Called in and let me tell you, the staff is AMAZING! I’m traveling from Nebraska to Texas and need to make a stop to pick up cigars. The first place I called had no idea what I was talking about. The gentleman that answered at ZT Cigars was very well versed on cigars and cigarillos. He checked stock for me very quickly! I’ll be driving in tomorrow and no need to stop anywhere else for my cigars. This is the best!

I found this lounge off the Drew Diplomat App. I figured that I'd give them a try since they are a Drew Diplomat location. I was very impressed with this location. I was promptly greeted and shown where my selection was in the humidor. He made a few recommendations based off the brand that I prefer. I paid for my selections and was allowed access to the lounge. Beautiful lounge which was well spaced out. All in all, very pleasant visit with great customer service. I would highly recommend ZT's. Pricing was on point with other lounges that I've been to.

They have a great selection of cigars. I liked that they had bundle packs. However, the service was not great. The worker was short with me and seemed unfriendly. Maybe he was just having a bad day. I ended up buying an ounce of PS Luxury Bullseye Flake pipe tobacco at a pretty high price, almost 3 times the price of most online sellers. I understand there are state taxes, shipping costs, and other factors, but that was more than I would've liked to pay for.

Super nice and friendly staff! The clerk took me into the cigar room and gave some great recommendations (I'm new to cigars) and was SPOT ON with what I was looking for. Showed me the lounge and locker room and even though I'm not a member, said I could chill for free and feel it out. I don't smoke that often, so I'm not gonna join, but will definitely buy there loyally. Great selection, BEAUTIFUL cigar rooms (invokes jealousy), friendly staff. Great store.

This place is amazing I came down from Texas and was looking for a good cigar spot and went here. The service was amazing I had forgot the name of the cigar I wanted and the gentleman who helped me found it just by me telling him the color of the paper. I didn’t feel rushed and he didn’t get annoyed by me not knowing the name. I will definitely be going back here whenever I am in OKC

I credit this place with helping me to quit smoking cigars and getting off nicotine. At 9:15am I was really craving a cigar because I was addicted. I leave work and am the first car to pull up to the shop as it opened. The lot was empty. I pull into what I thought was a spot in front of the door in an empty lot waiting to buy a big box of cigars. The clerk informs me that I have not parked in a spot and asks me to never park there again. As I politely nod and wait for my cigars to be delivered, I think about this decision. Missing work for an addiction only to be berated by some 24 year old clerk because the parking lot is not clearly labeled? What am I doing with my life? I just spent $40 here for something I have to hide from family, friends and coworkers just to get treated like that. It's really weird when you finalize realize how pathetic your addiction has become and the store who was supplying it helps push you over the edge. Thank you!

Love this place! People are very helpful. After buying there for a while I purchased a membership and a locker. The ability to store 20 boxes of stogies and having a warm place to watch a thunder game and smoke are awesome! The locker keeps my cigars perfectly and because of hanging around and pumping fellow smokers for info my boxes at the house work great too.

Got doc a few cigars, they have some in a bundle that is great choices for a guys birthday when you don't know what to get them. Alot of choices, great ash trays also if you want a gift. OU and OSU even.

I have only been once and I was unexpectedly surprised. I’m admittedly a novice and only recently bought my first $100 purchase of cigars. It was at a competitors shop and I purchased a cutter and a torch. I was having trouble with the torch and asked to see their selection. Instead, the 2 guys behind the counter took a look at my torch, fixed it, and talked me through how to use it. Printed plainly on the side was the name of the competitor, but these guys will have me as a customer for ever.

Definitely worth checking out if you are a avid cigar smoker or even new to the world of cigars and pipes.

Had a few gentleman help out well. There was one particular individual who seemed to have nasty bedside manner, but went off in the back after the other two gentleman assisted me. They did great, good service good demeanor, cannot say the same about the first guy I encountered though. Could have been a 4 star review, but that hiccup drops a star for me. Otherwise alright place, prefer the Yukon location more though.

Zt is the best cigar joint in okc area. Always informational and helpful. Tons of cigars to choose from. Largest selection I've seen yet. They really know their stuff. Staff has to take classes before they are fully able to work there, as far as I remember, that was what I was told. Awesome place for real. They get in the good stuff but it doesnt last long! I recently spent just about 10 nights out of 14 with the ZT Staff and Members. Stuck in town for family medical issues they welcomed us into the members area and encouraged us to visit during emotionally taxing times. Everyone was incredibly friendly and I highly recommend becoming a member at ZT Cigars. If you aren't from Oklahoma CIty, I encourage you to stop at ZT Cigars and take a look at the selection. ZT has a premium line-up that's hard to beat and a wide arrange of every day smokes. It's a balanced inventory without being too focused on any one brand. ZT Cigars gets 5 stars.
