Staff was friendly, helpful and attentive. Vape juice prices were a little high but not outrages and still lower than some other shops. I'll definitely stop in again when I'm in the area. Good shop overall.

Spent 400 on a gravity bong. The pieces are broken and the bong doesn’t work. The woman who owns this shop was extremely rude when we went inside to ask her about why is was broken and if there was anything she could do. She started swearing and cussing us out saying she’s the owner and she doesn’t care. The owner is terrible. She doesn’t even know anything about what they are selling. When we asked about the broken parts she didn’t know anything about it. She called me a c**t and a b***h. The other staff are very helpful and cool though.

Outstanding. Spoke to a guy on the phone multiple times and was very knowledgeable. When I came into the store was still being very helpful and even recommended good products too. I wish I would’ve gotten his name, I came in on March 1st around closing shift. Will definitely come here again and recommend it to all of my friends.

The pretty woman who I assume is the owner/manager is always very welcoming and friendly and the customer service/ease of business offered here puts this shop at the top the list. I usually source my vaping needs online but when I'm not willing to wait this is the only vape store I will go to. See some comments about prices- yes obviously retail is more expensive than online- but before I started going here I'd been to a few different local shops where prices where considerably higher and the customer service was nothing like what you'll find at Purple Haze. Glad I found this place instead. If you want to support a great local biz that never fails to make you feel like a valued customer, Purple Haze is the place to go!

One of the best and cheaper smoke shops to buy American Spirit tobacco to roll your own. I paid $40 on this can and its higher everywhere else.

Giving this as five star to offset those low starts.. I personally have had no problems there with either the products or the staff.. they've always been professional and knowledgeable.. I do wish to they would carry more kitch and gift products like the old head shops on Brady (if you remember Changing Times, or Tie me down then you an old school Brady street like me), or Madison... But it's all business now product wise, I guess I get that. As for pricey.. well.. it's the east side.. everything is pricey. It's the cost of living in the 'cool' side of town. Cope.

I've never been inside but if they have people like her working there I'm sure it is an amazing experience in person. Matter fact, I might just stop in based on her alone. Ive actually gone to this place a few times and the lady here is SOOOO NICEEE, very welcoming, generous on the information, my first time being CBD and the knowledge she gave me was great too. Granted the circumstances, she was very nice and the poshes are a dollar cheaper, and the deals on the vape juice are great. Will for sure be back here. If you call them you'll see how welcoming she is and that goes a long way for the business.

This is by far one of the best if not the best smoke shops in the area, they have a variety of products from tobacco goods,to everything else in between very friendly customer service and very knowledgeable staff there is more products in this place than you can imagine, stop by check it out without a doubt you won't be disappointed let them know Jay told you to stop by if you're into hookah, this is definitely your place, if you're looking for a pipes, bongs, you name it,they have it. Safety is not a concern, they're located in a very well-lit nice well populated area,so next time you're down around Brady don't hesitate to stop by!

They'll help you with your vape, educate you about hookahs, and the store is constantly upgrading. Every week I come in and there's new glass, new cases, new boards, new hookahs. Great prices, too!
