Best Vape shop I've tried. Tons of e-juice selection, mods, RDAs, and knowledgeable staff. Not to mention the Tasting Bar. Want to try something in a new flavor, or just want to be sure you are going to like that new e-juice you are risking purchasing? Why not step in back, and see, for a tiny fee (it's actually so small, it really is worth it, and takes a lot of the "surprise" out of buying and trying when you get home). The staff know what they sell, and have used them a few times on selecting a custom mod. From the mod, tank, coil, and batteries. iVape is why my mod is as good as it is.

I needed a new vape unit, and when in doubt, i go to iVape. Alex was so awesome about finding out what I was looking for in for a vape unit. He suggested a mod for me, went over pros and cons, and lead me in the right direction. I have to say, his customer service blew me away. And I absolutely LOVE the unit I bought. One of the best vape only shops in SLC. Staff is friendly. They have a tasting patio out back so you can find the perfect flavor. The customer service is great, and they work hard to do a good job. I recently bought the last tank of a certain kind they had, they couldn't find the origonal box, and still gave me two extra coils and an extra glass. This was awesome for a company to honor for me. I love this store and will keep coming back.

I love this place, Best Vape Shop in SLC hands down! The entire staff is super friendly and very helpful! They have an amazing array of Vape products and they are so helpful no matter your budget. I Love that they have an outdoor tasting area where you can try all vape flavors and each of the staff takes turns and they always make great suggestions on flavors based on your likes and dislikes! I already really like this store. It's nice inside with sanitizer everywhere with paper towels so you can just sit down and clean up your tank and change out your coil. Everyone is unbelievably knowledgeable and kind. I've yet to walk in and not have literally every person that works there say hello. Their prices are great and the fact that you can sit at the tasting bar to make sure your getting a juice you like is amazing.

Workers were very knowledgeable! Told an employee a flavor profile of juice I was searching for and without needing to look anything up and without any hesitation, she immediately had a handful of very good juices that matched exactly what I was looking for. Was very impressed. It's extremely annoying to walk into a shop and ask basic questions about things and have the employees looking at you like your speaking a different language. Or having to Google it each time you ask them "what flavor is this juice?" Because they literally have no idea what anything that they sell actually is. So needless to say, it was a breath of fresh air to have a person who vapes and who is knowledgeable about vaping products working at a vape shop haha oh and the selection of both vape gear and vape juice is quite impressive. They have something for everyone... whether you're brand new just getting into vaping, or you have been vaping for years and are a vaping veteran, or maybe you're somewhere in-between! Lol no matter what level you're at, they got something for you. I'd definitely check this place out.

Best shop in the valley. I bought my first setup here when quitting cigarettes, and the staff member who helped me was incredibly knowledgeable. He also didn't push pricey mods and tanks on me which I appreciate looking back on the interaction. They have more juices from better brands than any shop I've found in Salt Lake City. I no longer live nearby, but I still make the drive out here when I have time to kill on a weekend. The same guy who helped me originally still works there, and I wish I knew his name so I could give him a shoutout. Due to Utah's crazy laws, you can't try all the liquids inside like you used to, but you still can pay a buck to go out back and test as much juice as you'd like. You can also stay inside and smell them, which I wish all shops would allow. Opening 1 0mg bottle of every option for customers to smell separates this shop, and at least one other that I know of, from the rest. Other shops are fine when you know what you want, but come here if you're looking for something new. They will point you in the right direction. Their rewards system also just got me a 60ml bottle of Buttermilk Pie (amazing, try it if you don't like fruity flavors) for almost nothing. 5 stars all around here.

I was still really new to vaping and a gentleman by the name of Zane is the one who always ends up helping me and even though I was being that difficult customer asking a million questions, not once has he got impatient with me and is always willing to help, after doing a sub ohm tank I decided to try RDA’s and zen spent probably 30 minutes explaining different options and then after that helped me build my first RDA, I wasn’t happy with it so zen told me to come in and we will look at it, and when I did he tried it and agreed I had no flavor and so he ended up rebuilding my RDA for me and had me try a new flavor and it was so much better, that is customer service at its best, I won’t go anywhere else, not only that but when I did, they were way cheaper than others, at one shop my mod was 128 and IVape SLC it was only 90, these guys are the best, 100 percent recommend.

I was turned on to this place by a friend of mine and man I was not disappointed what so ever! They had a huge selection of juices and always greet you right as you walk in the door. I have bought more mods and juice from these guys than anywhere else because they know what they are doing! You ask any question and they are on it so quick you will be in and out of there with a new set up and great juice within 25-30 minutes tops. I have to say the management picked out the best of the best vape guys and girls for this place!!

Every time I walk in I am greeted by every single employee. All the employees are very knowledgeable and kind. I can sit there for 15 minutes trying to figure out what flavor I want and they will tell me what's in every single juice they have. I love going to this shop and would recommend it to anyone. They recently helped me fix a mod that I thought was past no return.

Honestly, this is one of the only vape shops I trust anymore. With Covid still wrecking supply chains, a lot of other stores have started selling fake products, including juices which is just sooooo sus. If these guys have issues with a supplier either with quality or just them not following through on shipping, they cull them out. I feel like this is the only place that's gonna keep my business though this pandemic, cuz I ain't about to survive Covid but get poisoned and die from some knock-off juice that tastes like burnt a**. Also, the staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. What's not to love?

They also have a booth with a very very friendly host to try different flavors and let me try a ton until I found the perfect one for me. 5 star for the knowledge and relaxed environment. This IS the place! I have been to so, so many vape shops in this valley and the rest just don't hold a candle to iVape. They have the biggest e-juice selection I have ever seen, with many popular brands and their mod, tank and equipment selection is massive also. I decided to try out their vape bar that gives you a chance to try any of their flavors for 50 cents. It was awesome. I love the fact that I can try it before I buy it. Good luck finding that elsewhere. The staff was tip-top and spot on. Everyone there was very helpful and made sure I was being taken care of. They even fixed a broken magnet for free that was on my girlfriends mod. That is over and above folks. They even have a comfortable lounge setting with a massive fish tank to boot! The prices were great also, which is why I go out of my way to shop at iVape. Best in town.

Lately they haven't had the pods for bident (.8ohm) for months now. I bought the vape for the reason of liking that coil. I was suggested the crown since they were new and had pods available in similar ranges like .1 ohm. They also take the 1.2 but I don't favor those ones very much in the bident or the crown. The store is always very clean and smells nice inside. The staff is friendly as well. I do wish that they would keep stock of coils for mods they sell in my case so I can keep using the mod I like the most Wich I bought from them. And having to buy another mod is a pain just to get coils for them opposed to just getting the ones for my current more favorable one. The crown btw has a very touchy button Wich will fire with the slightest touch, and does not feel the same nor is it as sleek. It's more bulky and does rip good but the feel in comparison to the bident is not up to par for me I washed a bident and dryed it. Still works perfect. Geek vape did a great job with the bident.

iVape SLC is my number one stop for all my vaping needs. I’ve been a customer for over 3 years now. I have a difficult time going anywhere else to buy vape products, it almost feels like I’m cheating on them when I do. They have a very large selection of juice from different companies along with a wide variety of mods and pod based vapes. All of the employees working there are polite, and extremely helpful. Prices are competitive and they run sales from time to time which is nice. I will continue to be a long term customer and will always recommend iVape to my friends and family.

I will never go anywhere else I bought a new set up and spend $150 I got home and found out that the mod I bought was defective... I was able to go back to the store and the manager was able to call the boss and get me an in-store replacement so I did not have to go to the manufacturer for a refund or anything I am forever grateful and appreciate it so much. This place is great. Prices are consistenty cheaper. They have a service bar full of the tools you would expect a vape store to have (that they generally never do) and the staff are super knowledgeable. They are patient and kind even with some of the silliest problems i have. Their customer service also isnt dependant on the amount of product youre buying. $3 to replace your seals? Let me spend the next 20 minutes breaking it down with you and helping to replace them. Leaking tank? Let me talk to you about potential causes and resolve the problem without charging a cent. Also a huge variety of vape product and flavors. I was converted by my sister and now i travel the extra 10 or 15 minutes to the shop because i genuinely feel they are the best around. As for others commenting on the price of vape juice, i would like to see wgat brands theyre purchasing as ive bought 2packs of 60 ml for under $30. Singles are around the expected rate of 20 to 22. They employ a lot more labor than the average shop and probably have a higher overhead. So i would 100% expect a price premium and am more than happy to pay it for the more exclusive/ less common brands. Especially when they still have options in the typical price range.

Don't mistake the lower rating for a negative review, this isn't at all intended to be negative, in fact I LOVE this shop, all the employees are incredibly knowledgeable and nice and helpful. And no other shop can compete with the vast selection of juices. But that brings me to my 3 star rating, their prices are a little outrageous. I've never seen juice cost so much anywhere else. And they don't even have multiple item deals, so I'm upwards of 45 dollars for two 60ml bottles of juice which I go through in about 2 weeks. My local shop has the same 2 bottles of juice and it's usually 18 or 19 per bottle or 2 for 30 (sometimes 25) which is practically buy 1 get one at ivape. I wouldn't hesitate to give this a 5 star if they lowered their prices a bit. All in all its it's a fantastic shop to visit especially if you're inexperienced with juice flavors or mod options.

Largest selection and most knowledgeable staff I have experienced in the entire state. The shop doesn't look like much from the outside, but you will be pleasantly surprised when you walk through the door. This place is large and expansive with two entire walls stocked with any kind of Vape flavor you could think of. Theres even a tasting bar to try them out. They also carry a ton of Mods and accessories. If you ever have questions, the staff are always chock full of knowledge and reccomendations. I often see them troubleshoot with customers as to what issues they may be having with their mods as well. I'm very impressed with this place and love the service. They always greet you as you enter and assist you quickly. I just wish they had a location closer to my home in Sugarhouse so that I could frequent them more often.

One particular employee here finds uneducated vapors as a laughing stock, which may divert new shoppers. The other employees are open to educate and are completely relaxed, and easy going. First time in yesterday and these folks are awesome! Unlike another store in the valley, they were friendly and attentive. I adore this place! It had been awhile since I had been in here, because I had sold all my vape gear a year ago or so, and I started smoking cigarettes again so I bought a new vape, the Smok T-Priv 3 from Aztec Highway. I also bought juice, batteries and a charger from them. I wish I would've saved my money and went to ivape! Granted, I love the T-Priv 3 and they don't carry it(yet), but when I went in tonight, it was like I had never stopped buying my gear from them! One of my favorite juices of all time(super strudel)had been discontinued, but he told me of a new kind that was basically exactly like my old fave, and he was right! He also sold me better batteries, making sure to ask if I wanted the "better batteries that last longer than those". The salesman was awesome, and when I was leaving one of the other employees saw me and said "oh what's up dude?! You haven't been in here forever!" I was very impressed that he remembered me. This will be the only vape shop I shop at, period. Best service in Utah, hands down!!!

Great service and flat out the best juice you can get anywhere! If your a serious vaper come here don't get your juice anywhere else! I've tried lots of other places before a friend took me to iVape and no one else can even come close to the quality, taste and smoothness of their juice. Plus they have a juice tasting bar so you can taste any juice before you decide to buy it and that way your never stuck with a juice you don't like which is great! After my first time there I have been a loyal customer ever since and iVape is the only place I will buy my juice and equipment period! The staff is super helpful and knowledgeable and will show you anything you want to look at and they will help you with any questions or problems you might have. They do everything from starter vaporizers to high end mods and they will help you with your vaporizer and whatever else you need! They also absolutely stand behind their products and will make sure you are taken care of and totally satisfied! By the way I would totally suggest you try the John Wayne juice it tastes so good, it's definitely my favorite juice lol! Oh and also not to mention that vaping and the fact that iVape's outstanding juice is what kept me into vaping and that's what got me to quit smoking and it's been 4 years now since I quit smoking cigarettes, I owe them for that!

Everytime my fiance and I come in here we have the best experience ever. We will not go to another vape store as long as we live in salt lake city. The owner is so nice its not even possible and the other employees are also very nice. Whenever we come in to the store and it is busy, they still talk to us and get us taken care of. It might be a little bit pricey but that's because the boys here take care of you and get you what you need. I brought my friend in here and they got my friend taken care of and my friend hasnt smoked a real cigarette since he went to ivape and got his mod, Grady even built his first coil for him. Now, we've been to a lot of vape shops in the salt lake area and salt lake but none of them even compare to this shop. The first time I went in the owner asked if i needed my tank cleaned and now everytime i come they wash my tank for me and they wash it spotless. Someone mentioned that theres no way to smell or try their top of the line juices which is totally not correct at all. They're laid back and if you have your own tip theyll sometimes be vaping on a new juice and let you use your tip and try it and they always have the new ones on the counter for you to smell. The employees get to try the juice before they get their shipment in so if you go before the shipment then you cant try it but you cant even buy it when they dont have any. The owner and the employees are smart and totally knowledgeable about their products. They will take the time to explain to you what you'll be getting out of the different products, they even let you know which is the best/what not to get. The decor is awesome and I could go on and on about how awesome this store is but this review is already really long and I have nothing bad to say about ivape whatsoever. Their juices are really good too. I recommend papa smurf which is so delicious. If youre going to vape, do it right and come here and you will not regret it at all. Update from A YEAR AGO. I STILL come to this shop. They have moved locations since I last wrote my review and they now have a giant fish tank with an a bunch of fish, its way cool! I think they have added some employees, but they are still pretty much the same smart, friendly people that have worked there since I have started coming here. I will forever vouch for this shop, if you are just getting started vaping or if you have for awhile and want to learn more about it, this is the place to go. This place has the best flavors and the best quality of juices, the owners are still really awesome guys. Literally nothing bad to say about this place. When they moved they upped their stock too, so a bunch of new juice brands, hardware, everything they have more of. They also added a snack section which has hot AND cold drinks, perfect if you are wanting to go sit at the vape bar and are gonna be awhile. They have a ton of seating, and rewards program. Love this place!!! OH and the new location has two bathrooms now I think, and a sink so that you can wash out your tanks if you need to !!!

This place is pretty freakn great. The "Vape Experts" are super friendly and don't mind explaining things to you about your vape. I had Chris Cody help me out and he was extremely helpful in helping me to decide what Mod and tank I should get after having lost my first one. THE BEST! I live in downtown SLC, right by the temple. I HAVE NO PROBLEM WITH DRIVING OUT TO THEM ON REDWOOD & 45OO S. I have plenty of vape shops that are closer but this is where I go. The customer service is great every single time. I just went in about 20 min ago and at least 4 of the workers know my name, the kid who helped me today..glasses..slicked back hair (sorry I can't remember your name) knew who I was even though I hadn't seen him in forever, before I could say anything he knew and remembered what I always get, remembered the email my account is under & remembered my boyfriend's name . I read one review that was bad and it's unfortunate that she had that experience , but don't let one bad review keep you from going here. Their fluid is great, the price is great. They still offer 12mg which is what I use & they don't only offer 30 or 60 ml bottles. If I want the small one, I have that option. Just walking out, I had 5 different people yell, "have a good day!" When I need something but have my children with me, all I have to do is call ahead and tell them what I need and they happily grab it, meet me outside and run back in to do the transaction & bring me my change. So I've been going to this place every once and awhile cause it's the closest shop to my house. I like their shop, it's nice and neat. The only thing I really don't like about it is whenever their manager (who is the actual manager not the guys who say they are) isn't there they all act lazy and cocky. I feel like they don't want people to come in and they just want to sit and do nothing but work on their own mods or sit and watch the tv they have. Our Vape Bar tender Parker was the man. So fun to hang out with, so helpful, we hung out at the bar for a good 45 minutes just because he was so cordial. After that my girlfriend was looking into her first mod, and the girl who helped us out (didn't get her name) was so excellent. She put no pressure on buying a mod and was so helpful on just educating us on the things we were looking at. After my girlfriend ended up purchasing one, I was blown away when she was taken to a table at the other side of the store to be walked through every step of setting up and using her new mod. I recommend this place so highly to anyone who loves vaping, wants to know more about vaping, or just appreciates incredible customer service and people who are passionate about their craft. iVape, you guys do it right.

I love this place and NEVER get sick of it, the staff is very helpful and friendly and fixing up your RDA's, you can even charge your battery as well while the vape tech is fixing up your mod. I recently got a Cool Fire II mod (Resemble a frag grenade) for VERY low price and it worked. I especially love the juice bar, soooooooooo many flavors to choose from with reasonable to low price. I have had nothing but the best service at ivape. I have been vaping since 2010 & have been in numerous facilities in several states. A full vapor bar. They have more flavors than the Ocean has fish, they even have fish flavor. They are polite & helpful. I have read negative reviews & am convinced they must be disgruntled former employees (likely on drugs) or competitors (likely disgruntled). This is the best place to spend your time & money in the valley. As far as price goes they are very competitive with the local market. Just an fyi; vaping isn't exactly cheap, neither is smoking. If you can't afford to don't mortgage your life, just keep pulling butts out of the ashtray at 7-11. Perhaps consider getting a high paying career or at least a decent job (your a bit old to be living at mom's house watching WWE & making out with your arm).

I no longer vape but this was one of my only two spots I went too, if you need anything that is vape related or have questions these guys are awesome, they use to build coils that I loved but leave it to Utah to ruin a good thing. If you are looking for juice they have mountains of juice to choose from where the juice is plentiful and the peaks are foggy this place is the place for you! If you are looking for a really good juice I’d recommend flip flop as they are the only place that has that juice here in Utah. If you need mods they have that if you need a fix of that vapey vape go here and be happy and satisfied like the majestic wild unicorn.

Instead of brushing it off or sending my to some warranty web site they sold me a new device at a big discount. I do spend a bit of money at IVape and have been a customer sense the beginning so that probably helped but still super cool of the guys to help me out like that.
