This place has the best selection of cigars I’ve ever seen. I’ve visited many cigar shops in the nation and this is by far the best premium selection I can find. Prices are competitive and the staff is always on point. The owner always recognizes me and is very warm and welcoming. Always gives me a bottle of water on the house. And the new staff that I’ve worked with are super friendly and very knowledgeable. Clean shop. Seriously a gem. Thanks guys. I’ll always be back.

All I can say is wow! The inventory in this store is amazing and the customer service is even better. As a first time customer I was welcomed warmly, and helped so much. I don’t know much about non Cuban cigars and the guys not only took time to find out about my taste but let me try one of their own brand cigars free of charge to get my feed back so they knew exactly what to recommend. I ended up buying plenty of cigars and then the generosity carried on with more free samples and humidity pouches as I was traveling. If you are in Las Vegas and like a cigar this is definitely the place. Don’t buy on the Strip as it’s much more expensive and they don’t have the incredible choice of cigars this store has, you will be glad you spent $10 in a taxi I assure you. As a long term cigar smoker I can safely say this is the best cigar buying experience I have ever had. Thank you Cigar Store Las Vegas!!

Phenomenal customer service! Roger made me feel right at home on my first visit to the shop. To call their selection of cigars amazing would be an understatement. Not only do they have all my favorites, Roger is extremely knowledgeable, give excellent recommendations in cigars to me such as Rios street taco Barbacoa and I haven't been disappointed. If you're new to Vegas or just visiting and like to smoke cigars, I highly recommend this shop You will not be disappointed. If you can’t find a cigar in this cigar shop you might just stop smoking cigars.

This is my favorite cigar shop in LV. I have not found another cigar shop that can match their selection and pricing. Roger has an amazing knowledge of all things related to the cigar industry and has excellent customer service skills. Their location is a bit off the strip but worth it. Oh man, I love cigars. My younger brother is a frequent patron of this beautiful shop and he has been recommending LVCO fo me for a long time. Today, I actually had some scratch to buy three great cigars for my weeks ahead where I enjoy ‘em on the weekends. Anyways, from the second we entered the shop, my wife and I were greeted so warmly that even though I had just met Roger for the first time today, I feel like I’ve known him for years. Roger is so genuinely friendly, knowledgeable, and easy-going that we couldn’t help but feel like we were family! He showed us around the HUGE humidor and helped guide us to the cigars I was destined to smoke abs enjoy! He gave my wife and I water the second we walked in (a hot day) and that kind of gesture never goes unappreciated! The shop has a very storied, close, homely ambiance to it that makes me-and I’m sure every other man who’s ever walked in-never want to leave! It’s damn near Paradise! Every man’s dream is to have an immaculate cigar collection and Roger has GOT that immaculate collection! The three cigars in the photo are a Tabernacle “David”, Southern Draw “Jacob’s Ladder”, and a Pappy Van Winkle. The Pappy cigar blew my mind and those are a rarity!!! We got to talking and you can tell Roger has such a well-earned reputation within the city of Las Vegas as being the greatest cigar shop in the city. I’m going to be a regular at the shop as of today and I couldn’t be more happy to be a cigar-loving Las Vegan whom God has blessed us with such a great, quality, classy shop! Plus, I was wearing my St Thomas Aquinas shirt to day and Roger bestowed many blessings to my wife and I. That kind of thing also goes a long way with me! This place is something else. By far the biggest humidor and the widest selection of premium cigars I’ve ever seen. If you’re looking for it, they have it. Their customer service is top notch and these guys really know their cigars, cigar history, and can help you find whatever you need, and even something you didn’t know you needed. Their prices are a little higher than some other shops, but the sheer amount of cigars and the fantastic customer service make it worth it. If you like cigars, this place is an absolute must see, even if you’re just visiting Vegas.

I am a new cigar smoker so the learning curve is huge. I went in to the cigar outlet and was greeted by Jacob that directed me to his brother Roger in the huge walk in humidor. Roger greeted me very kindly and with not an ounce of snobbery he was gracious and incredibly kind with a desire to educate. He asked me price range and what I liked he did not push me into anything I wasn't ready for. He put me into 3 cigars that fell right in budget and flavor profile. He also was very welcoming of my wife and joked with her very respectfully. This business and the men who operate on d own it are amazing. Also a massive collection. No one better in my book. This is easily the best place in Vegas to go for Cigars. Roger and his brother Jacob are the nicest people you will ever meet. This is an amazing Cigar Emporium. With over 3500 different cigars-carrying sweet infused Drew Estate cigars to 100 rated Atabey's and Byron's. I visited while on vacation from Canada and thoroughly enjoyed my shopping experience and conversation with shop owner Roger. He even blends his own cigars! Just an awesome cigar buying experience. If you're a cigar smoker this is a must visit store if in Las Vegas, a little out of the strip but we'll worth the trip. Huge selection at really to reasonable prices, well stocked with some very fine cigars like Padron, My father and numerous others I could not begin to describe. If you're wondering if you should shop here, I would read this review. First off, Roger is a great guy to deal with (even more later on him so stick around). He's extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. When my fiance and I came in, it was him, a rep for some companies there (also a great guy) , and a good amount of customers. I was never ignored or forgotten about. After spending some good time in there and buying around 200 cigars, it was time to get back to our hotel. We had cabbed it to his store and now needed a cab to get back. I asked Roger if there was a good place to catch one or if he wouldn't mind calling us one. He asked me where we were staying which was Planet Hollywood that was about 15 min drive away. He looked at me and said "can you wait 5 minutes? I'll give you a ride back." We were stunned by the offer and sure enough he came right back with his keys and drove us all the way back to the hotel! We chatted all the way back and when we arrived he told us anytime we needed cigars to give him a call and he'd set something up. I can't thank him enough for the generosity and one of the highlights of our trip. The store is clean with an absolutely incredible selection from top shelf to budget sticks. You would be missing out not going there and I couldn't recommend this place enough. I know I'll be back every time now. Thank you again Roger!!

Roger knows cigars very well. Nothing in the store is bad and there are 3,600 different ones. This is the best humidor I've ever seen and the most knowledgeable owner. Good prices as well. Worth the bus ride. If you smoke cigars, Rogers place is better than anything in Vegas! Update: I just smoked one of the house cigars and it was fantastic.

I was in Vegas for business and stopped by Las Vegas Cigar outlet. The owner and staff were amazing. I purchased cigars which the owner personally picked out and blended. The cigars were absolutely amazing. I met a couple of regulars while at the shop and had great conversations and lots of laughs. I highly recommend the store for their selections and knowledgeable staff. The location doesn't have a lounge but you can definitely hang out and smoke a nice cigar with good folks.

Las Vegas Cigar Outlet has the BIGGEST humidor in Las Vegas. It’s a very nice and cozy place and Roger (the owner and manager) makes it feel like being at your home. Once you enter the shop, you will find either Roger or his brother welcomes you and offers help. The place is well vented by large exhaust fans. This makes the air clean and breathable when many people are inside. Besides, this helps you taste more flavours of your cigar. The shop is well lit and has a car park in the back. There are two refrigerators full of juice and other drinks. This is a hidden spot in Las Vegas, a city that has one of the highest tobacco tax rate in the States, and it is off strip, so you are going to meet many locals and this will be a good opportunity to learn more about the city and enjoy good conversation while smoking good cigars. The biggest humidor has a wide range of collections and brands of cigars. They have almost everything you know and you do not know in cigar brands. Make sure you ask for the cigars on sale and the offers they have. Once you enter, you will find a big wooden box opposite the cashier full of cigars at a particular price, they usually change them monthly. They produce their OWN cigars. Hence, make sure you ask them for the House Blends. You will find them on your right when you enter the humidor. BUNDLES are in big collection and at very good prices. You really should try some of them and stock some if you are building a collection. Also, ready made packs are varied and at reasonable prices. Roger is a very nice gentleman, very welcoming, patient and an expert of cigars. Ask him and learn from him more about the sophisticated world of cigars. He also offers you coffee that is freshly brewed for you. They have nice cozy black leather armchairs and there is always an event, party, or a gathering on calendar, thus stay tuned with them on their Instagram page “lvcigaroutlet”. By the cashier, there are many cigar gears in different price categories. Good lighter, cutter, and ashtrays. So, what are you waiting for? Go and enjoy!

I was doing some research this morning, looking for a very specific cigar. Liga Privada #9. I didn't expect to actually find it because it's a very rare item and it's not available at just any old cigar shop. I showed up at this amazing shop right when they opened, at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday morning, and I was greeted by a couple of guys having cigars. They were all smiles and super chill. It was a wonderful start to this experience and trust me. This shop is an experience. The humidor is bigger than my old SF apartment! Absolutely stocked with every cigar brand you can imagine, brands you've probably never been able to access as well as some items that are unique to this shop. I was really impressed with the humidity in the humidor. Read that again if you need to buy that's a big deal. Roger, the man behind this operation, was kind enough to chat with me about the cigars I was looking for and to help me get a better understanding of why that particular item is so hard to find. Roger is a man of conviction, dedication to the cigar craft and an absolute gentleman. He was kind enough to walk the humidor with us and show us some really special cigars, discuss the projects he's working on and it felt like I walked into my family's home rather than being at a cigar shop I'd never been to before. I felt like I could have spent the day here, talking about life and enjoying cigars. If you're a cigar aficionado or if you're new to the game, this is the place to be. They have an amazing selection and cigars to fit any budget and any flsvor profile you can imagine. I walked out of here with a bag full of cigars from all over the world and I felt like the prices were so much better than what you'll find online. I love this shop so much and I know you will too. Roger and I are practically family now. Lol.

I recently was gifted several cigars from a friend... I've rolled my own smoke for years and have only ever had a few cigars in my life... Well wow, I've been missing out, I'm loving the complex flavor profiles in cigars and the full bodied flavor of the darker cigars. So I found Las Vegas Cigar outlet on Google and went in to check them out not knowing much if anything about cigars... Me and my friend were immediately greeted coming through the door by Roger who made us feel completely comfortable and at home. He really made us feel like family whom have been coming in for years. He took his time with us knowing we were new to cigar smoking. We asked about humidors and he showed us several different ones at different price points, again taking his time to explain everything to is. He has never attempted to "sell" me anything... He listens very carefully and then recommends a few products he feels I may like. With over 30 years of smoking experience under his belt I appreciate his genuineness immensely. Great service and always a great atmosphere. Surrounded by every stick you could imagine. Anytime I'm looking for a specific cigar Roger has always had it in stock in every size. I have had the fantastic opportunity to find a great cigar store during my recent visit to Las Vegas. What follows is a short story how I became a big fan of Las Vegas Cigar Outlet (LVCO). You see I was in town for the Big Smoke convention during that time I visited a new cigar lounge (8 at Resorts World) and I treated myself to a El Septimo Bomba Orange I don't always buy an expensive cigar but like I said I treated myself this day. The official opening was that night for VIP's but they let me in to buy a cigar their pricing was not dialed in but they charged me 67.00 for the cigar and off I went to The Monte Cristo cigar lounge to discover this wonderful cigar. I was so satisfied with my purchase I went back to 8 to buy another one they had sold out all but 2 of them over night and now the price was 132.00 no way was I going to pay that type of coin on a cigar. So off I went empty handed, but then is when my luck changed when I started Goggling and found my new friends at Las Vegas Cigar Outlet especially the owner Roger I called before opening of the store and Roger answered, He was so willing to help me and he indeed had the El Septimo Bomba Orange along with all the others from El Septimo at a price that compared to my first purchase so of course I was extremely happy but I could not fit in a visit to his store during my trip. So after returning to work on Wednesday I called Roger and asked him if he shipped cigars and to my delight he said yes and once again Roger took all the time I needed never rushing me I ended up ordering a box of the Bomba Orange and several other cigars, Roger gifted me an additional cigar which was very nice of him. I received my order fast only 2 days later in perfect condition. So in wrapping this up I would highly recommend LVCO to all of my fellow cigar smokers and if you don't have time to visit while your in town please call Roger and place your order. This is the best cigar shop in town maybe even in Nevada. Have a great selection and pretty good prices. Two brothers own the place and they're more than willing to let you sample and try different cigars to find what you like. Just recently I was in the shop and I hadn't been there for several years. So what are the owners showed me a cigar that is the size that I like which is a 660. It was a Maduro. It is called charter oak and the price he quoted me was about $10 a stick so I bought two of them. When I got home I did a search online and found out that he was charging double what they sell for. I will never go back to the shop again because you never know what he's charging you. Double triple whatever. I would not recommend this shop for anyone smoking cigars. It's a total rip-off.

Great little shop. It's a little bit of a trek from the strip, but if you're looking for a a good shop while in Vegas it's definitely worth the cab fare. They have some great sticks that they roll in house as well as a good selection of all the brands you would normally expect. Spoke with Roger and he was very helpful. He truly cares about his passion for cigars, and helping others find what they love. My only disappointment is that I do not live close enough to visit this cigar shop more often. Bought a Diamond Crown natural Robusto No.5 and a My Father's Judge. Packaging was excellent, a box of wooden matches and a small Bovada pack to keep your cigars fresh as you head to your destination. My absolute favorite cigar lounge in Las Vegas. Easy to find and free parking. The owners of this shop are very friendly and knowledgeable of their cigars. Unbeatable prices. The humidor is the largest that I've been to or seen. They have over 2000 different cigars. The cigars are well kept so you're sure to get a great cigar every time. Don't know what to smoke? Just ask Roger, Jacob or JJ and they will set you up with a great cigar! They have a huge selection of accessories like lighters, ashtrays, humidors, and cutters. Great deals. The lounge itself is very comfortable with nice chairs, tables and sofa style loungers. There's often music playing throughout but not so loud that you can't hold a conversation. There's also a few TVs on the walls. Make sure to visit and buy a handful of cigars at the Outlet to smoke around vegas while you're in town.

Vegas' newest cigar lounge has one of the widest array of choices in Sin City. Their prices are highly competitive. Many of my hard-to-find favorites are readily available at the same price or cheaper than I can even find online. You simply won't beat their selection or their prices. The lounge itself is a friendly atmosphere. It's a good place to kick back, enjoy a cigar, and watch some sports or have good conversation. The owner serves free Aremenian coffee which is a nice touch. The chairs could be more comfortable (get there early to get the best seats), but they are serious about improving their lounge and listening to customers. In the time I've been going, they've already dimmed their lights following customers' requests. I'm eager to see how they grow. Bottomline: Great selection, great prices, great service, decent chairs, Great place.

I want to the store and ask for a factory smokes Maduro in Toro size only thing they had was a 25 pack which I believe that the only thing they come in besides I've seen some online in 20 pack I think in store was 60 or 65 for the 25 pack and that's not even Churchill size I went online and found every flavor of factory smoke bundle of 25 in Churchill for 37 $ or so I think you guys are way overpriced seeing these and I understand that there's a tax increase on Tobacco product and your local I understand that but for real I enjoy the smokes from you guys but still that is way overpriced in my opinion I'll be shopping around elsewhere but now I know you have it just in case for emergency I enjoyed your store walking in there and you have a nice selection in the humidor but I should have known that they might have been overpriced because when I walked in the humidor they had a ton of different flavors of the factory smokes in bundles on the table but from what I've been hearing and seeing are usually sold out pretty quick thanks anyways I will be searching around I can understand for a 25 maybe being 40 dollars in the store but beyond that that's a little bit ridiculous for a Cuban sandwich they have tons of factory Smokes on the table because I believe they are over pricing the factory smokes the ones I received are in good condition and just a little dry not bad though put them in my humidor and never good to go but it's funny because I said earlier in my review I've heard they fly off the shelves I don't know why there's so many on the Shelf I just cropped down a photo I found I want to hear reviews because I didn't take one in the humidor but when I was in the humidor they had tons on the Shelf as seen as in the photo

Roger is one of the owners. He is a fantastic guy. My wife and I always come here to purchase cigars. The prices are very reasonable and the customer service is great. Roger is very knowledgeable on the cigars. He always remembers my wife and I when we visited. The cigar selection is one of the best in the country I've seen. Did I mention the prices were reasonable? This is the only place in Vegas i purchase my cigars (sadly, I always bring my own from home but this place is like an adult Disneyland for the serious cigar smoker).
