I’m totally new to vaping and never tried it before. When I got in the store they were really really nice and helpful even though I had no knowledge. Client service was excellent and the juice tastes great. Can highly recommend. Even gave me the tip how to handle it with TSA since I’m from Germany and will travel back in a few weeks.

The managers that work there are very helpful, understanding and knowledgeable. They are very professional in their assistance. They also have a great variety of vape liquids that they make. All professional pharmaceutical grade.

Great little shop! People are always friendly and accommodating without being overbearing. Liquid flavors are spot on and there are plenty. The prices are a little on the higher end for juice. But, the liquid won't gunk your coils. And the nicotine is very high quality. Also the nic levels are right on the money. If you get 6mg, it will be what you expect for 6mg etc. Definitely recommend this place!

Always helpful! I heavily recommend Vaping Tiger to all people vaping but especially beginners as they make you feel good about what you are investing in. Every employee is knowledgeable and honest about what they are selling to you. I have never had a bad experience and always keep coming back.

Friendly staff and good prices... Had my second and third visit to vaping tiger and I've gotta say they are the best in town. Their prices are kinda high but the customer service is excellent. If you are a new vapor they are the place to start. I over heard them helping a older woman learn how to use her new device and couldn't believe how patient they are. And not only that they never came off like they were talking down to the woman.

This is the best vape shop in the city. The staff is super helpful, friendly, and fun to hang out with if you just want to chill out after a long day. Wonderful juice, fair prices, lots of different tanks and mods to choose from. Super clean and just one of my favorite places in Metairie!

Best juice, and very friendly staff. Very knowledgeable. They have a sitting room for customers to chill. If you have questions they have answers and don't act all inconvenienced like the staff at other places. Simply put...I pass three other vape stores to get to this one!

The shop is very nice, staff are very knowledgeable of their products and have discounts on entire packages of coils. Even though I stopped in at the very end of the day the friendliness of the staff make me want to stop in again and hang out for a while. Additionally I would recommend the Crescent City Cocktail for those that enjoy fruit flavors, it taste like a tropical cocktail!

I've walked into a bunch of vape shops in the past, and never really felt welcomed at them. This is the first shop that I actually didn't feel that "vape snob" feel when I walked in. I'm not hard core about it, and I don't know much about the Vape Life, aside from the fact that it helps me keep my sanity. They were very helpful and patient with me :) plus they have a lot of tasty Juices.

Staff was friendly and helpful, however I would shop elsewhere for juice. Prices on juice were higher than most premium brands found elsewhere and this was for juice made in house. Tried a couple of their popular flavors and was not impressed, especially for the price.

These folks are friendly, informative, and really know their product. All the eLiquid is made in-house, and is top quality. Tasty, too. Prices are great, they have a customer reward program, and discounts for larger purchases of liquid. My very favorite vape shop.

I was initially going to rate 4 stars due solely on pricing but my vape unit has never had such quality liquid in it before! The atmosphere is great, the customer service even better, and there was an extensive amount of hardware and liquid to choose from.

I actually work at another shop, but one day I desperately needed a coil and was too far away from my shop. I found this place. It felt like everyone, the customers and the employees, all knew each other and were all friends. So it was a little intimidating coming in new. I had a little time to kill, and needed to change my coil. I hung out for a little bit, and despite first feeling intimidated, really started to like the store. The chick that works there was really nice to me and started including me in the group conversation and I really appreciate that. I feel like if I didn't already work in a vape shop, I might become at least a semi-regular. I'll deffinetly keep them in mind if I'm ever in that area and need any vape supplies.

5 stars Straight across!!!! I’m a lil Late on my review but, better late than never. Came in on my visit to New Orleans the week of July 5th-9th. Googled this place because to my surprise I had flown all the way to NOLA from Chicago with out any juice🤦🏽‍♀️. Luckily this place was super close to my hotel in Metairie, LA So, I decided to drop in. To my surprise I didn’t know it would be this cool!!! All of the staff were super accommodating, Knowledgeable &, just chill asf!!! I ended up getting the “Melon Mambo” 15ml which was a great price too. O.M.G the taste was super great. I can’t believe these guys make there own stuff. It’s freaking AMAZING!!!💯🔥🙌🏽 Vaping with good conversation. I’ll def be back, but in the mean time I’m for sure going to order online. The best Vaping Lounge and Shop that I have found in and out of the state of Louisiana. .Jeff and Victoria are extremely educated on the top of the line vaping devices as they are experts at making their own vaping oils that no other vaping shop or oil company could come close to trying to invent the range of delicious flavors they have. .I am in business and I find it very frustrating that some big vaping oil company hasn't tried to partner with them to mass produce their oils with their brand name on it and also I find it a shame that someone couldn't help them to get this classy upscale shop to sell franchises and educate people to own them and run them. .The staff are trained with excellence and its just as much as a treat for vapers to go their as a coffee drinker loves to go to Starbucks. .I will tell you this, I hope and pray that the day comes soon that I could have the golden opportunity to be the first one to put a business package together to make this happen. But until then, no matter where you live, they will be happy to ship what you need. .They take the time to get to know their clients on such a personal level, that they are 99.9 % of the time right on the money on what flavors are for you. .They use good quality vaping devices for you to sample the flavors. I drive a state away to go there because over time they have become family to me and the staff are just as much family to me also! .If you live out of town, just take the time to give them a call and they will work with you and help you figure out what your vaping needs are and will work with you on the flavors too! Also, if you vape and you go to New Orleans, you will sadly miss out on an opportunity to meet the owners Jeff, Victoria and their awesome staff if you don't at least take some time out of your visit to New Orleans to see their posh, comfortable, and friendly vaping lounge and boutique. Like I mentioned above, if you live out of town, they will ship your orders to you. They all have been a blessing to me because I was almost a 2 pack a day cigarette smoker and I purchase now oils with the lowest nicotine to no nicotine at all!!
