I've been here several times over the past year. Never had a problem other than making the mistake of buying a low cost lighter that of course broke within days. Customer service is always good and I actually made it a point to swing by on my way moving out of Nevada.

I live nearby and have been swooping through this smoke shop for the last 3 years! They always have what i need from incense to mad dab rigs, glass cleaners, scales, crazy amount of rolling trays, hella merch, hookas, pipes, bubblers, shooters, bangers, torches, joint pouches, candles, oh and every last rad mad lad working here is a legend individually and as a whole! Thank you guys for the sickest bongs I've ever seen! They have this "spin the wheel" if I buy a bunch of stuff too, so i always do!

Great service and friendly staff. They make a point to greet their customers and make sure they're acknowledged and helped as quickly as possible while taking the time to help find what you need. Only reason I gave 4 stars is I wish they had a more diverse selection of water pipes.

I went in to buy a dab rig with a lot of questions. Alex and his coworker did an amazing job helping me to get a great deal on not only a rig but a nice banger, some pearls, a torch, and a cap! Definitely my favorite smoke shop and I will be back with any future smoking needs! If you're looking to grab a piece they have a great selection with great knowledge and service!

i gave this place a 3 instead of 5 because i had great customer service but not so great product. i didn't catch the girl's name who helped me but it was midnight and i'm sure she was tired but she was still extremely nice and helpful. the product on the other hand, wasn't helpful at all. i bought kratom, which i usually buy at other stores around vegas for a fair price, but the product they carry is extremely overpriced for an extremely small amount of kratom. i paid $20 for 25 capsules that weren't very effective for me at all. i usually get 50 capsules for that price but it was late and this was one of the only places that was open. they only carried 2 brands of kratom. if you're looking for kratom i would suggest finding a smoke shop that has a wider variety of brands because the kratom they carry is overpriced. other than that i had a great customer service experience. i'm sure their other smoke related products are great! just not their kratom.

If I could give a 6th star I would!! Ameirah was fantastic with help on buying a new bowl for my rig. She had options for me!! I got to spin the wheel, I left with a cute glass pipe and cool stickers. This is my definite GO TO smoke shop. Lots of inventory great prices phenomenal service <3

Went here to pick up a Dab Pen now that i am trying out concentrates, i am a newbie and very ill-informed so i was expecting to be taken for a ride. Amierah & Aiyannah helped me out and I'm SO glad i went there! This location is far from home but i won't mind going out of my way anytime i need something. Amierah walked me through the whole thing. She showed me all the pieces, explained what each of them do, gave me tips and examples... she was SUPER helpful! I now feel much more confident in using this Dab Pen and definitely am ready to start the concentrates which is huge since i was nervous at first! Super cool place! They give you a discount if you come from the dispensary next door so it’s always a good stop for papers and wraps. They also have a killer selection of glass, and if you’re lucky enough to be there when D is killer customer service as well. I like this place because the selection they have but i just bought a rig from there a week ago diamond glass and it has a crack in it.. Diamond glass is suppose to be goood glass it hasnt been dropped or used in anyway like that that would cause a crack???? I had to edit this so i could finish telling you what has happened i put it in the questions and comments section but i want it to be seen i spent 109$ on a diamond glass rig and a afm banger both are broke the bong already had a crack in it i showed in the picture below it fell off of my coffee table on to a blanket that is on padded carpet floor and broke amthe banger the bong and the original crack cracked all the way around for 109 $ i got sold a p.o.s piece of glass i dont never complain and i dont ask for free stuff but i believe i am intitled to a new bong an banger cause im a loyal customer ive came in forr many things and never disapppinted today i am VERY disappointed

I am SO GRATEFUL to have had the luck to walk into this smoke shop a few months ago and met SADDA. I had a problem with a piece of equipment and I had traveled to several smoke shops including the “experts”🤔🤔over at Still Smokin’😕 Out of desperation, I walked into ODD Smoke Shop to get a cold drink and a pack of cigarettes (yes I know😣. SADDA waited on me that afternoon and within 4 minutes TOPS she had solved my problem! I told her that she had earned my loyalty and my business forever that day. I have kept true to my loyalty promise as well. Just a few days ago my water pipe’s bubbler snapped off into two pieces. I use an electric heat source so she and I spent a great deal of time finding just the right water pipe replacement. SADDA made sure I was happy with my new rig and assured me that she had my back if I had any problems or questions. I was really impressed with SADDA’S customer service and knowledgeable skills within the smoke shop. Folks, just because Still Smokin’ is so widely well known in this town as being the premier smoke and glass shop, don’t be fooled! Save your time and some $$ and head on over to ODD Smoke Shop and ask for SADDA.. you won’t be disappointed I promise you!
