questions. I was very indecisive and they were very knowledgeable about all the products and were happy to open the cases for me so I could get a closer look. I had just the most wonderful experience at CBD Kratom. Shannon, Brandon, Rudie, and Gwen were working and I was just shocked by how knowledgeable they were about the wide range of products. Your managements treatment of staff is unbelievably disrespectful (I would never imagine working for your company). it's surprising your staff is helpful at all under that poor of leadership. I see it in every store and it's you the owners not just the store managers/shift managers. Treat your staff better, pay them more, do something please! Only a few blocks from my house and my partner is a smoker so I went in to get him a quick present, it was a super simple $5.99 purchase, but Jeremy treated me and the transaction like I was buying a $1,000 item. He took the time to actually explain to me all the different varieties of things that could help with my pain even though he knew I wanted to consult with my Dr first which means again, no money for him or the store YET, but as someone that used to hire people in the car industry, etc. I would have offered Jeremy a job on the spot, he didn’t rush, answered all of my questions, left me in a position that I will NEVER go anywhere else to buy these products to try and help with chronic pain because his service was absolutely incredible. As a business owner myself, I can say absolutely any business would be lucky to have him. When I arrived, all 3 employees were looking at the computer screen...Not one greeted me, and I was the only customer in the place. They close at 6, it was about 5:30. I did a look-see through the entire store and when I got back to the front, the young man asked then if I needed help. I said I did. I would say at that point he assisted me quite well, no complaints there...I told him that'd be it, let me take another quick look round for anything else. It was then that one of the ladies yelled, "We close in 10 minutes." My thought was that if any of them had asked to help me when I first walked in then she wouldn't have to be rushing me out, but still I had 10 minutes to shop...but instead I said, "Let me pay, I need to get home too." I spent $74 and I don't want to feel like I'm being rushed to shop, especially when 3 employees weren't doing anything when I first got there...WHAT HAS HAPPENED TO CUSTOMER SERVICE?

I frequent this location on Cherokee and I have always had an inviting experience until about a month ago (maybe longer- my timeline isn't ace) when the (then) manager Logan made me feel extremely uncomfortable- he had made some comments to another customer that made me think "did he really just say that?!" And trust me I am not an easily disturbed or sensitive person but Logan's comments were way out of line. This evening I was near the area and decided to stop by- before I walked in I thought to myself "I hope he isn't working"- he wasn't- and to my surprise he is no longer working for Mr. Nice guy- I met Matthew tonight and he gladly helped with everything I needed and when I brought up the issue I had with Logan is when Matthew let me know in a very professional way that Logan is no longer with mr. Nice Guy- what a relief- this was my first encounter with Matthew and he happily attended to my every need- I even came in extremely late about 10 minutes until closing- which is never cool- but they didn't let on at all like they minded! Thank you to Matthew for being so pleasant and helpful- and thank you to the other employee working this evening- I have seen him several times and he has also always greeted me with a smile and been happy to help. I'm glad I came by tonight and thanks to the great employees working this evening on 06/19 I will be back a lot more often!

I visited Mr. Nice Guy a couple months ago looking for assistance with finding a CBD product that would help ease my anxiety & depression symptoms. Samantha was kind and very patient with all my questions and she helped me select a Todd Adams CBD product that did help. It advertised an orange flavor, but I would say that the oil was in no way "tasty." I found the most success with putting the drops under my tongue, holding for 30 seconds, and then washing down with a flavored drink of some kind. Would visit and purchase products from them again!

If you want to save money then buy online and wait. Some items, specifically the Half-Baked Brownies are 25% cheaper than anywhere online. They run out fast at some locations.

Place lacked a couple of items I was seeking, seemed like a blind spot to not have a selection of inexpensive stainless 1-hitters. "Prized grinder" at lowest level of rewards club was an absolute joke, totally uninspiring. Many many better such shops in town. Meh, these guys were at least nice, huh?
