Casey and Will helped me out tonight. I was undecided on what flavor of Elf Bar to get so they suggested Gumi flavor and it's now one of my top 3 favorites. Ton of thanks guys! This place is awesome! I was helped by Eric and Austin, both whom have excellent customer service and patience for indecisive customers like myself. They mix their own vape juices, so they can make it to order, which is perfect because I'm also pretty particular. They have a nice selection of testers and even more flavors in the back. They've made a regular customer out of me today! :)

Went in for my first time recently, walked out with a vape mod and extras. Guy behind the counter was very knowledgeable and took his time to answer my questions. After a few days had an issue with my purchase. Same gentlemen helped me and I was on my way. Went back a few minutes later because I had another issue. He took his time to make sure I wouldn't leave disappointed. The epitome of customer service. Would definitely be back. Great service, huge selection and very knowledgeable.

This place is large and has so much to choose from. They even have like more than 50 different varieties of my favorite Wild Berry brand incense which is hard to find this many different scents. The guys working there were super cool and helpful too. I also like that they're open until 11pm soon to be open til midnight. Highly recommended and I'll be back!

Love this place. I live on the other side of town but the selection and the service both make it worth the commute. Plus they're open late and I really appreciate it cause the store down the street closes at 8 and sometimes you need new glass after that time. This is my go-to store now and I am happy to recommend it for anyone needing new smoking equipment.

For not being from here. I was able to call and get a coil piece for me vapor. They had it! It was easy to find, even with Google taking me to the back door. There is a lot of cool glass pieces. If I had more time and money I would have walked with one as well. The customer service is on point in my book. If passing through or needing something give them a call or stop by.

They have a very good but not great selection and relatively friendly employees. A little more expensive than most every other smoke shop though and I'm my opinion not really worth it. I only go here on occasion because they're one of only a handful of smoke shops that accept google/samsung/apple pay.

I just left this smoke shop after a dispensary told me about it yesterday. It wasn't busy when I walked in and the two guys up front (I'm assuming the owners) helped me out right away, they have a 20% discount for medical marijuana patients and they also had a sale for 50-70% off items as well! I found the perfect pink hello kitty bong + a few dutch masters for only $28 total! I'm so happy and I will come back to this shop for all of my other smoker needs! You guys are the best, amazing customer service.

Great shop with a huge selection of custom vape flavors. I used to frequent Elephant Vape when they had their custom juice bar, but left after they went to pre-made only. Still Smoking is a little pricey compared to the competition but you get what you pay for.

This review is long overdue I've been coming here for years the guys are so friendly, knowledgeable, and treat every customer like family. They regularly have promotional discounts and just about everything you'd ever need(all kinds of papers, filters, pipes, water pipes, rigs, nails, bags, etc). Wow this place is so sick I think they need a doctor. I mean the prices the staff and the ridiculous selection are on point. Everyone is friendly and knowledgeable. As an elite master certified customer experience expert myself I must say these guys know how it's done. From building rapport to greeting a customer with a smile and "I'll be right with you". I can't say how many businesses these days don't even greet a waiting customer. I can't stand it. I'll gladly wait to be helped for a long time if you just acknowledge I'm there. Everytime I've gone here they are great at this and usually I never have to wait anyways as they are well staffed. What can I say. I can see this lace will be here a long time cause they are focused on building long term relationships with customers instead of trying for the home run. Its the saying I'd rather make 100$a month for years than make five hundred dollars one time. I don't usually leave reviews but these guys deserve to be known. Especially Casey. Best smoke shop in Vegas. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. Huge selection of glass as well as electronic smoking "gadgets". They carry alot of rarer items too. They also stock collector's glass by well known artists. Pricing here is a bit below average which makes most items here a steal. They carry some more budget friendly items if that is what you are looking for.

And they didn't get upset when I made a mess changing tanks and unscrewed it in the wrong place! You know?.. e-liquid all over! No big deal! They were really awesome! Just FYI... the bad review about lousy parking is about the shop across the street! There's plenty of parking in the Sahara Decatur shopping center where Still Smoking is located! Cool employees and they are open untill 12am every night which is nice for when your out of shisha and you don't realize its time to buy more untill 11:30 and everyone eles is closed. Disappointed. Back in 2011 i bought a custom handblown pipe that i love. Its pink with color changing glass and 1 angel wing on the side. When u went a couple weeks ago it seems like the focus of the shop has shifted. Its more about commercial glass, dabs and vape juice. If you want custom pieces head to Gorilla Radio on eastern and flamingo.

The guys are great every time I come in. From teaching me about kratom to helping me figure out how to go from smoking cigarettes to vaping without freaking out. They're always helpful, funny and never seem like I'm asking too many questions or taking up too much time.
