To be honest with everyone this smoke shop is very honest. they are always loyal to their customer and they are also respectful. I always like coming to this 420 Vape and smoke shop on Williams in Kenner, la because every time I walk in they are always welcoming people. they don’t judge the book by its cover. they are reasonable with their prices and always communicate as a team.

I quit smoking cigarettes and can't do it cold turkey. This place has the biggest variety of disposable vapes. Also they are willing to take as long as you need to find the right one for you. The customer service is amazing and I will only go to this shop.

I just left here, and I know for a fact I’ll be back. The guy that rang me up was so nice from the time I came in until I left. They kept my stuff in a bag over night since I had to come back the next day. They all smile and greet you. This shop is literally a vibe. I explained to them what I was looking for and they were so patient with me. I highly recommend them. Bonus is how good the store looks everything. 10 stars!

This is my most fav vape shop in the New Orleans area. I move around a lot and sometimes it can be hard to find a shop that has everything you like and more. In BR it was LA Vape, in Oklahoma it was Umbrella Vape, anywhere else I've lived, I had to order online. I'm very happy with this place. Great staff, great choices, great prices. Bonus points because I work at CubeSmart Storage right across the street so it's super convenient. It took us almost a year of being back home before we found this place and it's been right there the whole time. 🤦🏻‍♀️

Nice place. The employee that checked me out was helpful and gave good service. What they didn't have she told me they could get and went in the back to show the owner what I was requesting. The other employee or supervisor or whatever, didn't really know what I was talking about and didn't really try to help me. She was like oh we don't have that. Couldn't really explains the products or how they are used. I won't rule them out but they aren't my first choice.

A little pricey, but they have an awesome selection. There was only one item we couldn't find here. The owner is incredibly nice and will have a conversation with you rather than acting like a robot. They have extended hours and are open on the weekend, so it's very convenient to come here. Plus there's a cute kitty in the shop!
